The hotel has a lovely architecture and atmosphere. It’s spacious and comfortable

I didn’t pay attention to where the hotel was located, which was a bit too out of the centre but this is not really a problem because you can get a grab for just few pounds

ארוחת בוקר לא מספיק מגוונת למלון 5 כוכבים. כשקיבלנו את החדר הבחורה בקבלה ליוותה אותנו לחדר ואמרה לנו שכל הדברים על השולחן (פירות, פירות יבשים ומנות חמות) הם complimentary כשעשינו צק אאוט להפתעתנו ביקשו שנשלם עליהם.

Location was great, our room was beautiful, loved the fan (instead of air con - although it was available too). Breakfast was great and staff very, very good.

My only gripe is that the stairs where breakfast is served and down to the pool - there are no handrails. You don’t notice until you need one. Apart from that it was great.

Early cut of time for breakfast. Slow lift. Strange shower setup in the bathroom ehich leaves you with a totally wet bathroom floor. Extremely hard mattresses which staff are aware of and did offer a mattress topper but bed was still very hard to sleep on.

The soundproofing was not that good. Noisy families in the corridor early morning were quite disturbing

Khách quen quay lại nhưng lần này tôi sẽ từ bỏ KS này.

Hồ bơi nước chỉ hơi ấm chứ không phải ấm (lần đầu tôi đến nước ấm chuẩn 38 độ còn bốc khói nhẹ nhẹ vào không khí trên mặt hồ rất đáng trải nghiệm). Giờ thì chỉ ấm nhẹ! Vị trí tệ, trong phòng không có kết nối sóng đt, mất sóng liên tục. Tôi ở đây 3 đêm nhưng nhân viên không thay grap giường dù đã có nhờ lễ tân nhắc thay. Vẫn thấy tóc trên giường khi tôi quay lại phòng sau khi nhân viên buồng phòng đã dọn. Check out chậm chạm, kiểm phòng sơ sài, báo mất dép trong phòng dù tôi để lại đủ 3 đôi ngay trên sàn phòng! Không vào phòng kiểm tra đã báo mất và làm trễ giờ check out. Tôi phải cùng lễ tân quay ngược lên phòng kiểm tra. Quá phiền. Sau đó nhân viên lễ tân không có 1 tiếng xin lỗi hay báo lại phòng đã ổn. Chờ tôi gằn giọng hỏi phòng kiểm xong chưa thì mới báo xong rồi. Nhân viên nhà hàng không để ý có ruồi nhặng bâu vào đĩa thức ăn quầy line buffet sáng. Quản lý KS nên xem lại cách vận hành và quản lý! Ks không còn giữ đc phong độ như những ngày đầu. Càng ngày càng tệ.

Khách sạn mới, phòng sạch sẽ, rộng, thoáng. Có tiệc trà chiều miễn phí rất đáng trải nghiệm, hồ bơi nước nóng đẹp, sạch và nước hồ bơi rất trong. Nhân viên từ lễ tân, dọn phòng, phục vụ, bellman đều dễ thương, thân thiện, và nhiệt tình, giúp đỡ mọi lúc khi tôi cần. Tôi xin cảm ơn đội ngũ nhân viên khách sạn ở đây vì đã cho gia đình tôi 1 kì nghỉ tuyệt vời. Nếu có cơ hội, tôi sẽ quay lại và lựa chọn Goldient.

Tuy nhiên, có 1 số điều tôi cần góp ý, mong là khách sạn có thể cải thiện trong tương lai _ Wifi kết nối không được mượt mà, lúc được lúc không. _ Các món ăn cho bữa sáng chưa được đa dạng. _ Thang máy để đi đến các tầng như sảnh chính, hồ bơi, khu ăn sáng, phòng gym hơi phức tạp. _ Tôi có 2 buổI trải nghiệm trà chiều thì trong đó có 1 ngày là chè đậu đỏ. Chè rất ngon nhưng lại không được nóng, nếu là chè nóng với thời tiết se lạnh sẽ hợp lý hơn.

The staff were warm, friendly and eager to please. The facility was clean and elegant. The room a beuatiful and cozy delight. Truly, the best Hotel I've stayed in.

Det meget små ting, men deres kaffe til om morgenen var virkelig ringe, nu vi har vænnet os til Vietnams meget lækre kaffe. Vi havde en kæmpe lækker balkon, men manglede stole og et lille bord til at kunne sidde ude og nyde det dejlige vejr.

Tout était parfait, et le plus la piscine chauffée extra, le personnel formidable.

My family enjoyed the stay at Goldient very much. The location is close enough to the city centre but at the same time a quieter bit of town which was what we came to Dalat for. The staff was polite and welcoming. The rooms were clean, with plenty of facilities and good view. Breakfast had good options and the afternoon tea was a nice bonus.

The hotel has lovely garden, beautiful room, nice bed and close to bus station. Welcome fruit basket and fresh flowers a beautiful touch. Breakfast was great and different for the 2 days we were there. A beautiful welcoming place, I’d love to stay again the next time we’re in Dalat

The staff were super helpful. The rooms were huge with great views. Location was perfect. 🤩

The staff were very friendly and attentive. The hotel was immaculate and quiet although it was busy. The breakfast was good and plentiful.

The bed was quite firm as mentioned by others although a topper was offered we managed ok. The hotel was a 25minute walk from the city area and we struggled to find anywhere to eat locally to the hotel.

Stingy with the handsoap. Did not renew daily.. Use, same soap 3 days.. And the weather was 10 degrees with no heater. Room was too cold.. Do you sleep in 10 degrees weather with no heater?

The room is very spacious for a family of 5. The kitchenette and dining table were a real plus. Overall, a comfortable stay.

The staff, especially the breakfast servers, were not well-trained. Generally, not a friendly vibe.

Aussicht vom Zimmer war okay, Frühstück war gut.

Zimmer war sehr kalt, keine Heizmöglichkeit. Lage ist weit ab vom Zentrum.

Breakfast - a lot of choices to choose for main dishes. Dalat yogurt taste delicious - must try. Location - a bit far from town center but easily can call grab & super fast arrival at pick up point. Just a bit careful when payment time double check the amount. Overall grab drivers are very kind & they are pro in doing their business.

Breakfast serving at upper level setting is superb nice view but have to climb up & down to get the foods. Come early to book main breakfast area setting is nice view also.

The staff were exceptional couldn’t do enough for you and spoke excellent English. Breakfast was fantastic, lots of choice both Vietnamese and western options and they changed daily. Gym and pool facilities very good. Room was big and shower good

It was noisy both from the traffic noise and the furniture/ housekeeping trollies being scraped along on the floor late into the night/ early in the morning.

Všechno bylo perfektní, pokoje, velmi dobré snídaně, přístup perdonálu. Fantastický je vyhřívaný bazén, kde se po celodenních výletech skvěla relaxuje. Hotel doporučuji. Velmi příjemná je celodenní nabídka skvělých čajů k ochutnání či zahřátí.

Žádný problém, všechno bylo v pořádku.

אהבנו הכל! המיקום השירת האוכל והעובדים החדר היה מושלם ודאגו לנו לפינוקים לכבוד הירח דבש הארוחת בוקר הייתה מדהימה וגם נהנינו מהמיקום מאוד. בנוסף הטיולים שסגרנו דרך המלון היו מצויינים מומלץ ביותר!

Check in experience was unbelievable. Seriously, unbelievable. Hotel noise insulation was below par - we had terrible noise in the room way too early and way too late.

General good, it can be crowded during peak time.

Khách sạn sẽ quay lại nhiều lần khi đến Đà Lạt. Giường ngủ rất êm, thoải mái, mình đã có 1 giấc ngủ rất ngon. Vị trí khách sạn rất thuận tiện, gần ngay bến xe nên dễ dàng di chuyển đến các điểm tham quan và trung tâm. Đặc biệt, cà phê sáng ở đây rất ấn tượng, ngon và thơm đúng kiểu mình thích. Rất hài lòng và chắc chắn sẽ quay lại!

Mình biết đến khách sạn đã hoạt động được 2 năm, lần trải nghiệm này thật sự xứng đáng, nhân viên chu đáo. Đặc biệt giường rất êm nằm rất thoả mái, tông màu chủ đạo của Gd mình rất là mê, màu xanh giúp mình như hoà mình vào thiên nhiên, rất dễ chịu. Vị trí thuận tiện vừa đủ để nghỉ dưỡng và không xa chỉ mất 5 phút đi xe để vào trung tâm. Thực sự ấn tượng với cà phê sáng của Goldient rất ngon và thơm, điểm cộng này khiến mình lưu luyến và nhất định sẽ ghé thăm GD mỗi dịp đến Đà Lạt. 😘

Locations are very good. It’s near to all the tourist spots. You can rent car from them to take you to all the tourist spots so that it’s easier. The staffs are all so helpful and friendly. Hotel room is so clean and pretty!

Redelijk nieuw hotel en inrichting.

Bed is enorm hard. Kregen direct een topper aangeboden, maar het bed bleef zeer hard. Mensen spreken bijna geen Engels. Vriendelijk ook niet echt. Helaas is er geen mogelijkheid om bij een bar iets te drinken dan wel aan het zwembad. Hotel ligt afgelegen en als je naar het centrum wil dan is een taxi een must.

Les chambres confortables, le petit déjeuner, copieux et très bon, la piscine, grande et chauffée ce qui est un plus dans cette ville où il peut faire frais la journée ..

L’emplacement un peu éloigné du centre, ce qui nécessite d’y aller en scooter (location à la réception de l’hôtel) ou en taxi

Это очень красивый отель с шикарным видом на город. Расположен вблизи от станции автовокзала и канатной дороги. В отеле есть видовой с подогревом бассейн, а так как здесь прохладно , то это очень важно . В гостинице подают приветственный чай и фрукты в номере . Это очень приятно . С двух до четырех часов дня также подают необычайно вкусный чай со сладостями . Отель идеально чистый с приветливым персоналом. Белоснежное белье, удобные подушки . В номере мини бар по недорогим ценам. На завтрак очень хороший выбор блюд, особенно вкусные йогурты. До всех достопримечательностей можно доехать на такси это не дорого. До торгового центра вниз пешком минут 20 или на такси . Там можно поужинать . Напротив отеля через дорогу массажный салон и супер Релакс мытье головы+ массаж лица. Такого больше нигде не встретите .

Lovely large airy room. Great breakfast choices including eggs cooked to your preference, bread, pastries and cereal. Heated pool was amazing. Complimentary tea was a nice touch. Good minibar selection. Same day laundry service. Reception area was very relaxing to sit in at night.

Noise. Soundproofing was poor and unfortunately some guests were obnoxiously loud shouting in corridors

We enjoyed our stay overall. The hotel is in a decent location—about 15 minutes by Grab (Uber) to get into town. Our room was spacious, and the bedding was hard but you can request a soft top cover. However, being placed on the same floor as the housekeeping center made it quite noisy at times, which affected the overall experience. The concierge staff was friendly and attentive, and the breakfast selection was decent with enough variety to start the day.

The property is not for UK/ AUS market, beds very hard, breakfast very average, a lot Asians and small breakfast room.coffee cold !!! Not close to town, no bar, but mini bar over priced. We checked out after one night, suppose to be 3 nights and wouldn’t refund? No English TV, kids running up & down corridor until midnight and it echos, no sleep at all !!!

Conveniently located near restaurants & coffee shops. Breakfast is just ok. I couldn’t stand the smell of incense in the lobby.

Lovely hotel in a good location - it’s a little out of town but easy walk or grab to Dalat centre. The hotel itself has lovely gardens and pool and nice rooms. Staff are lovely - I recommend for a short stay in Dalat.

The hotel staff were fantastic and extremely helpful. The hotel is clean, and the breakfast buffet had different variety each day. There were a few downsides to the hotel 1. They don’t offer room service and 2 the pool surroundings is a tripping hazard, also the stairs into the pool are small and doesn’t offer much grip as I slipped off the stairs into the pool. Great hotel though.

The breakfast buffet was the best for me. Food had a lot of varieties and also taste amazing! Rooms are spacious also.
