Great view, dedicated service, took care of all my needs and I felt excellent.

The location, the beautiful building designed by an English architect stands out in every detail, the wonderful service of the staff and the excellent food, everything was wonderful so I stopped for another night.

Prompt room service, good food, good staff. Loved the lounge area and the breakfast buffet.

The location was far away from mall road. Not at a walkable distance.

Resorts area like terrace, restaurant, game zone, jim.

Game zone and jim timing should be late or little early open

Stay was very nice. Food was really good. Reception very nice and polite sapcilly miss jyoti and kajal.

We liked the location of the property, food. Amenities like playing room needs improvement.

Expenses of hotel for extra beds when a small child of 7 yrs can accomodate on same bed.

The room and facilities were satisfactory, and the staff members were very polite and helpful.

The food was alright, but it could've been better with an à la carte menu.

I was there for 2 nights and it was a great stay all over. The location was easy to reach and the staff was quite hospitable especially Jyoti at front desk and Aarzoo at the breakfast times. Breakfast options were good too. So again it was a quite a good experience for me and my husband ☺️

A small concern about the service when we used to sit on the terrace which was open restaurant we had wait for someone to come and get order like sometimes they see us but don’t walk up towards us so I had to get up and ask someone to come and take order so not a big deal but still someone shud be always available

Shower strong water stream.

Food mainly Indian cuisine. NO CHEESE, NO MEAT, NO MULTIGRAIN BREAD, NO..., NO.. Water at shower take 5 min to warm up. Power fails. Parking is very limited. And hard to bring big suitcases because of big stones at the path that breaks the suitcase's wheels. AC controlled by hotel control room. You can only on/off. Hotel a little far from shimla center. Bed mattress too stiff. Not comforrt.

Wifi not accessible inside room in laptops, Breakfast service not up to the mark, it is generally mismanaged once crowded, very few breakfast options (no hot servings like dosas and omelette),, gym and play area are so so, most of the sports stuff are broken or damaged, valley view implies view of concrete buildings, mall road is 4km away, taxi are available on call basis but drivers are not well behaved, expected a little better experience on a family holiday..

It was good facility with play area for kids, good food and also served special Jain meals for our family which we find quite difficult. Space had great vibes specially terrace side. Overall it was good experience.

I found pricing much higher compared to other properties providing similar experience.

The staff were fantastic. The rooms were also decent. What we loved the most was the hospitality of every staff from the reception to the restaurant to the housekeeping. All were soo warm and cordial

The bathroom towels and linen should be changed daily. They kept the same used linen everyday for us.

The service is excellent and resort is maintained clean.

Middle-class business hotel, nothing special, rooms look nicer on the photos than they are lots of staff but kacking good training and language skills, many people around me but did not understand any English.Indian breakfast lacking some good coffee, fruit, vegetables and appropriat cereals.

From the front staff receptionist to the managers and also the staff at the restaurant. They were all terrific!!! Provided a memorable stay for me and my family. Would definitely like to stay again in Snow valley hotel.

I had booked this hotel through your website and selected a room that included breakfast. However, upon arrival, the hotel informed me that breakfast was not included and charged me separately for it.

It is a great value for money. All the staff are kind and friendly. Room service and house keeping are available whenever needed. Food is good. The breakfast buffet has plenty of options. Wifi was the only problem as it is slow.
