Стильный дизайн, просторный номер (2-х этажный) и очень приятный персонал. К каждому гостю индивидуальный подход (завтраки 10/10). Мы отдыхали с мамой и она тоже осталась в восторге. По приезду собственник оставил очень теплое письмо) Очень рада что выбрала ONCE (upon a time) в место стандартного отеля!

Struttura molto curata e carina. Personale eccellente. Ottima la posizione.

Ci è piaciuto tutto. Posizione in una via tranquilla nel centro storico di Chiang Mai. L'aeroporto dista 10 min di taxi. Due dei principali templi si raggiungono comodamente a piedi in 15 minuti (il Wat Phra Singh ed il Wat Chedi Luang). Ci sono diversi ristoranti molto buoni in zona. Le camere erano spaziose e ben climatizzate, l'arredamento è caratteristico e delizioso. Lo staff è cortese e disponibile (molto apprezzato il caldo benvenuto all'arrivo e l'organizzazione del transfer, visto che il nostro volo da bangkok ha subito un significato ritardo). La colazione è eccellente e preparata al momento con ingredienti freschi (la sera prima ti viene chiesto di scegliere fra 4 opzioni e l'orario indicativo in cui pensi di andare). Se tornerò a Chiang Mai non ho il minimo dubbio che alloggerei qui.

-The location was great, many attractions and restaurants etc. are walkable, 7 eleven down the road -my room was beautiful and very clean with cute details, free snacks -all the people working there are so kind, helpful and they make you feel at home, just a really nice atmosphere -the breakfast was amazing, fresh and they prepared vegetarian meals for me I hope I can return one day <3

Everything was perfect

Oil & Yui really treat the customers with their full hearts. Our room was lovely decorated for our anniversary, and Yui’s violin performance was totally a surprise. The breakfasts are amazing, prepared with love. Hotel design is very local style, very clean. Highly recommended.

El lugar es ideal si quieres tranquilidad. El lugar está muy bien ambientado, el servicio es excelente y el equipo del hotel son muy amables. A 2 cuadras hay una plaza que puedes hacer ejercicio, caminar y trotar. Muy recomendable!

Staff was exceptional. They went above and way beyond our expectations. Room was decorated before our arrival for our honeymoon; candles and flowers everywhere. When we entered the room they had a violin player serenade us. Breakfast was great. Fresh and delicious. 10 stars isn’t enough to express our gratitude for their hotel.

Honestly one of our favourite places we've ever stayed. What makes it so special is all the unique, thoughtful touches that you just don't get anywhere else — it feels genuinely authentic rather than just "boutique hotel" aesthetic. Oil and the team are incredibly kind and go above and beyond in ways that feel real, not scripted. The whole experience is small and cosy in the best possible way, and the quality is immaculate throughout. Breakfast freshly made every morning, amazing location, and an atmosphere that's hard to put into words. We didn't want to leave.

A fantastic place to stay, a great personal team, very helpful, pleasant, and offering a wonderful friendly hospitality around us all the time. Superb breakfast, perfect location, free biking which was very useful for getting to know the city and the temples. Definetly we recommend and we will be back. Thanks to all the team there.

Boutique Hotel in ottima posizione per visitare il centro storico. Bella struttura con esterni in legno e interni curati anche nella scelta dei complementi d'arredo. La camera ampia e molto confortevole. Buona la colazione e la possibilità di fruire di bevande e snack nel pomeriggio. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Tutto perfetto! Esperienza meravigliosa in una casa tradizionale in teak ristrutturata con grande gusto. Colazione preparata con cura ogni mattina, personale gentilissimo! Ottima posizione per visitare il centro antico a piedi.

Located in a quiet part of the old city but very walkable to various restaurants, bars, night markets, etc. Rooms were immaculate and quite big compared to the rest of our trip. The staff were one of the best parts of our trip and they really go over the top for their guests. They even bought some cake for my girlfriend's birthday which was a surprise for us both!

Magnifique adresse au coeur de Chiang Mai, l'établissement a dépassé nos attentes. Situé dans une ruelle du centre, peu passante, à proximité des temples et restaurants, la maison a été magnifiquement rénovée. Les espaces communs sont décorés avec beaucoup de goût et les chambres sont spacieuses et disposent de tout le confort moderne. L'équipe est aux petits soins, de l'arrivée au départ. Petit déjeuner à réserver la veille et préparé minute au réveil, tout simplement délicieux. Une adresse possédant une âme où nous reviendrons certainement avec grand plaisir !

Best breakfast we had in Thailand, everything prepared on the spot, fresh ingredients, good portions, coffee and tea are excellent. The room is meticulously taken care of, it gives relaxing vibes. In a great location for visiting the old city. Very easy to also visit other parts.

The included breakfast they prepared fresh every morning and was too good! Best place me and my husband have stayed at and can’t fault it one bit. Absolutely recommend this place!! Even made us a packed breakfast when we had an early morning tour. Was good location as well. Had even prepared a surprise welcome for our anniversary and gave us a yummy treat to celebrate

Super nettes und aufmerksames Personal. Zu meinem Geburtstag habe ich sogar eine Überraschung bekommen. Darüber habe ich mich sehr gefreut. Vielen Dank! Super leckeres Frühstück, schick eingerichtetes Hotel und große, saubere Zimmer. Wenn wir könnten würden wir mehr als 10 Punkte geben.

Loved the made-to-order breakfast (of 4 options). Hotel staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful with suggestions around Chiang Mai. The guest rooms were unique and I appreciate their attention to details, specifically on special requests. Hotel location was great - away from the bustle of tourist attractions yet close enough to be able to walk to them or take a short ride to. Nearby 7-Eleven and 9 Siblings restaurant (wonderful khao soi) was a great plus!

Changing in an out of house sandals were inconvenient but understandable to keep the room/common area clean.

Il personale era molto disponibile e cordiale. La colazione era molto buona e curata. All’interno della camera venivano lasciati giornalmente degli snack gratuiti.

La doccia non era separata dal resto del bagno per cui quando uno si lava il rischio è di bagnare tutto il bagno.

El concepto de tener todo en dos niveles es algo complicado... Sobre todo en las noches. El desayuno estuvo increíble.

首先，服务态度非常好，工作人员亲切温暖、分寸得当，处处为客人着想，还主动帮忙解决旅途中遇到的问题，让人感到非常贴心和感动。其次，旅馆整体风格温馨质朴，很多细节都体现出用心。房间也非常整洁舒适，住起来很安心、很放松。整体来说，是目前住过性价比最高的一家旅馆，值得满分推荐！
