I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Tangier. Overall, it was a good experience with some great highlights, though a few issues dragged down the stay. ​The Positives: ​Excellent Breakfast: The breakfast spread was fantastic, with plenty of fresh, high-quality options. ​Standout Staff: A special shoutout to Sara, who made the local msemen at breakfast! She was extremely kind, hospitable, and attentive. Her service really started our mornings on a high note.

Areas for Improvement: ​Room Request: Prior to arrival, I had submitted a request via my booking for a room on a higher floor. Unfortunately, this was not fulfilled, and I was assigned a lower floor without much explanation. ​Major Issue: ​Unprofessional Garage Staff: The biggest negative of the trip, and frankly unacceptable for a Hilton property, was the behavior of the employee in the garage. Every single time I entered or exited the garage, he repeatedly solicited money from me, asking, "Makanch chi 9hiwa?" ("No money for coffee?"). His persistent begging and attitude made me feel extremely uncomfortable throughout my stay. ​(Note for Management: The staff member in question was working duty in the garage during my checkout on 14/09/2026 around 11:00 AM). Management urgently needs to address this behavior, as guests shouldn't feel pressured or harassed just accessing their vehicle.

There is everything you would wish for,A large mall a few minutes walk away with an entire floor for food including KFC. A large supermarket on the ground floor clothes shops. The seafront is a few minutes walk away with Mc Donald’s. The Twin rooms were good size. Muhammad at the reception was most helpful. Due to increased tourism in the city he was really working hard under pressure. Thank you all for being nice.

Due to increase demand management has to arrange more room allocation. The hotel for next years increased demand, there will be great challenges for management. To encourage restaurant business a discount coupon for breakfast and dinner. Analyse the nature of visitors like Halal food, one Asian dish like butter chicken and rice. There are lots of room to increase productivity l will not go to increase room prices but be more competitive. The lady who prepared the room in floor 8 was very helpful. We shall like to thank everyone from the front door attendants, everyone at the reception perticularly Muhammad.

Honnêtement c’est une catastrophe cet hôtel, je n’ai vraiment pas apprécié au niveau de l’isolation, on entend beaucoup de bruit de 19 heures jusqu’à 6h du matin à plusieurs reprises j’ai appelé la réception qui a essayé de faire le nécessaire, mais je peux comprendre que ça peut être difficile de leur côté aussi on avait un vol le matin avec mon conjoint donc on a pratiquement pas dormi je déconseille

Badkamers die door een stel beunhazen is gemaakt, totaal geen waterdruk met douchen, heb niet eens gedoucht daar. Eerst kregen we een kamer op16e etage, er was continuer herrie, net als een stoomboot. Snap echt niet dat dit hotel een Hilton mag heten.

The only thing I wouldn’t particularly recommend is the half-board option. The selection was quite disappointing for a 5-star hotel, especially when it came to the main meals and protein options. There was also no live cooking station, which I would have expected at this level. I have to say, though, the dessert selection was amazing! Overall, for the price I paid for the half-board upgrade, I really don’t think it was worth it. I could have gone out, ordered à la carte, chosen exactly what I wanted, and probably saved some money in the process.

I really enjoyed my stay. The location was fantastic, right next to the sea, and the area was very convenient, with the train station and shopping mall nearby. The breakfast was fabulous, with plenty of choice to suit everyone. My room was a good size, comfortable and had enough space for everything I needed.

I have nothing to dislike about this hotel, everything was great for me.

I liked the location and distance from the train station. Breakfast was tasty and well prepared. Comfortable room. Helpful staff.

Lack of tags on breakfast. The staff was not fully speaking english in sk.e stations and it was difficult to understand what were the options on the local food options. On the breakfast room I even saw a dead cockroach under the table.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was convenient, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The free, easily accessible parking was also a great benefit

The elevators were very slow, and I often had to wait around seven minutes for one. The room’s soundproofing also needs improvement. Unfortunately, the room was not very clean, especially the bathroom, and the couch had several dark spots that looked like stains

L'emplacement est parfait. La literie est très confortable on y dort bien, impeccable. Service bagagerie parfait.

Fenêtres ne s'ouvre pas dans les chambres (étouffants). Problème d'évacuation d'eau dans la douche (engorgement). Personnel NONCHALENT.

Le placement et l'accueil de Hind à la réception, et le sourire des hommes de sécurité à la porte d'entrée.

The staff is great, they were really friendly. My favourite people were Safae and Ghita.

Alojamiento excepcional. Pasamos una semana increíble. La ubicacion no puede ser mejor, justo al lado del paseo de la playa. Las instalaciones son estupendas, habitaciones amplias y limpias, parking justo debajo del hotel y de fácil acceso. Los trabajadores son muy amables. Sin duda repetiremos.

El desayuno

​El proceso de llegada fue bastante caótico y frustrante. Primero nos dieron una habitación equivocada que ya estaba ocupada cuando llegamos. Además, habiendo hecho el pre check-in para entrar a partir de las 15:00, llegamos a las 16:30 y nuestra habitación aún no estaba lista. Tuvimos que insistir para que la limpiaran y esperar otros 10 minutos. Por si fuera poco, en otra habitación que habíamos reservado (la 724) la pantalla del aire acondicionado estaba rota además la cama supletoria no es que sea super cómoda. En cuanto a las instalaciones, no tiene piscina propia (solo el Hilton de 5 estrellas de al lado) y los 3 ascensores se quedan muy pocos para la cantidad de gente que hay; se tarda una eternidad cada vez que quieres bajar.

Le personnel du restaurant est très accueillant et les bagagistes aussi. Par contre pour l’enregistrement à l’arrivée, l’hôtesse n’était pas du tout accueillante.

Emplacement et personnel à l’écoute et serviable

Tout s’est bien passé SAUF que le jour du check out on avait demandé un panier petit dej vu qu’on partait à 6h du matin. Il était censé être bien garni avec notamment un sandwitch froid. On les récupère pour aller au port, et là surprise : il y avait 2 mini vienoiseries froides, 2 mini madeleines, une pomme et un yaourt. Ca fait vraiment cheap. La prochaine fois on vérifiera sur place le contenu.

Très déçue de cette chaîne hôtelière. La climatisation de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas, avec en plus un taux d’humidité particulièrement élevé, ce qui rendait le séjour assez inconfortable. Concernant la propreté, il a également fallu demander à ce que le ménage soit refait : les miroirs et les fenêtres étaient pleins de traces de graisse. Pour un établissement de cette catégorie, nous nous attendions à un meilleur niveau de confort et de propreté. Une expérience vraiment décevante.

Family deluxe room - only 1 tea bag. Only 2 towels when we booked for 3 pax. Additional bed requested not honored. The window to look out was 4feet off the ground. Plus: improvements needed: NO AC working in the lobby - NO AC working in the (tiny) lifts . Rooms a little outdated but clean.
