La ducha no tenía mampara ni cortina por lo que se llenaba un poco de agua el baño al ducharse.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026El tamaño de la cama, la ubicación y la piscina. En general la habitación estaba bastante bien. El trato con el personal también fue muy bueno.
Sólo ponían una toalla grande por persona, ni para el pelo ni las manos. Nuestra habitación tenía una terraza pequeñita pero de poco nos servía, ya que no tenía ni mesa ni sillas ni colgador. El desayuno estaba bien pero básico,, hacían huevos al momento que siempre suma. Destacar que no hay ascensor.

We requested separate beds & that was done - an additional bed added into a queen bed room (you can imagine the room size) ,helped with booking tickets to rock climbing,to airport etc- hospitality at its best, thanks Fern. I loved the old world charm of the hotel, will be back again ( my photos don't do justice)

It was just a really good spot and the rooms were incredibly comfortable, quite big too while the staff were super friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be coming back here for a quite retreat

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Le panthouse était sur deux étages, j'ai adoré le style thaïlandais vintage avec les vieux plancher en bois. Le balcon extérieur style terrasse au deuxième était parfait avec une magnifique vue. Les lits sont confortables et l'air climatisé très fonctionnel. La piscine est propre et assez grande.
Peut être juste mettre des petites serviettes pour se laver. Mais c'est vraiment juste pour trouver un point faible 😂

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026Je n'ai pas apprécié l'accueil, limité désagréable. Je n'ai pas apprécié que l'on te fasse payer les bouteilles d'eau plastique qui sont dans le frigo. Les bouteilles en verre sont gratuites mais bien sûr elles ne sont pas fraîches. C'est des petits trucs mais c'est mesquin !!

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026Hotel zasługuje na wysoką ocenę. Położenie 300 m od plaż blisko 7/11 i głównej ulicy z sklepami restauracjami. Super basen z widokiem na morze i zieleń . Czystość bez zarzutu pokoje duże z dużą łazienką prysznic i deszczownica codziennie sprzątane wymiana ręczników woda. Z uwagi na charakterystyczną budowę otwarte korytarze schody daje duży komfort a jednocześnie atmosferę luzu i wypoczynku. Na szczególną uwagę zasługują panie w recepcji Fern I Bow które wykonują swoja pracę nie tylko z obowiązku ale też z przyjemnością I prawdziwym uśmiechem. Podobało mi sie tak ze wróciłem po raz drugi

The staff was so kind and helpful, the location was walking distance from EVERYTHING, and my room was clean, cozy, and had the most amazing upstairs deck with outdoor tub to lounge and look up at the stars! The room had one bedroom, one bath, a mini balcony, then large upstairs balcony space with the tub. From the top, I could see the other islands in the horizon. It was honestly such a sight! The hotel was conveniently located across from a 7/11 and currency exchange. This was the perfect stay for someone looking to experience a little humble luxury while saving big! I would highly recommend it.
The AC was a bit loud in the room so I could see that bothering someone, but it honestly sounded like rain pitter-pattering on the machine so it was okay by me!

Reviewed Apr 27, 2026The location was fantastic—just a 5-minute walk from Ao Nang Beach, with plenty of bars, restaurants, and street food right on the doorstep. Surprisingly, despite being so close to the action, the hotel itself was very quiet and peaceful inside. I stayed in a Deluxe King Room, and the bed was incredibly comfortable and clean; I honestly had the best night’s sleep of my trip so far. While my room didn't have a sea view (it overlooked the neighboring hotel), the comfort and quality of the room more than made up for it. The staff were also wonderful—really friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. I found the tourist information desk in the lobby very convenient for organizing activities around Krabi. I ended up extending my stay by two days as I felt so relaxed and wasn't ready to move on. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and would definitely stay here again!
The breakfast wasn't the best, but it still had the basics breakfast options: Cereal, Toast, Pastries, Sausage, Eggs etc

No tenían personal disponible para ayudar con las maletas a la llegada. El hotel no tiene ascensor y los mejores cuartos están en el piso 4. Tuvimos que subir todo nosotras. No hay teléfono en el cuarto por lo que si se necesita algo hay que bajar y volver a subir….como para hacer check out y que puedan ayudar con las maletas - por ejemplo. Tampoco había personal en recepción 24 horas. El desayuno podría ser mucho mejor. Hemos tenido mejores experiencias en la zona. También hay murciélagos volando por recepción y escaleras. En general el hotel cumple, el poco personal disponible es amable y las instalaciones están bien pero sería ideal que mejoren en los aspectos mencionados.

The lack of lift is an issue and this should be made very clear when booking. The staff were very uninterested in attending to customers at check in, breakfast and checkout. The pool area was disgraceful. No towels available and very dirty and untidy - this could be a lovely space if given a bit of care, if there were pool towels and there was a bar.

Reviewed Apr 14, 2026Die Unterkunft liegt zentral in Ao Nang und man kann überall schnell hinlaufen. Das Badezimmer war ästhetisch sehr schön und sauber. Handtücher, Pooltücher, Pflegeprodukte waren vorhanden und gut. Der Pool ist schön groß und es gibt ausreichend Liegen und eine schöne Aussicht. Guter Kaffee beim Frühstück, Buffet ist klein aber ausreichend.
Das Hotel wirkt wirklich in die Jahre gekommen. Die Besitzer sollten in eine Renovierung investieren, denn so fragt man sich wofür man so viel zahlt. Preis Leistung stimmt nicht. Der Pool an sich ist schön aber der Terassenbereich ist nicht sehr einladend. Die Auflagen für die Liegen sind fleckig und teilweise kaputt. Unsere Bettwäsche war nicht sauber und nach dem Housekeeping war das Bett nichtmal richtig gemacht, nur die Decke einmal ausgeschüttelt und übergeworfen.

Very clean pool, great for catching sun. 7-11 near the hotel. No elevator but beside that everything was perfect! Highly reccomended 😄

Reviewed Apr 2, 2026Insgesamt ein passables Hotel und für eine Nacht absolut ausreichend. Pool hat eine schöne Aussicht. Zimmer war gut ausgestattet, Klimaanlage funktionierte gut und es war sauber. Betten und Polster bequem. Die Lage ist super, man ist zu Fuß schnell am Strand und an der belebten Hauptstraße sowie an mehreren Märkten. Personal ist hilfsbereit mit Taxi etc. Frühstück einfach, aber es werden frisch Eier zubereitet.
Insgesamt fehlt es einfach am Detail und man merkt überall, dass das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen ist. An vielen Stellen wären Renovierungen notwendig.Die Dachterasse mit Badewanne war wenig einladend. Beim Poolbereich waren einige Liegen kaputt, Auflagen schmutzig, der Pool selbst etwas veralgt und Sonnenschirme fehlten. Für den Preis war das für uns alles akzeptabel, aber man darf sich eben nicht zu viel erwarten.

Es gibt keinen Aufzug das Hotel ist quasi draußen da offen gestaltet und nicht klimatisierten Lobby Frühstücksraum usw dann muss man eben bei Hitze in den vierten Stock laufen oder in den dritten zum Pool an diesem gibt es zwar Sonnenschirmständer aber keine Sonnenschirme
