L’espace piscine et plage est très beau. Le personnel est accueillant. Les chambres sont spacieuses.

Le petit déjeuné est limité et pas réellement de bonne qualité. concernant les chambres, la salle de bain nécessite une remise à neuf. L’absence de pommeau de douche est problématique.

We had to split into 2 rooms as they didn’t have connecting rooms.. me and my daughter in one and son and husband in another

We had a lagoon pool side room. Very sos ious room with nice alfresco and direct poolside lagoon access. The bathroom was beautiful and spacious. Staff were lovely but stretched among guests. Food at the hotel was very nice. Back access to beach was gorgeous. A bit away from the main Coconut Beach landing area from mainland Bali but all in all a nice stay.

Staff were a bit stretched across the resort but were wonderful and did their best to accommodate requests and attend to guests’ needs.

Unser Zimmer ging zur Seite mit Blick aufs unbebaute Nachbargrundstück, was total zigemüllt war. Man konnte nicht im Meer baden. Überall waren Stöcke und Befestigungen für den Seegrasanbau. Wenn keine Ebbe war und man einfach ins Wasser wollte war das richtig gefährlich, weil man es natürlich nicht sah unter Wasser.

Everything was fantastic, incredible staff and service! Food was beautiful! Pool was uncrowded and looked over such a serene view of the ocean. Rooms were very spacious and buffet brekky was really good. Location was so good to the restaurants and dayspa’s.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was close to the beach, restaurants and the ferry. The pool was fantastic . It was also close to the supermarket and pharmacy. Taxis readily available. The gardens are nicely maintained

There was no hot water in the bathroom hand basin. You need to run the shower for about three minutes to get hot water. The water in the shower just trickles out. The sliding doors onto the balcony have a large gap between them when closed. The building and rooms are a little bit tired.

We stayed in a villa with our own pool. Staff are all excellent!

Rooms are a bit run down for the money you pay I would expect better.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating . Rooms were large with great sized bathrooms, absolute beachfront.

Pool was very dirty on arrival . Cleaning was happening when we were there on third day 😧paid for pool access room .

Rooms were a good size and comfortable

Our room opened out onto the pool which looked lovely until we saw the green algae all over the walls of the pool. Our room smelt musty and mouldy and this took days to clear. We paid for breakfast which we only ate twice, the breakfast on offer was not up to standard!!

We had a lagoon room and the pool didn’t look very clean although on the last day they did start to clean it also the main pool didn’t look very clean the breakfast was really not that good everything seems a bit stale even the bread to make toast and the coffee and tea where awful after the first morning we went out for breakfast as it really wasn’t good

We stayed in a pool lagoon room but was unable to swim in the pool as it was green. So very disappointing that we paid the extra to have that but couldn't use it. The pools in the villas we saw we kept nice! With a pool access room you would also expect extra towels for the pool but didn't have those.

Shower was cold, an not ever enough pressure to wash soap off thr body.

We stayed in a lagoon villa, which was just perfect, having the swimming pool right at our doorstep.

Breakfast was quite average, but there were great places for breakfast in walking distance from the hotel.

The staff are the best part of this hotel, very friendly and will help with anything you want.

The rooms are a little dated and minor imperfections (very typical for Bali) everywhere but everything worked.

Reception was very helpful and made check-in easy. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Bar staff could do with some training around service in a timely manner without having to be waved down whilst sitting there and having to get up and go to the bar so you can get served.

Maintenance is not being kept up to scratch . We had to sleep in our room the first night with no working toilet . I had to kick up a fuss to get a new room the next day . No compensation or complementary voucher was offered . I was told to cancel the booking even though I had already paid which did nothing but confuse the whole situation. Tea coffee etc was woeful in the rooms .No shampoo or conditioner offered I had to ask . The external door did not lock easily to balcony and we couldn’t find any switch to turn off outside light which shone into the room . The beds are hard and most of pillows the same .

Het zwembad, met een groot grasveld en je kon zo het strand oplopen! Rustig strand ook, weinig boten etc. Onze kamer voldeed prima. Je bent er in de praktijk weinig.

De service kan sneller of soms beter. Het eten in het restaurant kan echt een upgrade krijgen. Het is het allemaal net niet. Gelukkig in de straat genoeg plekjes om te eten! Let op de bovenkamer hebben geen balkon.

Requested rooms next to each other for my daughters NO Requested one twin and one double room NO got two twin rooms. Noisy corridors when the room doors slam and echo. No hot water at the basin. Toilet spray leaking.

Der Zustand des Hotels und der Zimmer waren nicht schön bzw. abgewohnt. Die Fotos der Website sind irreführend. Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach.

The access to the beach front and the main pool were fantastic. The lagoon room was lovely and big.

As mentioned in other reviews the breakfast wasn’t appealing so we choose to eat elsewhere. We also went to other restaurants for dinner as the food was so much better, I got the impression others did the same. Servicing rooms were often very late in the afternoon.

Poolen var rigtig fin og dejlig temperatur. Og der var fine liggestole og "senge" ved poolen. Okay fin beliggenhed ifht. restauranter og butikker.

Standen på hotellet generelt. Værelset var halvt ødelagt, møblerne i dårlig kvalitet som var i stykker mange steder. Fugtige rum - tydelige fugtskader i loft. Snusket i hjørnerne. Dårlig aircon. Morgenmaden var ikke imponerende, ret lav kvalitet. Bruse hovedet i badeværelset var meget ulækkert og vi måtte bede dem om at rengøre det 4 gange før det kom retur nogenlunde rent. Generelt lidt en sprogbarriere ifht. mange samtaler med hotellet.

People leave towels on sun beds and don’t come back. Hard to get a sun bed sometimes due to this.

Super friendly staff, convenient location, great common pool area, spacious room for easy relax. Special mention to Nada who looked after us at the restaurant and sun lounge area and Artha at reception for organising scooter, tour and boat transfer.

Beautiful pool area and beach in front..

Even though we booked the deluxe rooms unbeknown to us this room does not include hot water in the bathroom basin. The room was very dirty and the door didn’t shut properly. Also had dirty towels. Obviously they rectified the broken things and cleaned again but over all we were glad to leave.

Own pool in Villa, nice beachfront and close to Jungut batu restaurants . Very comfy beds .

Breakfast was a bit on the poor side in terms of the variety and quality. Although booked out , not many seemed to dine there once breakfast was done so very quiet . Coffee is terrible . Beers also never seemed as cold as other places we went .
