Nous sommes dans un autre univers, un havre de paix où l'on est plongé dans un autre temps... 2ème séjour aux jardins d'hénia. Un accueil toujours aussi chaleureux et une équipe sympathique et à l'écoute.

Magnifique Riad à la décoration soignée dans la Medina. Accessible facilement et très bien situé (15 min du palais Bahia). Une très belle suite familiale nous a été attribuée très confortable et calme. Le service est irréprochable. Un (très bon) petit déjeuner nous a été servi à une heure très matinale avant de prendre notre vol. Le quartier est agréable et plus sûr que d'autres endroits de la médina où nous avons pu séjourner. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe!

Fuimos cinco noches con mi mujer y nuestras dos hijas, y nos vamos con ganas de volver. El personal, lo primero: Jhon, Hannan y Mustafa están pendientes de todo sin resultar invasivos, y William, el dueño, igual. Nos recibieron con té verde con menta y pastas, y ese fue el tono de toda la estancia. El desayuno es espectacular y va incluido: pan recién hecho, msemen, batbout, mermeladas, zumo natural… Se nota que está preparado con cuidado, no es un bufé de trámite. Las cenas, también muy buena cocina. El tajín bereber nos encantó. Y organizan lo que necesites: nos gestionaron la recogida del aeropuerto y una excursión al valle de Ourika. El masaje muy recomendable. La habitación amplia, con aire acondicionado, cama de 180 y dos camas más que hacen de sofá durante el día — perfecta para ir con niñas. La casa tiene toques antiguos, pero no es un hotel viejo: es auténtico. Azulejos originales, techos preciosos y un patio encantador. Y la piscina merece mención aparte: no es una charca decorativa. Cinco por cinco metros y 1,60 de profundidad, así que te bañas de verdad. Al ser un riad de solo siete habitaciones, prácticamente siempre la tienes para ti. Con un té frío al lado, es de lo mejor del día. La ubicación, en la Kasbah, es un barrio típico —no de lujo— pero está muy bien situado: a un paseo del Palacio Bahía y de Jemaa el-Fna. Y el propio barrio merece verse; la gente, hospitalaria y amable. Relación calidad-precio muy buena.

Poco que decir, la verdad. Por poner algo: en el desayuno se acercan unas abejas a merodear. No es culpa del riad y no pican —simplemente desayunan contigo—. Si te dan respeto, el riad ofrece una sala cerrada y climatizada donde no entran; nosotros en cinco días no la necesitamos ni una vez.

We stayed in 3 different accommodations during our trip to Morocco, 2 were riads, and Les Jardins d'Henia has set the standard for quality of service, food, hamam and ambiance I'll forever hold any riad to. Everything was impeccable. All staff were lovely. The breakfast, lunch and dinner we ate here were the best meals we had in 10 days travelling across the country. The products used in the hammam and during the massages were of very high quality and the treatments were excellent. The pool is just big enough for a relaxing swim in and the area around it is lovely to spend the late afternoon in. The courtyard with the sofas was so calm and relaxing, we could have spent the whole day there chatting and sipping tea. The owner was full of recommendations for us, and very proud of the doves nesting in the beautiful orange tree and the swallows nesting against one of the columns. The walk to the main sites and souk of the medina will take you down beautiful alleyways and narrow streets, or you can walk along one of the main roads for a more lively experience - and nothing is far. I will highly recommend this riad to any friend visiting Marrakech.

The staffs very nice and the rooms we got the family suite and it was perfect the food also was délicieuse You need to try the soupe from the chef exceptional 👍🏾😍

Absolument tout ! La suite pour notre grande famille incroyable La piscine extra ! Et vraiment ce qui a rendu notre séjour parfait , c'est l'attention permanente du personnel, Merci à William, Moustafa et toute son équipe ! La cuisine était excellente !!

Le personnel est adorable. Le petit-déjeuner est délicieux et copieux. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et décorées avec goût. La literie est très confortable.

We were greeted with delicious tea and cookies which made such a difference. The design features of the riad were so beautiful. It was quiet and the staff were incredibly helpful - probably the most helpful I’ve experienced. Home cooked breakfast was very good and we also had the best tagine for lunch.

A bit of a walk to the centre and the price was a tad high for Marrakech.

Sin duda lo mejor fue el trato. Nos recibieron con té, nos llevaron las cosas al cuarto. Estuvieron atentos en todo momento. El dueño es muy cercano y amable. La habitación super tranquila, nos la decoraron con pétalos. Nos hicieron sentir muy acogidos. Muy bien ubicado dando un paseo de 18min aproximados llegas al centro de la ciudad, hay puestos cerca para agua. No hay nada de ruido era muy tranquilo. El desayuno muy completo.

La piscina es mas pequeña que en las fotos, y la iluminación de la habitación, era algo oscura.

Konaklamamızdan genel olarak çok memnun kaldık. Personel son derece güler yüzlü, yardımsever ve misafirperverdi. Her konuda bize destek oldular ve kendimizi rahat hissetmemizi sağladılar. Riyad’ın mimarisi, tasarımı ve sunduğu otantik deneyim gerçekten çok güzeldi. Tesisin atmosferi oldukça etkileyiciydi. Bölge genel olarak güvenli olsa da gece saatlerinde bazı ara sokaklar biraz tedirgin hissettirebiliyor. Kahvaltı ise kaliteli ve özenli hazırlanmıştı ancak Türk damak tadına çok uygun olmadığından bizim beklentilerimizi tam karşılamadı. Bunun dışında çalışan ekibin samimiyeti ve ilgisi konaklamamızı çok daha keyifli hale getirdi. Marakeşi ziyaret edecek misafirlere gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edebiliriz.

We loved the traditional features in our room, with its beautiful painted ceiling and carved doors. The bed was very comfortable and the room dark and quiet. The bathroom was spacious with a great shower. We were greeted with mint tea and the breakfast was generous with fruit, yoghurt, breads, eggs, juice, tea or coffee. The staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble, booking taxis through them made it very safe and easy, Mustafa was attentive and very helpful.

Riad liegt etwas versteckt aber zentral in der Altstadt. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Zum Parkplatz wurden wir von einem Mitarbeiter begleitet. Das Riad wie auch das Zimmer sehr geräumig und geschmackvoll. Bei kühleren Temperaturen, alles gut eingeheizt. Wir haben kurzfristig am ersten Abend vor Ort gegessen. Sehr geschmackvoll, auch das Frühstück war vielfältig und schmackhaft. Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt.

L’accueil et le personnel était très chaleureux. On a été super bien accueilli. Le petit déjeuner était top. Le repas était top tout le temps quelqu’un pour échanger ou si on a besoin d’un taxi et etc. toujours à l’écoute. Vraiment un super séjour. Nous étions sept copines et nous recommandons et reviendrons ici.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. This location is quiet and close enough to the squares to walk but far enough that’s it’s very quiet inside. A peaceful oasis in Marrakech.

El Riad es precioso, ubicado en la medina así que no esta en el meollo pero estas cerca :) el desayuno es genial y el personal muy amable, totalmente recomendable, llegamos temprano y como al día siguiente no íbamos a estar en el desayuno William nos ofreció tomarlo ese día que fue un detalle de 10 :) Para nosotras era la primera vez en Marruecos y fue perfecto :) el hamman y el masaje toda una experiencia, recomendable tb :)

Le lieu est magiques, une bulle de douceur au milieu de Marrakech, et le personnel est adorable, spécialement Moustapha qui a été vraiment de bon conseil, la cuisinière qui nous a régalé de plats locaux incroyable et la direction du Riad qui nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de bienveillance. Je recommande a 1000%

A nice luxury riad with great breakfast and great concierge service. The riad is very beautiful and reminds of old school hotels like the ones you read in Agatha Christie novels. Mustapha the main man of the riad was very friendly and helpful during our stay. I would recommend this Riad for anyone who wants to have a unique experience and personalized hospitality.

The riad is in a crowded street with a lot of sketchy people. Please do not make any small talk or try to take help from strangers to find the hotel, as they help you out and then ask you for money and they ask for big amounts for a small generic favor that you did not even ask for.

We had the Family Suite and both rooms were very spacious with our private corridor and balcony. Perfect for 4. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, we met William the owner- who is a highly hospitable and kind man. Location is near the Grand Souk yet a few minutes away to feel the local vibes. Good restaurants dotted around the riad. Recommend William and his Riad.

Heel fijn personeel, Mustafa was wel onze favoriet met zijn vrolijke lach en super service. Veilige plek en alles was te lopen. Leuke familie kamer met terras! Ontbijt was het verwen momentje!! Zeker een aanrader..

Wat een fijn en rustig hotel midden in het prachtige historische centrum. Ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. We hadden een mooie familiekamer. Het was heel fijn dat dit 2 geschakelde kamers waren met aparte badkamers. Het diner is zeker aan te raden, ons hele gezin heeft genoten van het eten.

Déjà l'accueil du patron William d'une gentillesse et plein de bienveillance. J'avais réservé 1 chambre standard et sans rien demander il nous a surclassé en suite. La gentillesse également de tous les employés, le petit déjeuner et repas excellents. Le hammam et massage avec bouchra et 1 autre dame (j'ai oublié le prénom 🥲) adorables. La propreté, la décoration du riad parfaites.

Un endroit magnifique. Dans le quartier de la Kasbah. Dès qu'on entre dans le Riad, on entre dans un nouvel univers, à l'abris de l'agitation et du bruit.

Nous avons passé 5 jours, 4 nuits dans ce super riad situé dans le quartier de la kasbah. Nous étions 5 adultes en famille et avions réservé la suite privative constituée de 2 chambres séparées et 1 terrasse privative. Ce riad ést magnifique et le personnel est vraiment au petit soin. Nous avions préparé à l'avance avec le propriétaire et nous avons eu la chance d'avoir un cours de cuisine sur place pour préparer une tajine kefta c'est vraiment top!! Nous avons été accueilli avec du thé à la menthe et petit gâteau. Et je recommande aussi les soins hammam massage avec la super équipe sur place. Franchement tout était au top et l'emplacement est au calme dans un quartier qui se développe et est facilement accessible de tous les sites a Marrackech. Vraiment merci pour ce séjour et j'espère que nous aurons la chance de revenir.

Stunning Riad with the most lovely staff. We were greeted by the owner upon our arrival and taken care of throughout our stay. The staff is amazing and looking after you as you are a part of family always with a genuine smile. Riad is perfectly located and close to all main attractions, rooms are big and Riad itself is spacious - do not hesitate book now! Important note for those who are traveling in colder months - their heating is working perfectly and rooms are nice and warm.

De ruimte waar het ontbijt wordt geserveerd is een donker "hol" met totaal geen ramen of uitzicht.

Riad oli upea! Henkilökunta oli erittäin vieraanvaraista ja valmis auttamaan kaikessa. Majoitukseen kuului maittava aamiainen. Jouduimme vaihtamaan huonetta ensimmäisen yön jälkeen, mutta saimme ilmaiseksi paremman huoneen parvekkeella, joten se ei haitannut meitä. Sijainti on erittäin hyvä, kävelymatkan päässä Jemaa el-Fnaalta, mutta rauhallisemmalla alueella. Kannattaa huomioida, että rakennus on vanha ja talvikuukausina se voi olla hieman kylmä, joten suosittelen ottamaan villasukat mukaan.

We really enjoyed our stay at this riad. Located down a magical alleyway of Marrakech, this beautiful riad is an ideal location to explore the old city. Michael and his team of friendly, efficient and attentive staff made our stay very enjoyable. We visit Morocco every year, this was our forth time in Marrakech and our first time in a raid. I would highly recommend staying in a riad to get the full Morocco experience and would recommend Les Jardine d'Henia.

Hele mooie riad en goede ligging op enkele minuten wandelen zit je in het centrum van de Medina. Het personeel was enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam, niets was te veel. Het ontbijt/ diner was allemaal vers en zeer uitgebreid.

The property is simply breathtaking, with two riads located next to each other. Although it is not far from the main road, it is wonderfully quiet. They upgraded our room and we couldn’t be happier. The room is spacious with a lovely shower. The riad is professionally managed and impeccably maintained, and the staff are incredibly sweet and helpful. We especially appreciated their lovely sense of humour. We have been to other riads and this one is definitely our favourite.

Booking.com didn’t show the checkout time, where it said 11:59pm. I assumed it was okay to leave my stuff in my room. But they seemed to really want me out by 11am, which sort of caused confusion and an uncomfortable feeling.
