Beautiful, quiet little stretch of beach away from any noise - perfect after a lot of travelling. Rooms were lovely - clean, spacious and comfortable. Bathroom perfect, nice big bath. Food was plentiful and delicious.

The property is a little frayed around the edges, but nothing that makes any difference. Rustic but still luxurious.

Die Unterkunft war einfach nur traumhaft. Eine sehr gepflegte Anlage, die wunderschön war. Das Resort ist nicht groß, aber man hat alles was man braucht. Das Frühstück und vor allem das Restaurant waren sehr lecker und das Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir hatten einen Bungalow zum Pool und waren total zufrieden. Das Zimmer und das Bad sind groß und geräumig und alles war super sauber! Das Resort liegt etwas abgelegen, aber ist ideal um eine ruhige und entspannte Zeit abseits der großen Hotelanlagen zu verbringen. Das Dorf neben an würden wir als authentisches vietnamesisches Dorf beschreiben. Außer uns waren keine Touristen dort. Mit dem Roller oder einem Taxi kann man aber ohne Probleme zu den „touristischen Attraktionen“ fahren.

Cet établissement est Magnifique...tout était super...un vrai Paradis !! Un emplacement idéal et très propre...le Personnel est "aux petits soins" pour que chaque jour ne soit "que du bonheur" !! Le Restaurant de l'Hôtel est merveilleux et propose une Cuisine Locale et/ou Européenne avec des Serveuses et Serveurs toujours présents pour répondre à vos attentes !! Un vrai Paradis !! Je reviendrai sans doute dès l'année prochaine dans cet établissement Merveilleux qui m'a laissé d'Excellents souvenirs !! Je recommande donc vivement cet Hôtel !! Félicitations à toute l'équipe et encore un immense Merci pour votre travail et votre investissement de tous les jours !!!

A lovely, secluded hotel. In my opinion, it deserves 4–5 stars. The staff are very helpful. You can borrow a SUP for free and go for a paddle. I’d recommend it.

Looks just like the pictures. It has a beautiful view from the room. The breakfast was excellent. Everyone is so nice and accommodating especially the receptionist.

It’s far away from the airport and city center. It’s in the North end of the island.

Location was spectacular! Roll out of bed and on to the beach, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Staff were attentive, somehow always there when needed but otherwise left us to ourselves to enjoy the serenity.

Piękne miejsce, przemiła obsługa, nie wiem skąd opinie o niemiłym recepcjoniście, dla nas wszystko było super, każdemu zależało żeby nam pomóc. Obsługa mówiąca po angielsku w stopniu komunikatywnym, jeśli chcieli coś przekazać więcej posługiwał się tłumaczem w telefonie 😊 Śniadania pyszne, codziennie świeże owoce i soki, dodatkowo cudowna kawa z ekspresu 😍 Plaża hotelowa zadbana, zawsze wolne leżaki i parasole. Jedliśmy w restauracji, przepyszne, świeże jedzenie, bardzo duży wybór, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Pokoje sprzątane na życzenie, wymieniane ręczniki i pościel. Zameldowanie i wymeldowanie bardzo sprawne. Okolica spokojna, nie mieliśmy problemów żeby zamówić GRABA, potem polecam dogadać się z jakimś kierowcą na WhatsApp - są bardzo chętni, wtedy już zupełnie nie będzie problemu z transportem. W niedalekiej okolicy, ok 10min spacerem lokalna wioska, moim zdaniem znacznie lepsza niż turystyczny night market - znajdziecie tam wszystko 😁 Pokoje duże, wyposażone, mini barek dodatkowo płatny, klimatyzacja zawsze działająca - nie ma na co narzekać 😁 Basen czyszczony codziennie, jednak my ani razu nie skorzystaliśmy, jak zobaczycie plaże to sami zrozumiecie dlaczego 😍

Nie mogę powiedzieć że coś mi się nie podobało, były dni kiedy nieco dłużej czekaliśmy na jedzenie, z uwagi na bardzo duży ruch w restauracji, a obsługa jest w składzie 3 kelnerów - wszyscy są przekochani i starają się jak mogą, więc bądźcie wyrozumiali, a oczekiwanie w tak pięknych okolicznościach przyrody to czysta przyjemność. Stosunek jakość do cena jest bardzo dobry, szkoda było tam stamtąd wyjeżdżać 🥲

Loved everything. Amazing, cozy, little resort in the north of the island. Tucked away from the crowded places. Super friendly staff, great tasty food, superb coctails. Breakfast was very nice, altough its the same menu every morning. Not many people in the resort, so we had privacy and chill vibes for all of our stay. Room with sea view is just amazing. Just loved everything. Also 3 lovely dogs are living in the resort 👌

The only uncomroftable thing is that the pool feels like a hot bath. And usually its empty, nobody uses it. No cooling system in there, would have been nice to have at least something to cool off in such a hot weather, but its not a big problem, the hotel is great.

Everything was great, very quiet resort. The staff answers all the requests promptly, so our stay was perfect.

This place is absolutely perfect, we came here with our two little kids and couldn't get them of the beach! We loved everything...the place, the lil house on the beach we booked, the bed in the room, the food was amazing, pool, beach...super relaxing place - we only left the place for one trip to the starfish beach which is kinda close! We have booked only 2 nights but then we have prolonged one more night, and if my wife wouldn't like to move to another place, i would stay there other 2 nights!

The staff sometimes seemed not motivated, but still very friendly - i guess its the Vietnamese nature, because we have experienced that kind of approach almost everywhere in Vietnam.

Nous avions une chambre qui donnait sur la plage avec un lit d’appoint pour notre fille. C’était un séjour mémorable, l’eau limpide à la plage, on peut faire du snorkeling juste devant. Les paddles et canoë à disposition sont super aussi. Le restaurant très agréable. Il y a aussi un spa. La piscine très chouette avec 2 toboggans pour les enfants. Nous avons fini notre périple au Vietnam par 4 nuits ici. Loin de l’agitation du reste de l’île. Ce petit resort familial était juste parfait. L’hôtel nous a réservé un taxi pour que nous fassions une sortie (pour aller visiter une ferme de poivre, très bien. Nous sommes aussi allé voir la plage aux étoiles de mer, nous aurions dû mieux nous renseigner car les étoiles sont arrachées de leur milieu naturel pour rendre instagrammable le lieu, la plage n’est pas nettoyée et les étoiles meurent…) Le personnel est extrêmement gentil et attentionné . Merci encore pour tout !

C’est plutôt du haut de gamme et donc on n’est pas déçu, tout est à la hauteur attendue : grande chambre royale avec tout le confort, restauration de qualité, petit-déjeuner excellents, piscine et plage de rêve sous des cocotiers, personnel discret mais efficace et très serviable, grand calme pour le repos, vélo, masque-tuba, etc. mis à disposition…

Ce petit Resort est très bien placé sur une petite plage propre et agréable. L’environnement est calme, on est loin de la ville. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est très bien et le personnel très gentil. Pour ceux qui utilisent leur téléphone portable, dès que vous sortez de la zone wifi de l’hôtel, attention car c’est le réseau Cambodgien qui prends le relais. C’est le cas sur tout le nord de l’île.

Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Die Anlage ist super schön. Man ist direkt am Strand, welcher nur vom Hotel ist und daher sehr ruhig ist. Man kann sich kostenlos Fahrräder und Kajaks leihen. Das Essen im Restaurant it sehr lecker und es gibt auch Pasta/ Pizza neben den zahlreichen asiatischen Gerichten

Все супер, отзывчивый персонал, 2 раза продлевали свой отдых в данном отеле. Отель расположен в тихом уединенном месте.

Nhân viên lễ tân siêu thân thiện nhiệt tình hỗ trợ. Có bãi biển riêng sạch đẹp cát mịn nhưng có san hô. Trồng nhiều cây xanh cảnh quang mát mẻ. Đồ ăn ngon. Gia đình chồng ngừoi ý rất thích chỗ này. Hôm mình ở sáng ra ăn sáng thì mình là ng việt nam duy nhất, resort toàn khách tây. Phòng rất rộng rãi sạch sẽ. theo như thiết kế trong phòng thì resort này đã lâu rồi, đúng kiểu mấy resort sang xịn mịn hơn 10 năm trước. Ko mới tinh nhưng rất sạch sẽ gọn gàn.

Xa ơi là xa. Từ đường lớn phải đi vào khá sâu mới tới, đường tối 2 bên cây cỏ um tùm ít nhà. Nếu ai đi xe máy mà đi chơi về khuya thì cân nhắc thuê oto. Do có bãi biển riêng nên phải chấp nhận đi xa tí.

Richtig schöne Anlage! Alles ist super gepflegt und die Zimmer sind groß und gemütlich, man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Mega cool ist, dass man sich einfach Fahrräder nehmen kann und es auch einen Rollerverleih gibt. Am Strand kann man kostenlos Kajaks und Stand-up-Paddles nutzen – macht richtig Spaß! Essen und Getränke sind echt lecker und sehen auch toll aus. Der Strand ist total entspannt, feiner Sand, ruhiges und sauberes Meer und die Sonnenuntergänge sind einfach richtig schön. Am letzten Tag lag etwas Müll am Strand, der vom Meer angespült wurde, aber das Personal hat sich direkt darum gekümmert. Insgesamt einfach ein richtig schöner Aufenthalt, würde ich auf jeden Fall wieder hin!

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und wir möchten uns bei allen bedanken,für das gute Service und die Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals. Das Restaurant war wirklich excellent. Rundum ein gelungener Urlaub.

Cet hôtel a un emplacement magnifique, au bord de la mer et loin des grands hotel pour le tourisme de masse, il y a un pleins de jeux pour les enfants, ils prêtent des Kayak et vélos, le petit déjeuner est délicieux et le restaurant également . Tout est vraiment parfait pour passer des vacances de rêves MAIS

Le personnel du restaurant n’est pas du tout sympathique ( les femmes ), elles ne sourient jamais et parlent très froidement. Nous avons eu un très gros ( grave ) problème avec la piscine de l’hôtel. Elle est surdosée en produits chimiques, résultats notre fils a fait une réaction immédiate en allant dans la piscine , plus possible pour lui de nager apres tellement cela lui piquait , il etait tout rouge. Nous avons également eu des démangeaisons . Nous avons immédiatement informé le personnel qui ne nous a pas cru et ne nous a pas pris au sérieux. C’est très dommage que cet hôtel met les clients en danger. À la fin du séjour nous avons également rencontré une famille dont la fille avait aussi souffert de démangeaisons et de grosses rougeurs. Nous sommes très déçus de cette expérience . Notre fils an mis une semaine à s’en remettre . Nous n’avons d’ailleurs jamais eu de retour de la part de booking malgré nos e-mails.

The location was beautiful and our entire family loved being able to be in the sea all day. They swam, snorkelled, paddle boarded, kayaked and relaxed. We used the sea mainly but they also enjoyed the pool. Crab trapping (and releasing) kept us all occupied every night. Food was good and a good variety of gluten and dairy free. We ate there every day for 5 days with enough variety. They even made the kids gf/df pancakes and waffles. The df coconut coffee was fab!!! Beach front room was big enough for 5 of us. It was beautiful, very clean and perfect. Spend the little extra for it. While the property is in the north end, we didn’t feel secluded as there is a big enough town there which is a short bicycle ride away. We had a taxi guy take us to the starfish beach one day (600 for 3-4 hours at the beach). He also took us to the south of the island water park/cable car (pick-up 8 am, drop off 7 pm for 1200). Staff wee amazing. Helpful in English (not fluent but good enough), super helpful with our allergies and great with the kids.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre sejour au Gold Coast . Super petit dej , yaourts maison, flocons d'avoine , graines diverses, fruits variés , salé, sucré, tout y est. Restaurant : menu varié , c'est bon. Personnel au petit soin. propreté , confort. navette qui vient vous chercher à l'aeroport . On peut se rendre à pied au village en 10/15mn ( distributeur, épiceries ..) l'hôtel prête aussi des vélos. kayak, paddle, masques à disposition. ce n'est pas un endroit pour faire la fête ( pas de bars , pas de restos alentour ) pour nous c'etait parfait mais il vaut mieux le savoir.

pas d'autres restaurants à côté donc il faut savoir qu'on mange midi et soir à l'hôtel .Prix corrects. pas de possibilité de ballades sur la plage , c'est cloisonné ( pas vraiment de plages d'ailleurs à côté) . Donc on marche quand on va au village . Mais on peut louer une moto à l'hôtel pour explorer les environs de l'île.

Beautiful! Loved it. Beach was stunning, room was huge and perfect. Food was amazing, didn’t have to leave the resort at all (though it was fun to go for a ride on the free bike! Staff were lovely. Would definitely return!!

Leżaków z parasolami przeciwsłonecznymi nie brakuje. Wyśmienite śniadania w formie bufetu, pyszna kawa oraz świeże owoce. Restauracja z odpłatnym menu również do dyspozycji, świetne i wykwintne dania oraz przystępne ceny. Polecam

Wspaniałe śniadania, cudowna plaża, bardzo miły i pomocny personel. Początkowy plan zakładał noclegi w innej części wyspy ale po 5 dniach tutaj przedłużyłem swój pobyt. Bardzo polecam.

Wszystko perfekcyjne. Lokalizacja idealna dla osób lubiących kameralność, z dala od hałasów. Domki przestronne, świetnie wyposażone. Plaża z palmami, leżaki w wystarczającej ilości, parasole. Restauracja znakomita, bardzo duży wybór, wszystko świeże, pięknie podane. Nawet lody sami robili na miejscu. Obsługa znakomita, pomocna. Nie było problem z przechowaniem bagażu przez 5 dni, gdy wyjeżdżaliśmy do Hanoi. Dostępne kajaki, supy, maski do snorkowania, rowery. Trudno sobie wyobrazić lepsze miejsce. Byliśmy tam 6 dni, wszystko było perfekcyjne.

Nie wyobrażam sobie aby ktoś miał jakieś uwagi.

Wifi wasn’t good Staff absolutely run off their feet I felt so bad for them, service quite slow Don’t take these as any reason to not book - just some feedback for the resort Maybe a little more to do like resort activities and better English speaking staff Breakfast was ok but not the best we’ve had, didn’t realise until the end of our stay that we could order à la carte for free.

It’s a well thought out resort with excellent facilities including a huge pool and not too many rooms so it’s not crowded even when every room is booked out. The location is perfect although it is on the northern tip of the island and still relatively clean with lovely water. It is about an hours drive from the airport and the closest town is about 900 meters walk from the resort so you can get what you need or take a grab to wherever you want to go. The staff where all very lovely and welcoming, they worked all day and late into the night so every day is a long day for them and I completely understand if the service may have been a bit slow at times. They’re doing 12 - 16 hour shifts, so give them some tips. Breakfast was great, fresh fruit daily and lots of options to suit everyone. The rooms are spacious with huge bathrooms and very comfortable bedding. Bathrobes and towels provided for the beachfront area. Lots of sun lounges and hammocks for lazing around on. There are free roaming chickens and roosters and chicks and one of the sweetest things you’ll see or hear all day are the chicks cheeping and following their mothers around. There’s three resident dogs that are so placid and sweet and lots of frogs everywhere. There’s a gorgeous pier that stretches overs the rocks and the far enough into the water so you have lots of view points. The north west view of Cambodia is awesome and north east view provides a wonderful view of Phu Quoc.

I think there’s too much chlorine in the pool but I’m not expert so don’t let that stop you.

Hervorragendes Frühstück und ein sehr gutes Abendessen mit großer Auswahl an Speisen. Der kleine aber sehr schöne Strand und ein Pool mit immer ausreichend Liegen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hätten gerne noch ein paar Tage mehr genossen.

Die Anmietung des Rollers ist am ersten Tag fehlgeschlagen, da der Roller nur mit einem Minimum Benzin gefüllt wurde und bei den angefahrenen Tankstellen kein Treibstoff, aufgrund des Irankrieges, zu bekommen war. Deshalb (nur) eine 9 von 10.

Ours was too floor. Best view. So a little bias. A dream pool infinity huge with swim up bar right on the ocean. Perfect temperature. Lots of beds and towels. The beach was beautiful sand with lots of palm trees and chairs. All drinks very reasonable. Food was delicious and reasonable. Has a very beautiful deluxe professional spa, massages are excellent and reasonable. The breakfast was very good fronting the ocean as well

Piękna okolica, super miejsce do snurfingu i okularami. Czysta plaża, dobre jedzenie.

Obsługa w restauracji/barze. Trzeba było na nich czekać wiele czasu aż samemu chodzić i przypominać o sobie mimo, że były 2-3 stoliki zajęte. Jeden barman grał na telefonie w czasie pracy i nas poprostu nie widział. Wszyscy są uzależnieni od telefonu i ponurzy.

3回目の滞在です。海が目の前にありビーチは清潔に保たれています。無料で借りれるアクティビティもあるので時間を持て余すことなく過ごせます。

スタッフが忙しそうで、今回の滞在ではウェルカムドリンクも無くなっていました。

C'est le meilleur hotel que nous ayons eu lors de notre séjour sur l'île de Phu quoc. Les bungalow sont grands, très bien aménagés et équipés. La plage est propre, la piscine très bien entretenue, les repas excellents sont servis au bord de l'eau et le personnel est aux petits soins. Surtout, l'endroit est calme, apaisant, familial, sans musique forte et sans horde de touristes. En 10 minute à pied, vous pouvez rejoindre le petit village de pêcheurs. Bref, l'hôtel, son emplacement et sa plage nous ont beaucoup plu.

Fantastyczne miejsce dla szukajacuch ciszy i spokoju. Zdala od tłumu I hałasu. Czysto. Smaczne i rewelacyjne jedzenie w klimatycznej restauracji z nastr ojową muzyczka. Bardzo fajne bungalowy, czyściutko. Zero robali. Sympatyczne gekony dbają o to. Panie sprzątające zamiatają nawet plażę a przy odpływie zbierają glony. Na miejscu darmowe rowery, deski sup i kajaki. Skuter za 200.000 "donków":-) na dobę. Personel przyjazny, uśmiechnięty i pomocny. Na urodziny mojej żony przygotowali kwiaty i tort:-)

Goście z głośnym dzieciakami najprawdopodobniej ze Skandynawii. Ale to nie wina hotelu.

Location of the resort is quite interior from the city and grand world phu quock. Breakfast options was vegan were limited.

Это замечательное тихое место! Мы сначала жили в городе, было шумно и оживлено, потом перебрались в этот отель! Я просто пришла в восторг от тишины и покоя! Чистое море, зелень, ресторан на берегу, тихие вечерние часы за ужином. Даже дети почему то тихо разговаривали. Я настолько хорошо отдохнула здесь душой, что в следующем году непременно снова вернусь в этот отель за тишиной и умиротворением. Кроме того, отель предлагает бесплатные экскурсии на катере к достопримечательностям, есть бесплатные велосипеды, сапы и прочие приспособления для плавания. В паре километров есть деревушка, где можно перекусить, купить фруктов. Спасибо большое за такой отдых!

Один из лучших отелей на Фукуок! Для тех кто ищет тишину, покой и релакс. Номера, пляж,море, ресторан всё на высшем уровне! Зелёная территория, каждый день уборка, велосипеды для прогулки, лодочки .

Далековато от центра, до ближайших магазинов нужно такси.

Chambres spacieuses dans un beau jardin. Les chambres en 2e rangées un peu « enfermées », par contre ce n’est pas le cas autour de la piscine. Bons petits déjeuners, œufs à la demande, aussi un choix de plats asiatiques préparés à la demande en plus du buffet.

Nous avions un changement de chambre programmé qui c’est réalisé promptement et avant les temps. Personnel très efficace et courtois. Belle chambre face a la piscine, grande et confortable. Prêt de vélo pour faire un tour en ville. Restaurant du soir vraiment très bon!

The room had poor sound insulation; you can hear your neighbors clearly. The room organised in a quite strange way, like you staying in countryside house of old-fashioned lady. In the evening, a strong smell of smoke could be detected. I dont know the cause, but it happened on every one of the four nights we stayed there. It felt like you were staying near burning grass. The smoke disappeared during the morning and daytime, but items—including clothes—smelled of smoke, as if you had stood near a wildfire the day before.

Piękna lokalizacja, codziennie sprzątana plaża, darmowy rejs na plażę "gwiazd", duże, czyste bungalowy, Dobre śniadania. Darmowe rowery. Do najbliżej wioski ok 2 km, ale można tam kupić wszystko.

Masaże tylko z dziennym wyprzedzeniem i to całe SPA. Skutery i wszelkie inne dodatkowe usługi teko z 24 godzinnym wyprzedzeniem. Recepcjonista w dniu wyjazdu nie zorganizował śniadania ani nic w zamian chociaż dzień wcześniej obiecał. Zaplatę za noclegi wziął dzień wcześniej i obiecał sniadanie o 7:00 a restaurację otwierają o 7:30. Sam rano sie nie pojawił.

L'emplacement dans un environnement encore authentique. Le confort des bungalows en bord de mer donnant sur une plage calme et bien équipée. La dévotion de la personne à l'accueil.

Manque de personnel particulièrement lors des chassés croisés de touristes. Le restaurant moyennement attractif.

De rust en de luxe zeer goede koffie en ontbijt
