Wonderful property; professional staff. The apartment is comfortable and thoughtfully equipped. We really enjoyed our stay and particularly enjoyed the swimming pool and the stunning view from the terrasse!

The property is located uphill and the access on foot is a bit challenging especially for kids. Easy to walk down to reach the nearest stores but to walk up the steep hill is quite challenging. Renting a car is the obvious solution, and it is actually very convenient to have one in Bodrum as the city is full of steeps...

This was our second family holiday at Değirmenburnu, and once again, we had a very pleasant stay. This is a well-appointed and thoughtfully designed property in an excellent location, perfectly positioned between central Bodrum on one side and Gümbet and Bitez on the other. The property offers both spacious hotel-style rooms and apartments. This time, we chose a hotel-style room, which was perfectly comfortable for three people and offered fantastic views over Bardakçı Bay. The room was a good size and very well equipped, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were extremely helpful and responded promptly to all our requests. There is also a small swimming pool, which is ideal for an early-morning swim or for unwinding in the late afternoon after a day at the beach. We stayed during the high season, so the property could get quite busy at times, but this did not detract from our overall experience. Overall, we had another great stay at Değirmenburnu Residence and would not hesitate to return again in the future.

There were only two minor issues during our stay. The internet connection disconnected quite frequently, meaning we had to log in again several times, although the connection speed itself was very good once connected. The other issue was parking. When the property is fully booked, finding an available parking space can sometimes be a little difficult. But none of these detracted from our positive experience at Degirmenburnu.

No body made presentation for me about my room , I discovered third day that I have lot kitchen stuff in the dishwasher by luck, this happened while the house keeping was put some stuff on my dishwasher

Tolle Anlage alles sehr Neu. Die Ferienwohnung hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Es fehlte in der Wohnung an nichts wir würden diese Wohnung wieder buchen.

Die Anlage liegt etwas außerhalb um zu Fuß ins Zentrum zu gehen war es bei der Hitze im Juli etwas weit. Den Preis finde ich etwas überhöht.

We appreciated two outdoor seating options, accommodative kitchen area, great bay view from the balcony, short walking distance to the public beach, shops and sightseeing areas. Staff were very helpful, nice and friendly. Pool area was clean, well maintained. Rooms were spacious. AC works great but how to switch the temperature-questionable. It felt like no matter what (after clicking on the buttons in every room) it works only under one condition (+18C).

Definitely pillows. I can’t say they are bad, but all of us struggled to sleep.

It is well placed, just outside the busy town centre, but still a steep climb. We walked once, but the rest of the time used our car. The place is spacious and relaxing.

The place was extremely dusty and needed a good clean. A lot of ants as well.

Great views and very friendly staff. Room was spacious and a good location near the pool which had a panoramic view into Gumbet Bay.

The high location makes walking back an effort especially during the warm days. However, taxis are plentiful and there is a bus every 15mins from Bodrum that stops near the residence.

Хорошие современные апартаменты. Комфортно в целом. Все продумано и с освещением и с планировкой. Кровати с отличными матрасами. Ничего не скрипит. Жить в таком месте если путешествуешь на авто вообще отлично.

В номере на втором этаже на кухне муравьи. Из-за этого полноценно пользоваться кухней было невозможно. Нужно вскрывать плинтуса на кухонной зоне и делать дезинфекцию. Ручки дверей в санузлах и комнатах постоянно выпадают. Мы разбили бокал и попросили сервис убрать осколки. Ждали почти час и собрали все самостоятельно, так как детям нужен был доступ в коридор. Веника и совка в комнате не было. Нужно обратить на эти вещи внимание.

Modern spacious apartment with all the inclusions you want for a self contained stay. The apartment had a view of the harbour, and is close to historic Windmill site. A bit of a walk to shops but manageable.

Шикарные большие апартаменты с красивым видом на море и горы. Две отдельные спальни, большая гостиная и кухня, открытый балкон. На кухне есть всё. Холодильник, кофемашинка, барная стойка. Телевизоры, кондиционеры в каждой комнате. Стиральная машинка тоже есть. На территории бассейны, место для парковки машины всегда есть.

В санузле очень высоко установлена раковина-неудобно. У барной стойки очень высокие стулья -приходилось нагибаться если обедать за барной стойкой. Замок входной двери плохо закрывается.

Dishwasher didn’t work and despite reporting it no action was taken. Kitchen could be better equipped….pans pots etc

Superb location with an unbelievable view. The apartment was very clean, well equipped with excellent airconditioning which is a must in Turkey. We walked both into Bodrum and Gumbet, yes steep hills but if you required a taxi they were always available and very reasonable 250 lira to Bodrum Marina. The staff onsite were always available and very pleasant and helpful. We look forward to returning later this year 😀

The sofa bed was actually a sofa not a pull out bed.

This is a spectacularly located apartment overlooking the sea and windmills and ancient city wall just a few yards away. It was also outside the noise and traffic of Bodrum, but the touristy areas can be reached by walking. The apartment was completely furnished with high quality dishes and flatware and all the necessary appliances including clothes and dishwasher. The only common item missing was a microwave. The A/C and wifi were great. We used the outdoor swimming pool a lot and it was wonderful - a real lap pool and a separate kiddle pool with lots of deck chairs umbrella and great views. This was one of the best places we have ever stayed at.

There was no microwave, and there was no entrance at the lower levele menaing that we always had to go up to walk down to our apartment or to go out as well.

The property was in an excellent position in the middle of Bodrum and gümbet, both are within close walking distance and due to being in the middle the hotel has an incredible pool with views over both. The staff were amazingly hospitable, attentive and helpful, always welcoming any questions.

Spacious modern apartments with excellent facilities a pool and great views. A little way out of the main centre of Kos but taxis readily available and extremely helpful staff who were happy to organise a late check out.

Out of town on a hill that required a taxi to go to and from unless you walked up and down the steep hill. Good exercise if fit.

Cette vue magnifique sur la mer et les magnifiques couchés de soleil. L'emplacement est central à quelques minutes de tous les points d'intérêts comme les centres commerciaux, supermarchés, plage, ... Les chambres sont spacieuses et méritent d'être qualifié de très propre.

Parfois, on est dérangé par le bruit.

L'appartement est fonctionnel avec notamment le nécessaire pour manger. La localisation est très calme, en dehors du centre ville. Bonne literie.

L'appartement que nous avions n'avait aucune vue ce qui est plutôt trompeur par rapport aux photos du site. L'entretien est assez moyen, notamment le canapé mériterait d'être changé. La connexion internet est pénible à obtenir. Heureusement le personnel de l'accueil nous a bien aidé.

Located on the main road to Guembet, it's like living on a highway. In addition, the road up to the windmills is opposite the property with motorbikes roaring up the hill. The week ends are the worst Cleaning is very superficial. Clearly no supervision of cleaning ladies in place! Broken light bulbs, leaking shower, leaking water heater. The constant noise of renovations gave us 3 more or less peacefully days in a 3 week stay. Without own transport verydifficult and expensive . Far away from everything. Minimum Half hour walk up a steap hill. Gumbet has nothing to offer..

Just perfect! Well equipped, modern and very clean apartment. Had asked for a sea view and what a beautiful view. Wi-fi was great connection, and have nothing bad to say about my staff or the Residence. Staff in front office were welcoming and more than happy to help with any request. Only down side .. it's at the top of a VERY steep hill. I'm a fit person but even I found it a challenge .. goodness knows what it would be like walking up that in the heat of August, rather than March. Other than that .. would recommend this property without question.

Nothing really. The only downside if I was to find one would be the location .. whilst ideally located for shops and the beach it's located at the top of a VERY steep hill.

Excellent location as it is close to Bodrum City center. Accommodation was very good for family of 2 adults and 2 kids. View was very good as we got see view balcony. Facility has washing machine and Dishwasher which is very good. Taxi stand is just 50 meters.

Basic stuffs like Tissue Paper, Sugar , tea bags are missing in the kitchen. Swimming pool is outdoor and not heated, so if you are visiting in winter it cannot be used.

Everything is great, the receptionist guy’s very welcoming! Excellent view from balcony. Near downtown!

I can't say anything bad, but I would like to recommend to the employees to check the dishes after each customer and wash them thoroughly.

The pool was nice, but the time of year we went was freezing.

It’s a big room, quite comfortable bed and the accommodations. The location is a bit far from the beach and the center, but it’s easy to get a cab. We enjoyed our stay in Bodrum there.

Everything was great. Views & accommodation are brilliant.

It's on top of a big hill. I've seen others complain about this. Yes, it's on a hill, but it's worth it for the views. Walk downhill for lunch or dinner and get a taxi home. €4 took us home every night. Worth it.

The apartment was lovely & clean. There was a lovely view. The apartment was quiet at night. The bed was comfortable with clean sheets. A positive experience away from the hustle & bustle. A positive experience.

The hill could be an issue if you have mobility issues but there are taxis.

Cela fait plusieurs fois que nous venant dans ce charmant endroit. C'est une résidence très propre et bien située avec une superbe vue. L'accueil y est très chaleureux et Ibrahim particulièrement fait toujours le nécessaire pour que l'on se sente bien.

I stayed here with my family for 7 days. The place is really good located on top of a hill with a great view of Bodrum on both sides. You can even do a bit of hiking if you feel like it. It’s better to rent a car to get to the places you want to see. The staff were polite and attentive. The photos match the reality. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Thank you guys!

Overall we were very pleased with this accommodation. Quite a large apartment with a nice balcony. Position was fine with a ten minute walk down to either Bodrum or Gumbet. There are taxis and busses for coming back up if you don't fancy the steep hill. Neither cost much. Pool was nice but I only used it once because I far prefer sea swimming. The washing machine and drying line was A real bonus. A good choice which I recommend but can't score higher than 8 (7.5 really) simply because of some small nagging issues which I will mention in the next section.

The WiFi was a an issue for us. It was weak and not secured. Other minor issues included no plug for the kitchen sink, thinking that the kitchen was I'll equipped until finding most of the stuff in the dish washer towards the end of our 4 day stay. Lastly while the master bedroom was great the second bedroom was only adequate. Still a very good stay but could have been even better.
