Nice room with comfortable bed. Very good breakfast, excellent coffee.

Refrigerator in room was not cleaned out from previous guest. I would have liked a coffee machine in the room. No water glasses in room, had to go downstairs.

We had a very enjoyable stay.

The staff was very friendly. It was in the perfect location to explore the beautiful town. The room was very clean and the hotel lobby was clean.

The bed was too soft & hurt out backs. Typically Holiday Inn Express has the perfect mattress & that's why we chose to stay there. I've never stayed in a HIE where the mattress was that soft. For that reason we will never stay at that particular one again.

Walking distance to town

Price of the room did not mirror the amenities. The room felt damp, no coffee machine in room not very welcoming staff. Cut our stay short by a day and still had to pay for that night. And they said that it was because we used Booking.com.

1. Food was horrible. 2. When I was walking towards the elevator, I could hear a manager screaming at the staff about how many rooms she expected to be cleaned. Very unprofessional. 3. Also some kid above our room stomping feet all night.

Our room was clean, however, they need to check behind their employees that clean the bathrooms. The shower glass door had brownish black crud on the rubber seals and other parts of the shower along with built up water stains on the glass. There was a lot of early morning noise from construction that interrupted our rest time.

With so many choices, we opted for Holiday Inn. It was a great location, within walking distance to everything. Plenty of parking, rooms and bed were very comfortable. The breakfast attendant was wonderful. There were a variety of hot and cold items to choose from, not your normal continental breakfast. Nice dining area to enjoy your breakfast. Fresh cookies every day.

The whole hotel is so clean and so well maintained! The room is very comfortable! The bedding is perfect; We completely recovered after a long ride from Florida. Thank you very much Sarah and the whole staff for making our trip very pleasant! PS. Our little Molly getting charged $50 per night for three nights up here in Gatlinburg! Ouch… We miss you more! It seems the room was not cleaned properly. Found dark stands of hair in the shower, on the toilet seat, tissue box had 2 tissues, and bottle cap was left on the chair by the desk. Shower doors also needed a cleaning.

Felt dismissed during check in/check out because my reservation was booked third party, receive State tax deduction as a GA State government employee and not being able to obtain a receipt or receive member points.

A wonderful experience! Aside from the tornado alert right after I checked in—a situation where I must say Danita did a wonderful job following safety protocols—everything was excellent. The morning staff also did a great job during breakfasts.

Speaking of breakfast, a lot of things run out by the second day.

The beds are very comfortable and the staff are very friendly.

The indoor pool is air conditioned to the point of being uncomfortable and the breakfast is so poor quality it's barely edible.

I did not like that there was a vermin in my bathroom and the shower was not clean. The sheets were clean but worn.

Gnats flying around our room, flys everywhere in the indoor poor, our bathtub wouldn’t drain and the humidity was extreme in the actual Hotel. They need a major dehumidifier to help! Night shift was nice.

Our reservation, which had been made two weeks beforehand was given away upon our arrival just because we arrived at 10:00. This was infuriating, and the staff suggested we stay at a different motel. We didn't want to and the only way to stay at the present hotel was to rebook it again while we were sitting in the lobby. The hotel itself was excellent, but this front desk decision was unacceptable.

The breakfast was fresh. The options to choose from was a variety. My family enjoyed having space to sit and talk during breakfast.

Location was good, we were going river tubing which was right behind the hotel. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly.

Our room wasn’t the cleanest, some kind of brown smeared on wall next to toilet, hair everywhere including the bed, floor in bathroom was grimy around wall. bathroom sink was clogged and took 30 minutes to drain after washing hands.

Love this place it was very clean. Everyone was nice. It was close to everything that we needed to walk to would definitely stay again at the same hotel highly recommended if you’re ever going to Helen, Ga.

This is not a very clean hotel. We checked in and went to our room and found that the floors were not clean in the entire room and bathroom. There is mold on the shower ceiling and the backsplash is filthy. It doesn’t look like they have ever dusted any where.

Everything was great. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was outstanding.

We had a wonderful stay! The front desk staff was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating throughout our visit. Traveling with teenagers always comes with a few adventures, and my kids managed to lock our keys in the room more than once. Each time, the staff was patient, understanding, and happy to help us with new keys. The breakfast was good, but what really made the experience special was the lady working in the breakfast area. She was so kind, friendly, and attentive. Her positive attitude truly made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for your excellent hospitality. We would definitely stay here again!

We got rained out on a camping trip and needed a last minute place to go. This was a wonderful stay. The hotel was very clean, and we appreciated the extra touches like fresh brewed coffee and cucumber water in the lobby. The breakfast was also great. We were right by the river, which was a huge plus. We would definitely return!

Breakfast was great! I like that breakfast ended at 10:30. Good location. I was able to take a morning stroll down to the river. The pool was open until 11, double points for that. Everything was just wonderful!

The young lady named Melanie that was helping with food service on Monday May 18th was very friendly and helpful. She helped my disabled mother fix her breakfast. She was very pleasant with every one.

The breakfast was okay. The staff was very helpful and nice. The cookies was an added treat. Rooms, and bed were quite Comfortably.

Breakfast was just okay. Having a make your own regular type waffle griddle would improve the experience.

Breakfast food was good. The flimsy plastic cutlery and plastic plate was not what i expected. China plates and steel would have been soooo much better. Melody the waitress was amazing. Lovely and a real credit to the hotel and management. BIG let down was the room. We had a suite. It was like walking into an empty apartment. Despite two micro wave ovens and two fridges, there was not a single piece of cutlery, plate, cup or drinking glass to be found. (There were two flimsy plastic water cups) The corporate managers have decided to remove everything, including any means of making a hot drink apart from the microwaves. Although there is nothing to hold liquid or food to use the microwaves in the suite. The room was comfortable and the staff excellent. But customers vote with their feet. We will not return to this hotel. OR its other hotels until a policy change on the lack of basic comfort towards their guests by the stupid decision to remove the crockery and cutlery as an obvious money saving move by the corporate management.

i was entered in the Georgia gran fondo . we finish the race after checkout . i would like to be able to return to my room for a quick change and shower . so.... allow Georgia gran fondo bicycle racers to return at a resonable time after race to shower . thanks,mike howard ive used your hotel for the bike race and training . the staff is always helpful

The location was excellent, with easy access to everything nearby. The staff was especially friendly and helpful.The bed was fairly comfortable.

The room itself was average at best. There were noticeable repairs and upkeep issues that seemed overdue, and I expected much better quality for the price. The room was generally clean, but some areas felt a bit worn and outdated and the floors creaked, which was noticeable.

The staff was amazing..I looked forward to seeing the staff at Breakfast.

The room was vastly OVERPRICED for one person and definitely not worth it. The charging stations for my tablet and phone were AWFUL and didn't fully charge either despite being plugged in overnight

The room did not have a fresh smell and the bathroom was poorly cleaned. There was something left in the shower from a previous guest. The hallway floors felt like they were falling apart and squeaking.

We were able to park at the hotel before check-in. Close to all the area restaurants and attractions. There were many choices for breakfast and offered by a friendly member of the staff.

The staff was horrendous over the weekend. I don’t even know her name, but it was not that staff this morning checking out. How can you charge someone for a bag? How can you put down a deposit when you have a credit card and how can you be so rude and end up open eyes money because you don’t have change and then the key card didn’t work I could go on and on and on.

The gentleman who attended the brekfast area was very warm and friendly. Greeted each guest. Kept the area clean and spotless.

It was a convenient location and always a very relaxing atmosphere. Beds are very comfortable.

There were a couple of stains on sheets although they smelled fresh and clean. They didn’t have the Kerig in the room or provide k pods although you could request the Kerig but had to go buy coffee. That I was disappointed in. But other than that it was great.

Very noisy in the room above us, sounded like the children were running and jumping everywhere. After and before quiet hours ended, hitting walls, you name it. Pitiful! Parents should teach their children to have respect for others in nearby rooms.

Its a beautiful affordable hotel. Less than 12minutes walking distance from the restaurants and stores. Comfortable beds and towels.
