Friendly staff & the swimming pool.

Good locations good sized private room with private bathroom

They do take a deposit at the start which is no hassle but just make sure to have some cash handy for it

Poor place to stay, stay are rude and not a nice vibe

Basic hostel

After checkout my cards were charged 9 times the value of stay, before my bank blocked them. After I wrote to hostel they told me to contact Agoda, while I never booked via there. I see on card history that payment was done from hostel's agoda account.

Really good location for getting to the Old Town and bus to the airport and 7 Eleven is right outside. Double beds in my dorm which was a nice surprise.

No hot water. Ensuite bathroom was open air into the dorm so you can get all the smells of you know what which I found disgusting first thing in the morning waking up. No lift for anyone with large luggage. Lockers are far too small, nobody seemed to use them.

Friendly staff and a lovely community vibe. The staff were accommodating and assisted with my requests throughout my stay. The guests were also friendly, making it a great place for solo travellers. It’s affordable, centrally located, and easy to walk around Old Phuket Town from here, while still being tucked just off the main street so it stays reasonably quiet. The pool is a great bonus for cooling off in the heat. I also stayed in the pool-access room, which was a really unique and enjoyable experience having direct private access to the pool while relaxing and listening to music with other guests created a very chilled and social atmosphere. The second night I moved to the Superior Room on Level 3, which was quiet and had a nice view with plenty of fresh air. It’s a great private room option for one or two people. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Originally, I booked a dorm room; however, I changed to the Deluxe Pool Access Room because the shared bathroom access involved multiple flights of stairs, which wasn’t suitable for me personally. The staff were very accommodating and helped make the transition easy.

It has a swimming pool with a great area for relaxing.

Location was great in old town phuket and it was a lovely friendly place

The large room is in close proximity to the pool which was exceptionally clean. Pao was a very obliging host and kindly booked my return taxi and ferry tickets to Phi-Phi islands at the best value in town! Comfortable dining/hangout area at reception. Bottled water provided daily. Close to all amenities, markets and groceries. I'll be baaack!!

Awkward steps to the pool but manageable. A rail to hang onto when entering the pool would be very convenient. The shower drainage was very slow but a minor inconvenience.

La gentillesse du personnel.

L’hostel ne correspond plus du tout aux photos, qui semblent dater d’il y a environ 10 ans. Sur place, tout paraît vieillot et moins entretenu que ce qui est présenté en ligne. La salle de bain dégage une mauvaise odeur, l’accès à la piscine est dangeureux, je ne parle même pas de la piscine.. J’avais réservé deux nuits, mais j’ai finalement décidé de partir après une seule nuit. (Photos à l'appui)

Tous, les chambres sont sales, pas de fenêtres, les lits c’est une horreur, pas insonorisé, les chambres sont minuscule, ça sent mauvais, les salles de bains je n’en parle même pas c’est une catastrophe, certe 5€ la nuit mais on sait pourquoi, rien n’y est dans cette auberge, passez votre chemin !

La saleté de l’établissement, sdb bouchée, la taille du dortoir 4 lits : minuscule ! Mauvaise insonorisation, lit non confortable, hostel glock !

Beds are comfortable. They have a lot of bad reviews but mine was great and blanket was clean and cozy. Staff was very nice. Super close to old town. Markets. Restaurant. Pharmacy. Mall. Exchange house.

People on weekends is party people so they are noisy but weekdays is quiet :) guests write on the walls which is cool but makes the building look dirty.

Staff was very friendly, location was pretty good, we had the double bed dorm which was really comfortable i got to say.

We stayed in a double bunk room that had x6 beds. There was limited floor space, however, our dorm was not full during our stay so this was not an issue for us. There was a bathroom in our bedroom with additional bathrooms on each floor but we found these could have been kept on better condition. The accommodation had a sunny pool area which was never busy and a lovely addition to a city stay. If you are looking to stay in Old Town Phuket, this is a perfect, affordable location near bus terminal 1. An added bonus - we arrived during Songkran and there was a free outdoor festival, something we would never have found otherwise 😊

Big comfy bed, kettle, fridge, toiletries, toilet roll, towels. Small, clean swimming pool. We had a private room, but communal facilities looked good and attractive decor. Storage space outside to leave shoes. Quiet peaceful area. Good access to buses and boats for transport. Old Town pretty area

No storage space to put/hang clothes. Difficult to get out of the pool, no steps inside water side. Quiet area of Phuket, so not the place to go if you like lively evenings and lots to do.

Wir waren zwar nur eine Nacht da, aber trotzdem super zufrieden. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Bett das bequemste was wir auf der ganzen Reise hatten. Außerdem waren die Mitarbeiter extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Absolute Empfehlung!!!

We didn't get the room we booked because of maintenance so were put in a different room which was not up to standards Dirty sheets and very dim and broken window

I had a great time, the staff was very nice the lounge and the pool is also great. It’s also near the old town just 5-10 min walk and you are there. And for the price you paid I think it’s the best hotel you can possibly have at this price I would definitely recommend

The staff were nice. A british woman was there talking about a lost phone. I said, why not go to the police?. She said, she is out of her visa or something. She said she is there, illegally. I questioned her about it and she said, she has 10 days left. I don't know.

Very clean and nice staff the room was also well kept

The guests in my room were so loud however you get this in hostels. Other than that it was great

Falta de estrutura dos banheiros, sem lugar suporte para colocar objetos , como necessarie e roupas. Quarto sem janela e bem apertado, misto de 4 camas.

Good value for money, great location

Location was good. Cheap and clean. Very friendly staff!

Some mix up while checking in, but was fastly resolved.

The room had an excellent concept for light and comfortable sleep. If only that one costumer over my bad could have switched his tiktok american republican shit on mute, it would have been the greatest stay.

The guy who was sleeping unfortunately one bed upon mine. He even turned on his 'sleeping light' what blended down the whole night. In the morning he just walked out of the room, door open all lights on and clashed the bathroom door. Seems like he wanted to be sure to be heard, that he is awake. I guess it's a C U Next Tuesday guy.

Veľmi príjemná posteľ, na ktorej sme sa skvele vysypali

Špinavšia spoločná kúpeľňa a spoločne priestory. Bez uterákov, check out neprebieha automaticky, je potreba počkať na personál, ktorý ma neporiadok v papieroch a v čase kedy sme sa ponáhľali sme čakali na podpísanie papiera a vrátenie 100 THB.

Staff were nice, we had the room to ourselves with was nice. Pool is a nice touch as beach is far away

Local fiel às fotos, quartos confortáveis e ambiente agradável. Atendimento impecável da recepção, com muita paciência e simpatia para nos entender, apesar de não falarmos inglês. Experiência nota 10!

Único ponto negativo é em relação ao cobertor fornecido, ele é muito pequeno, não cobrindo todo o corpo quando digamos esticados!

I was given a in highest floor, 4 people room - bunk was making too much noise and couldnt sleep at all.

El Lobby es cómodo, la cama también, hay lockers debes llevar tu candado.

Mi cama estaba justo a la par del motor del aire acondicionado y no dormí prácticamente, para l última noche encontré una chinche en mi cama, solo la aplaste son muy rápidas. La última foto es de lo que quedo de la chinche.

Комнаты на 4 человека, комфортная температура поддреживается кондиционером. Удобные, чистые кровати. 10 минут от автовокзала (терминал 1). И тут есть небольшой бассейн!

Sicuramente localizzato in una buona posizione, con letto cigolante ma comodo. Anche la piscina alla fine non è malaccio, ma aggiungerei un paio di ombrelloni nell'area comune per trovare un po' di sollievo in un po' di ombra.

La pulizia degli spazi comuni lasciava molto molto a desiderare, soprattutto la cucina l'ho trovata in pessimo stato. In più dai bagni proveniva un pessimo odore, specialmente all'ingresso. È un ostello molto grande, e un'attenzione in più all'igiene non sarebbe sgradita.
