Reviewed Aug 12, 2025優點: 地方便利, 職權態度友善 缺點 酒店整度欠佳, 牆身有有滲水/ 水漬情況, 洗手間有異味。 另外, 隔音非常差, 嚴重影響睡眠質素。 ------ Pros: Convenient location, friendly staff Cons: The hotel is not well maintained, with water seepage/stains on the walls (near the bed), and a foul odor in the bathroom. Also, the soundproofing is very poor, significantly affecting sleep quality.

Reviewed Apr 17, 2020隔音真的很糟糕， 凌晨兩點左右聽到外面一直有人在開門關門， 隔壁間是群很熱血的年輕人玩到凌晨3點才回來， 然後可能在打牌吧， 打到快天亮，我就聽著他們玩到快天亮... 然後整潔的部分... 我的桌子上面油油的， 用衛生紙一擦， 還黃黃的... 可能上個客人食物的痕跡吧， 雖然這邊住宿不貴， 但我還真的寧願多花一點錢讓自己睡的好一點。

I had to call the customer service hotline of the hotel to be able to check-in. Totally panicked and confused in the beginning.

Reviewed Dec 7, 2019まずこのホテルにはフロントデスクが無くタッチパネルにてセルフチェックインをするタイプのホテルだった。手続きの際にに予約番号を入力する必要があったのですが、予約確認のメールにはそのような記載がなく手続きにかなり手間取った。結局タッチパネル横の電話を使ってホテルの方とやり取りをしたが当然日本語は通じず中国語もしくは英語のみの対応であった為どちらかの言語が話せないと辛いなと感じた。そして予約番号をホテルの方から直接教えてもらい何とかチェックインできました。伺った予約番号はやはりメールに記載がなく不親切さを感じました。（ホテルの方の対応は迅速で特に不快感などは感じません。）また、チェックイン前とチェックアウト後の荷物預かりのサービスも利用できるとのことでしたが、これもタッチパネルでの操作が必要で初めて利用する方にはやや難易度が高いように思います。なおルームキーはQRコード式となっていて、チェックインの手続き後にメールで送られてきます。エレベーターの利用時と部屋の開錠時に必要になります。なおエレベーターがかなり速度が遅く、常にフル稼働で開いたら満員ということが何度もありました。チェックアウトの際は時間に余裕を持ったほうがいいです。

Looking for things to eat and shop, stay here and you will like it. Check-in procedure was a little wonky, take some time figure it out. Barcode is the only accessible tool for the lift and room. Once you go out of the building, you have to refresh the barcode in order for you to take the lift and go into your room.

Reviewed May 6, 2019An all automated hotel... it’s pretty cool, but the rooms gotta be more sound proof! Very convenient place near the feng Jia night market... yet not so close to it. Cuz being at the center of the market might give u problem traveling back to your hotel especially on weekends due to the ridiculous traffic!

Reviewed Aug 10, 2018Check-in was quick and fuss-free with clear instructions provided by the hotel via email. Room was small but cosy and very comfortable! Location was easy to find and close enough to Feng Jia Night Market without the noise. Didn’t get to use the robotic arm luggage storage system but it does seem cool. Overall, a great and comfortable stay, will be back again when I visit Taichung.

Reviewed Jun 9, 2018Very near night market, and plentiful of food. Recommend xiang shang dumplings (向上水饺) and angelica root duck (当归鸭) jus opposite of the hotel. Check in was easy. Room is nice and clean! Bed is so comfortable! Will come back again! Highly recommend!

Reviewed Feb 6, 2018The place is amazing and it is within walking distance from the famous night market ( Feng Jia). It is very easy for the self check in and check out service. I would definitely stay with them again if I ever visit Taichung.

Reviewed Mar 8, 2017Great location and clean rooms except for misleading information. description says twin room one full bed. supposedly thought it meant a queen bed for two pax. called and request for a change but to no avail and were not given a satisfactory explanation on the misleading description. Otherwise, room is satisfactory and love the cosy design!
