Everything!! the villa is beautiful. We loved the Balinese architecture and interior design. Agus, was an amazing host, so accommodating, helpful, friendly and professional. The location is perfect, despite being so close to a busy road, it was very quiet and peaceful. Been to Seminyak several times, this is by far the best villa I have stayed in.

Close to F&B outlets and mini markets, seminyak square, the beach , shops etc. staff were very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again with family and friends .

Tirta Naga has it all. A perfect oasis near the heart of Seminyak. Agus was our perfect host answering all our questions and making our stay worry free.

Lovely family villa. Plenty of room and very clean. The pool was great and Yuda our butler was very accommodating. The villa is in a very good location, close to beach restaurants and bars. All the staff we met were lovely.

We had an issue with one of the rooms, but was rectified as soon as we notified the staff. The customer service we received was excellent.

The entrance has a gap with a fishpond which could be dangerous. While a water filter is provided, I don't trust the cleanliness of it so we had to buy water.

The gardens, pool and villa were all beautiful. It was quiet and peaceful- yet a short walk to beach, restaurants and shop. Would have loved to stay longer.

The property was amazing. Clean and very functional. The pools and out door kitchen and bathrooms made our experience. I cooked breakfast every morning and the facilities were fantastic. Angus our Buttler was fantastic! He was able to help with all of our questions about the property and surrounds, as well as helping to organise activities and tours. He was just a message away, with great communication.

Location, the property, the vibe in the villa, the staff, the style, the rest but close to restaurants and everything. Two pools really amazing!!!

Looking a bit tired, bathroom area needs a clean, didn’t enjoy being asked for deposit to cover broken or stolen items

The villas were so beautiful! I don’t think the photos do it justice. It was like our own private sanctuary. The staff where very helpful and met us upon arrival for check in.

It was like a sanctuary out of the hustle but so close to everything. Great layout and furniture etc. Location was awesome. Agus our butler was exceptional, very attentive and managed property with such care.

The house was located in very dark street which gives you the feeling that the place is not safe (although there were security guy outside) The bed was not clean , we found many bed bugs (show it to the butler) As the villa on a street which kind of busy , the noise of the motorcycle is really loud and noisy to the extent that makes sleepless

Bultler there too often. Found it a bit intrusive, especially at breakfast, after 1st day we went out. When asked to come later he did but hung around outside the gate. Would have liked more privacy.

Our stay at Villa Tirta Naga was awesome! We were greeted by Agus who was accommodating from the start when we were running an hour behind for check in, It was no problem. Agus is very welcoming, has a fantastic sense of humour, and is very responsive to all requests. The Villa was a perfect set up for us, travelling as two couples. Each Villa had spacious bedrooms and outdoor style bathrooms, while the two pools, living and kitchen areas allowed for places to relax and socialise together. Both villas have air conditioning, the grounds are beautifully maintained, and it is so well located. There is a security guard at night and they made sure we go home safe and kept the Villa secured. We did not feel unsafe at all as it is in a nice area, however nice to know someone was there to keep and eye on things at night! We would recommend Villa Tirta Naga and Agus to anyone considering staying here. We will definitely be back again when in Bali next.

Having to leave - everything was as described and exceeded expectations.

We loved our stay at Villa Tirta Naga. The photos are a great representation of the property. When staying in the heat in Bali, it makes such a difference staying in a Villa with a beautiful lush garden and pristine pools. The outdoor bathrooms are secure and private and lovely being outside. The Villa is close by to Eat Street, KuDeTa and other faves like La Lucciola, and even walking distance to Potato Head. There is a taxi rank at the end of the gang or we just booked GoJek. Whilst no breakfast is included, there are plenty of options within walking distance. The Villa is nice and quiet. Agus and his team keep the Villa looking great every day.

It would have been great to have a chilled water cooler. We decanted the water into bottles and cooled in the fridge. There is no comfortable couch in the living area, just very upright wooden chairs and a daybed. Minor issue but when we were 'villa-bound' due to 5 days due to rain, it would have been nice to have somewhere else to sit and read etc.

First of all the location of the villa is perfect. You can reach all the places by walking. And very near to the beach. The villa provides very huge area and good conditon of open air kitchen. Wi-fi works perfect and good speed. The bedrooms are quite big. There are many resting places in the living room area and garden. Mr. Agus provides you the best assistance. A special thanks to him. The pools are quite clean. Just one day we had a problem about lights of the pool. But Mr. Agus solved the problem as soon as possible.

The darkness of the bedrooms can be a problem a little bit. Especially the small bedroom is very dark at nights. The lights are not enough. And the bathroom of the small bedroom is not so stylish as the master bedroom’s bathroom. And they can improve the cleanness of the villa.

Both the rooms smelled of mould. The ceiling was made out of cane and when it rained it dripped. No free to air tv. They wanted to charge extra to use their Apple TV box. The beds were hard and the place was just old and dirty. Wouldn’t recommend.

Our stay at Tirta Naga Villa was disappointing due to several maintenance and cleanliness issues. While the property has a beautiful layout and is conveniently located near Seminyak’s main street and restaurants, the experience was marred by multiple problems. We found cockroach droppings on the bed, indicating an infestation. Woke up to a cockroach in the bed, and dead bugs were found under the bed, thus inadequate cleaning. The villa had a mosquito problem, and we couldn’t use the bathrooms without getting bitten. Air conditioning was old and emitted a damp smell, and there was little lighting in the second room. The toilets were dirty, especially the second room’s toilet, which had peeling concrete. The pool caused a reaction in my eyes, likely due to inadequate filtration and cleaning, as it resulted in red, painful, blurry eyes. The kitchen was poorly equipped: the microwave didn’t work, the toaster was filthy, and the stove ignition malfunctioned. Further, poor lighting in the kitchen and inadequate cooking utensils. The caretaker, Augus, was hardly available. After greeting us on the first day, he claimed to attend a wedding on the second day and then said he was unwell on the fourth day, meaning the rooms were only cleaned once during our five-day stay. When he did clean, he entered the villa without warning, which was a sudden invasion of privacy. Despite the villa's potential, the lack of maintenance and cleanliness made our stay unpleasant to say the least.

Villa was amazing. My family and I had an amazing time staying here. Can’t fault a single thing! Agus was there to greet us and accommodated everything we needed for our stay. Absolutely stunning villa with perfect central location! Thankyou!

Great communication from Agus our host prior and during our stay. Fantastic location next door to Ku Deta, 300mtrs to Seminyak shopping village and all the great spots. Bonus which we didn't realize that there was security after 9.30 each night till 6am in the morning for peace of mind. Aircon was spot on in bedrooms and grounds well kept. We had our daughter and her friend so having a bit of space was great for mum and dad and the kids.

Only little things that could be improved which we mentioned to Agus as we left are the following. Lighting in smaller Villa for the girls to do make up was non existent, ended up giving them one of our lamps. Only one TV in larger Villa but no free to air or netflix etc, had to set up own account which we didn't end up doing, so no tv for 6 days not a bad thing but if rainy would be handy if stuck inside. Toilet in 2nd Villa is due for replacement looking rather old. Also a couple of umbrella's would be handy .

Amazing villa - very beautiful and well decorated. Very cozy. The host - Agus - was super nice. Well located close to the main street of seminyak but very quite.

The architecture is fantastic, designed for true tropical living, with an outdoor kitchen, living room and bathrooms. There are two separate buildings that house the two spacious bedrooms. Two plunge pools in a lush garden complete the idyllic holiday setting. All this in a quiet location, a two minute walk from the beach and just minutes away from Seminyak's top notch restaurants and shops.

No tea, coffee, milk or anything supplied. There were coffee capsules available for the Nespresso machine at $1 each. Basic toiletries - soap, shampoo and conditioner. No body lotion, vanity sets or anything else. Wine and beer in the fridge for sale too. I don't think this place is safe for small children as the pools are open areas.

Beautiful villa. All equipped with everything that you may need. So close to shops and beach. Augus was incredibly , he kept the place spotless and was so very helpful in every way. No bad points to report.

A bit too wild? There’s cat at night and other small creatures might pay you a visit if you left the food outside.

The villa exceeded our expectation. The property is gorgeous and the grounds are beautiful. The location was excellent for walking to some of the best cafes and shopping in Seminyak and a short stroll to the beach and KuDeTa. The kitchen (which is outdoors, but undercover) is really well set up. If we'd stayed longer we would have used it more for meals but we were too busy enjoying the eating out options. Agus the butler was also excellent - super helpful and does an excellent job looking after the property. Will come again if it's not booked out and highly recommend.

We were pleasantly surprised with this Villa, it was spacious, comfortable and well presented. Agus (The Butler) welcomed us despite our delayed arrival, Agus is warm, helpful and maintains the Villa with attention to detail. The two separate bedrooms with private bathrooms allowed for privacy and time together. Ideal for couples or in our case father & daughter. Great Villa around the corner from shops, restaurants and night life, but far away enough to have that peaceful experience.

The "safe" in the second bedroom was not functioning properly, however we utilised the one in main bedroom.

We stayed in three places during our trip and this was by far the best and the best value. Villa and grounds were BEAUTIFUL, thoughtfully designed and a little slice of paradise in busy Seminyak. We didn't find it noisy at all and our host Agus was helpful and warm throughout. We would return in a heartbeat.

We had the most amazing time at Villa Tirta Naga. It is the most beautiful villa, perfect Bali vibes it's a very traditional looking villa with a thatch roof and outdoor kitchen. The location is absolutely amazing, so close to the beach and to Seminyak. Agus, the gentleman that looks after the villa is just so lovely and looks after everything you need. The aircon works very well in both rooms which is also a bonus in Bali! We will most definitely be back.

Sooo spacious! It felt really really big. Super clean, great facilities, 2x pools were big and temperature was perfect. Comes with butler, Agus- he was so friendly, approachable, kind and went above and beyond for my 30th birthday (see pictures) also loved it was a quieter part of Seminyak so we could relax properly but could walk or Gojek everywhere we needed

We had an amazing stay in this villa and would HIGHLY recommend to any travellers looking for somewhere central, yet quiet and secure. The villa is perfectly located, 5mins walk to the beach and 5-10 mins walk to the best restaurants and bars of Seminyak. Bali is a big island and Seminyak is one of the best places you can stay in Bali. Our host Agus was very helpful and friendly. Villa was quite clean, private and comfortable. I would highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful, we had three brilliant nights there, wish we’d stayed longer. Everything was beautiful. Villa tirta naga is probably the best place we’ve ever stayed!

No roofed walkway connection from room to kitchen to room. Inconvenient when it rained. The wifi was down and we could not do our business video conferences. That was a major disappointment for us. The rooms were very poorly lit. The whole villa looks rundown/old. No option for butler services for meals especially breakfast.

Very beautiful place with two private pools. Lovely both indoor and outdoor spaces with beautiful and well thought out details in Balinese style. No insight, very private.

The location was perfect and the layout was perfect for us and our teenage kids. It felt like two villas on a mini property. We had our own villa and they had their own. Both villas have their own bathrooms too. The butler Angus was fantastic. We arrived late but he was there to greet us and helped guide our taxi driver. He was also lightning fast on WhatsApp and went beyond to buy a few things to stock the fridge for us. He also offered to prepare breakfast for us, basically he was willing to do anything. Super kind and always willing. Would highly recommend the Villa and ask to have Angus as your butler.

the kitchen faucet needs updating. it doesn’t turn on smoothly. it shoots out water when you turn it on but since the knob sticks, you can’t adjust the pressure easily

We stayed at Tirta Naga when it opened many years ago and the place hasn’t lost its magic since. It’s an oasis in the middle of busy Seminyak and so well located that you can walk to the beach and the restaurants nearby. The villa is well equipped and has all you need. The kitchen is fully fitted but then with all the choice of restaurants nearby, who wants to cook? The butler was very helpful arranging transport and massage (which was excellent – thank you Manori Spa). All in all, highly recommended if you like space and Balinese décor and feel. Very authentic!

This used to be a great place for quiet retreat with quality service. Today, the premises are still nice but the service awful.

When we arrived there was no one at the villa, no one responded telephone calls or messages. We had to wait about an hour until the butler came with no excuse. The breakfast was always late and quite bad quality. The service overall was poor.

The design is fantastic. really spoilt for space and the 2 pools.

the beds were incredibly uncomfortable, the lighting is almost pointless - as a group of women, we had to shower and get ready before it got dark as there was no point in trying to get ready after the sun set. we also didn’t like the property being constantly accessed by gardeners, security etc. not enough communication about how would be in the space and when.
