We absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely return. The boat transfer directly to the beach was fantastic and such a great way to arrive. The location is amazing — right on the beach with beautiful sunsets, a gorgeous pool and easy access to the main street. The staff were lovely, the service was great and we really enjoyed the food at the restaurant. The bar and restaurant had such a beautiful atmosphere, and the live music on a couple of the nights made it even more special. Overall, we loved the location, atmosphere and beautiful island vibe and really enjoyed our time here.

The main disappointment was the servicing and cleanliness of our wooden villa. The room was a little older, which we didn’t mind, but we felt the cleaning and daily servicing could have been much better. Towels weren’t regularly replaced either, and improving these small things would make such a difference. There were also a lot of mosquitoes, particularly with the outdoor bathroom. We eventually asked the staff for mosquito plug-ins, which helped. It would be great if mosquito repellent and plug-ins were already provided in the rooms for guests. There were also crows that could be quite noisy during the night and early morning, although we loved the resort and Nusa Lembongan so much that we didn’t let that spoil our stay! Next time we would definitely request a villa with an enclosed bathroom and come a little more prepared for the mosquitoes.

Location beachfront was divine, with an infinity pool. Caring, friendly staff.

Pool lighting doesn’t turn off at night when you need it to, which can disrupt a sleeper who needs darkness. One outdoor light fixture gave my partner a zap, so for safety this needs to be addressed. Our villas water stopped on two occasions, one when my partner was shampooing his hair! Water was restored once we told the management. Some pool tiling needs some replacement. Return car shuttle service didn’t arrive and no one contacted us, so improvement can be made around this service and guest communication.

Prenotata con un anno di anticipo, ci hanno assegnato la villa 118 (l'ultima, contro il muro di cinta). Piscina privata inutilizzabile: Ogni mattina bruciavano spazzatura accanto alla villa. Aria irrespirabile e piscina perennemente piena di cenere e plastica bruciata cadute dall'albero sovrastante. Wi-Fi assente e TV inservibile: Il segnale non arrivava alla villa (abbiamo usato solo la nostra eSIM). Segnalato 5 volte senza esito. La TV funzionava esclusivamente tramite streaming via internet: senza rete è rimasta un pezzo d'arredamento spento per 8 giorni. Celiachia non gestita: Nonostante le conferme preventive, al ristorante avevano un solo piatto senza glutine (abbiamo sempre cenato fuori) e a colazione solo pane e frutta, costringendoci a fare la spesa nei market. Igiene gravissima: Tazze lavate nel lavandino del bagno senz'alcun sapone e con acqua corrente non potabile. Bollitore incrostato di calcare, caffè mai rifornito e sporcizia evidente sotto il letto. Bagno: Lo scarico della doccia non tirava, allagando tutto il pavimento. Il bagno semi-aperto non aveva piante ed era solo un canale per zanzare, gechi e calore soffocante. Per il resto, struttura e servizio assolutamente non all'altezza.

Right from are arrival at sanur Harbour to get are included transfer the process of getting onto the boat was seamless and well organised. Once on the island the resort staff we excellent and friendly .A special mention for Riska who had such a sunny and welcoming personality and made us feel so welcome . My room was superb and the staff, particularly Riska, were helpful, warm and attentive to my well-being. The ‘3 Points’ snorkeling trip was the best excursion I went on in Bali: the guide and the boat’s captain were absolutely brilliant!

Location of property very central to beach, food, shopping. Room was comfortable, nice private pool in villa. Large outdoor pool in common area - staff exceptional. Easy to organise bikes and tours with hotel staff. Additional benefit to have fast boat included - no additional things to organise.

Villa did not have outdoor umbrella and only one outdoor chair. The hotel quickly changed this for us bringing in an additional sun lounge and umbrella without any problems

The Villa has every modern amenity, the staff are brilliant, they clean the Villa pool everyday as well as make up the room. Our breakfast was a buffet style everyday with a huge variety of freshly baked pastries, omelette made to order, fruit, coffee, juice and the list goes on and on. Every person who works at the resort whether they are in reception, chef, gardener, security have a smile and a friendly hello everyday. They had complimentary driver when available and organise the fast boat to and from the island if you wish. We also had the opportunity to release baby turtle back into the ocean so they could have a better survival rate. It was amazing. We would love to recommend the Nusa Lembongan Beach Club and resort to anyone who gets the chance to visit this wonderful island.

We were messed around 2 days before our stay. We were told there was no room for our first night. We objected and we were given a room.

The private pool we paid extra for didn’t work. It took us 4 enquiries and still no answer. When we asked staff they told us that it could not be fixed. They finally fixed it but it only worked for 20hours. The drain in the bottom of the pool was held in by cable ties. The were holes in the thatched roof. We were lucky that we didn’t have any rain because we could see daylight from our bed and also in our living room.

Staff were the best. Beautiful people. Location was excellent.

The resort needs some maintenance and a spruce up to revitalise it - broken tiles, weathered, faded wood in the villa I had.

We had the most wonderful stay at Lembongan Beach Club & Resort and couldn’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptional. A very special thank you to Riska, Dyana and girls with the cake sang happy birthday just beautiful . Gidday and of course their wonderful manager Fernando. They all went above and beyond to make my husband’s birthday so incredibly special. Their kindness, attention to detail and genuine care made the celebration one we’ll always remember. Our private villa with a pool was absolutely perfect — peaceful, relaxing and the ideal place to unwind. And the sunsets were simply amazing! 🌅 What really made our stay stand out, though, was the people. The whole team made us feel so welcome and looked after, and we left with some very special memories. Thank you to everyone at Lembongan Beach Club & Resort for an unforgettable stay. We can’t wait to come back! ❤️🌴

Personeel is echt top. Bed is goed. Lokatie mooi . Baby schildpadden uit zetten is echt heel erg mooi. Dit doen ze 2 x per week. Uitzicht op zons ondergang. Ontbijt redelijk goed. Van gebakken ei , jam en lokale eten .

Appartement verouderd. Voordeur binnenplaats ging op slot van het huisje geen sleutel. Kluis stond los in de kast . vloeren kraken erg . Zwembad tegels laten los . Kinderen kunnen vast zitten in de zuivering. Deze zuigt hard en als een kind daar vast in komt te zitten, heb je een groot probleem. Kleding laten wassen extreem duur 30 euro voor 5 kilo. Absoluut geen 5 sterren waard. 3 sterren maximaal

De ligging is zeer goed juist aan het strand , de boot vanuit Sanur was goed geregeld , het personeel is vriendelijk .

We verbleven 3 nachten in een garden villa maar het was een teleurstelling de villa was zeer oud en versleten en is dringend aan renovatie toe . Rond het zwembad liggen planken los , tegels die los liggen enz … het hotel is geen 5 sterren waard . Jammer van ons geld .

The team were amazing, really enjoyed location having the beach right at the front, and the pool, bar and deck chairs just fantastic. We are certainly looking at returning with our adult kids, access to restaurants and bars was also great.

We loved everything about the property. The location, the rooms, the food, but most of all, the beautiful staff. They are kind, caring, helpful, and sincerely just want to make your stay perfect. Absolutely beautiful people are the Balinese.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Manager Fernando was good when we saw him on first day - did not see him again. However at front desk , a gentleman named "Gunawan" could not do enough for us he made our stay very special!! He is a star!

Breakfast lets it down terribly - staff show no initiative & let food go cold, no cups for coffee, spoons near cereal if you need a soup spoon, tables dirty and unprepared, have to ask & then they wipe with a dirty re-used rag that they use on everything - not clean. Have to prompt them for everything - not good for the produce - better value deals right next door. Pool at our villa was nice but always freezing cold!

Bed was uncomfortable. Big hollow in the mattress Gym was in adequate no pedals fitted on the bike Decking around the pool was becoming loose in many places and lifting up. It is generally looking tired Bar prices are too high. Considerably higher than neighbouring resort. Hired a scooter through the hotel. The back brake was virtually useless

Beautiful villas, having a private pool as well as access to the main pool is a bonus. The staff were able to organise a massage at any time in their on site spa. The staff are all incredibly lovely, went out of their way to cheer up our toddler and organise anything we required including travel and laundry.

Very disappointed We checked in at their desk ready to catch the boat, the staff and service was excellent. So thought the same level of service would happen once we reached the resort. The boat trip was smooth sailing. We arrived at the resort and received a very warm welcome. Room wasn’t ready when we arrived, so we went for a walk to the main strip and got supplies. Back to reception to wait for our room. Our room was ready at 1.15pm. Room was grand premier with pool for 5 nights. Was advised to call reception with anything we need. Got taken to our room, and were shown all the power switches and safe. Had to ask how you use the safe. Realised they hadn’t given us details for wifi, called reception for details. No details in the room of room service, tours, no info whatsoever ever. No pool towels supplied in the pool villa. The room looked beautiful, until you realise all the problems. Window in bathroom has a gap of 2cm, entrance door has a gap on the left of 2cm plus when the 2 doors meet another gap of 1cm. Hence mosquitoes every where in the room. The tiny fridge is old, keeps drinks cold, but not icy at all. Took 2 days to freeze our ice blocks. Sheer curtains on entrance has blood stains. The curtains on the entrance doors, don’t cover the full window, so light streams in. So we thought we would close the doors from the lounge to the bedroom, but the doors are bowed and don’t meet. The power socket for the kettle, if you try to pull the cord out, the hole back screen come with it. Plus not secure. No power point in the bathroom to use the very very old useless hairdryer. No place in the whole villa where you can plug the hair dryer in and use a mirror. The net over the bed is absolutely filthy. Went to reception down near the beach organised to hire their buggy for 1-5 hours the next day at 9am. Cheapest on the island. Went to the reception on road side at 9am. Staff said, oh ok we will have to go and get it. 15mins later they came back with it.

Everything!! We were upgraded to a pool villa, it was stunning and so relaxing. Staff were amazing, especially the shuttle driver - he couldn’t have done more to help.

A couple of little things - we were in a villa near the front road, so music from nightclub could be heard however it did seem to finish by around 10pm. We were a long way from the main hotel pool, restaurant and beach front, however we were upgraded and I wasn’t going to complain. Next time we would ask to be near main pool area. Room was almost perfect - a couple of extra electric sockets next to bed to charge phone etc would be great.

The timber around the pool is a hazard and needs repairing. Breakfast was the same every day it would have been nice to have variety.

Personalet var yderst venlige og servicemindede. Hotellet var meget smagfuldt indrettet, og der var rengjort overalt. Temperaturen i poolen var meget tilpas, og beliggenheden ved stranden var ved en skøn sandstrand. Var på en tur til naboøen Nusa Penida arrangeret af hotellet, og alting var vel tilrettelagt med mange flotte naturoplevelser.

Der var ikke noget, som ikke gjorde mig tilfreds.

Das extrem freundlich und zuvorkommende Personal, die auch auf Wünsche eingehen. Die Reklamation der Zimmer wurde umgehend zu unsere vollen Zufriedenheit gelöst und wir konnten in eine Villa umziehen. Sehr schöner Strand und gute Lage.

Zimmer liegen zur Straße raus. Aufgrund der Lautstärke und der mangelhaften Verdunkelung war die Nacht sehr kurz. In der Anlage sollten viele Sachen repariert werden. Im Pool fehlen inzwischen einige der Fliesen. Die Holzpaneele um den Pool sind auch nicht mehr ok. Zum Frühstück gab es jeden Tag die gleiche Marmelade. Keinerlei Abwechslung. Käse haben wir im Supermarkt geholt. Man darf in Indonesien keine europäischen Maßstäbe bei der Bauqualität ansetzen - dann hat man einen schönen Urlaub

A wonderful stay on the beach with all necessary amenities and super staff! All activities are close by!

The property was kept in such great condition with staff constantly attending to gardens and guests. The staff being so friendly they went above and beyond for us during our stay!

It’s certainly not a 5 star. Probably 3 star at best. It’s very run down really need some renovation works done to it. Not what you expect from a 5 star at all.

The property is stunning, great service from pick up in Sanur and return. The location is ideal and having beach and pool access was perfect.

The hotel itself needs a bit of a freshen up. Cracked tiles on & around the pool. Pool decking has loose pieces of wood, very dangerous for little kids running around. The pool lounger cushions had some mould on them, we did draw attention to this with staff (they advised us they will be getting replaced in the near future). Breakfast is okay, could do with a bit more of a variety. Bathrooms in the room itself is open air so home to mozzies, definitely use the net for the beds provided. Boat transfers organized through the hotel were fine, no need to find others. We felt safe & were provided life jackets if we wanted to use them

The location was amazing

It’s a bit tired and rundown I don’t think they do enough to make the beach access area comfortable enough- no cushions on the sun loungers.

Alle Mitarbeiter waren immer sehr freundlich. Der Transfer hat perfekt geklappt. Das große Pool erlaubt auch sportliche Betätigung. Die Lage direkt am wunderbaren Sandstrand ist perfekt. Die Baby-Schildkröten gehörten sicher zu den Highlights unseres Aufenthaltes in diesem wunderbaren Ressort.

The location is amazing, you arrive at the beach right in front of the resort. The villa's are of great quality. Also the staff is very friendly and always ready to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Sometimes the waiting times in the restaurant were a bit long. But again, this is a minor suggestion. It doesn't compare to the great quality the resort delivers.

Great location on the beach and the main street with plenty of cafes and shops. I like the convenience of the pick up and drop off with their fast boat.

Breakfast buffet wasn't my favourite. I didn't love the cocktails. Also wouldn't get laundry done through the hotel it was super expensive plenty of laundry places along the street to support.

The villas and location

The whole vibe of this place is excellent. We were met on the beach and walked up to reception, our luggage taken directly to our rooms and given the warmest welcome. Our room wasn't that great, however we were given an upgrade and the new room was absolutely excellent! The staff were ALL amazing, from the security guard to the cleaners to all the venues hospitality staff, they went over and above on service.

The room was gorgeous although tight with space. We had our own pool and the location was fabulous. Staff were friendly and approachable.

We were right beside a neighbours pool pump which was noisy. The room was tight with space and the pool needed a bit of TLC. A lick of paint wouldn’t go a miss but overall a great place.

From the moment we arrived the staff were incredible, we were greeted by Surya and advised we had been upgraded to a pool villa, our bags were taken to our room while we enjoyed the pool and the beach. Wonderfully located nearby some great restaurants but also the hotel itself is the perfect sunset spot right on the beach. We booked a snorkelling trip through the hotel and had the best time, they also got some really great underwater shots for us. Overall the property itself is quite run down and is only probably a 3 star property, it really needs some major repairs around the communal pool and within the villas themselves, even some minor repairs and paint would make a big difference. This however didn’t really affect us as the service was absolutely four star property worthy, every interaction we had with any member of the staff was met with kindness and happiness and for this alone we will be back :)

Air Con only worked at full tilt. Wifi setup unreliable/ traffic filtering. Staff were confused by an extended booking and kept expecting us to check out a day early.

Amazing location and such an easy stay. The team organised scooters for us for one of our days there, which made getting around effortless. Breakfast was included and set us up well each morning. Staff were super friendly and helpful throughout, and all the facilities you need are right there on site. It’s also close to loads of good food spots if you want to explore beyond the resort. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot to stay in Nusa Lembongan - highly recommend.

Excellent location and would have been great in its day. The resort needs a complete renovation. Tiles missing in our private pool leading to cut feet, moldy timber and walls, gaps in the roof letting mosquitos into the room and waiting an hour for check-in even though it was the resort who organised our transfer and therefore had our exact arrival time of 3pm. Not being offered coffee or tea at breakfast is inexcusable. Being one of the more expensive options on the island we expected much more. The only reason I have given two stars is the location. You can do much better for less!!

The food was not as good as last year. The breakfast a-la-carte was not great. A lot cold when served and not toasted bread. Shakshuka eggs had no sauce for example. The property/rooms probably need some maintenance. AUD260 per night is expensive compared to some other properties.

Situation direct sur la plage et à proximité immédiate de la zone touristique et de la mangrove. Prise en charge et organisation du bateau pour venir depuis sanur et dépose directement sur la plage de l'hôtel. Personnel trés accueillant et à l'écoute.

Manque d'entretien global de l'hôtel avec des traces marquées d'usure que ce soit dans les parties communes comme dans les bungalows ce qui donne une impression d'hotel de second rang. on ne s'attend pas à cela. Les matelas de plage sont sales, la terrasse en bois de la pisine est plus qu'usée, peut être même dangereux pour les pieds.

We had booked a grand deluxe room however there was nothing deluxe about our room. It was far from the beach front in a different building right on the busy street front. Our water stopped working two times we had mould in the shower and our overall stay was very disappointing.

I felt the drinks & restaurant was quite pricey so tended to eat elsewhere for lunch & dinner.

Absolutely everything. From the moment we got to the boat harbour to the moment we left the island this resort looked after us. They take such great care of their guests and nothing is too much trouble. You can organise anything you want to do or need on the island through their friendly helpful staff. Everything in the resort is clean, and we found our stay exceeded our expectations so much. We will be back here again, for first time visitors we were so happy with everything! We can’t wait to visit again ❤️❤️

If you have dietary restrictions this resort is very limited in options. We ate away from the resort as most restaurants cater for gluten and dairy intolerance really well
