Pésimo marque desde las 7 pm para avisar que iba a llegar a las 10 y nadie contestó el teléfono no funcionaba llegué 10:30 en seguridad nadie sabía nada no había nadie en recepción nadie me contestó de verdad descepcionante hasta las 12:00 de la noche me escribieron por parte de la recepción obviamente ya me había retirado deberían de tener mejor servicio o comunicacion

Excelente servicio, atención y lugar, volveré a seleccionarlo en mi siguiente visita. Tienes la comodidad de contar con un supermercado un piso abajo del Lobby

Me cambiaron de hotel lo cual no estuvo mal la habitación muy buena con una vista muy padre Lo único es que no servía la televisión me decían que estaban cambiando de proveedor . Y el clima estaba demasiado frío no encontré el control y no había cobija extra así como no encontré jabón ni shampoo. Por lo demás excelente lugar

Be careful ! On the reservations platforms, Park Life are promoting rooms with landmark views or patios views that don't actually have any views since ALL WINDOWS are frosted. We've been absolutely scammed and Park Life retained all of our money for not accepting to stay in a room that had no window for 4 days. We had to reserve another hotel nearby, and never could get a refund either. On top of that the rooms are old and stinky, furniture is all rundown, etc. Park Life explained that only long term get to get views, all short terms are not a priority, even though they pay over 2,000 pesos a night. Not only are they dishonest with their listing and promotion, but they also refused that we took photos from the rooms, since we were not going to stay (which we fought for, because we initially had a reservation with them so they couldn't refuse us the access). On top of that they explained us that the rooms with windows and without are the same category in booking.com because they are stritcly the same, beside the lack of a view. We had explained before going, that we were there to stay for a few days working and needed a view, but they didn't seem to care. The woman at the counter didn't try to do any effort to help, and once we had booked another place nearby she said she could offer a free upgrade, which we couldn't take anymore since our second booking was non refundable. The reason why all the windows are frosted are pretty obvious when you know what's outside... but a honest hotel or group would have a category of room without windows that they would sell for a lower price than their top floor... except Park Life doesn't hav this type of considerations. I would absolutely avoid Park Life brand ever again.

No recibí la habitación que reservé, se me informo 5 horas previas a mi llegada, se me ofreció otra habitación sin vista o cancelar reservación, lo cual al ser el mismo dia de mi llegada no me era posible.

Ningún día en toda la estancia se hizo limpieza y se solicitó varias veces y el refrigerador no servía

The property was over sold and we had picked up that location exactly for the location even when they gave us a new hotel it was very far away.

Worst experience ever! We did a reservation months ago and we arrived and they couldn’t find our name listed, we waited 3 hours for a resolution and they didn’t solve it. No receptionist, no answer, nobody to help. Please take this in consideration !!

Staying here means choosing location over comfort and cleanliness. The location is excellent, but both the front desk service and cleanliness are TERRIBLE. They force you to leave the trash outside the apartment (in the hallway) without a specific collection schedule, even though there is a garbage chute, which you, as a guest of Park Life, do not have access to because it is exclusively for tower residents. YOU DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO AMENITIES, only the gym and some desks in the lobby. If you request support via WhatsApp or phone, they take a long time to respond, and the front desk person does not know how to resolve issues; they just say, "I'll check on it." They are NEVER at the ParkLife desk. Additionally, the internet in the suites is slow and frequently fails. I am surprised to see so many positive comments, but from what I am noticing, they changed management recently, and it shows. In summary, if you are looking for location and cleanliness and service are not crucial for you, this option is ideal.

El cuarto es amplio y la torre está bien ubicada en Santa Fe. Yo no tuve buena suerte y mi experiencia no fue la mejor. El cuarto olía a sushi cuando llegue -- claramente el huésped antes que yo comió sushi y el olor había quedado impregnado ahí. Al levantar las sabanas encontré 3 pelos (parecían de hombre), las almohadas son muy malas y pues entra mucha luz por las ventanas en la mañana -- las persianas/cortinas no cubren nada bien. Solo fui una noche, y estuve menos de 12 horas en la habitación, sin embargo, si fueron varias cositas negativas que me resaltaron. El inodoro también había estado tirando agua desde antes de que yo llegara y pues la toalla en el piso (la que se usaría de tapete en la regadera) estaba empapada.

La propiedad es buena. Hace falta una recepción de tiempo completo ya que subí varias veces a preguntar sobre una necesidad y no encontré a nadie

My room was very clean and comfortable and the staff were always pleasant and helpful. Special thanks to America! The hotel is in a great location as well. Beautiful area to walk around with lots of shops and restaurants.

The positive: Great location if you have business in Santa Fe. The housekeepers vero and Paty are very welcoming and helpful and made this an enjoyable experience. The negative: The rooms are not in the best condition, in my first room the air conditioner did not work the entire weekend, the toilet was missing the seat and in the second room due to some maintenance issue the room smelled like sewer.

Staff was amazing and very attentive. Safe place to walk around the area even if traveling alone. And facility surpassed my expectations for cleanliness and amenities.

Absolutely stunning property! Clean and modern, worth it’s price. The area is beautiful right across Independence Park and nice restaurants. There’s a nearby Wingstop and City Market for your convenience. Only downside was the entrance was hard to locate at first, but overall highly recommend this place and the staff were absolutely kind!

Location!

Good price, clean rooms, great service, and, of you want to be or need to be in Santa Fe, Be Mate aparynents are in front of La Mexicana, so is a nice place to be. Also, you will find a City Market just a few steps away.

It has an amazing location, everything is near the building, the room is perfect because it has everything you need, the prices are excellent, and the attention of the staff is priceless. We had a beautiful week in Be Mate Santa Fe, definitely we will return.

Incredible prices, amazing location in the heart of Santa Fe. Great hospitality From the staff. Altough we were 4 days, we felt always at home. Excellent privacy. The residents are kind Definitely will return
