Todo es increíble la ubicación y el hotel son insuperables la habitación es sorprendentemente grande y todo súper limpio y impecable tal y como en la fotos y el personal increíble

La habitación era muy espaciosa, cómoda y limpia. Bien ubicado, a 7 minutos del centro de Ao Nang y muy cerca de restaurantes y locales a los que ir. El desayuno super completo, incluso demasiado!

Bien situé a côté du restaurant le carnivore et des bateaux pour aller sur railey. L'accueil très sympa chambre grande et très propre nous avions une chambre de 3 Très bon rapport qualité prix

bed was super comfy, staff were super lovely and very friendly, always welcoming us whenever we came back to the hotel, we had free towels for the beach that were laundered by the hotel, umbrellas available for the storms etc, room was very big and spacious, good location for food and walking to the front, and water replenished daily

water pressure in the shower could be better, but not bad enough to book elsewhere

Really great place to stay with good air-conditioning, the location is also good and the staff were so easy to deal with any thing.

The staff were very polite and kind.

Habitación amplia y limpia. Desayuno sabroso con opciones vegetarianas. Se agradecen mucho las toallas y sombrillas para la playa. Al llegar nos dejaron las toallas con forma de elefante que a mi esposa le encantó. El edificio de al lado es un salón de masajes maravilloso.

La televisión se prendió sola durante la noche, lo que nos despertó. La puerta de la habitación dejaba entrar un poco de luz por abajo, lo cual también era un poco molesto. Finalmente, la ubicación no es tan buena. Para caminar a la playa no hay vereda y con el calor puede llegar a ser un poco molesto. Recomendamos arrendar una moto.

Отличный отель, остались очень довольны 🙂 Номер чистый и уютный, есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Уборка хорошая, всё аккуратно. Отдельно хочется отметить персонал — очень тёплые, искренние и внимательные люди. Всегда встречают с улыбкой, готовы помочь с любым вопросом, подсказать и просто создают очень приятную атмосферу. Удобное расположение — рядом кафе, магазины, до пляжа недалеко, при этом в отеле тихо и спокойно.

La ubicación

The place is quite clean. The personal was very kind and helpful as we wanted to change one of the rooms we booked, they responded immediately to our request. Around the hotel there are plenty of restaurants and shops, 7/11 at 5' walk. The beach on the contrary was a bit further away (15 min walk) and it wasn't very beautiful unfortunately. If you want to experience a more beautiful beach, i recommend taking the boat to Railay beach.

The staff were friendly...but unhelpful.

They wouldn't consider an early check-in, though I asked a month in advance. They are at the top of a hill with a sketchy back alley you walk down to the beach. This information was not included. I am travelling solo. Not safe! There are no elevators and multiple flights of steep stairs were required. The staff offered to help carry my bag, but it was so steep we needed to struggle together. The room already had mosquitos in it. The bathroom toilet wasn't cleaned. The shower mists....there is no water stream. When I inquired, they just said all of the rooms have this. There is no pool, so not having even a working shower in that heat and humidity is a huge problem! The bed is ROCK hard. And it's very noisy in the rooms, as they are all basement rooms and you can hear everyone walking above you. The shower has an open window/vent into the living hallway, so also noisy and doesn't feel private. I left hours after checking in. Very disappointing.

the location is amazing, pretty close to everything and to the beach, massage center, supermarkets, 7/11 just 2 min walking. the room was very clean and the staff super avalaible and nice!

we had just little problems with the wc but they fix very quickly

The staff were friendly but many couldn't speak English and it took a while to resolve issues. Pleasant and large room with a good sized balcony.

Nowhere to hang towels or put your stuff, nor even open your suitcases at waist level. Lived out of open suitcases on the floor. Would have been nice to have shelves/cupboards or even counter space and another bedside table.

Das im Hotel reservierte Taxi zum Flughafen kam nicht. Wir waren etwas nervös morhens um 6 Uhr. Dafür kann das Hotel nichts, dennoch am besten immer nachfragen, ob alles klappt und rückversichern.

Camera a fost mare, curata, cu mobila noua si pat confortabil, aer conditionat si un balcon spatios, plus loc sa iti usuci hainele/prosoapele dupa o zi de plaja. Micul de jun este repetitiv dar bun, oar personalul foarte amabil si profesionist. Localizarea este super, destul de aproape de centru incat sa poti merge lejer pe jos, dar destul de departe incat noptea sa fie liniste.

Nu exista geam sau macar ventilator la baie.

Minor but - whenever you had a question, it was impossible to get ahold of the staff, as there was rarely someone at reception

Our family suite was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was great except that despite having a coffee machine it was closed for breakfast and only filter coffee was available.

The location is accessible by a street with lots of traffic and no pedastrian space so it was hard with kids. However it's just a short distance to the street with wide pedastrian area. We didn't really like Ao Nang because both of the beaches are super polluted, but we liked the pier with long tail boats where we could easily hop on a boat and visit the nearby islands!

I loved the property, it was clean and had everything we needed!

Lots of flies in the bathroom. Not sure where they were coming from.

Bohužel nefungovala klimatizace, pokoj byl plný komárů a venkovní posezení nepoužitelné. Pokoj v přízemí přechází rovnou na místní parkoviště s jakýmsi sklenářstvím, nedalo se tedy ani větrat ani roztáhnout závěsy.

The hotel is cozy and quiet and our room was amazing - we actually had 2 rooms for 3 people with a joint bathroom. It's located in around 15 minutes from Ao Nang beach, very clean and with beautiful green view.

A bit uncomfortable to walk to the beach, maybe hotel could organize a shuttle to the main street.

O atendimento é ótimo, os funcionários sorridentes e gentis, o quarto é lindo com uma linda decoração. A vista da parte de trás no café da manhã é linda e super tranquilo e sussegado pois não fica na rua principal

Al piano basso percepita molta umidità, puzza di fogna dalla strada .aprendo la porta finestra piano basso tergale Colazione., apprezziamo l'impegno ma un po' Basic

Locatie was een stuk van het centrum af je moest een stuk lopen langs een drukke zonder stoep dus de autos an scooters vlogen je op een haar na voorbij. Wij hadden een kamer helemaal onder waren 3 lange grote steile trappen die we moesten lopen gelukkig kregen we hulp met 20 kg baggage koffers .

Ruime kamer, een heel goed bed en vriendelijk personeel. De kamer was schoon en alles zag er modern uit.

The hotel was nice and clean. Staff were really friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Distance to sea, markets, restaurants and shops were very close. I liked that hotel was on a quiet street and we had a very good sleep (no loud bars or nightclubs around). Breakfast was good and eating area had a lovely view. The bonus: there is a really good massage salon right next door - you can have your massage and then go to sleep. Another bonus: hotel is providing beach towels which was lovely.

I was hoping for a balcony but I got a room on the ground floor with a small terrace facing main street so couldn't use it for relaxing and had to close curtains all the time to have privacy. Even it is not a main street it is still a street and people walk past. Also, full size mirror would be great. There is a mirror in the bathroom, but you can not see your full outfit.
