A lovely motel. Room was clean, comfy and light and airy. Little kitchen was ok, Would stay again. Close to Wells Grey National Park which has some amazing trails. Laundry facilties great. Receptionist was lovely

Clean and tidy accommodation. Kitchenette good but see oven comment below. The swimming pool looked lovely but as I went to have a swim we had a thunderstorm so with lightning, I thought better of it. Excellent location for Wells Grey and the waterfalls. Good value for money! Not a lot in Clearwater, give it take the usual Tim Hortons, Save on Foods and a few restaurants

Alles eigentlich wie erwartet. Motel. Bad war neu. Baden konnte man im Pool auch gut.

Kühlschrank und Microwelle waren vorhanden, aber keine Küchenutensilien. Das muss ich wohl im Kleingedruckten übersehen haben.

The bed was confortable and the location was quiet. At first, It all seemed a bit "old fashion", but my stay turned out to be pleasant.

Room forniture and carpet are ok, but a few updates would be welcome.

Spacious family bungalow with well equipped kitchen and good beds. We loved the nearness of restaurant and shop and totally recommend the bungalow for exploring the nearby park and Dutch Lake.

Only had 1 chair to sit on & no extra pillows. We were on ground floor & could hear loud footsteps from room above at times.

C'est un motel: rien d'incroyable. Mais le patron est sympa, le logement est propre et la salle de bain nickel!

Pas de Ice-machine, mais le patron nous a autorisé à utiliser son congélateur pour y déposer nos sachets glace.

The room was basically clean. The staff were efficient and kind. The grounds were well kept. The price was excellent.

Our room was very visibly outdated. There was an attached balcony that didn't look safe, the stove in our room appeared broken and the carpet was visibly dirty.

Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen (aber sauber)

Emplacement parfait pour visiter le Le parc Wells Gray, chambre motel mais confortable, personnel très agréable et piscine chauffée avec petit kiosque à côté pour prendre l'apéro impeccable.

Les chambres sont mal isolées et nous avons entendu nos voisins du dessus dès 5h du matin... Il n'y a qu'un étage, alors je vous conseille de demander lors de la réservation une chambre à l'étage, ça sera parfait.

The room was bigger than we expected with a large closet area for storage. The A/C worked great, the shower was hot with great water pressure, and the beds were comfy. We were located just 10 minutes from Wells Grey and good fishing. We would return and were happy with our decision to stay.

We needed a stop over for 1 night and were happy with our room. It was ground floor and a good size for the two of us. The staff clearly like to do things right in terms of cleaning and maintaining the site. We didn't use the pool but it looked fine. There's a fuel station next door which has a range of basics and some hot food (pizza). There are a few restaurants nearby, we ate at the Wells Gray roadhouse which doesn't look much from the outside but had good food and lovely staff.

All ok, it's not palatial but a good standard

Great little spot if you want to explore Wells Gray Park. The lady who checked me in was really nice and helpful. 5 min drive to Sphats waterfall. Will stop here again!

I didn’t like the property. The cafe is closed. The place is run down and dirty. The staff weren’t helpful. Very unprofessional, very run down and dirty.

I didn’t like anything. It was dirty. The staff were unprofessional. Room was filthy. The pool was dirty and closed when we got there. It opened an hr before check out so we just ended up checking out early because we didn’t want to stay there anymore. It’s $100 more than the other hotels and inns in town and NOT worth it. The bed was so uncomfortable and the sheets had dirt and debris on them and looked dirty. The bathroom was dirty. The shades, heater, desk, side table and room door sign were dirty. It felt dingy and gross. Gave me the creepy crawlies to see bugs dead in the corner too.. the ac worked but was placed so it just hit the bed and didn’t even cool the stuffy smelly room.. Look at the dead bugs and the spattered dirty shade..

The staff are great.

My room was very dated and not as clean as it should have been. The sink was difficult to use because the tap was so old and stiff. The floor was dirty. The bed had dated bedding and the bedspread was not clean.

The staff are welcoming and knowledgeable. The rooms have been updated (flooring) and the beds are comfortable.

Expensive. I paid a lower rate at a name brand hotel. Every step from the room above mine was heard. They were up and down all night. No on-site restaurant.

Front desk recommended the Caboose Restaurant and said we'd get 15% off. They are owned by the same people apparently. The restaurant was horrible with lousy service. My husband's food was not edible. The staff were short handed and the man was extremely rude. Lady not much better. Would never go there again. Motel was great though. Prices are very high for a little motel.

The room was clean. This is very much a motel that caters to passing trade with clean comfortable rooms and welcoming staff. I really liked my stay here and it was not expensive and all major requirements are within walking distance. Rooms were peaceful and easy to get to sleep and the surroundings are most beautiful.

Staff were excellent, front desk offered me a ride to the store due to community not having taxi or bus service in evenings. Inn wasn't noisy, and the rooms were renovated and clean!

Everything was very clean, the staff was friendly. New plumbing, recently renovated, comfortable beds. The best you could find for this price. We had a wonderful rest after our trip and will definitely be back! Thank you very much!

Was looking somewhere to stay overnight on my way back to Vancouver from Jasper & this place was perfect. The room was clean, a bit Spartan but had everything I needed, though a tea kettle would have been nice. I also liked that there is a 24 hour gas station adjacent to the property, you can access it from the parking lot. I would stay here again.

Everything was great. It is a road side motel, but the rooms were clean and spacious. Recently updated also. Comfortable beds and pillows. Pool was nice after a long day of driving. Felt good to sit outside to enjoy dinner (pizza pizza available in the same parking lot) easy to find. Friendly staff. Laundry was convenient

For an older motel, I was pleasantly surprised by the rooms. I’m assuming that they were recently upgraded as our room had wide, white baseboards with off white walls. Floors were done in a vinyl planking. The bathroom had all new fixtures with nice tile all around.

Because it is an older motel, the soundproofing was a bit of an annoyance. Noise from the room on the second floor was easily heard in our room. But once asleep………..

It was centrally situated and worked well as a motel. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

Full kitchen & a tub, large room, quiet part of town, back far enough from the main highway. Great heat!

No curtains in the kitchen, so kept the door closed. Too cool for the A/C, which is a good thing as it's a bit loud.

That the nature was in the immediate vicinity and there were waterfalls. Also they had a good kitchen.
