Khao Lak Blue Lagoon Resort

schönes ruhiges Hotel. Sehr nettes Personal.

The Blue Lagoon resort is a warm and welcoming family-run resort. We got the newest villa for our five day stay at the end of our holiday and it was spacious, clean and beautiful. The value for money is really good. We loved the friendly smiles and discussions with the owners. Special greeting to the Mama of the family. Interestingly, the food at the hotel restaurant is at the same price level or even more affordable than in other restaurants in the area. Despite this, the quality and taste of food is very good. We are for sure coming back during our next trips to Khao Lak.

Just a 1 night stopover. The bungalows were very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming & the on site restaurant provided excellent quality, good value food. I didnt really have time to explore the surrounding area but the hotel is right next to a superb long beach, with loungers provided by the hotel.

es ist ein wunderschönes kleines Bungalow Resort. Sehr ruhig, sehr gutes Essen, toller Strand, nicht überlaufen. Es war sehr erholsam. Wir werden wieder dort sein. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

I chose the Blue Lagoon Resort because it was a small family-run hotel. I wanted somewhere quiet, which didn’t have hordes of kids running around. As soon as I made contact, it was clear that the owners really care about their guests. Vee kindly arranged airport transfers for me and she welcomed me warmly when I arrived. Vee’s aunty Tien owns the resort, and she made sure I had the best bungalow on the property, with a wonderful view over the lake and the greenery beyond. The bungalows are immaculate, spacious and well-equipped and offer incredible value for money. The restaurant is excellent, and the waiting staff are a delight. There is a pristine beach just across the road, with plenty of sun beds for residents. The beach is endless, and often I was the only person swimming in the sea. It was the most enjoyable and relaxing holiday, and the service and standard of care from the staff was faultless, (if they thought it was going to rain they would send a golf buggy to take me to my room so I didn’t get wet). I would go back in an instant and would like to send my heartfelt thanks to Tien, Vee and all the staff for giving me the most wonderful stay imaginable.

Tolles Resort! Ruhige Lage!

This is an excellent hotel with amazing service. The staff are so friendly and helpful and the manager Vee couldn't do enough for us, arranging trips and tours and giving lots of local advice. We were so sad to leave and will definetly be back. I loved the fresh flowers in my room everyday. A wonderful stay that we will always remember.

A great hotel in quite area near the sea with lovely staff and management. I asked to make some presents for my wife's birthday, which we had while staying in the hotel, and they did everything just perfectly. Thanks again for that great time!

Very calm and relaxing stay. Best beach in the area. Highly reconend!

We liked the settings and the gardens and all the lovely flowers

Friendly staff nice area quieter than most bars shut around 10 near the hotel but the bars are good so are the cocktails 👍🙏

Amazing boutique hotel! Quiet, peaceful but not far from the Khao Lak main town. Hotel can organise your transfers, excursion (tailor made) laundry … for a very good price! Food was excellent! Staff was amazing! Beach was superb (the best beach I have been in Thailand!) and swimming pool was very nice and clean! I went with my 2,5 year old daughter who had a blast ! You can find massage places and mini market 5 min walk or 2 min bicycle! Will definitely come back again next time we are in Thailand !

Kommen gerne wieder.

Vee and the crew are like family 😊 bungalows are in a very nice tropical garden at 1 minute walk from the beach, khao lak center is at a few kilometers and the residence can rent bikes. Blue Lagoon is the perfect location for us and we recommend to everyone 😍

The best meal we have had so far on this trip and we have been to a few restaurants! It is a hidden gem which should not be missed. We were disappointed last night as we just wanted steamed fish and garlic prawns in a restaurant in Khoa Lak - they smothered it n sauce! - not BLUE LAGOON where we are eating tonight. Tonight was OUR WOW - absolutely delicious, defo coming g back again. ❤️ Thank you Blue Lagoon. And see you soon. ❤️

Helt fantastiskt boende.

A small resort with detached villas in tropical gardens. If you want peace and tranquility with just the sound of birdsong this is the place for you! The villas are spacious, spotlessly clean and the resort is well maintained. A short stroll to a peaceful beach with soft sand and good for swimming. The hotel has sun loungers and parasols on the beach, these don’t have mattresses but you can use the lounges with mattresses of the bar/ restaurant next door. The resort has a lovely small restaurant, food is great and reasonably priced. Free bikes and reasonably priced scooter hire helped us explore the local area. The pool is small but never busy. Thank you to Vee and her team for a fantastic 10 days.

Gepflegte Anlage

Seuraavalla kertaa on otettava lapset mukaan sillä täällä he pääsee nauttimaan öisin aidosta viidakkoelämästä.

Kleines ruhiges Hotel

We loved our stay! The staff is superfriendly, the room is spacious and VERY clean and the surroundings are awesome. We stayed in a room by the "river" and we loved sitting outside watching the wildlife. You get beach towels every day (in the room) and two water bottles for free. The breakfast is plentiful and nice. The beach is a few steps away, and the hotel provides sun chairs for you to bring to the beach. There are a few restaurants in the area (just a couple of minutes walk) and a small family mart. Would go back in a heartbeat!

Kleine vorgegebene Frühstücksauswahl, aber ausreichend und gut!

Small family hotel has beautifull villas which are quiet and peacefull. Also very clean. The beach is just over the street. The resort pool is rather small but enough to relax. Sunbeds are allways available. The staff is very nice and do all the best to make your holiday good. The breakfast can be chosen and mixed many ways. The food at the small restaurant is very good. If you are looking a place where you can really relax and enjoy, this could be the one.

Superb quiet little Oasis, a lovely pool, but with the accomodation well away, free bikes, fantasric unspolied beach enhanced by the foldable sunbeds, collect from the pool and walk across the little road, plenty of natural shade under the trees, about five restaurants, just around the corner and a few places for lunch after a walk along the beach, all in all Superb.

The Blue Lagoon was just down the road from where we were staying and became our favourite restaurant!. By the beach, quiet, great service and food. Vee and her team are just wonderful. The food quality great, amazing Prawns in what looked like kataifi, awesome grilled prawns in taramind sauce. Be warned the curries are wonderful and hot!!! Gin and tonic amazing too. We planned to look at the bungalows although we missed the opportunity as they were full, not surprised as they look beautiful. We would certainly look at staying there in the future. Thank you Vee and your team for our wonderful smiles, service food and of course the G & T's!!

Very peaceful resort. Perfect place to relax. Would recommend.

Very well maintained and clean houses in beautiful and quiet garden. Great service provided by professional, very helpful & friendly staff. Very recommendable accomodation.

Slightly remote location, not overrun by tourists.

Preis- Leistung sehr gut.

We loved the Blue Lagoon Resort. Beautiful accommodation and grounds and wonderful, friendly staff. Excellent breakfasts and evening meals, and within yards of other bars and restaurants if you felt like a change. Bicycles (free, I think) and scooters (chargeable) for residents' use.The only negative was the need to carry folding sun loungers the 100 or so meters to the beach, but to the resort's management's credit, they made the decision to provide these sunbeds when the local authorities banned permanent sunbeds from the beach. If you aren't a fan of the beach there are plenty of sunbeds around the resort, by the pool, and on the balconies of the villas, so no negatives at all for you guys.

We loved our stay at the blue lagoon. It is perfect for a couple of nights relaxing getaway. Anything longer and i think we would have been bored. Quite away from shops and amenities but easy enough to get to by an expensive taxi. Lovely family run hotel very clean and friendly.

Sauberkeit top. Perfekter Service. Liebevolles Personal. Gutes und sehr preisgünstiges Restaurant. Kostenfreier Fahrradverleih.

To get to the beach you have to cross a narrow, but very busy road with lots of buses and motorbikes. The pool is literally five meters away from this road, so swimming is always accompanied by the smell of exhaust gases and the noise of motors. But it gets even better: there's a power line right next to the pool, and you can enjoy swimming in the shade of the wires. If you want to avoid such exquisite pleasures of this "beachfront hotel" and escape to the beach all you need to do is just grab a pretty heavy beach lounger with a metal frame and walk with it for at least five minutes. Or 10-15 minutes if you want to be away from people and dogs on the beach. And then of course you need to bring your heavy lounger back to the hotel, so multiple walks to the beach get quite tiresome. Our room was hot as an oven, and the air-conditioner was way too weak to solve the issue. It took several hours (I'm not joking or exaggerating) for the temperature to go down from 32 degrees C to 28 degrees C with the a/c on full blast. No wonder, given the huge gaps in the windows and doors of the "villa". The room was spacious, but old, with signs of wear and tear. The breakfast was decent, the staff was nice. The territory of the hotel was absolutely gorgeous. Walking from our room to the breakfast area was the highlight of our stay. My husband and I were happy we'd booked just two nights; we couldn't wait to leave. This hotel should be much, much better to deserve its rating!

Good location and great staff. Had a relaxing time. Just what we wanted.

Schöne kleine Bungalow Anlage, sehr gepflegt, super nettes Personal.

Motorradverleih voehanden.

Absolutely fabulous stay. Wonderful setting. Super friendly and helpful staff. Manageress was exceptionally helpful and had a wonderful sense of humour. Menu selection was incredible and the food fantastic. Great swimming pool. Lovely quiet location. Just across from a fabulous beach. Taxis just across the road Not far from Khao Lak town, shopping, markets, museums etc. Highly recommend if you want a stay away from all the hustle and bustle with the option to venture further if you wish.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, judt what we were looking for, quiet seclusion. We had a deluxe villa, loved the veranda and beautiful gardens. The staff are very friendly, breakfast was good and we ate in restaurant in the evening a couple of times. There are other restaurants close by too. Beach is beautiful, hotel has sun loungers on the beach. Couldn't fault the place. Loved khao lak, wee will be back.

Klare Empfehlung.

Clean and good looking place little bit off the main road. They offer free bikes and decent breakfast. Good beach just couple minutes away. Wifi was very bad in the room, but worked alright in lobby/restaurant area. Gets quite loud in the night time with frogs and whatever monsters live there, so some earplugs might be needed (this was more or less happening also in other places, that were outside city center).

Zimmer sehr toll, sauber, nettes Team.

poor service, poor breakfast, bad smell outside the room

L'hôtel a su s'adapter à notre demande ...

Genau richtig um einige Tage zu entspannen. Mit Taxi aber schnell in Khao Lak. Sehr gutes Speiseangebot. Preis / Leistung sehr gut. Restaurant mit Meerblick. (Sonnenuntergang!)
