Beijing Dongdan Hotel

I had a very pleasant 7-day stay at Beijing Dongdan Hotel and was overall very satisfied with my experience. The hotel is in a great and convenient location, making it easy to explore Beijing, with nearby shops and restaurants. The Dongdan Metro Station is also just a few steps away, which made getting around the city very easy and convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the housekeeping service was good throughout our stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I especially appreciated the convenience of the location after a long day. It was easy to get around and visit different places in Beijing without too much hassle. For a 7-day stay, the hotel provided a comfortable and convenient home base, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Beijing. La ubicación y limpieza, cama cómoda

Es el hotel peor de todos los que hemos estado en china, habitación pequeña, sin nevera, ducha sin mampara, nos tocó una habitación que para llegar tenías que ir por un pasadizo en el que en algunos tramos dabas casi con la cabeza en el techo. No me gustó demasiado para el precio que tenía la verdad. Pedimos check out más tarde porque el avión nos salía de noche y nos cobraban. En otros sitios de china nos hemos sentido mejor tratados. Nuestra habitación era como bajo nivel de calle porque la ventana estaba casi en el techo.

Провели в этом отеле замечательную неделю. Месторасположение отличное, рядом в шаговой доступности всё необходимое. Цена приемлемая, в номере убирались и меняли полотенца, воду, чай/сладости каждый день. Персонал очень отзывчивый. Непонятны возмущения многих в отзывах, что в номерах пахнет сигаретами. Мы жили на 1м этаже и в номере всегда был запах свежести. Да, номер был небольшим, шкафа нет (за дверью зеркало с крючками и вешалками) но с другой стороны вы прилетаете на неделю, вам нужно много вещей или вы собираетесь торчать в номере? У нас было по паре футболок и шорт и мы заваливались в отель что бы поспать и принять душ, затем снова уходили гулять и отдыхать. Поэтому так же непонятны отзывы и с данным негативом по этому поводу. Обязательно прилетая в Пекин будем останавливаться только в этом отеле. Спасибо большое за гостеприимство.

расположение и идеальная чистота. Поспать позавтракать и мчать навстречу путешествиям . Комната маленькая, но я видела и поменьше ну и душевая конечно унитаз и тут же душ. Если ты помылся то твоему соседу сложно сходить в туалет тк пол мокрый ))) но это ньюансы. Единственный отель где каждый день приносят воду, полотенца, не берут чаевые, и каждый день все вычищают добела. За 7 дней нам даже постель поменяли на хрустящую белоснежную. Что еще нужно для комфортного отдыха после забега по достопримечательностям. Завтраки нормальные я ела их вкусную кимчи с вареными яйцами омлет вкусный батат, салат с кунжутным соусом. Мне все понравилось.

Чистый, номер, моют без конца, полотенца меняют каждый день. Комнатка очень маленькая, но я видела и поменьше.

Завтрак нормальный, меняют каждый день что-то, завтрак ориентирован больше на китайскую публику, но мы находили, что можно поесть, плюс всегда жарят яичницу, есть зелень, можно сварить кофе, голодными не будете. Относительно недорогой завтрак.

Номер очень маленький, между кроватями 30 см, узкий стол, если захотите поработать, то будете напрягаться, стула тоже нет, вместо него маленький пуф, в номере запах больничный был, убираются посредственно, плюс уборки - приносят воду бесплатно. В целом сотрудники отзывчивые, стараются помочь, по-английски не говорят, готовьте переводчик.

Прекрасное расположение, рядом метро и множество магазинов, банкомат и обмен валят. Находится рядом с центром. Номера чистые, убирают каждый день и использованные полотенца меняют тоже каждый день. Рекомендую!

Breakfast had plenty and a great variety of food. Location was very convenient and close to the metro. Laundry facilities were available and free of charge. Bottles of water were available every day.

Shower was not separated from the toilet area, otherwise it was really clean.

Muy bien comunicado, con parada de metro de líneas que llevan a los principales sitios de interés. Aunque no saben inglés, con la ayuda de un traductor te explican lo que necesites. Además nos ayudaron con la gestión de algunas entradas.

Lokalizacja świetna, czysto, ze śniadań niestety nie skorzystaliśmy, więc nie potrafię powiedzieć. Mogluśmy bez problemu zostawić bagaże już po wymeldowaniu.

Personel mógłby lepiej mówić po angielsku ale na szczęście posługiwał się głosowym tłumaczem, więc ok. Pokoje były dość małe.

No te arreglan el cuarto. Baño no tiene separación para la ducha y todo se moja cuando te bañas. Los pasadizos huelen a cigarro.

Удобное расположение отеля, в пешей доступности несколько веток метро, рядом насыщенная пешая улица. Персонал заселил значительно раньше 14:00 (мы приехали раньше 12:00) что очень большой плюс для отеля, так как мы были вымотаны после перелета

Номер был очень маленьким, буквально для одного человека. Для двоих катастрофически не хватает места даже расположить вещи. Ванная комната совмещена с туалетом, причем помещение два на два метра, в итоге все в воде + остается много влаги, так как вытяжка не справляется. Завтраки довольно простые, выбор еды маленький, кофе из автомата очень горький (либо дешевые зерна, либо вообще не чистили машинку).

Хороший отель за эти деньги. Удобное местоположение, чисто. Персонал доброжелательный. В номере был комплимент в виде снэков. Чай кофе и чайник в номере присутствовали.

Номере несколько маловат для двух человек.

Výborná poloha hotelu u stanice metra a 2 zastávky od Zakázaného města. V okolí spoustu restaurací a kaváren.

O hotel fica muito bem localizado, do lado de uma estação de metrô e próximo as principais atrações das cidade. Fomos a pé em todas, é uma caminhada agradável.

Ficamos de sexta a segunda e sempre tinha uma música alta até umas 22h, não sei se será de algum bar próximo. O nosso banheiro não tinha box, é algo que aparece nas fotos aqui do booking, mas poderia melhorar.

Небольшой уютный отель. Чисто, аккуратно, с заботой. Все, что необходимо в наличии: каждый день бутылочка с водой, чистые полотенца. Wi-fi бесплатный, связь хорошая. Завтрак достаточно разнообразный. Местоположение идеальное: рядом Ванфуцзин, Запретный город. Метро в шаговой доступности. Персонал отзывчивый. В общем и целом: Вам здесь рады! И пребывание будет весьма приятным!

Vicinissimo alla stazione della metropolitana ed alla zona commerciale di Wangfujin, circondato da piccoli ristoranti e street food. L' hotel non affaccia direttamente sulla strada principale perciò non c'è rumore nelle camere. Due lavatrici e due asciugatrici a disposizione per gli ospiti, detersivo incluso.

The hotel is very near subway. You can walk or take a few stations to many attractions. Many eateries nearby. Simple breakfast but sufficient to start our day. The free laundry facility was a plus.

The shower area and the toilet area were not separated. The whole toilet will be wet after showering. The room is really small. The bed is not very comfortable.

The price was very good for what was provided. The location was pretty decent with many shops and restaurants around. A little hard to find but once you found it it is very easy to remember.

Just a little hard to find that is all.

Pleasant hotel with friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, Chinese style breakfast (at Y 25 per person). Not many international guests. The (self service) laundry room is a nice extra. It is free to use and they even provided detergent. The hotel location is very close to Dongdan metro station. It is a little away from the road, which makes it a quiet place.

Nothing to comment, really.

The location is fairly central, with the metro just a 5-minute walk away, and the Forbidden City about a 25-minute walk from the hotel.

The bathroom was designed in such a way that water constantly spilled onto the floor, making it damp and wet. The room itself was not very spacious, and there was no wardrobe. There were a couple of hangers available for hanging clothes.

The hotel is in a great location, 20 mins walk away from the main shopping street and with plenty of amenities around. They serve a good buffet breakfast with both Chinese and international options. The staff was very friendly. The beds were very comfortable and they offer free laundry service.

The room was quite small, and since the shower wasn't enclosed, water spread across the entire bathroom floor, making it inaccessible for some time.

- Staff can't speak English,this is very difficult to communicate . - No doormat !, it is a basic facility .

Clean room, central position close to metro, clever and friendly service at the reception. Breakfast is ok, on average.

The room is very small, no space for luggages.

Ci è piaciuto molto soggiornare in questo hotel, il personale è molto cordiale e cerca di aiutarti in qualsiasi modo. La zona è molto carina e comoda per spostarsi. La stanza era piccola ma pratica. Alloggerei sicuramente di nuovo qui.

The location was very good, close to Subway station and walking distance to some of the places. The breakfast was a good addition with fair choices.

The room was a bit small

I found this place on Booking.com and this was my first trip for China. Obviously, I was a little bit scared you know every US and European films shows China as bad. So I had a lot of thoughts before I visit. But I have to admit, China is a very nice country and the people was so nice. I can only recommend this hotel because the employers helped me in every case and question. They were so helpful about everything. I asked them about hundred questions like where can I change money?, How to go to Great Wall and they answered me patiently. So I am very thankful and just enjoy this hotel. And at the end the location was very perfect for everything.

Good location. A little hidden away but once you find it, it’s great location. Rooms were a little small and compact but we managed. Breakfast was good

A very short walk from Dongdan Metro, the staff were helpful, friendly and they did speak english (both on booking.com messages and face to face) which was very helpful. There is a great little bakery next door, lots of food around, a short walk to Wangfujing St.

The air conditioner was intermittent but I didn't report this as it was cool enough to only neeed it sometimes

Location good Near the metro station (about a few minutes walk) If you travel by railway, this might be a good choice as it is just 2 metro station away from Beijing railway station The family room is still too small for 3 pax

The sheets were clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice and helpful. The location was really great! Super close to the metro station.

It had a sewer smell coming from the washroom. It was most potent at night. The walls are very thin so you can hear people through the walls and hallways.

Location is best. Just outside Dongdam Station and very safe. The hotel itself is super clean. I didn’t expect it for such a small hotel. The staffs are friendly. I would book here again if I am coming back in Beijing

We did not use any breakfast, dinner, lunch as we ate outside. We went into cafeteria once however as we were not accustomed to food, we left.

There was not a thing we did not like. If anything, the location beats all.

Très bon hôtel, très bien localisé proche d'un métro qui emmène rapidement vers les lieux principaux de la ville. Chambre propre et optimisée, petit-déjeuner avec un bon rapport qualité prix. Accueil très sympathique, en anglais, avec la possibilité de faire garder les valises si nécessaire. Je recommande !

Very good location in centre of Beijing. The Forbidden city is close to even walk there. Plenty of restaurants with food around, on the same street as hotel. Nice and helpful staff also very good breakfast. Definitely recommended!! And the value is also very good for what you get 👍

Very friendly and thoughtful staff. Provided us with really early check in. Location is the best in the class: city center with near access to all types amenities you would need. Mtr station in 2 min walk distance. Keep it up

The Location of this hotel is perfect - you can walk for about 50mins to the Forbbiden City, The Lama temple, and the parks but if walking is not yout thing you are close to the subway too. Just in front of the hotel is a shopping center and on the corner is a Holland Bakery! There is a great shop just at the entrance selling pjs and under-garments if you are like me and did not pack enough for 4 weeks of travel! Staff in the hotel were so nice and friendly

The breakfast was a little oilly but I disovered from converation this is typically trait of Beijing food.

Breakfast was really good and rooms were nice, not luxury but good normal rooms. Free water bottle every morning made my day!
