Comida, tradicional , pero con calidad un poco inferior. Café instantáneo, mala calidad. Piscina no se puede usar tarde después de llegar de los tour, para relajarse. Mucho polvo en las instalaciones.

Furniture is old and does not correspond to 5* hotel, no ammenities in the bathroom, aisles look like old or maybe even under repair (not sure). Most of the personnel speaks very basic even no english.

■عند الخروج من الغرفة وسحب البطاقة تغلق الكهرباء والثلاجة ايضا وهذا لا يجعل الاشياء في الثلاجة باردة ■عند طلب تنظيف الغرفة يكون متاخرين في التجاوب ■وقت الافطار قصير جدا من الساعه 8 الى الساعه 10 ■ السرير الاضافة وسرير الاطفال جدا جدا جدا سيء ■ ارضية الحمام يتجمع في وسطها الماء ويجب علينا تنشيفه بالمنشفة وكان مزعج جدا

First, even booking is confirmed by card and payment is upon check in as stated in the booking conditions, they asked and tried to charge the amount online before confirmed arrival time!!! Then Even if you are a genies level 3 still you be charged extra for late check out,,,no valet parking!! hotel is old, carpets are old and not clean, room is full of dust and isn't clean at all,, air-conditioning is poor,, breakfast is not that much, some bread is not fresh,, other dishes indicates poor cooking skills,,, one of the worst experiences ever,, don't book, it's not worth the money,,

The room was a bit small and it was a bit difficult to get to a pharmacy to buy essential items for my infant child. The place is perfect for a retreat away from the city but this makes some urgent purchases a bit difficult

Also, the breakfast's restaurant staff were so friendly and they always offered to help. I recommend this hotel for everyone would like to get a good service, cleaned facilities, and closed to many amenities!

Reviewed Mar 1, 2026Завтрак очень простой: немного египетских блюд из фасоли, фалафель. Немного нарезок: овощи, зелень, пара сыров, пара колбас, сосиски. Не слишком вкусные творожные и молочные блюда, есть станция по приготовлению омлета с разными начинками. На один день это приемлемо, но если останавливаться в отеле на более долгий срок - это может быстро надоесть.
В отеле нет кофе-машины. На столе в столовой стоит протекающий бойлер с горячей водой и ёмкость с ужасной коричневой водичкой, которую по ошибке называют "американский кофе". Сервис в ресторане медлительный, трое сели к столу, было только два столовых набора, никто не предложил третий набор, пришлось самим искать.
