Love Hualien Hostel

Huge room. Too strong of AC. 😂 Clean. Everything works. Even provided a disposal towel, slipper. I kept the towel and turn out to be necessary for next place.

I paid what I get and it exceeded my expectation.

Very nice friendly reception, big room.

Bien situé proche de la gare ferroviaire et routière. Pas mal de bon restaurants autours Vue l'heure de tardive de la réception, j' ai pu mettre mon sac de voyage en consigne sans problème

位置離車站很近，房間很大、很乾淨，住起來很舒服，整體來說非常好

愛上花蓮民宿離火車站近，價錢實在，頭家熱心幫我搜尋素食餐廳，退房後讓我寄放行李。

The hostel is close to the train and bus station so it is convenient for moving around quickly by foot or bike. The bed was comfortable, the room and bathroom were very clean. Calm and quiet environment for a nice rest. Body foam and shampoo were provided. The TV could stream many channels from around the world. There is a water distributor downstairs with hot and cold water and some tea bags to choose from for a warm beverage after a long day of strolling around.

Not what I’d typically call a Hostel, but had the basics covered and my room was clean and spacious. The helpfulness of the staff/owner was incredible - when asked for information about a problem I was having, he took the whole morning helping me himself to get it resolved - never seen such kindness even in Taiwan!

Towels were more like napkins. Did the job though.

Big room with TV, AC (no mini-fridge though).

They use disposable towers (paper thin). No toilet paper, just tissues. Be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs (5th floor for my single). No separation between shower and toilet.

nice to stay at this property and will stay again if we have a chance visiting Hualien.

Sucks to have scorching heat, but it is walkable from the train station(10mins). When alighting at the train station, it's good to be approached and listen for first times with individuals selling their services(tour packages and vehicle rental), for you to have a good gauge. For bike rentals, you could do so beside the accomodation for convenience. Room is HUGE as it comes with a balcony too! At the first level(lobby), there is a table full of namecards and brochures, courtesy of the owner. From food delivery, to sights and places to go! Thank you!
