difficulté pour avoir les serviettes de piscine... les horaires d'ouverture ne sont pas respectés. le bruit de la musique le samedì soir...impossible de dormir, sachant que le dimanche on partait à 6h pour l'aéroport .

Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt im TUI BLUE Manar. Das Essen war jeden Tag sehr lecker, abwechslungsreich und von guter Qualität. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die tollen, freundlichen und aufmerksamen Mitarbeiter, bei denen man sich jederzeit willkommen gefühlt hat. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, und die moderne, schöne Einrichtung hat uns ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben uns von Anfang bis Ende sehr wohlgefühlt und konnten unseren Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen.

Es gab für uns nichts Negatives zu bemängeln. Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

There were ants on the bed. Then they changed my room and The furniture and fittings appeared worn and poorly maintained, with visible dirt, staining and damage around the shelving and cabinets. Some of the surfaces looked chipped, marked and in need of repair or refurbishment. I asked for some towels then i got dirty towels. They change the hotel programme without informing.

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. There was always something to enjoy, so we never felt bored. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always happy to assist us.

Hotel passable mais pas à la hauteur d'un 5 étoiles. Restaurant qualitatif à condition d'arrivée vraiment à l'ouverture du buffet. Toboggans supers !! Mais pas hygiénique (nul part pour se laver les pieds avant d'aller dans la piscine et les escaliers pour accéder aux toboggans sont dégoutants). Par contre, c'est bien organisé, on ne fait pas la queu et les maitres nageurs sont très gentils. Ambiance sympatique Femme de chambre souriante Lavage du linge express aborable et de bonne qualité Soirées animées pour les enfants agréables Kids club ok mais plages horaires beaucoup trop courtes, uniquement 2H le matin et 2h l'aprem. En supplément pour les moins de 3 ans dommage aussi.

Hygiène très moyenne. Chambre pas nettoyée en profondeur (intérieur des tiroires, dessous des lits...). Chambre vraiment viellissante .. Literie de mauvaise qualité pas du tout confortable. Rien n'a voir avec un hotel 5 étoiles. La chambres et bas de gamme, des meubles viellots et usés, une salle de bain à refaire.. Bref. Moche et pas confortable. Les parties communes sont horribles (couloirs non climatisé avec une moquette puante et dégoutante). Pas de place au buffet si vous n'arrivez pas à l'ouverture ! Les tables ne sont pas redressée assez vite donc on peut attendre jusqu'à 20 minutes pour s'assoir ! Hyper bruyant ! Une cantine quoi .. Jus dégoutant au pdj.

Établissement digne de ses 5 étoiles . Le personnel , dames de ménage, serveurs au restaurant, maîtres nageur étaient tous très professionnels et très gentils . Nous admirons leur courage ! Animation sympathique le soir avec des spectacles de qualité . Notre chambre était au calme comme demandé , nous avons apprécié les différents espaces : plus ou moins au calme selon les envies . Un hôtel que nous recommandons grandement après avoir eu la mauvaise expérience de l’hôtel Venus beach 3***

Nous avons été fortement déçus par le personnel chargé du confort de clientèle . J’avais demandé une décoration de chambre pour l’anniversaire de mon fils et mari le même jour . Déco faite l’après midi alors que notre petit dormait et déco le soir au restaurant oubliée … rien n’a été fait pour se rattraper . J’ai payé un gâteau 22€ que j’ai eu mais ils n’étaient pas au courant au début !!!

L’hôtel est très bien situé et dispose de plusieurs piscines ainsi que de nombreux toboggans, ce qui est particulièrement agréable pour les familles. L’ambiance est sympathique, aussi bien autour de la piscine que sur la plage. Les espaces extérieurs sont jolis et bien aménagés. La nourriture est abondante, avec un choix varié.

L’hôtel était complet et donc très fréquenté, ce qui a forcément eu un impact sur la qualité et la rapidité du service. Pour un établissement présenté comme un 5 étoiles, je m’attendais à un niveau de prestation plus élevé et mieux maîtrisé, même en période de forte affluence.

Le personnel au niveau de la piscine n'était pas très attentif pour éviter d'éventuels accidents au niveau de l"aquaparc.

Swim up room is amazing! The buffet is full of options and creative dishes. Although the hotel is large the Staff are friendly and caring. The hotel is full of trees and plants giving the resort vibe. There are 3 pools and activities of all kinds. We got assisted by a beautiful lady Ms. Ons and also receptionist Mr. Jilani he was very nice and welcoming. Alsoo the animation at night is professional and amusing.

I wish the bathrooms were fancier but it does the job.

Très bel hôtel avec une superbe plage de sable fin et une mer magnifique. Les espaces sont bien entretenus, les chambres sont confortables et très propres. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’ambiance détendue, la beach party, les spectacles du soir et le professionnalisme des équipes, toujours souriantes et attentionnées malgré la haute saison. Le kids club a été un vrai plus, avec une équipe bienveillante qui a permis à notre fille de passer un excellent séjour. Les toboggans et les piscines ont également été très appréciés. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

De kamers zijn schoon en comfortabel, het eten is heerlijk en gevarieerd, en de sfeer in het hele resort is ontspannen en gezellig. Ook het zwembad, het strand en de animatie waren uitstekend verzorgd. Een speciale dank aan het hele team voor hun warme gastvrijheid en professionaliteit. Dankzij jullie hebben wij prachtige herinneringen gemaakt. Les piscines sont agréables, les espaces communs sont bien aménagés et l’ambiance est calme et relaxante. La nourriture est variée, de bonne qualité et il y a des options pour tous les goûts. Un grand merci également à l’équipe de la réception pour son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse.

Un 2eme séjour aussi agréable que le premier, cette fois-ci avec la famille et des amis. Je recommande cet hôtel pour les familles avec des enfants, beaucoup d’activités proposées, on ne s’ennuie jamais. Merci à toute l’équipe de l’hôtel pour l’accueil et la sympathie.

While it was a clean and comfortable hotel with several good facilities, my only comment would be on value for money—it feels a bit exaggerated compared to other hotels I’ve experienced in Hammamet, Tunisia. That said, this is somewhat subjective and really depends on which facilities you're looking for. On the food side, I’d personally recommend opting for à la carte options elsewhere, as we found the quality better than the all-inclusive open buffet offered at the hotel.

La réception était extrêmement chaude car la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas durant notre séjour. C'est très désagréable et une situation que je n'avais jamais rencontrée auparavant. Dommage, car le reste était très satisfaisant.

Had a wonderful time at the TUI Blue Manar. All the staff at the resort are amazing. A special thank you to Maissa from the TUI Blue welcoming team. From the moment we arrived she greeted us with a smile, made us feel welcomed and offered valuable support for checking in, travel requests and visiting attractions in the area. Every time she saw us in the resort she made sure we were enjoying our holiday and always offered help. A big reason for us coming back to this resort is because of her kindness and hospitality. Also thank you to Helmi from the restaurant team, he always made sure we had a suitable table, and our food and drink was to our liking. Thank you, also to Aila from the room hospitality team, she cleaned our room (2023) and kept it spotless and equipped with the necessities. Just like Maissa and Helmi, Aila never complained or said no if we requested anything. They really went above and beyond to make this a very memorable and enjoyable holiday. The resort is very big with several pools, water slides, bars, a pool side snack bar and a main restaurant with a good variety of food ranging from Tunisian, Mediterranean and European cuisine. The beach is about 5 minutes walk from the pool. The animation (entertainment) team are amazing from morning to evening the team are always around the resort helping people with games, exercises and fun activities for all ages.

Dommage que les enfants ne fassent pas plus d'activités à l'extérieur du kids clubs. Le Kit de toilette pourrait être plus fourni.

La nourriture et le service sont vraiment au top ! Les animations sont très bien également, on ne s’ennuie pas. Les horaires de la restauration sont bien adaptées aux rythmes des familles.

Les finitions ainsi que le niveau des sanitaires ne valent pas un 5* mais tout est fonctionnel et propre.

Un bel établissement, une bonne animation, un bon service, une bonne variété de nourriture.

Les piscines, le buffet est excellent, le resort est propre et bien entretenu. On y a passé de très bonnes vacances.

Les chambres au standing un peu inférieur aux parties communes, mais pour le peu de temps qu'on y a passé ce n'était pas gênant. Les transats autour de la piscine bébé & animation réservés dès 7h du matin par certains clients.

Très bon hotel pour familles avec enfants de tout âge, beaucoup d’activités tout le long de la journée correspondant aux besoins de chaque membre de la famille. Le personnel est très souriant et bienveillant. Nous y reviendrons certainement.

The resort was beautiful with lots of organised activities you can book on their resort app (Pilates, swimming pool games, archery, bowls, fitness classes etc.). Every night there was a different entertainment act, and the magician act was especially good. The food was plentiful and varied meal to meal. There were great water slides and several pools. The beach was easily accessible, with water sports bookable for an extra fee on days when the water was not too choppy. There was a wonderful piano player in the lobby every evening playing beautiful music. The room was a good size with a balcony and the entire resort was very clean. The staff in the main restaurant were lovely, caring and friendly. To go to the airport, you can call a taxi using a ride share app (like inDrive or Yassir) which is much cheaper than using the hotel transport, but you have to let reception know you've called a taxi as otherwise the taxi can't enter the resort.

The resort doesn't switch the AC on until deep into the summer. When we were there in mid-May, there was no AC apart from in the lobby. Our room was therefore unbearably hot so we asked for a fan and eventually they brought us one after more than a day. There only seemed to be one towel station on the whole resort; there should be many more dotted around. The balcony in the room was open at both sides so other rooms can access it which did not feel safe, and we couldn't really keep the curtains open in the day time as other guests could easily walk across from their balconies into our balcony. The staff at reception could've been more friendly. They didn't smile and weren't helpful with questions. When I asked what the entertainment was one night, the receptionist told me to just look on the resort app or look on the screen in the lobby, and seemed not to have a clue. Another time we asked for a second card key to our room (as we were two friends staying in one room who needed access at different times) and the receptionist made some excuse that they didn't give out card keys in the evening, only when guests left in the morning which seemed strange for such a big hotel. One of the nights there was a Brazilian dance troupe entertainment show. The female dancers were almost naked which seemed inappropriate when so many of the guests watching were children and also I could see some Muslim guests were uncomfortable and left the room. It would be better to have more inclusive entertainment at a family resort that can be enjoyed by all.

Globalement très bien, la structure, les piscines, le personnel, la propreté, le buffet très correct.

Des petits détails, le fait qu'il n'y ai que des jus industriels au restaurant (mise à part smoothie du matin que je n'ai pas apprécié à titre personnel), bâtiment vieillissant (cela reste très bien tout de même). Le fait de ranger les plats dès que 21h sonnent alors que nous n'avons pas terminé, je comprends que le personnel veuille rentrer chez lui, mais peut être organiser le service autrement? Quant aux desserts, cela reste très basique et répétitif, la qualité des fruits vraiment moyenne. Ce sont quelques petits points d'amélioration que j'ai noté, si cela peut aider. J'ai tout de même eu une très bonne expérience globale, mes enfants ont adoré.

Einfach alles. Das Essen war mit einer außergewöhnlichen Auswahl so lecker und gut. Das Personnel war freundlich und immer am Lächeln. Das Animation Team war mega cool und hoch professionell. Wir haben das Pilates, HIT und weitere Altivitäten mega genossen. Unser 5 monate altes Baby war super bei der Babybetreuung aufgehoben. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

The hotel was amazing! The staff were very attentive specially Nour in the front desk and all the people in kids club. I highly recommend Tui Blue Manar for your next vacation. The food and drinks were very good as well and the hotel was very clean. Everyone was super friendly.

The hotel was simply wonderful. Located between Nabeul and Hammamet, it allowed for easy visits to both neighboring cities. The staff was professional, welcoming, and attentive to our needs. In fact, they gave us a lovely surprise when they learned in advance that we were staying for our honeymoon. Security was tight, thanks to their vigilance and the strict enforcement of rules for both local and foreign visitors. We wanted to invite a friend for a coffee in the lobby, but our request was declined—which we completely understood. The food was varied and fresh. We enjoyed traditional Tunisian dishes prepared with care and authenticity. Don’t miss the B’assissa at breakfast. The room was clean, spacious, and offered a superb view of the beach. We will definitely return to this hotel.

Nothing is perfect—there are a few minor points worth mentioning, but they are relatively negligible. My spouse and I have traveled extensively around the world, yet the hospitality, high quality, and unique atmosphere of Tunisian places are unmatched, especially in this hotel. I would have liked to be able to pay the reservation fees online on the same day I made the booking in order to benefit from the ongoing promotion. However, the requirement to pay on-site upon arrival created a difference between the initial quoted amount and the final amount paid at check-in. This seems to be the case for most hotels in Tunisia.

We’ve just returned from a fantastic 11 day holiday at this lovely hotel (family of 4, 15 & 12 yr old) and had the best time. We stayed in Manar 2. It was a little dated but that did not detract from our holiday, it’s the start of the season and you could see maintenance and gardening staff busy getting everything ready. The food was lovely, something for everyone. Service was incredible, the staff were very attentive. We regularly had Hamdi as our waiter in the main restaurant and he was very efficient, friendly and polite. As were all the staff at the snack bar. In fact the bar staff everywhere were lovely. The pools were great, chilly but bareable. Slides were fantastic, my children loved them. Special mention to Nabil & Yassine, they were incredible at the slides. So helpful and friendly. My son loved them! I would advise getting some swim shoes for the kids as the ground is quite uncomfortable when walking without sandals. There is soooo much to do, if you have younger children there is a kids club, we saw them taking the groups of children around and doing fun activities with them. We had bad weather for the first 5 days of our holiday but there was still plenty to do. Well equipped gym. Spa with indoor pool. Football, Tennis, Padel courts. High ropes (extra charge) Lots to do! Overall we loved it. We would definitely go back. The staff really made our holiday!

Don’t normally write reviews but I think this one deserves one. The staff here make the place, without them it wouldn’t be all that. From the moment you walk in the door the staff can’t do enough for you, from security, cleaners, even gardeners, all go out their way to speak and be polite. Special shout outs to the entertainment team, absolutely brilliant and full of energy. Bar staff in the main lobby 5**. Make great coffees and look after you all day. Go and pay them a visit, they work soo hard and nothing is a problem for them. They even have a little staircase for the kids to go and order their own drinks 👌. Food is great, breakfast is breakfast nothing wow. But evening meal is brilliant, something for everyone and kids are well looked after. All the snack bars during the day are also great, go pay a visit to the young lad at the sandwich corner. Lifeguards special mention to them, they go above and beyond, they look after everyone around the pool. The rooms are not 5* quality but they are very clean and looked after by the cleaners everyday. Overall a great week away and if it wasn’t for the staff I don’t think it would of been as good. Well done Manor Hotel 🙏🙏

An exceptional experience in every way: the hotel, the staff, the food.

Located straight on the beach front that was lovely and clean. Very clean hotel with cleaners always around. The room was big enough for what we needed, we had a room with a pool and it was great for kids or just relaxing and it was very clean the housekeeper najeh was amazing kept the room clean and couldn't do enough for us, so friendly and polite. The night time entertainment was great for both kids and adults the mini disco was great for my daughter and the staff always friendly and happy to see us and halima was fantastic with my daughter, always got her up dancing and she loved it. Even though it rained alot it never ruined our holiday as the staff were always there doing something and the atmosphere was brilliant. Would definitely go back. I definitely think the value is worth it with what we payed the whole experience was great. The food was wonderful and such a varity for both adults and kids. Even though we couldn't use the outside pool often we used the indoor pool which was lovely and warm. My son managed to go on the water slides a few times and really enjoyed them. I cant fault any of the staff they were all amazing, friendly, polite, always had a smile and ready to do anything for you.

It rained on 3 days and there was so much to do in the hotel we were never bored or uncomfortable. Couldn't recommend more

Das sehr freundliche Personal erfüllt alle Wünsche. Esser war super, Zimmer sehr sauber und ruhig. Für das Wetter können die nichts, aber das war auch super. Noura und Karim warern sehr sehr lieb und nett, jederzeit wieder.
