Thr location was spot on. - close to metro and bts stations; terminal 21 shopping mall was a gem, and the 7-eleven next to the hotel made it perfect

The amenities - no slippers provided； no hand towels, iron has to request from the front desk but no ironing board. Very worn out interior. Could do with a refurbishment

For me it was quite well situated, it was very clean and the staff were very good .my Room was cleaned up regularly and the bedding was changed each time

The room was way too small.. I had about 2 feet of clearance around the bed.. no kettle, no safe and a metal pole with 3 coat hangers for my clothes.. and in the compact shower/toilet..a small glass shelf in front of the mirror to put my toiletries on...in a nutshell, .. no room for movement.sorry but not for me.

There was a bug issue in my room, but staff was attentive when I reported, then rapidly took action and changed my room.

No chair to sit, no desk, very small room, no small fridge & bed was so hard! Not a comfortable bed at all.

Excellent Location at crossing of 2 Metro lines. SevenEleven Store downstairs. Aircon and shower are good. Elevator to reach upper floors. Aircleaner in room. Coffee and Tea available in the Lobby. Very friendly staff and very helpful doorman. Terminal 21 Just around the Corner.. Soi Cowboy Just around the Corner, but No noise in the Hotel.

Room ist very small, but for this price you cannot expect too much. Only 1 towel was given. Wash basin very small. No room Safe.

It's very close to MRT Sukhumvit, BTS Asok, Terminal 21 and Soi Cowboy. I mean, it's the most central location anyone visiting Thailand could ever think of. It's also close to Nana if that is the reason why you visited Thailand. One time, when I went to airport, I forgot my glasses. Since it was still early, I was able to go back easily because of its accessibility to MRT Blue line and Bang Sue station. The Wi-Fi was fast and the TV had clear Thai channels. I could not understand what they were saying but it was nice to listen to Thai language. Proximity to train stations is really underrated. I was able to visit Or Tok Kor market, Phloen Chit, Khlong Toei market, etc. It was easy to go around Bangkok with either BTS or MRT Blue line. It was also a stone's throw away from Terminal 21, where you could find the cheapest Thai food prepared in a hygienic way. I was always eating several plates because the food was affordable. The bathroom had a bidet, which was good for me to wash my ass. I could not survive with just toilet paper. It feels so disgusting and gross not to be able to wash my ass with water and soap. The concierge spoke good English and they were very nice. I will book this hotel again next time when I visit Bangkok during the durian season.

The room was small (which was appropriate for the price). Everytime I showered, the water spilled into my bedroom. It was quite a challenge.

Chambre MINUSCULE , pas d aération, la conception de la salle de bain laisse l eau couler dans la pièce principale. Provoquant un risque de glisser sur un sol qui devient une véritable patinoire. Air conditionné mal orienté.....directement sur votre tête

Given the location and the price point, this hotel is super value for money for a single traveler. No bells and whistles for sure but you are presented with a small, clean and functional room to sleepover.

King size bed needs to be replaced. Mattress was worn out and had no support for my back. Very uncomfortable.

The hotel’s location is perfect. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and kind.

The hotel is very worn out and in need of renovation. The bed felt like I was lying on a bench on the floor extremely hard. At times, it seemed like there was just a sheet over a wooden board.

Overpriced for what it is. The standard room is tiny and barely has room for the King bed. The ensuite is clean. There is a fridge in the room but the free tea and coffee are downstairs in reception. The Deluxe room is better but even poorer value for money

Front desk staff is amazing. Cleaning staff is super considerate and friendly. Lots of great and inexpensive eats and activities nearby. Cannot get easier as far a public transport to and from.

The location was excellent, sitting right in the heart of Bangkok. The room was a little small, but the location and cleanliness made up for it. Staff were very friendly and helpful, could not fault it.

Great location, very small but was good for my needs, great price, but could have been cleaner. It wasn't really dirty, just really worn out.

Basic room. Small with no window, apart from one looking into the corridor! Not sure what the logic on that is. Light sleepers will definitely need earplugs. Outside the hotel on the lobby steps were some characters, but it's not dangerous. Overall if you're young and there to party, it will do the trick. Not a place for families or romantic getaways. On the plus side it's steps away from the MRT and BTS. Plus it's got easy access to a bajillion restaurants, and of course the cultural mecca that is Soi Cowboy.

The bed was super hard to sleep. Woke up multiple times because of hard bed.

Really good location, close to Sukhumvit metro station. Place was clean and tidy throughout. Room had everything I needed.

Bed was solid as a rock - I prefer a medium firm but this was extra firm.

The bed was sooo hard, not even a slight bounce. I had a room right opposite the lift and could hear everyone walking or waiting for the lift. Also the walls are thin enough that I could hear my next door neighbours chat, not even speaking loudly, just talking and laughing
