All are okay. Nearby to shops.

Need to climb up to level 3 because there is no lift. The rest, I am satisfied with the stay.

Die Einrichtung wirkt gemütlich, Restaurants und Supermarkt sind direkt vor der Haustür, es gab einen Wasserspender mit kaltem und heißem Wasser und auch Tassen auf dem Zimmer. Außerdem gab es heißes Wasser zum Duschen.

Ich war 7 Nächte dort und hätte mir einen Room Service gewünscht. Es ist außerdem sehr hellhörig. Vor 24 Uhr war wegen lauten Nachbarn an Schlaf nicht zu denken. Die Handtücher rochen nicht frisch und das Zimmer benötigt mal einen neuen Anstrich.

Katil n bilik besar. Selesa. Water heater ada. Cuma yang tidak bestnya.. bahagian belakang hotel ada kedai makan. Haba panas n bau dari masakan masuk ke dalam bilik hotel. Parking tiada.

A nice place to stay! Nice & cozy room ❤️ in the centre of city, Tanah Rata. And a lot of facilites & cafe nearby. Such a good stay for a small family. Will come again !

There is no elevator only stairs not good at all also no Aircon in the rooms also no refrigerator in the rooms

Very conformtable stay. At the centre of the town and a minute walk to all eatery. Great will come back soon

the location is good...

the staff...they give me the high level room..i with my baby n wife need to take the stuff with baby to the high level...i ask the staff to get me the middle...but they dont want to give me because of pending payment by booking.com..the room is ok buat the mattress cover is not clear...have people hair on the mattress...they are not clean!!!tell thr property ask their foreign staff to be clean all the time...tq

Really clean & nice, situated in prime location at Tanah Rata. Many shops & places to visit.

Just the TV couldn’t turn on, the room is a bit small with no windows.

unexpected room because in advertisement didnt shot the real room . my expected is a big room and comfort to us. our bed beside window and stairs. Any sound or noise just near us.

Ground floor room that I got was very noisy even at night and very early in the morning, so hard to get a good night sleep.

It was clean, the bed was comfortable and we slept well. No frills budget hotel with everything simple that you need. I found the price to be affordable as I am on a budget. They offer you soap/shower gel and hot water is readily available. The location is very central right in the middle of town near restaurants, bars, cafes and it was very easy to get a grab to visit the attractions as well as shops which can arrange you tours. The staff who work here are friendly and accommodating. The fan worked well to keep the room cool and the shower water was hot. We ended up staying two days longer than planned which was nice. I've travelled around south East Asia and would be happy to recommend this to budget travellers and would happily visit again and stay here.

I have nothing bad to report. I've been travelling a lot and all I hope for in a budget hotel is cleanliness, a comfortable bed and a warm shower and I got it all. Although it was on the third floor (and no lift so if you struggle with stairs ask for a different room)but they checked that as okay and I quite liked the walk to my room and seeing the fish tank full of happy looking fish.

The facility are great and location is good. Lucky to get parking during weekdays

Very strong cigarette smell - on bed/pillows and in room. Can't even rest/sleep calmly. (i'm not a smoker)

It was a very clean property , beds are extremely comfortable and in a good location 6 min walk to the bus station , a lot of cafes around etc . The staff are very friendly and super helpful when you need anything they make you feel comfortable ! The owner even gave me a lift to the bus station as he saw me carrying my heavy bags! very nice I can’t thank them enough :)
