The hotel is being updated and so I'd suggest staying in the main building where the reception and restaurant are located.

Hotel był super zlokalizowany, pokoje były czyste, personel przemiły. Przyjechaliśmy do Da Lat o 7 rano i pozwolono nam się wcześniej zameldować abyśmy mogli się odświeżyć i odpocząć przed dalszym zwiedzaniem. Na duży plus zasługują również śniadania, bufet gdzie każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.

Mọi thứ vẫn OK như mọi khi chúng tôi ở. Đa số nhân viên giao tiếp tốt, hỗ trợ nhanh, tận tình và thân thiện.

Chúng tôi đã quay lại và ở Hồng Môn lần này là lần 4, chúng tôi không nghĩ là các bạn không biết lịch sử quá trình ở của từng khách để có thể quản lý và phục vụ khách hàng của mình tốt nhất. Lần này, trải nghiệm của riêng chúng tôi là rất tồi tệ do thái độ phục vụ thiếu tinh tế, biểu hiện coi thường khách hàng, không hướng dẫn chi tiết tường tận cho khách mà một nhân viên Lễ Tân căn bản phải có (tôi rất xin lỗi phải nêu tên nhân viên lễ tân ca đêm là bạn Lâm), thái độ và cách giao tiếp phục vụ của bạn rất cộc lốc và ngạo mạn trong việc hướng dẫn hỗ trợ chúng tôi. Mặc dù bạn đã nhận ra và xin lỗi chúng tôi sau đó, nhưng bạn đã tặng cho chúng tôi sự bực mình đến bất mãn. Giá cả tăng, thì ngoài việc khách sạn được nâng cấp, chúng tôi mạnh mẽ tin rằng thái độ và cách giao tiếp của nhân viên cũng cần chuyên nghiệp và đồng đều hơn. Còn không, tất cả chỉ một lần và sẽ không bao giờ có lần kế tiếp.

Phòng ốc mới được sửa chữa nên rất sạch sẽ, buffet sáng rất ngon miệng, nhận viên dễ thương và nhiệt tình!

Personnel sympathique et serviable, propreté, confort… Aide à la location de scooters

Les travaux à côté commençaient un peu tôt et il est vrai que des bruits de marteau piqueur au réveil et pour le petit déjeuner n’étaient pas agréables… Nous avons signalé cela bien qu’ils n’y soient pour rien… Le personnel a fait le nécessaire et le lendemain l’entreprise a commencé plus tard : belle réactivité. Nous recommandons !!!

Villa sạch đẹp, thoãi mái, bãi đỗ xe oto thuận tiện. Buffet rất ngon miệng dù ko nhiều món nên mình có thể thử qua hầu như all các món ăn. Nhân viên rất thân thiện!!!

Currently the main building is under construction. Metal stairs beside our room caused a bit of disturbance.

Потрясающие номера. Очень большие комнаты (у нас было два номера), чисто, шикарное постельное белье, теплые одеяла, просто огромные кровати, удобные подушки.

Единственный небольшой минус-это небольшое футбольное поле рядом. И там начинали играть в 8 утра. Но мы встаем рано, так что для нас это было норм.

Gia đình mình đã lưu trú ở khách sạn này nhiều lần và thực sự là rất thích nơi đây. Hôm nhà mình ở đây thì khách sạn đang sửa chữa ở tòa nhà phía trước, bao gồm cả khu vực lễ tân và nhà hàng, nên bữa sáng không phục vụ buffet mà sẽ là gọi món. Khách sạn phục vụ bữa sáng tại phòng, ngoài ban công hoặc trong phòng tùy yêu cầu của khách. Tuy nhiên nhà mình thì đông nên các bạn nhân viên đã hỗ trợ xếp bàn ghế để nhà mình ăn sáng ở sảnh thang máy tòa nhà phía sau, có cửa kính đóng mở được nên kín gió và không bị lạnh. Dù không được ăn buffet nhưng nhà mình vẫn được phục vụ số lượng phần ăn tùy ý, mỗi người có thể gọi số lượng ăn đến no thì thôi. Các bạn nhân viên đã rất nhiệt tình hỗ trợ nên nhà mình vẫn thấy thoải mái với việc này.

Nếu có gì đó mà khách sạn có thể cải thiện, thì có lẽ là tốc độ của wifi ở các phòng. Wifi khá chậm và nhà mình thường phải chuyển sang 4G để sử dụng khi ở trong phòng. Tuy nhiên, nhà mình cũng ra ngoài nhiều hơn là ở phòng, nên vấn đề này cũng không gây khó chịu lắm.

Отель удобно расположен, мы путешествовали на байке и все нужные нам достопримечательноси были рядом. Отель расположен в тихом уютном месте. Персонал очень доброжелательный. Завтраки вкусные, их надо заказывать на удобное вам время

Nice clean rooms, staff were very helpful and friendly

place was a short grab ride to town, staff were very helpful always smiling, rooms bright and very clean, peaceful. view from balcony was amazing. Breakfast was average.

Sauber. Personal konnte sehr gut englisch. Es werden auch Ausflüge angeboten.

Lage: Der Ort ist sehr hügelig daher ist er anstrengend zu Fuß zu erkunden und leider sind um das Hotel herum kaum Restaurants. Betten: extrem (!!) hart. Ich habe bisher in noch keinem Hotel so schlecht geschlafen (& das soll was heißen - bei mir). Frühstück: hat uns überhaupt nicht geschmeckt. Es ist Geschmackssache daher hier die Infos: Hauptsächlich vietnamesisch zur Auswahl jedoch Kaffee, Suppe usw. anders als wir es vom restlichen Land kannten. Sonstiges: Damit wir 3h später auschecken durften mussten wir fast den vollen Preis für das Zimmer zahlen & haben nicht mal frische Handtücher/Roomservice bekommen.

I love the food here . They provide some kind of food for different races. And the dining room is setting up so neat and clean.

Khách sạn dc vận hành khá tốt, Thích không gian rộng thoáng của ks, sự yên tĩnh vào ban đêm, ăn sáng tự chọn nhiều món phù hợp, các cô chú làm việc rất tận tâm nên mình rất nể trọng, lễ tân xinh nhanh nhạy.

Lần trước ở khu mới nên vệ sinh sạch sẽ, lần này ở khu cũ book 3 phòng thì 1 phòng nhà vệ sinh bị mùi rất khó chịu (308) và 1 phòng bị kẹt chìa khoá (309) Mong ks cải thiện sớm để du khách đỡ bất tiện

The place is located in a nice area. Easy to get to and the Van can pick up right in front of the hotel. Our stay was made even better by the amazing staff. Very friendly and always willing to help. Our room was on the left side next to a Villa with really loud guests so it was hard to sleep but this is out of the hotel's control. I hope those people from the other Villa, step on legos when they wake up sober the next day.

The only feedback I have about the room is their power outlets were too far from tables. We bought a power extension so we can plug our devices but this is not an issue, just minor inconvenience.

Friendly attentive staff. Well trained for a small hotel. Good breakfast, the girls never rushed you even when late. Rooms comfortable and with good space. My room had a private balcony. It would have been nice to have chairs on the balcony.

Hong Mon Villa is located in very nice and quiet area, not too far away from the main bus station. The room was nice, no too big, but fine for two. The view from the room was amazing, overlooking the houses and hills. Now, the most amazing part of our stay was the staff, the person at the reception was super helpful and friendly, and also helped us to get the bike during very busy season. Breakfast was very good.

Hot water was not available during our stay, and unfortunately the personnel couldn't fix it. Also the bed was very hard.

Hong Mon Villa is situated in a quiet side street not far from the bus station. The room we stayed in was in an Annexe building, had a veranda with view on DaLat. Spacious Room, comfortable bed, daily room service and fresh towels. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

For our first breakfast there was a nice buffet. We were informed that after that with fewer guests breakfast would be ‘a la carte’ - understandably. The choice was then very limited. If the hotel would like to make an improvement it could be the tea and coffee served at breakfasts. They are currently stewed on hot plates which seemed to make both very bitter.

The staff from the front desk to the housekeeping were very attentive. I enjoyed the breakfast even though it's not my choice there were a variety of options. Very clean and orderly dining room

极其不推荐，照片都是骗人的，跟照片完全不一样，房间特别小，挤的转不开身，半夜很吵，而且很冷，早餐没什么可吃的，位置很偏，去城中心要打车跑很远，上当了，再不会到这种地方了！

Very goog breakfast buffet with variery of food and very good quality, excelent service in the restaurant,room cleaning,service at the reception excelent. For sure we recomend this hotel in Da lat.

Nice quiet location, but close enough to everything that it’s easy to get around. The property is beautiful, the rooms are pretty and clean. The shower is nice and hot. The breakfast is great! They were willing to make vegetarian options for me, which was really sweet. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The first night my bed was too hard so they found me a better room to make sure I was comfortable. They helped me book taxis when I wanted to go somewhere. And they recommended a tour with Happy Days that turned out to be absolutely fantastic. I had four wonderful days in DaLat, Thanks to the kind and wonderful staff at Hong Mon Villa. Special thanks to Tu for all his generous hospitality and great recommendations. I highly recommend this place, and I will certainly be back—the first chance I get.

We were greated by this sweet woman in the reception that made sure we had a great stay. The room we got was perfect, the breakfast was tasteful. We really enjoyed our stay here. We will be back next time in Dalat 😊

Great. Good location for Da Lat, they organised a scooter for us to hire which was super easy, provided bag storage and overall made the whole experience simple :)

Plug in the room didn't work. They tried so so hard to help but unfortunately just didn't, such a small issue and it actually didn't bother us as we had powerbanks to charge. (just a small thing)

The staff worked really hard and made sure we were happy with our room etc. They provided us with extra seating for outside, nice balcony view Good sized room comfortable bed. Very good buffet breakfast. Location was in a quiet area which suited us fine, about 40min walk to lake and market.

Drain smell in bathroom. Not much hanging or storage space for clothes .

Clean hotel with friendly staff. Walking distance to the Intercity bus station. The breakfast buffet is delicious.

Property is located in a quiet and cozy neighborhood and has a nice view overlooking the valley! My additional thanks to the staff at the front desk. Always polite, helpful and friendly, all the requests we had were completed with great efficiency and it made our stay comfortable!

Great views, great staff and service. Really kind people, helped us with every request we asked them for. The location is a bit away from the central town but that’s exactly what we were looking for.

Everything was great! Very friendly and helpful personnel. The Villa area is very beautiful with a lot of flowers and trees. Very quiet location and close to Bus Terminal. The room was clean and usefull for our family with 2 children.
