Il BnB è in una zona perfetta, alle porte del centro storico da cui è facilissimo muoversi per tutte le varie destinazioni culturali, 5 min a piedi dalla fermata della metro e ancora più vicino al tram. Letti comodi e abbiamo apprezzato molto la cucina con tutto il necessario. Inoltre, anche se il check in è fatto in autonomia, l'host ha sempre risposto rapidamente alle nostre domande. Consigliato!

Servirebbe qualche appendino in più in bagno per poggiare gli asciugamani ma per il resto, tutto ok!

-problemi con la caldaia -il proprietario non è educato e cordiale -abbiamo dovuto preparare il divano letto cercando in casa le lenzuola perché il proprietario si è rifiutato di farci trovare l'alloggio pronto per il numero di persone prenotate. -abbiamo dovuto fare la doccia gelida perché la caldaia aveva problemi, anche in questa situazione il proprietario si è dimostrato scortese.

L'emplacement, le logement propre

L'absence de climatisation contrairement a ce qui est indiqué dans l'annonce (il faisait 31.5 dans l'appartement et impossible de dormir les fenêtres ouverte car cest a côté des restaurant et bar donc bruit jusqu'à 2 ou 3h du matin) Pas de place de parking comme indiqué dans l'annonce (un lien vers un parking publique n'est pas une place de parking) Le logement inadapté pour 4 personnes (2 chaises pour la table haute) une table basse trop petite et inconfortable pour 4 personnes) Personne ne réponds à nos questions par message

Die Einrichtung im Appartment war sehr sauber und zweckmässig, aber sehr alt und meiner Meinung nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Die goldenen Tapeten und schwarzen Styroporverkleidungen der Wände muss man mögen. Des weiteren sind die Fenster zum Innenhof mit Mattglas versehen, d.h. es gibt keinen freien Blick nach draussen. Wie das bei den anderen Apartments ist, ist mir nicht bekannt. Bei der Mikrowelle fehlte ein Fuss, sodass diese immer gekippt da stand. Wir haben diese nicht benutzt. Hätten in dem Fall aber an der stelle wo der Fuss liegt etwas untergelegt, damit der Teller waagerecht steht. Die Warmwasserbereitung ist während des Aufenthalts (4 Nächte) 2 mal ausgefallen und man konnte nur kalt Duschen. Nach Meldung beim Vermieter wurde diese glücklicherweise umgehend neu gestartet und nach 1h war das warme Wasser wieder da. Des weiteren gab es Probleme mit dem TV, was uns aber am Ende egal war, wir haben Netflix auf dem Smartphone geschaut. Ein wenig nervig war es in das Appartment zu gelangen. Mit einem Schlüssel kommt man durch die Haustür, dann muss man um vom Treppenhaus in die Wohnung zu kommen einen code in das schloss eingeben. Um dann vom Flur in das Zimmer zu kommen muss mann erneut einen Code eingeben. Alles nichts schlimmes aber halt etwas nervig. Würden wir die Unterkunft erneut wählen? Vermutlich schon, trotz der oben erwähnten Punkte, weil man die wenigste Zeit auf dem Zimmer ist und die Unterkunft Preislich für die Lage interessant ist. Aber ich würde es trotzdem vor dem nächsten Wienbesuch mit anderen Unterkünften vergleichen. PS: Tip, wenn Ihr mit dem PKW anreist, parkt das Auto nicht im Parkhaus gegenüber (Kosten knapp50 eur pro 24h), sondern im Parkhaus Spittelau. Dieses ist 4 U-bahn Stationen nördlich der Unterkunft entfern. Die Kosten dort liegen bei knapp 25 euro die Woche!!!!. Für das gesparte Geld holt euch die Wochenkarte (knapp 30eur pP) für die Metro, um zum- und vom Parkhaus wieder weg zu kommen. Wir haben diese viel genutzt.

La ubicación es excelente. La recamara muy linda y cómoda. En general la decoración es muy agradable y el espacio de la sala y cocina son cómodos y lindos.

El sofá cama de la sala puede mejorar porque no se preparó como sofá cama y la almohada disponible era muy mala. El calentador del agua también puede mejorar porque una mañana dejo de funcionar y no sabíamos que hacer porque tenía un letrero que decía: no tocar. La puerta del baño estaba desalineada y mal soportada, no cerraba bien así que salía MUCHA agua al bañarse y creemos que podía desprenderse lo cual es peligroso. Usamos muchas toallas para limpiar el agua que salió de la regadera. Todo se puede resolver fácilmente y rápidamente, así que no deberá ser un problema si el propietario hace los cambios necesarios.

We had a lot of trouble getting in, even though there was explicit instructions like how to get the keys and then when we opened the lockbox, there were no keys and when we finally got in, we found out that they didn’t want us to use toilet paper in the toilet, which in my mind makes the whole apartment unusable. We called the owner and talk to him about that, and he didn’t seem to be very concerned I guess he thought we could hold it for three days so we left in a half an hour and got a real hotel a block and a half away and are in the process of fighting to get our money back for this completely unusable apartment

Alles was man von einem Apartment in der doch gehobenen Preislage war NICHT gegeben! Heruntergekommen, schlechte bzw. nicht funktionierende Ausstattung, dreckig, sehr hellhörig, schlechte WLAN-Verbindung, kein Safe. Im allgemeinen fühlt man sich nicht sicher in diesem Apartment durch die billigen Türen!

Super Lage, freundliche Vermieter. Antwortet sofort bei Fragen. Konnte nach Anfrage, die Wohnung früher beziehen - TOP!

Es gibt im Badezimmer keine Haken um nasse Handtücher oder Kleidung auf zu hängen. Die bereit gestellten Kaffeekapseln, haben nicht in die Kaffeemaschine gepasst.

Tesis sadece merkezde. Bunu dışında çok eski. Hemen dibindeki otopark o kadar yakınki arada eşyalarımızı güvenliklerini sağlamak için otoparktaki arabaya bıraktık.

Eşyalar kötü. Üstüne üstlük yıllardır seyahat ederim ekstra temizlik parası diye tutturanını ilk kez görüyorum. Çamaşır yada özel temizlikten bahsetmiyorum odayı temizleme. Parası istiyorlar. Kişi başı 10 Euro. Ayna asmışlar bakma şansın yok. Eşya dolabı var antika desen antika değil. Eski döküntü bişey. Kapı güvenliği hak getire. Dış kapı zili basılınca otomatik açılıyor. Yukarıdaki kapılar ise bataryası low olmuş pillerden ibaret.

The location was great.

The property is very old and facilities were half working condition. The heaters were not working at all. The furnishing is very old and getting detached from position.

Location is amazing no doubt. Also is easy to find, bed is comfortable and kitchen is quite usefull.

Rooms looks like need renovation. Wardrobe on the main room is closing by leaning chair. Also salon needs to be changed as furniture there is old and is damaged. Once it will be replace it will be way better :)

The apartment was beautiful and elegant. As I was traveling with my family, I would like to highlight that the apartment was spacious — it was comfortable for four people. The location is another big advantage: there are many restaurants nearby, and parking is located just across the street. It was also easy to reach tourist attractions, even on foot.

First, the keys were not left for us upon arrival. We were able to get inside thanks to a kind lady (possibly a hotel staff member), and I am very grateful to her for that. After check-out, we received a message saying that the keys were not found and asking where we had left them. It may have been a misunderstanding, but in my opinion, such situations should not happen. Second, the apartment could use some cosmetic renovation. Overall, it was clean. In addition to the accommodation fee, we paid an extra €10 per person for cleaning before check-in. However, we had to unfold the sofa ourselves, and its cleanliness could have been better — we noticed some hair and minor issues.

Es un apartamento grande.

Es un edificio muy antiguo pero en su interior está muy descuidado lo que nos generó inseguridad. No estaba del todo limpio y el anfitrión exigió 10€ por persona para ingresar al hospedaje lo que me parece un cobro que no es normal. Yo tuve que consignar 40€ por un lugar donde habían grafitis adentro del edificio y considero que estos costos son los mínimos que debe asumir el arrendador. No lo recomiendo

Tutto, veramente sporco! Locale completamente rovinato e usurato, pavimento sporchissimo e la porta rimaneva sempre un pochino aperta! In piu’ come se non bastasse, si sente tutto!! Sconsiglio!

Vicinanza dal centro, ambiente caldo e pulito

Location was great and the interior was cute.

The sound proofing - it was a bit tricky as the apartment is not a standalone. Technically it was a big room within the apartment and sharing the hall way with other rooms. So the noise from the room was an issue and we had to tiptoe around as we got the complaints from the other rooms. If I had known this structure, I wouldn’t have booked the room. Also, there is a separate cleaning charge (as they said it is on the website.

Die Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Rudolfsplatz und auch zur Innenstadt ist sehr gut. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und sauber. Direkt unten an der Straße ist ein sehr akzeptables griechisches Restaurant mit sehr freundlichen Gastgebern.

Das WLAN in der Wohnung war suboptimal. Kontakt zum Personal nur über WHATSAPP oder Email. Die elektronischen Schlösser mit verschiedenen Codes fand ich nervig. Die Ausstattung der Küche war rudimentär. Diverse technische Unzulänglichkeiten (z.B. undichte Dusche im Bad oder undichter Wasserkocher in der Küche) haben wir so hingenommen.

Temizlik yok denecek kadar kotu. 30 euro temizlik ucreti alindi ama odamiz 3 gun hic temizlenmedi. Mutfaktaki sandalyelerden biri kirikti neredeyse dusuyordum. Bebegimiz icin gelen beşik içerisindeki yatağı 3 parçaydı ve bebeğimiz hiç yatamadi. Mobilyalar, carsaflar, yastiklar ve havlular son derece yipranmis ve eskiydi. Balkon ve balkondaki mobilyalar cok uzun zamandir temizlenmemis. Her yer kurumus kuş dışkısı ile doluydu. Kötü deneyim.

Location to city centre was excellent, the apartment was clean and relatively quiet

The building, especially the stairwell needs some TLC (tender loving care) to be updated and I wish the was another mechanical security latch on inner apartment door, to join the external digital lock mechanism.

La ubicación es excelente. El apartamento es amplio y está bien equipado.

Es ideal para una pareja o máximo tres personas. Éramos dos parejas y la cama extra no era cómoda y no está en una habitación aparte sino en el corredor, lo que también lo hace incómodo.

Nous avions réservé pour quatre adultes mais seulement deux lits et deux banquettes sales et inconfortables, lave vaisselle soit disant réparé mais ne fonctionne toujours pas (normal il est très vieux). Pour manger seulement deux tabourets cassés bref équipement très vieux et hors d’usage Très bruyant, un bar de nuit juste en face.

The location was perfect — everything was easy to reach. The supermarket, bakery, and restaurants were newt to the apartment. The garage was nearby, but we also managed to find parking right in front of the building. The apartment was well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The view was pleasant, and we couldn’t hear any noise from the street. The bed in the main bedroom was excellent — very comfortable. Our only suggestion would be to improve the sofa bed where the children slept, as it could be a bit more comfortable and slightly larger. Communication with the host was fine, and the self check-in process was quick and easy. We can highly recommend the apartment and we would gladly stay here again.

Fantastic location, right next to the airport bus line in Morzinplatz. Cleanroom with good, albeit dated furnishings, but overall excellent value for money.

Dirty, broken glass door, windows taped, cables laying around in the bathroom, dirty balcony, ceiling decorations broken and hanging from the ceiling, remotes did not work probably batteries empty. overall not well maintained and not clean.

The check-in process was painful. The host insisted that I fill out some online form on his website for "guest registration". He only provided the form in German language (three times, every time in German only) and refused to help me to fill it out. (I don't speak German well) The form was asking questions that he already had all the answers for, from booking, yet he insisted he won't let us check in without this form. Things like a screenshot of my booking? Even though I fully pre-paid everything! This whole thing made me so stressed I asked him to give us a refund which he just ignored. The price is quite high, I expected more attention to details. Eventually we were able to collect the keys and the first thing that welcomed us in the apartment: poop on the toilet brush! Disgusting! And a very old brush! For the price you charge you must get a new brush and check your attitude! The area is a party district, we were unable to sleep Friday night, sound proofing doesn't exist.

Very comfortable for 4 person! Very clean! Very easy to find it with the details of the hosts! Great neighbourhood with markets , cafes , restaurants and bakery, next to the main roads of Vienna !

What a wonderful place to stay in the centre of Vienna. The location was incredible and walking distance to all major attractions and many cafes in the centre. It was cosy and warm with plenty of space for three of us. Check in was easy. Great place!

The apartment is for 1 couple, not 2. The shower was broken so had to use a handheld.

The place was badly run down. They advertised air conditioning but it was just a portable unit in the bedroom. I never would have chosen it had I known. They walls were chipped and in need of repair and paint. My pillow was awful. The bed was uncomfortable. The furniture especially in the bedroom was chipped and unappealing inside. It looked like second hand stuff. The unit was supposed to have TV but the modem was broken and never fixed. I expect some sort of monetary compensation for this because I paid for something I never got. The fridge needed cleaning because it smelled of sour milk. I washed it out before putting my water in it. Given the money I spent I would have been better off at a hotel where the cleanliness and service would have been much better. I will never recommend this place!

Exceptionally well-located apartment in a very beautiful and historical building. Lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance.

The apartment doesn’t have AC and it didn’t have any functioning ventilators (and didn’t received response from the staff when we asked for support in the extreme heat). Not sure if it’s the most comfortable option for 4 people. If there was AC it would be perfect for a couple or a group of 2 persons.

The location is excellent. Parking is nearby. The windows open to let in air. Shower was fine.

Light colored curtains letting in light so no sleeping in. Last minute check in because they only do it the day of the booking and then it is somewhat confusing. They don't even give you the number of the building, which is absurd. NO INTERNET AT ALL!! The host said it was the providers fault, but I could find no evidence of outages when I looked using my cellular mobile. None for either day, and we needed to do work. Parking is nearby but it cost 48 Euros for 24 hours, so keep that in mind.

The property is old, and with that always comes some issues e.g Washbasin and shower drainage was not good resulting in water accumulation. Kitchen appliances and utensils were worn out. One aspect we specifically did not appreciate is the slow rate of response on messages via booking.com. It felt like a black box. We were able to reach quickly via telephone though

Host didn’t respond to any of our messages even when we let him know we had limited wifi availability and requested check in information earlier. The fans in the room were not adequate and the room was constantly uncomfortable. The room also had a stale smell. Broken tap in sink

You can hear the noise from the street all night even with the windows closed, there are no hooks for towels in the bathroom. Only 2 chairs for 4 people in the kitchen
