Le petit déjeuner était correcte mais pas variés. La salle de sport n'était pas accessible et fermait à 20h00

I liked the room cleaniness, breakfast and staff behaviour.

I didn't like the Blanket, it was just like a thin bed sheet. Television was not working.

From the moment we stepped inside the hotel, all the staff were ever so helpful. Our AC stopped working and moved us to a different room and managed all our bags without us having to do anything. Turgay And Raif were just amazing! They gave us VIP treatment and my family loved every single day staying at Marnas Hotel. Turgay also helped me organise a surprise evening for my husband at the boat and managed our transport from the airport, to hotel and everything else.

There was nothing not to like! If you want to stay at a good city hotel then Marnas js the one.

Otopark hizmeti / park yeri olduğunu belirtiyorsunuz, ancak bunun doğru olmadığı ortaya çıktı. Otele vardığımda oteli aradım ve bana İstanbul’da arabamı sokakta park edebileceğim söylendi. Ya da başka bir otoparka yönlendirildim ve orada aracımi anahtarlarını teslim etmem gerektiği belirtildi. Bir otel egerki otopark imkânı olduğunu belirtiyorsa, müşterinin de doğal olarak otelin bu hizmeti gerçekten sağlayacağını düşünmesi gerekir. Ben özellikle aracımı güvenli bir şekilde park edebilmek için bu oteli tercih etmistim. Sonuç olarak otelinizde kalmadım ve dürüst bir şekilde otopark imkânı sunan başka, iyi bir otel buldum. Ödediğim ücretin iadesini talep ettim, ancak paramı geri vermeyi de kabul etmiyorsunuz. Bu durumun kesinlikle kabul edilebilir olmadığını düşünüyorum ve ücretimin iade edilmesini talep ediyorum.

Hotel bello anche se un po' vecchio. Colazione molto fornita e ottima soprattutto nella parte salata.

Posizione lontana dalle maggiori attrazioni per cui dovevamo prendere ogni giorno taxi o bus per raggiungere le zone di interesse. Non fornita di servizio lavanderia

Gute Matratze, nettes Personal.

Ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Spa-Preise sind viel zu hoch. Essen ist rundherum besser und günstiger. Zimmer ist klein, nicht geeignet zum Arbeiten mit Laptop. Internet ist langsam und unsicher, laut meinem Apple, sprich Internetverbindung ist schon lange nicht mehr auf dem Stand der Zeit. Gegend ist nicht der Hit.

clean. comfortable. offers good breakfast variety, staff is super nice. everything in the room works perfectly fine, most importantly the AC since we stayed in july, and istanbul heat is crazy.

generally there is nothing to complain about. the sağmalcılar station is ~10-12 min walk, bayrampaşa maltepe ~15-18 min walk

Colazione scarsa e trasandata Richiesto più volte accensione aria condizionata perché in stanza si moriva di caldo, la loro risposta è che l avrebbero accesa il giorno 15. Quindi io sono stata una settimana a soffrire il caldo perché loro non l’hanno accesa prima

I was in Istanbul having dental treatment, the hotel was three doors along from my dentist. The staff were excellent and very accommodating to my needs. The city view from the restaurant are excellent.

I would of liked some coffee sachets in my room and I wasn't keen on the decoration but all in all it was more than adequate

Hotellet ser flott ut eksteriørmessig. Interiørmessig begynner hotellet og bli slitt, men her er jo oppussing i gang flere steder så dette lover godt. Samtidig så er servicen på dette hotellet meget bra. En oppfølging av gjester som må være av det beste i Istanbul. Bildene sier noe om slitasje på det rommet jeg fikk først, men jeg fikk nytt og bedre rom når jeg kontaktet resepsjonen. Ingen nøling eller forsøk på å diskutere, fikk et nytt rom øyeblikkelig. Frokostbuffeen var god, men dessverre sto lokkene på varm-maten åpen så den var jo kald da jeg kom. Restauranten er selvfølgelig på toppen og der kan du både nyte flott utsikt og sikkert også god mat, men jeg kjøpte pizza og det vil jeg ikke anbefale noen å kjøpe for de lager den ikke selv. Det var frossen ferdigpizza som smakte papp med litt krydder på toppen. De har jo eget kjøkken og mat de lager fra bunnen av! Kjære, ikke server frossenpizza for det blir en skikkelig nedtur.

Amazing book was clean room and stuff is so friendly. I will go back when I need again.

Too many children running around outside there rooms at night people in stairs Wells all night long as well no consideration for guests who need to rise early in the morning as didn't get much sleep here so I wouldn't advise anyone to stay here in my opinion

The rooms were clean and spacious.

There was no bar/lounge area to relax in of an evening, only a restaurant. The stairwells were littered with furniture and mattresses.

Everything thing good staff , location of hotel near Turkish restaurant service good food and also quite neighborhood with a good transportation facilities from bus and even taxi cause it's not far from historical area

Kind and welcoming personell at the reception. A room was spacious and comfortable. Good hotel, slightly worn for its price.

Restaurant at the hotel. Waiting for a lunch order was one hour and a half for a single dish. Next day breakfast wasn’t ready in time. Taste of food was lost due to time shortage, caused by untimely service.

The staff! The staff was so helpful and a special shoutout to Ahmet!

I enjoyed the daily breakfast- great selection and beautiful view. Internet was fast. We requested that the hotel make special arrangements for our wedding anniversary and they made some romantic decor at no extra cost- I really appreciated that. Staff were helpful and attentive.

The thermostat was unchangeable, so the room was either freezing or too warm. We also had to change rooms because of a bad smell which made the room unliveable- however the staff accommodated this. We also found that we needed 20min+ taxis every day to/from main tourist attractions and city centre.

Bayrampaşa ve yakınında Tatil veya iş seyahatinde bulunan Arkadaşlara tafsiye ederim.

Breakfast was excellent Buffet at the top floor with city view and relaxing. Starting the day with delicious breakfast with Tea/Coffee makes our stay more comfortable and relaxing.

Lift service require little modification and maintanence.

Great staff, rich breakfast, good location but the rooms in the hotel with old furniture and colors are unpleasant to the eye

The area was nice and the staff were helpful but the rooms were not what i had in mind. There were multiple things that were broken in my room and the bathroom had a window that showed through the room and even though there were blinds you could still see through it. I stayed with a friend so that made us both uncomfortable. The bedding was weird and the shower would keep changing from hot to cold no matter what i did.

the staff was very nice & cooperative , especially at reception , they were helpful & cooperative especially Sanaaa. Also the area neighboring the hotel was very nice , nice restaurants, shops & good malls . Also there were nice parks near the hotel.

Only very small & dirty room for Gym ??? , we can say no Gym at all . The location of hotel very close to noisy street & the windows not prevent street noises , I couldn't sleep comfortable at all . Also no swimming pool. Although the breakfast was simple, but it was nice & ENOUGH. The rooms were small & not so comfortable.

Nice, clean room, comfy beds. Breakfast on the highest level, with city view, very reach, a lot of options. Staff just perfect. There was a problem with parking, as it was crowded and there was no free spot, but theu just took care of it.

Very Nice customer service. Staff was extremely helpful and well mannered. Room cleanliness was good, they change the linen and towel every day. Breakfast was Okay for our taste. There are so many eating places in surrounding area.

Was away from main attractions but it was helpful to visit other areas other then main tourist areas. If know the transportation system then may be good place to live. For breakfast they should add more options like egg omelet, egg scramble, bread. They should also add regular tea bags so that guests have more option as per their taste.
