We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is very close to the old town (less than 10 minute walk), but far enough that it’s quiet during the evening. The family run hotel was very welcoming. Would definitely recommend!

I was seven nights at this hotel, and it was the best vacation of my life. The room I stayed in was not only beautifully decorated but also impeccably clean. It was evident that great care is taken to ensure both hygiene and comfort. The hotel managers made me feel incredibly welcome. They are not only highly competent but also incredibly warm-hearted and lovely people. They were always available to answer any questions I had and were eager to help in any way they could. Their kindness and willingness to assist truly made my stay exceptional. The breakfast was also delicious, with a great variety of options that were fresh and satisfying each morning. It was the perfect start to each day. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

Hyvä sijainti lähellä kaikkea. Hiljainen hotelli, jossa hyvä sänky nukkua + pimennysverhot. Pieni ja siisti huone. Palvelu hyvää. Matkatavarasäilytys löytyy. Aamiainen oli melko vaatimaton. Huoneesta löytyy jääkaappi, johon saa omat eväät.

We absolutely loved our stay at Ideon Hotel. We booked our stay based on positive reviews and so keen to pass this on as we were very happy. The hotel location is ideal, 2 mins from the towns main beach and a 10 mins or so walk into the harbour and old town which is a lovely place to spend the evenings with its lovely restaurants, bars and shops. The staff are what sets the hotel apart. They are so friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our stay. They supported us with transfers, public busses and general recommendations for the area. On top of this, they are just lovely people who we enjoyed chatting to each day. The rooms are clean and had everything we needed for a base for the town and beach. If you want a nice place to sleep and convenient location then this is perfect. If you want an all inclusive with a pool then this isn’t for you. For us it was perfect and we would love to return. Thank you Tony and Teresa for a wonderful stay with you.

This hotel seems to be often sold out and it is no wonder. We stayed a week with my mother and we were amazed by how lovely everything was. From the start we received a warm and welcoming service from the staff. The owners were more than happy to help us with our needs, we even found sunscreen with SPF 100 thanks to them (and this was a big thing for out pale skins). We chose to have breakfast everyday at the hotel bc of the beautiful view at the roof. The breakfast was simple but had everything we really needed, and it was delicious too! The hotel was clean, nicely decorated, easy to find and really close to everything. I honestly have nothing bad to say, book this place if you can! I definitely will be back someday.

Hyggelig og rimelig hotell. 5 minutter til strand og ca. 10 minutter til gamlebyen i Chania. God seng. Rent og pent.

Très bon hôtel, bien situé, à quelques rues du centre-ville et du vieux port. Il y a aussi un supermarché bien achalandé a 5 mn de marche. La plage Nora beach est a 5 mn. L hôtel est très propre, les propriétaires et le personnel souriants et sympathiques. Bémol sur la terrasse elle est vraiment plus petite que sur les photos.

Séjour parfait ! Grande gentillesse des personnes à l'accueil. Chambre 106, en angle avec 2 fenêtres pour laisser entrer le léger vent, balcon avec salon, petite vue mer, frigo, bouilloire avec café et thé à disposition, climatisation, savon liquide de qualité à l'huile d'olive locale, mobilier et bâtiment très bien entretenus. Prêt de parasol et serviette de plage.

The rooms are very clean and modern. The AC works very well. The staff is extremely helpful. They will go above expectations to make your stay comfortable.

Everything about the property was perfect. Cleanliness, comfort, location all five stars. Hosts were wonderfully accommodating and so friendly.I would stay here again

Ótima localização, limpeza, atendimento e conforto. O dono nos recebeu de madrugada, pois nosso voo atrasou, com um sorriso no rosto.

Удачное расположение - тихий район, близко к пляжу и центру города. Уютный номер, чистота идеальная. Приветливые хозяева, очень тёплый прием. Из минусов - малюсенький балкончик.

L’hôtel presque idéal existe... nous n’avons pas d’avis sur le petit déjeuner car nous ne l’avons pas pris. Les chambres sont superbes et fonctionnelles et les patrons sont très accueillants. La patronne parle un français excellent et donne de bons conseils. La proximité de la plage et de l’excellent resto mikrolimano ainsi que la ville ancienne à 10 min à pied en font une halte au top! Facile de garer sa voiture dans les environs et accès facile, beaucoup de places handicapés bien situées.

Très joli hôtel familial avec des chambres rénovées de façon moderne et propre. Insonorisation moyenne par rapport au bruit de couloir mais c'est identique dans tous les hôtels de Crête. Petit déjeuner en terrasse très agréable. Personnel très sympathique.

Well kept family hotelli in a good location in Chania. Perfect match if you need just a bed and breakfast. Ideon is close to Nea Hora beach and there is an easy walk both to the Old City and to the bus stadion. Room was super clean, the owners as well as workers are very friedly and the breakfast was served on a nice roof balcony.

Hotel ok, bardzo miły i pomocny personel. Dobre śniadania. Niedaleko do portu weneckiego.

Don't arrive before 8am. Although the website says the front desk is open as of 7am, no one came until 745 and the front door is locked. When I called the contact number, the person who picked up said he livres 15km so he's not coming in and just to wait as someone would open the door. He could not give me a specific time, whether it would ve a few minutes or a few hours. The day person did eventually come around 745 and let me in. The hotel is otherwise nice and clean. Bathrooms very nice as well. Maybe a 10 min walk to the old Venetian harbour. And about 10 min from the bus Station and the bus that drops cou off from the ferry it's about 12min

Hotel clean and modern. Updating work still being carried out in foyer but this did not cause any issues. Hotel close to beach/resturants (5min) and main town (10 min). Made to feel very welcome. Breakfast was continental and plenty of it.

Très bon accueil du personnel, très souriant. Nous avions malheureusement une chambre au rez-de-chaussée à proximité de la réception, sombre et exposée au bruit venant de la réception. Elle était cependant propre et bien décorée. Seul le lit était peu confortable. Le petit déjeuner était correct. Les chambres aux étages doivent être plus lumineuses et moins bruyantes. Le stationnement était facile dans la rue à cette période. Cet hôtel offre un bon rapport qualité/prix.

Petit hôtel familial, avec un accueil chaleureux. Chambre un peu désuète mais la localisation est parfaite. Pas trop loin du Vieux Port, avec facilité pour se garer et être au calme. Petit-déjeuner sur le toit terrasse au top. Une bonne adresse.

This is a charming family hotel located in a quiet neighborhood right off the Nea Chora beach, and just a 10-minute walk from both the Venetian port and KTEL bus station. The family-staff were very nice and all of my requests eere duly attended. Best of all, the price was unbeatable!

Hello, We stayed there just for one night but it was really pleasant stay. It is family hotel. We came very late, but the owner was waiting for us. He gave us all important instructions. It is close to the beach, and there are a lot of cafes on the beach. Good breakfast. Room was very nice as well. Just the area is little bit far from the center...

Stayed a couple of nights visiting friends. The hotel is newly renovated. It’s very modern and comfortable. For the price it was even better. I would recommend anyone looking for a hotel in the area to stay here if you are in the city area.

Nothing wrong with the place. Very close to the beach end of town. A bit of a walk to old town though. Staff very helpful and friendly. Very basic breakfast - not a buffet by Australian standards.

Tutto il personale dell'hotel Ideon è cordiale ed estremamente disponibile. La moglie del proprietario oltretutto parla benissimo l'italiano!L'albergo è pulito e confortevole, le camere non sono enormi ma funzionali. La posizione è ottimale: lontano dal caos del porto, seppur facilmente raggiungibile, si trova a circa 900m dalla stazione dei bus e 100m dalla spiaggia dove sono presenti bar e ristoranti! Consigliato!
