To be greeted with our name at the door of our tent, with lights on beside the bed & our electric blanket turned on was all very welcoming & very much appreciated. The tent was very clean, as was the outdoor kitchen that offered all kinds of cooking supplies and dishes. The plush comfy queen bed was to die for! It was very quiet & so relaxing with beautiful flowerbeds & tiny light lit walkways. Truly one of the best places we've stayed at & highly recommend!
Finding it in the dark was a little hard. Would recommend solar lights ar their entrance to light up the sign if possible.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Superfijne en rustige plek in de plek in het bos, maar toch vlakbij alles. Wij verbleven in een gezellige houten cabin. Zeer schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Heerlijke badjassen om naar de sauna te gaan. De bbq’s en de complete buitenkeuken waren een grote plus! Aanrader!

Es fehlt hier an nichts und man kann einfach die wunderschöne Natur genießen. Das gesamte Team ist unglaublich nett und hilft jederzeit.

De overnachting in de tent was geweldig, we hebben heerlijk geslapen en de tent is van alle faciliteiten voorzien. Er zijn handdoeken aanwezig en er kan gebruik worden gemaakt van de douches bij de sauna. De uitgebreide keuken met grote koelkast en de gezellige zitjes nabij en rond het vuur maakte het voor ons helemaal af!

Die Aussenanlage ist sehr gepflegt und überall gibt es Möglichkeiten zum verweilen, essen oder sogar grillen. Es ist unglaublich ruhig und man kann der Natur lauschen. Dennoch ist man sehr schnell im Ort mit tollem Supermarkt und an den ganzen Ausflugszielen im Nationalpark. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!
Für drei Leute in einer Cabin war es mit ausgeklapptem Sofa etwas eng.

Check in efficient and staff friendly and helpful. Lovely grounds - so peaceful and lots of places to sit. Perfect location to explore the incredible Wells Gray Park.
The cabin shared outside an eating area and bbq with next door cabin. However, it felt like we were imposing as the area was nearer the other one. Be good to have own space.

We stayed in one of the tents and all of them contain toilet facilities within, which was great as we were initially worried about late night walks over to a toilet block. Nice little porch area to sit on and enjoy the tranquility.
Bring bug spray and citronella. Both are needed in wells grey in general because of the wooded location.

Other visitors had not cleaned or tidied the shared kitchen so we decided to eat out instead.

Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen und es war toll, eine eigene Terrasse mit einem guten Grill zur Verfügung zu haben, von der man direkt in den tollen Garten und die Natur blickt.

Die Mücken 🫣 Wir fanden es schade, dass die Vorhänge nicht abgedunkelt haben. Es war morgens super schnell sehr hell in der Unterkunft. Aber viele stört dies ja nicht ;)

Reviewed Jun 6, 2026Cedar Haven was the perfect base for exploring Wells Gray Provincial Park. The setting is peaceful and beautiful, surrounded by nature but still close enough to Clearwater for supplies and restaurants. We stayed in one of the luxury tents and were pleasantly surprised by how comfortable it was, especially the incredibly cosy bed. The hot showers were wonderful after a day of hiking and waterfall chasing, and the outdoor kitchen was better equipped than some Airbnbs we’ve stayed in. The owners and staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and kindly upgraded us to a cabin for our final night, which was greatly appreciated. A truly special place to stay.
Nothing significant. Unfortunately mosquitos do come with being surrounded by beautiful wilderness!

Pour une tente de luxe nous nous attendions à quelque chose de plus cosy. Le système de chauffage ne permet pas d’avoir chaud sans la couverture chauffante qui occasionne quant à elle des douleurs aux jambes quand on a des pb de circulation sanguine.

Reviewed May 23, 2026A small hidden away complex of cabins and glamping tents surrounded by the trees allowing an experience of sun and hiding in the shade. Our glamping tents surrounded, despite low temperatures outside was very comfortable with the heaters provided. We were warm and cozy. We enjoyed the fireplace in the garden in the evening, and observing first signs of spring through a small bed of flowered and blooming bushes in the garden. We loved the little fridge in the tent, the coffee maker and the tea kettle. We chose not to cook but the grill and the communal kitchen set up seemed more than sufficient. We enjoyed chatting with the owners and learning from them about the neighbourhood. A wonderful stay and we plan to be back.

Ongeveer 15 naar het clearwater park en zo'n 10 min. naar de supermarkt. Fijn dat er horren in de ramen en voor de deur zaten.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2025Herrliche, ruhige Lage im Wald. Sehr hübsche, vollausgestattete Häuser. Grillplatz und Smoker, sowie Essensplätze dazu im Freien. Wir hatten sehr schönes Wetter und haben es sehr genossen uns Abends noch etwas zu grillen und draußen genießen zu können. Danach in die Sauna. Alles toll. Wir hatten auch keine Mücken. Die Hütten sind aber auch mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet,was sehr gut für einen ruhigen Schlaf ist. Die Betten waren super. Wells Grey ist ein herrlicher Park. Wir haben unsere Zeit hier leider zu kurz geplant. Würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Die tollen Pflegeprodukte muss ich noch erwähnen.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2025Wir hatten eine wunderbare Hütte, die gerade neu gebaut war. Der Empfang war überaus freundlich und die Hütte duftete angenehm. Es gab alles was man braucht. Bringt Fleisch mit, denn man kann toll grillen. Restaurants braucht man keine, denn man sitzt mitten im Wald auf einer Holzterrasse und genießt sein Essen und Trinken. Nach einer Wanderung kann man herrlich im Garten mit einem kühlen Getränk sitzen. Wir wären noch länger geblieben
Uns hat alles gefallen. Wir hatten sogar Glück, dass uns die Mücken komplett verschont ließen, auch die öfters bemängelten Schlaglöcher sind nicht tragisch

Reviewed Sep 4, 2025Schitterende plek midden in de natuur, heerlijk rustig. Mooie afstand van Wells Grey NP. Huis is voorzien van airco, heerlijke bedden en een goed uitgeruste keuken. Ook kun je lekker buiten zitten, is er een vuurplaats en een bbq die je kunt gebruiken.
Dat de dagen te snel voorbij gingen.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2025Super beautiful, cozy and relaxed cabin and tent resort in the woods. We loved the sauna and the fireplaces and had a perfect sleep in the absolute silence in the woods. One of the best places during our roadtrip through the Rockies.
