Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Me gusto mucho la atención del personal! Siempre disponibles para ayudar! Un saludo grande para Camilo! Respecto al hostel La cama era comoda, estaba limpia. La terraza tiene una vista impresionante, el desayuno completo, tienen huevo!
No me gusto mucho la ubicacion porque cada vez que tienes que volver son varias escaleras las que hay que subir! Así que no lo recomiendo si van con mucho peso encima! También puede ocurrir que no tengas locker disponible porque hay menos lockers que camas disponibles! La habitacion cuenta con un ventilador pequeño que por momentos puede no ser suficiente y sentir calor en verano!

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026L’hostel est vraiment top. Très bien placé avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la ville (la terrasse vaut vraiment le coup). C’est propre et plein de charme. Le personnel est adorable et disponible et a de très bonnes recommandations sur Lisbonne.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Sono tornata a dormire qui dopo una notte trascorsa 10 giorni fa. Ho riconfermato quanto già pensato: ottimo ostello. Noi abbiamo dormito nella stanza matrimoniale con bagno privato: il bagno è enorme, la stanza pulitissima e c’e moltissima cura ai dettagli. Soprattutto la pulizia è ottima. Maria e Anastasia sono state gentilissime e accoglienti. Abbiamo usufruito del servizio lavanderia per lavare i nostri capi ed è stato ottimo. Un ostello che vale come un hotel: ottimo rapporto qualità - prezzo. Lo consiglio assolutamente e non vedo l’ora di tornarci!!!

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Camera accogliente e molto molto pulita. Il bagno era enorme, dotato anche di phon e diffusore! Anch’esso molto pulito! Attenzione massima ai dettagli, personale gentilissimo! Reception h24, disponibilità per ogni informazione. La terrazza è bellissima, grande, con una vista su Lisbona mozzafiato. Torneremo sicuramente, ci siamo trovati veramente bene. Un trattamento da Hotel. Rapporto qualità-prezzo ottimo.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Não recomendo o hostel, fui por conta das avaliações mas me arrependi. O hostel não tem ar condicionado e nem ventilador, totalmente fechado. Além disso, passei por uma situação totalmente constragedora, o rapaz que estava na recepção do hotel (era um homem) quando fui buscar uma agua de madrugada fechou a porta pra eu não sair quando eu estava la. Fiquei com medo e consegui sair correndo. Hostel não é seguro. Não recomendo para mulheres. Fora isso um dia fui na parte de fora com meu namorado e fechamos a porta do quarto (temos total certeza disso) e simplesmente quando voltamos a porta estava aberta. Isso foi no dia seguinte do acontecido.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026Studiate bene la strada per arrivare, eviterete di inerpicarvi per le scalinate di questo tratto di Lisbona. Arrivati all'Hostel la vista sui tetti, le case, e l'Igreya de Graça che si gode dal terrazzo vi ripagherà di tutte le fatiche. Se amate leggere, sorseggiare un drink, fare due chiacchiere in tranquillità, o prendere il sole sonnecchiando, è il posto ideale. Che aggiungere? Colazione nutriente, pasti vista old Lisbon, angolo cucina familiare, organizzato e pulito, pulizia della strurrura impeccabile. La posizione vi permette di raggiungere a piedi molte delle principali attrazioni della città vecchia e di arrivarci prima delle orde dei turisti provenienti dal centro. Nota a parte merita la cordialità, disponibilità e simpatia dello staff che faranno il possibile per accogliervi al meglio e farvi sentire a casa. Andarsene non sarà facile, se non prima di aver programmato un nuovo soggiorno in struttura. Un autentico spazio di ospitalità portuguesa nel cuore di Graça. GRAZIE. A presto.

Die Toiletten sind sehr sauber und gepflegt allerdings sind es Türen die oben hin offen sind. Als ganz kleines Manko.

Posizione centrale ma scomoda, in una strada a traffico limitato in cui quasi nessuna macchina può circolare (una cosa positiva per il rumore, ma negativa se si viaggia con bagagli pesanti). Nelle adiacenze della struttura si trova una zona molto degradata in cui girano individui poco raccomandabili. La nostra camera privata affacciava solamente su un cavedio ed era sproporzionata nelle dimensioni: zona notte molto piccola e con pochissimo mobilio per appoggiare i bagagli, il bagno eccessivamente grande (più della zona notte). Muri poco insonorizzanti con gli altri ambienti dell'ostello (per chi ha il sonno leggero). Il rapporto qualità prezzo non ci ha soddisfatti.

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026Staff were helpful and always around to help. Free coffee was nice and a great touch. The terrace was fantastic- lovely views and nice to sit out in the sun (although it was very breezy whilst we were there). Location is realy good- its a nice busy vibrant area, and you can walk to great bars and restaurants etc and not far to toursit sights or to the river. Obviously its high up and you either need to walk up steep hills or get lifts. Its not easy to find at frst- but once there its fine. Seemed very quiet generally at night- only noises from other peole staying there. The room was nice and cool/ ventilated, even though it was hot outside.
No major problems- walls are thin, and you can hear everything. As its a hostel there are people going to toilet in the night and getting up early/ arriving late. But its a hostel- so you expect these things. The street to get to the hostel is not the easiest place to walk or pull a case round- but thats the same fro most of Lisbon anyway.

La vista dalla terrazza meravigliosa. Da Martim Moriz tanti tanti grandini, ma è normale a Lisbona. Comunque ottima posizione per girare la città, lo consiglio. I ragazzi dell’ostello davvero gentili.

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026Easy check in til pretty late. I got the private room with a bathroom en suite and it was great. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was roomy and the shower was great. Being able to sit outside in the morning to eat breakfast was lovely - the view was spectacular.
Hiking up a lot of hills and stairs with my luggage was hard and no taxi access. The breakfast was pretty mediocre considering I paid extra for it. The coffee was not very good and the eggs made to order were nice but the bread was just commercial sliced bread and there is so much amazing food in Lisbon, I wouldn't recommend eating there. It's a good place to sleep though!

Reviewed May 12, 2026Mon compagnon a été piqué par des punaises de lit durant notre séjour (il est allergique au piqûre) . La première nuit : piqûres sur le bras. La deuxième nuit : piqûres sur la tête et la paupière. Lorsque nous avons signalé le problème à l’accueil, on nous a d’abord affirmé qu’il s’agissait simplement de piqûres de moustiques, malgré la répétition des piqûres et leur évolution très caractéristique. Le personnel nous a ensuite donné des versions contradictoires : on nous a d’abord assuré qu’une désinfection des chambres était réalisée toutes les deux semaines, avant de nous indiquer finalement que la dernière désinfection datait du 16 avril (presque 1mois) Face à cette situation, nous avons dû écourter notre séjour, avec tout le stress, l’angoisse et les frais supplémentaires que cela a engendrés, sans parler de la peur de ramener des punaises chez nous.

Reviewed May 8, 2026Hostel je v centru města, vse v dochazkove vzdálenosti. Nejbližší stanice metra asi 300m. Je čistý a ma úžasnou terasu s výhledem na mesto. Doporučuji.

Zimmer und Terrasse sehr gut und es gab Kaffee und Brot gratis den ganzen Tag.Frühstück konnte für 4€ genommen werden, Getränke gab es zu kaufen Für die Anreise wurde uns eine genaue Wegbeschreibung gesendet, hat super funktioniert. Alle waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich

Isıtma olanağı mevcut değildi odada kalorifer vardi fakat çalışmıyordu Mayıs ayı olduğu için çok üşümedik ama kışın gelenler dikkat etmeli.

Reviewed Apr 29, 2026Elevated old town location, awesome views from the spacious terrace! Super friendly and helpful staff. Chilled atmosphere. Thoughtful 'touches' - daily suggestions/tours, free tea & coffee, communal kitchen, secure bag storage. Comfortable and clean room. So quiet at night.

Reviewed Apr 20, 2026Avoid this place at all costs! I stayed here and was severely bitten by bedbugs. No refund, no reply, no responsibility. They are putting guests' health at risk and lying about compensation. DO NOT STAY HERE unless you want to bring insects home and lose your money.

On the hills. You have to go by walking after a certain point. Difficult if you have big luggage. Good for the young solo travellers.

La insonorizacion no es muy buena, se wscucha bastante el ruido de los pasillos.
