I believe we could have more options in the room. Funny example, there are no big mirrors in the room, unlike all hotels. You need to check yourself next to the bathroom. Options of the room service are also very limited.

Excellent location and really awesome staff service

Super Lage, direkt an der BTS. Viele Geschäfte und Bars im direkten Umfeld.

The executive quadruple room provided ample space for our luggage and featured highly comfortable bedding. Its location directly above the MRT and BTS transit lines makes it extremely convenient for getting around. The addition of complimentary refreshments and snacks daily was a much-appreciated touch. Also the pool and game room was super nice.

Our room was very comfortable. The hotel was just steps away from the mall. Staff was very friendly.

The bathroom lighting was not very bright, thus using the makeup mirror was difficult. Taxis picking up or dropping off defaulted to the mall entrance with their apps. A 5* hotel should not have issues on where a taxi needs to go to pick up guests. There was only 1 restuarant in a 5* hotel. I wanted only a coffee and muffin, and my only choice was room service or go to the mall next door.

Big suite and comfortable bed. Great view from 30th floor. Washing machine is useful for longer stay. Housekeeping were very helpful with a couple of special requests

The treadmills with online functions were off line. Putting them online would allow access to special running programs and features.

Ich habe eine Suite gebucht und bekam in zweitobersten Stock eine gut eingerichtete Wohnung mit super Aussicht. Eigentlich wäre es für eine ganzen Familie geeignet gewesen. Sogar eine Waschmaschine vorhanden. Das Frühstück ist aufgrund der internationalen Klientel extrem reichhaltig und vielfältig.

Es gibt in diesem Hotels keinen Alkohol. Das ist nicht so schlimm, wenn man es weiss. Ich habe aber gestaunt, dass am Pool tatsächlich alkoholische Getränke erhältlich sind. Für das Frühstück mit einem ein Platz zugewiesen. An sich verständlich bei diesem enormen Andrang, aber der zugewiesene Platz ist nicht immer, das was man gerne hätte. Man kann reklamieren, um dann einen anderen Platz zu bekommen .

el personal inmejorable, la ubicación seguramente el hotel mejor ubicado de Bangkok con acceso directo a BTS Y MRT, el gymnasio limpio y muy bien equipado, la sauna perfecta etc etc. Un muy buen sitio.

Breakfast was good with variety of choices via Western and Asian food. Friendly staff members in the reception area, bell boys, restaurant and cleaning folks.

とにかくアクセスの良さは抜群です。 BTS（高架鉄道）、MRT（地下鉄）どちらの駅もホテル出てすぐ。バンコクの中心部は常に渋滞しているので観光やショッピングにこのアクセスの良さは非常に評価高いです。 なんと言ってもバンコク旅行者なら必ずと言って良いほど立ち寄るターミナル21の上ですからね^_^ あとホテルの設備は言わずもがなで素晴らしい。ホテルスタッフもしっかり教育されていると思います。 また娘がちょうど誕生日だったのですが、お部屋に入るとベッドがデコレーションされておりケーキも添えられていました。このサプライズに娘も大喜びでした。 次回も是非利用したいホテルです。

I had an excellent stay at Grand Centre Point Terminal 21. The hotel offers the perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, exceptional service, and an unbeatable location in the heart of Bangkok. The location is truly outstanding. The hotel is directly connected to Terminal 21 shopping mall, giving guests immediate access to a wide variety of shops, restaurants, cafés, and entertainment. It is also directly connected to the BTS Skytrain and conveniently located near the MRT, making it incredibly easy to get around Bangkok without worrying about traffic. The rooms are modern, spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff are professional, friendly, and always ready to assist with a genuine smile. Having the Terminal 21 shopping mall right inside the hotel complex is a major advantage and makes the stay even more convenient. Overall, Grand Centre Point Terminal 21 is an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. The outstanding location, direct BTS access, excellent facilities, and high level of service make it one of my favorite hotels in Bangkok. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

シャワーのお湯が安定しないのがよくなかった。あとは、トイレットペーパーの予備を洗面所に置いてほしいのと、今のものよりもっと洗濯機の使い方がわかる資料を置いてほしい。

Convenient location- trains and metro nearby. Amazing helpful staff. Printing options available. House keeping staff so good. Swimming pool outside on 6th floor. Breakfast superb. One minus- I couldn’t get non-cow milk latte, but thats not the end of the world. Cafe less than 1 minute walk. View from bedroom awesome. We stayed on 30th floor studio apartment. Had a washing and drying machine which helped, as weather was humid, and we changed our clothes twice a day.

Det ligger helt perfekt- Til indkøb, shopping og restauranter. Og lig ved BTS Skytrain og Metro- Så nemt at komme rundt. Flot hotel, flot lobby, men selve værelset var ikke noget at råbe Hurra for. Hvidt i hvidt, intet hygge- Det eneste der reddede værelset, var at det var et hjørneværelse. Med store vinduer. Og for ikke at tale om morgenmaden- Den var ikke et 5 stjernet hotel værdig. Så hvis du som jeg, elsker en lækker og varieret morgenmad, så skal du ikke vælge dette hotel. Mest kinesiske og indiske retter, og jeg tager til Thailand for at opleve bl.a. madkulturen. Ikke et hotel vi kommer til at bo på igen.

Morgenmaden- kedelig og intet sigende. Med kinesiske og indiske retter. Værelset- kedeligt og hvidt- Ingen hygge.

Spacious rooms. Excellent customer service. Wide buffet options. Spa sauna facilities. Great connection to the mall and BTS transport. Overall excellent value for money given the hotel quality.

The pool was nice but very small. The room lighting was a bit dim compared to other hotels.

Loved everything about this hotel. We stayed in room # 2702. Hotel entrance was grand, beautiful, easily accessible through a BTS which was connected to a mall terminal 21 mezzanine floor. It was Asok station. So that was super convenient! The room was amazing with a superb view of the bustling city of bangkok. It was spacious, clean with free complimentary stuff in the fridge which they used to restock everyday. The rooftop pool was marvelous! My son loved it and I loved the mall which we could walk into through a connecting door. Everything was there Currency exchange, all kinds of food even halal. The mall in itself was very good, had everything 🙌. We did not use taxi even once went everywhere via BTS everything was nearby. Had best time in bangkok due to this hotel, its convenient location and comfortable room, service and pool made it a relaxing trip. They also had an amazing massage place called let's relax which was nice.

Loved everything, would stay here again for sure next time. ❤️ everything was super convenient from checking in to checking out.

Situated in a great location, with easy access to the BTS, MRT and shops and food and entertainment venues nearby. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and helpful also.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön ausgestattet mit einem tollen Pool, Fitnessraum, Spielzimmer. Direkt neben an ist ein Einkaufszentrum.

Das Frühstück war für mich nicht ansprechend, aufgrund von Geruchs- uns Geräuschkulisse.

ארוחת בוקר מצויינת. מיקום מצויין , נוח מאוד שיש גם רכבת וגם קניון מתחת למלון. לבת שלי היתה יום הולדת, חזרנו אח״צ לחדר וגילנו שקישטו את המיטה בצורת ברבור עם לב וגם הכינו לה בובות כאלה חמודות וקישטו עם לבבות . לא ביקשנו את זה ולא ידענו שיעשו את זה. כמוכן שלחו לנו עוגה לחדר. זה היה ממש מקסים!

לא היה משהו שלא אהבנו. היה לנו מושלם.

The location is outstanding, next to both the bts and mrt. I absolutely recommend staying on a higher room as the views are great. Direct access to the shopping mall which has a pharmacy and supermarket. The staff were helpful and polite.

The hotel is showing its age however I didn't mark them down for this. The location more than made up for the dated decor, ultimately it was our base for adventure, not a place to just hang out all day.

Det var veldig langt til andre butikker og restauranter. Hotellet hadde en shuttleservice, men den gikk veldig få ganger per dag. Taxi var veldig dyrt på hele koh Chang. Så for oss som ikke kjører moped, føltes det isolert

Outstanding hotel in every aspect. We stayed in a huge room on the 32nd floor with breathtaking views over Bangkok and the beautiful park next to the hotel. The room was incredibly spacious and equipped with everything you could possibly need – one of the best-equipped hotel rooms we’ve ever stayed in. The gym is excellent, the swimming pool is great, and there’s even a games room. The breakfast was outstanding, with a huge variety and high-quality food. The location couldn’t be better – directly connected to Terminal 21 shopping mall and to both the BTS Skytrain and MRT stations, making it incredibly easy to get anywhere in Bangkok without needing a taxi. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
