Le Manoir Hotel, BW Signature Collection

Location was superb! Lovely big room and helpful staff

Nothing

petit déjeuner excellent

Excellent hôtel in the centre of La Rochelle attractions. Boutique feeling with warm welcome from staff

Nyrenoverat sedan 2 månader tillbaka. Fräsch frukost. Lagom gångavstånd till centrum

Clean, comfortable, close to the town center. Air conditioner exists.

There is no mini bar in the room

Location,.Parking, Shower, Breakfast

Toilet too low. Room very small

From the warm sincere welcome to the quality of the decor and furnishings. Finished to a high standard with lots of nice touches. Second visit even better than our first. We will be back.

Staff were very friendly and helpful and also able to speak English to us. Breakfast was lovely. Nice decor. Rooms quite small but excellent bed

Personnel accueillant et agréable, chambre spacieuse et propre, petit déjeuner copieux, bonne localisation.

RAS

Ontbijt was geweldig.

Excellent location beautiful hotel staff brilliant

Nice hotel, boutique style. Super nice and helpfull staff. Nicely decorated. Elevator, though only 2 floors (great for luggage). Very nice breakfast, recommend you take it. Good atmosphere. Rooms nice and clean. Not far from the beach, restaurants, aquarium...

A minibar/ cold drinks upon arrival is a must. Separate toilets not practical if one has to go round to wash hands.

Staff were execellent.

Rien tres bruyant

The lovely room, air con

Nothing

Fantástico, muy impresionante. Pareces entrar en un pequeño palacio. Limpio, amplio y decorado con buen gusto. La atención muy buena. Muy recomendable. La zona es muy bonita.

Propreté, calme et luxe

Chambre côté boulevard, vraiment trop de bruit

L'accueil, le cadre

Clean and professional stuff

The parking I have reserved it in advance but the place was taken at my arrive leste at night …. So I had to park on the streets and to carry my bags When I had to leave I needed a few hours of extension and they asked for half a day of parking payment ….. Conclusions a lot FREE PARKING SPACES ON THE STREET Does not worth to have it at the hotel

Only location

Towels was dirty , no refrigerator, no phone in the room , pillows was not soft and shits was dirty

Rustig, persoonlijk contact, flexibiliteit

We stayed two nights in this very well-appointed hotel. The decor in both its public areas and bedrooms is to a very high standard - don't expect the chain hotel look! We greatly appreciated the a/c in the midst of a long hot summer and the walk-in shower was very spacious and practical. The brand new rooms in the new-build 'annex' attached are excellent though some might find them a little on the small side for a longer stay. The bedding was top quality and the bed itself very comfortable. Great, professional service from the team (including housekeeping) and all in a convenient location which is quiet despite its closeness to all attractions. I would thoroughly recommend.

Bigger, thicker towels and a small refrigerator for the rooms would have made for a perfect stay - but I can't complain! The breakfast was unremarkable; better options in town.

Rien

Milý personál, možnost parkování, nedaleko od centra.

Trochu nám chyběla lednička na pokoji.

Nice, stylish hotel. Modern and clean(mostly, are below). But overall, we really liked the hotel.

Spoons on the coffee grey were dirty and there were a couple of spots on the sheets.

Property was very close to city that was excellent

Room I stayed was double bedroom standard and it wasn’t standard at all . Room was very small for Two people, no proper wardrobes, no fridge . Not sure if that’s what standard means in France.

The location & parking facilities with the warm welcome. The room was excellent. A lovely stay and a nice walk into town.

Air-conditioning in the room was a lifesaver in the heatwave. Room was lovely very clean and very comfortable beds great bathroom

I think 4 o'clock is too late for checking in

Lovely, clean, airconditioned boutique hotel. It was in a quiet area with comfortable beds, this alongside the aircon ensured a great night sleep. Breakfast was delicious, lots to choose from and perfectly fresh. Staff were welcoming, always ready to help or offer advice. I would definitely recommend.

Whilst within comfortable walking distance from the city, attractions and beach, we were averaging 15-20k steps per day. When really hot was a bit of a struggle - though it was 39 degrees when we stayed. Would recommend asking the hotel staff about the bus service. Foolishly we didnt think of it until the last day. A bit more storage in the rooms would have been nice, but wont detract from your fab stay.

Location and staff were excellent.

There was no bar to have a drink in the evening and this wasn’t communicated prior to booking

Staff, cleanliness, large enough room, breakfast.

Small problem with distance to the city but coped via bus there and taxi back.

L’accueil Le lieu La chambre L’emplacement Le calme

Tout était parfait

Ambiance. Charming decor. Very professional yet friendly reception by staff. A perfect place to celebrate my birthday. Within walking distance of restaurants and shops. And, a wonderful pâtisserie just across the street!

There was nothing I did not like.

Lovely staff and the air-conditioning in the heatwave!

All good

Very comfortable room, with air conditioning. Short walk into the town centre and by a park. Very helpful staff who looked after us and our bikes very well. Good breakfast.

No

Heel verzorgde mooi ingerichte kamer

Niets

Friendly staff and access to parking (albeit very tight) Reasonable walk on the flat into the town and close to park areas

Bedroom on the small side but perfectly adequate

Lovely hotel. The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were great and we found everything we wanted to do was in walking distance. Great place and highly recommend.

Nothing

Lovely hotel, great staff, ideal location for spending time in la Rochelle

Nothing

Good value for money and quite well located, I appreciated the fact thatbit was not in the busiest part of the city. The room was functional and the aircon came in handy.

The air con was loud and somehow independent. The surroundings might need some additional work, but looks something is ongoing.
