Best property here in Changchun

Room temperature centrally controlled maintained at 27-29 Degree Celsius and cannot be adjusted by guest. Need to be improved. Hotel staff all are friendly.

五星級酒店一定有指定的服務質素。 但我今次要特別讚一位大堂經理。名字叫Eric, 當我在最後一天退房時，行李特別多及忙亂時遇到他真是很好。 不但主動行過來幫我推行李，還很親切地幫我安排行李上到預訂的私家車上。 他的服務已經超越了他的工作範圍。 但是很主動及有禮貌協助我。當刻覺得非常感激。 還有我是住在4322房，執房姐姐也很好，很有禮貌，十分親切。我下次到長春一定再來住在長春凱悅酒店。

房间设备和服务也很到位。前台和礼宾部就有些时候可能人手不夠，管理上出现可以避免的问题。

酒店地理位置很好，位于市中心，地铁站就在旁边一百米以内。长春站三站地铁直达。附近还有人民广场和其他公园。酒店高档大气，整体保养维护得不错。酒店泳池很棒，人也不多。来长春住这里性价比很高

部屋が広くて値段の割によかった。上層階で夜景が綺麗だった。２人連れには丁度良かった。エアコンの設定がいまいち分かりにくい

중국어를 하지 않는 사람이 장춘에 묵기 편한 호텔이었습니다. 호텔 스텝들이 대체적으로 영어를 잘 했고 친절하여서 머무는 동안 불편함이 없었습니다. 호텔 내 레스토랑이 두개여서 (하나는 조식 레스토랑, 하나는 중국 레스토랑) 장기 투숙시 좀 선택의 폭이 적은 것과 주변에 상가들이 부족한 부분 외에는 큰 불편은 없었습니다. 대각선 맞은편에 IFC 몰이 완공되고 나면 부족한 상가부분을 채워줄수 있을 듯합니다.

因為出差到長春, 為了工作的地方選了長春凱悅, 地點方便, 環境不錯. 服務人員態度親切, 房間舒適, 空間很大, 下次會再入住.

very clean! I overheard from a local friend that it is the most recently built hotel. And as I heard, it is very clean and nice.

Room is clean and nice as photo but service is a bit poor with no one help us to pick up luggage from taxi in such cold winter !

Very luxurious hotel. The service is excellent. Breakfast buffet is okay; the room service breakfast is a much better deal. The wake up call I had asked for did not occur. When I complained to the front desk, I was assured that the manager would investigate. I didn’t hear any updates though.

Location, view, service, all are excellent, value

I must say, it is my favorite lodging in Changchun. Compared to the shangri-la I prefer both the rooms and the quieter atmosphere. It is closer to the nightlife area of guilin. On the other hand for a Hyatt as well as the most expensive hotel in the city, I'd say they do the typical 90% is good enough. Focusing on the little things is important, but focusing on the unimportant things is far too little in this case. The staff is genuine and friendly. I stayed on the club level and while I was greeted with smiles I felt as if I was being watched and didn't belong. More than once, over attentive staff followed me around as I went from area to area making me feel as if they were concerned for the silverware in the lounge. Relax Hyatt staff, if I need something. I'll ask. If not, leave me to my own devices. Check in was fine. I was a bit early 1230pm so I waited in the lounge for my room to be prepped. Other than that check in was smooth enough. My room was prepaid, I think asking me to pay more than the room cost for a deposit was a bit rediculous but when I mentioned it, she lowered it by half without hesitation. The room was nice, real nice actually. Beds are comfy. But the ac on all 3 of my stays just won't go low. It's almost like a swamp cooler not an ac unit. I wasn't exactly hot, but I certainly wasn't comfortable either. Room service leaves much to be desired. In this area, they are indeed prompt. Wrong food, the food they did bring just simply isn't up to hyatt standard.

朝ご飯は上出来。食堂も雰囲気は抜群。一回でしたがディナーブッフェはよろしくない。刺身、お寿司、肉類、食材が値段の割には悪いですね。この地方は日本人観光客がいないせいか日本語がまるで通じないので困りました。

這間飯店是我長春出差的首選

泊まった部屋が41階だったので、部屋からの眺めが良かった。朝食は中華が中心だが、パンやサラダもあり、美味しい。部屋は大きく綺麗。ホテルを出るとすぐに地下鉄の解放大路駅がある。問題があるとすれば、大きなホテルなのに受付の人が1人～2人なので、チェックイン、チェックアウトととも何分間か待たされたことか。 以下、Hotels.comへ。Hotels.comに載っている地図が間違っています。『地球の歩き方』の地図と照合して間違いに気が付いたから良かったものの、Hotels.comの地図を信じていたら、言葉の通じない街で真夜中に迷子になるところでした。地図が間違っている可能性を出発前に指摘したはずですが、まだ訂正されていません。

방이 깨끗하고 공기상태가 쾌적하며 전망이 좋았어요 주변이 번화하진 않아 불편한 점도 있지만 문화광장이 보이는 전망은 참 마음에 들었어요

Like the room, very clean, nice view. Location is convenient, easy to get around. Disappointing staff and service. Staff has bad manner and some are rude. When asked, the staff lack of response.

部屋が広々としていて天井が高く、バスとシャワーブースとトイレが別々。眺望がすばらしく快適に過ごせました。 フロント以外のスタッフに英語が通じにくい、ロビーバーが喫煙可、しかも分煙されていない、朝食のシリアルに小石が入っていた、雷雨の時すごい勢いで窓から雨漏りがした、など問題は多々ありますが、若いスタッフたちが一生懸命なのと宿泊料がリーズナブルなのでまあ、いいかと・・・ホテルの問題というより中国という国のシステムの問題だと思いました。

フロントの従業員の方(女性)でした。英語は話せましたが日本語がわかるひともいてほしい。コレクトコールをかけたかったけどできないとのこと。うまく会話ができないのでよくわからなかった。クレジットカードのトラブルでかけたかったのにとても困った。 その他はすばらしい。 洋食、中華のレストランを利用したがさすがに素晴らしかった。

非常好的酒店,房間景觀好,所有房間都是高層,因為酒店建於商業大樓上面。房間設備和裝潢都很新淨, everything nice.

部屋が広々として、泊まるのに非常に気持ちいい。周りに店はあんまりない。従業員達も非常に優しい人が多かった。

This hotel is brand new. It was very clean and the room was quite large. The restaurant in the hotel was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again next time I return to Changchun.

It is the best hotel at Changchun city.

It's a brand new hotel, opened in 2016. The room was large and a typical Hyatt room, a bit sterile. Service was excellent. And the breakfast buffet was great. The hotel is located outside the city center and next to a park. Didn't see any interesting restaurants nearby.

Rooms are fantastic and staff was friendly and helpful. Good amenities. There were two problems: (1) the pool was very dirty by internatiinal standards, and did not have any chlorine in it; and (2) the restaurants only had a B rating from the local hygiene authorities. I didn't notice anyroblems with cleanliness in the guest rooms but a luxury hotel should be 100% perfectly clean in every area as a basic starting point.

Great hotel but it is not so great to try to save on energy on the expense of comfort!! The staff have deliberately rigged the air-condition to have a temperature no less than 24 degree, no matter what you do. Even when you call them to come take a look at it, they set it up to the maximum cooling yet it cannot reach less than 24 C. what a shame!!

I loved my stay at the Hyatt Regency Changchun. The hotel was extremely new (recently built) and the service was by far the best I've received. For the teenager like me, I think the only thing that this hotel is missing is a bar, since the lobby bar is fairly quiet (but I was told that it's being built right now). The food is also amazing at the hotel I will definitely go back!

Brand new hotel just opened 3 month ago. Facilities are excellent. Restaurant has excellent food. But no coffee machine in the room.

The hotel is apparently very new, opened in February this year. I was in Changchun for work, but chose this hotel because it was one of the few hotels with a gym and was closest to the university I was visiting. I really enjoyed the gym as it was spacious and usually I was the only person in there. I had a king size bed room, and the room was spacious also with a big bathroom, one side was a shower, and the other side was a giant bathtub. The room was very clean and had everything I needed. The only problem I had with the room was that the shower drain was clogged so by the second day I showered, the water drained very slowly and I had to turn off the water towards the end for a little while just to let it finish draining before continuing to shower. Everything else was great. Unfortunately I was so busy with work that I didn't explore the areas around the hotel, but there were plenty of restaurants around as far as I could tell. Breakfast was included with my room, and it was one of the best breakfast buffets I've had. The restaurant where breakfast was served each morning was also lovely, with sun coming through the windows, making it a pleasant place for a leisurely breakfast.
