We stayed as a group of 6 across 3 chalet units and had a wonderful time. The chalets were very clean, well-equipped, and featured very comfortable beds for a good night's rest. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. A major highlight for animal lovers was the 4 friendly dogs that greeted us warmly every morning and whenever we returned at night! Location-wise, it's slightly tucked away for a quieter vibe, but still within walking distance to see the sea and close to the local wet market. Amazing sunrise and sunset view.

Payment needs to be made in cash, so just be sure to prepare that beforehand. Overall, a lovely and relaxing stay!

Hot water was somewhat limited due to cloudy weather affecting the solar heating system.

Mr Loi was amazing. He was super helpful, spoke some English and couldn't do enough to help us enjoy our stay. The views from the beach bungalow were awesome. The hotel provided the use of bicycles and kayaks for free! We used both during our stay. It helped us get out and explore more. The breakfast was delicious and well presented.

The facilities are a little dated. The TV did not work. We had no hot water for showers. The air con wasn't great.

The woman at the reception was extremely nice, cancelled with no fee and helped us find a different hotel and a driver. Perfect english.

We were actually shocked by the condition of the place, it was as if nobody lived there for a few years. Very neglected, weeds all around the pool and garden, the restaurant was not operational, broken down, the room smelled of Lysol. The public restroom had cobwebs and cocaroaches . Neglected dogs wondering around. This part of phu quoc is extremely poor, don't go there!!!! No place to eat outside of the hotel (and inside) actually a scary area. We asked to cancel immediately. We were supposed to stay for 4 days.

Мы никогда не обращаем внимание на мелочи и не ищем их, нам все очень понравилось, повысили категорию номера бесплатно, было приятно, помогали в любых вопросах, ни какого негатива не заметили о котором кто-то писал, всегда и во всём можно договориться, спасибо за гостеприимство, если будет возможность мы обязательно ещё приедем!

Ощущение такое что никому ни до кого нет дела. Пляж не убирается территория тоже. Два дня возле одного из номеров лежала умершая крыса. Ну а третий день только убрали. Завтраки ОЧЕНЬ дорогие. Рядом сходили в соседний отель на троих поели почти как один завтрак стоит. Половина розеток не работает. Короче если так чисто одну ночь пережить где-то то можно закрыв глаза. Но а так худшее место из всего Фукуока где мы жили.

we were in the south of the island before coming to hula, and it was well worth it! the resort is closed to vin complex, yet still natural and authentic. we got to see the real life of Vietnam, not blocks or buildings, not touristic.

Das Hula-Hula Resort ist kein Luxusresort, was wir auch nicht gesucht haben. Es ist ein kleines, ruhig gelegenes Resort, liebevoll in die Landschaft eingebettet. Wir hatten einen Bungalow mit Meerblick, alles Nötige war vorhanden, besonders hervorzuheben ist das sehr bequeme Bett. Man fühlt sich als Gast sehr herzlich aufgenommen, umsorgt und jederzeit hilfsbereit betreut. Der Pool ist schön und gepflegt. Ein echtes Highlight ist das Schnorcheln direkt vor der Haustür: Mit Maske und Flossen einfach ins Wasser, Korallen und Fische unmittelbar vor dem Resort – für uns der beste Schnorchelspot unseres Aufenthalts. Nach ein paar Tagen im geschäftigen Süden (An Thoi) haben wir es sehr genossen, hierher zurückzukehren.

I stayed in the south of the island for two days and then moved to the north. I was truly surprised by how different it is — very peaceful and fresh, with lots of greenery. Staying at Hula, there is also a private beach where you can snorkel and admire the coral without any extra charge, which is quite interesting. It perfectly suits the relaxing getaway I was looking for.

I was scammed by another hotel because when I arrived, there was no room available. Luckily, when I came to Hula Hula , there was exactly one room left for me. The staff were incredibly kind and made me feel truly welcomed. Even better, the place has a private beach with coral reefs, and you can go kayaking as well. I will definitely come back here again.

Resort đẹp và yên bình với bãi biển riêng. Bãi biển có phong cảnh đẹp, nhiều phòng view thẳng ra biển nên cảm giác hòa mình vào thiên nhiên khi nghe tiếng sóng vỗ và tiếng gió. Cây cối cũng được chăm sóc nên xanh mướt, cảm giác như quên đi hết muộn phiên của cuộc sống. Các bungalow thân thiện và đủ tiện nghi. Cô chủ và nhân viên rất nhiệt tình và thân thiện. Ngoài bãi biển còn có hồ bơi nước ngọt, trẻ con có thể vui đùa cả ngày. Nếu nhà nào có trẻ con có thể đi từ đây sang khu Vin Wonders, Vin Safari cũng rất gần.

We had a wonderful two-day honeymoon at Hula. Watching the sunset together on the beach while enjoying a fresh seafood dinner with wine was truly romantic. We even found some beautiful shells at the coral reef right in front of the beach. Everything was perfect. My husband and I will definitely come back next year. 💕

I stayed at Hula (1 night) and had a wonderful experience. The beach was beautiful and very clean, and the hotel itself was well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. I loved that there was coral right by the beach, which made snorkeling very enjoyable. The free bicycle rental was also a great bonus. Next time, I will definitely book earlier and stay for a longer time. :3

Когда мы приехали, сразу было понятно, что нам не ждали. Ноль внимания. Когда я поняла кто представитель отеля и подошла сама, мне сказали - сори, номер с видом на бассейн, который вы забронировали, недоступен, мы можем дать вам номер с видом на море, но нужно будет доплатить. Это более чем странно… в общем мы просто нашли соседний отель (кстати очень классный) и переехали туда.

Dear Booking.com Customer Service Team, I am writing to raise a formal and serious complaint regarding my booking at Hula Hula Beachfront Hotel, Phu Quoc, which was made approximately 6–7 weeks ago via Booking.com. The property was materially misrepresented on your platform. The images and marketing shown on Booking.com do not accurately reflect the reality of the accommodation, facilities, or beachfront, and this resulted in significant distress, disruption to our trip, and financial loss. 1) Misrepresentation of the property The accommodation and facilities on arrival were completely inconsistent with what was advertised: There was no proper reception (only a desk, with very limited staff present). The “hotel” consists of hut-style rooms, and in no way reflects a 3-star standard. The beachfront was not as advertised and was covered with rocks and debris, not the clean, inviting shoreline presented online. The overall environment and service offering were wholly inappropriate to be marketed in the way Booking.com presents it. 2) Health and safety concerns This was not just disappointing — it was unsafe. The property is extremely close to the waves, raising serious concerns about safety and flooding risk. The condition of the room presented a clear hygiene concern (including stained and yellow pillows and generally unacceptable cleanliness standards). We have photographic and video evidence of the room condition and surrounding environment. 3) Food and service issues The food service was extremely poor and not as any reasonable guest would expect: Guests are required to pre-order meals in advance, including breakfast requests and timing for the next day. Food orders must be placed via WhatsApp, and the property then decides whether it can be made. Prices for food and drinks were highly inflated. We have WhatsApp messages showing the menu and pricing. 4) Financial loss and impact on our holiday Although we

Географически место удачное, шикарный вид на море. Есть небольшая парковочка, можно поставить машины или кучу мопедов. Выход из номера был сразу на площадку с видом на море. Рядом с отелем была кафешка на берегу, в ней было вкусно. Были лежаки, хотя и сильно уставшие. Под шум прибоя было отлично засыпать. Сотрудники помогли порезать фрукты, это было очень мило с их стороны. Хорошо работал кондиционер и вентилятор.

Очень слабый напор воды в душе, также вода была холодная, мыться было некомфортно. Перед номером была площадка со стульями и столом, стол был невероятно липкий, после просьбы его помыть, он остался таким же липким. Полотенца были с пятнами. Море было грязным, но тут конечно погоду не предскажешь, она может быть разной. Пришлось долго искать сотрудников, чтобы заселиться, номер телефона не отвечал, пришлось долго ждать и ходить чтобы их разыскать.

Grounds were unkempt and plants needed watering. Facilities were minimal and staff overstretched with limited English. We stayed only one night because of a power outage, not the hotels fault but they didn't have a generator so we moved to one that did.

I arrived to check in but looked around the property and decided not stay. It didn’t have a beach, there was a sand area and you could swim but it was not a beach. There were few places to eat around the hotel. It was not as it was advertised. The staff were very helpful though and were very kind about my decision not to stay.

Nice beachfront hotel, but the quality of rooms are worse than expected. It’s quiet, nice location, you can go to swim, order food, and eat fresh fruits from from the trees.

Everything in the rooms needs to be renovated, shower and the bathroom is poor in general. Poor value for money. The pictures look better than reality. There are plenty of huge cockroach inside, as there are huge gaps between doors ane floor, and etc.. the AC works super loud! Also the entrance to the beach is quite complicated.

Personale inesistente. Hanno preteso il pagamento in contanti! Saremmo andati via subito ma non avevamo alternative.

The rooms were large, clean and had great bathrooms. The pool and beach access was great. Safe for kids. Location was great for us as we liked being away from commercial resorts, fishing village nearby has lots of great authentic markets and restaurants. Free bike use was great so you could explore. They put on a Christmas Eve seafood bbq dinner on the beach which was great and we enjoyed- this was an additional charge. Cooks were amazing and very hard working. We had a 12yo and 9yo and this place was great for a relaxing chilled few days. Grabs were easy to book from this location. We loved the quiet area away from main areas, but others may not. We felt the price point was much too high compared to other properties we have stayed in while travelling Vietnam. Yet we did have a positive stay.

No restaurant for lunch and dinner, you could order food in, which we didn’t use as an option. It was advertised that and photos showed full operational restaurant and bar. This was not the case. Breakfast menu was fine but limited and had to order the day prior. When we checked out we were offered a free transfer to the airport if we provided screenshots of 10 point reviews on booking.com and google.

Wonderful stay at Hula Hula Phu Quoc We had a fantastic stay at Hula Hula Phu Quoc. The service was excellent from start to finish — the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The pool area is great, well maintained, and perfect for relaxing during the day. The location is very convenient, close to the beach, restaurants, and main spots around the island, yet still calm and comfortable. Our accommodation was spotless, modern, and very well taken care of. Housekeeping did a great job every day, and everything felt fresh and clean throughout our stay. Overall, Hula Hula Phu Quoc offers great value, a welcoming atmosphere, and genuinely caring staff. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Phu Quoc.

Что такое убираться в номере увы не знают, да они приходили каждый день, но это поменять постельное, полотенце и подмести пол, завтраки на тройку. Отдыхать можно, тихо спокойно, мало народу

Мы останавливались в этом отеле на 5 ночей, специально, чтобы исследовать север острова, потому что много экскурсий рядом, и этот отель для нас был замечательным, я бы назвала райский уголок, уезжали после завтрака, и приезжали вечером, такси вызывали через Grab, очень умеренные цены. Завтрак был вкусный, с вечера всегда бронировали что будем кушать утром, и нам готовили к определенному времени, кофе тоже был вкусный! После экскурсий приезжали и наслаждались бассейном, чистый и теплый, особый кайф, после пешого пути! Что касается моря, до обеда были волны, после обеда море спокойное, мы наверно поплавали только 1 раз. Так как повторюсь это место, шикарно для восстановления, после экскурсий, а если нужно море кайф, это юг острова пляжи Кхем и Бао. Рядом с отелем, есть магазинчики, где можно купить воду бутыль по 5 литров., фрукты продаются везде. И банкомат в пешей доступности МB smart bank - лимит на снятие 5.000.000 донг, комиссия 3,3 % снимала с карты казахстанского банка Freedom. Кондиционер в номере работал исправно, есть холодильник, чайник, полотенце меняли каждый день, и давали воду по 0,5 на 1 человека. Нам всё очень понравилось! Вернемся ещё в январе сюда, а то на некоторые экскурсии не попали!

Die hatten wenigstens genug bequeme Liegen, was im Hula Hula nicht war! Ich wůrde das aufjeden Fall nicht empfehlen

Aamupala oli suppea ja pieni. Aamupala ei täyttänyt ja sen tilaaminen etukäteen ei toiminut hyvin. Henkilökunnalla oli ongelmia saada tilaukset. Vessa/kylpyhuone oli kauttaaltaan märkä jatkuvasti, koska vessan hana vuoti jatkuvasti. Koirat pelottavia ja haukkui asiakkaille.

I was really surprised by this place. Hula feels like being in my own home. Early in the morning, I can watch the sunrise on the beach. The best thing is that I can snorkel and see the coral right in front of the beach. If you are looking for a peaceful place to relax like I was, this place is perfect.

I stayed at Hula Resort for one night during the island-wide power outage in Phu Quoc. I was impressed that they had their own electricity system! The resort was wonderfully peaceful and spotlessly clean. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. I'll definitely be back on my next trip to Phu Quoc

The staff was good.

The First problem was the location, it was really secluded and not exactly seafront. The second problem was the picture on the app looks way different than the real property , it was way worse then the picture. The third problem was we were given a AC room but AC wasn't working and then we were given a table fan. The pool wasn't clean. Not at all worth the money.

Mấy ngày đầu ở Nam Đảo mình khá hụt hẫng vì khu vực này đang xây dựng quá nhiều, cảm giác không được “thoát” ra khỏi phố thị như mong muốn. Nhưng khi chuyển lên Bắc Đảo thì đúng nghĩa là tìm lại được thiên nhiên thật sự – biển xanh, cây cối nhiều, không khí trong lành và đặc biệt là có cả san hô đẹp để lặn ngắm. Điều khiến mình ấn tượng nhất là sự chu đáo của resort. Thời điểm mình lưu trú lại trúng đúng đợt cúp điện toàn Phú Quốc, vậy mà resort vẫn xử lý cực kỳ tốt. Họ linh hoạt bật máy phát theo khung giờ, đảm bảo khách vẫn có điện ổn định mà máy móc vẫn được nghỉ. Mỗi chi tiết nhỏ đều thể hiện sự chuyên nghiệp và tấm lòng muốn khách có trải nghiệm trọn vẹn nhất. Ở giữa một “đảo ngọc” đang phát triển nhanh, mình thật sự biết ơn vì đã tìm được một nơi vẫn giữ được vẻ tự nhiên, yên bình, và quan trọng nhất là đội ngũ nhân viên quá tận tâm. Cảm ơn resort rất nhiều vì đã giúp chuyến đi Phú Quốc của mình trở nên đáng nhớ hơn! 🌿🌊✨

Nếu phải nói một điều chưa thích thì có lẽ chỉ là Nam Đảo quá nhiều construction và mất đi vẻ hoang sơ, đặc biệt là xa trung tâm — nhưng đây là vấn đề của khu vực, không phải lỗi của resort.

The staff was kind

The beach is not natural , the sand is not natural and there is a stone wall instead of a beach , not enough sun beds , everything worn down , they have dogs that are aggressive and bark all night , they had no functioning generator and we where in the dark without Airco for 3 nights .

The resort has an absolutely stunning beach — crystal clear water and a long, clean shoreline. The atmosphere is peaceful and perfect for a relaxing family getaway, far from the noise of the city. We loved how calm the whole area felt. Another big plus is that it’s very close to Vinpearl, making it super convenient to spend the day there and return to a quiet, comfortable place. Highly recommended!

Schöne Terrasse, sehr grüne und schöne Anlage, sehr großer Pool. Der Zugang zum Meer scheint gut zu sein. Leider war es während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts so windig, dass man nicht im Meer baden konnte. Ich empfehle, vor dem Aufenthalt die Windrichtung und -starke zu überprüfen. In unserem Fall wäre einer Unterkunft auf der anderen Inselseite windstill und angenehmer gewesen. Im Resort ist es sehr ruhig und entspannt. Die kostenlosen Fahrräder waren super, da die Lage etwas abgelegen war. Die Rezeption ist bemüht, einem zu helfen. Sehr gut über WhatsApp erreichbar. Das Essen ist lecker. Das Fischerdorf Ganh Dau liegt etwa 5-10 min mit dem Fahrrad entfernt. Es ist sehr authentisch und ursprünglich. Es gibt eine super Bäckerei, gutes Street Food und eine tolle Billardbar.

Das Housekeeping ist etwas nachlässig. Der Bungalow war nicht besonders sauber als wir ankamen. Es gibt zwar ein Moskitonetz, aber es war nicht nutzbar, weil darin Insekten waren. Bei der zweiten Reinigung war das Zimmer schon sauberer. Wir hatten 2 Begegnungen mit Kakerlaken. Das ist bei einem Bungalow in der Natur wahrscheinlich unvermeidbar. Trotzdem hätte ich mit Moskitonetz dann nachts besser geschlafen. Die Bettlaken und Handtücher waren fleckig und löchrig. In den letzten Tagen unseres Aufenthalts wurde die Bettwäsche nicht mehr gewechselt. Die angebotenen Touren waren nicht sehr vielseitig. Bei Frage zu weiteren Aktivitäten oder zb. der Buchung der Fähre war die Rezeption bemüht, aber konnte leider nicht helfen. Der Bungalow hat eine kleine Outdoorküche. Das ist leider nur ein Waschbecken. Hier wäre etwas Geschirr und Spülmittel super. Geschirr haben wir auf Nachfrage von der Rezeptionistin bekommen, das war sehr nett. Das Essen im Resort ist sehr teuer.

La posizione è nella parte estrema dell' isola vicino al villaggio dei pescatori, nei pressi si trovano ottime spiagge noleggiando uno scooter o si può stare in relax in piscina o nello spazio spiaggia della struttura da dove si può accedere al mare per una nuotata. Per una vacanza di relax e tranquillità è l ideale e lo Staff è sempre cordiale e disponibile, tornerò volentieri.

Грязные полотенца; горячую воду в душе пришлось долго ждать (~5 мин), напор воды очень слабый; дверь и окна в номер не закрываются герметично, очень сильно слышен ветер и шум с улицы. Также если кто-то из соседних номеров курит у себя на террасе, то запух идет с улицы в номер.

Très venteux nous avons pas pu profiter de cet endroit à cause du mauvais temps. Prendre un scooter est nécessaire car c’est quand même un peu loin de la ville. Un peu chère pour ce que c’est. Une led de notre chambre a pris feux 😅 tout a été réglé le lendemain pas de soucis 😊

Big comfortable bed. The hotel is right next to the sea. If the weather is good its a good place for snorkelling. Pick up from the airport. Pretty close to vinpearl, vinwonders and grandworld (20min by bike or car)

Dirty room in need of renovation. The ac was working, but it blows right on the bed and you cant change the angle of the air, because its broken. The view from our room was right onto the trail to the sea, so everyone was walking by our window and door. The view on the other side of the boongalow is to the building, so it has no point to open the curtains. The shower is half broken (one of the shower heads didnt work). The shower drain was clogged. We asked to clean it but no one did. The cleaning lady cleaned our room properly 1 time throughout our 7 day stay (swept and cleaned the floor, made the bed without changing the sheets). All of the other times she only took out the trash, changed the towels and brought water and toilet paper. Breakfast was till 9 30, so if you like to sleep in like us, its not very convenient. A few times we asked to leave our Breakfast on the table so we can eat it later, thankfully they agreed. Breakfast is not a buffet, you need to choose from the menu the day before, menu is not very big. You need to choose one dish, Coffee or tea, Apple or Orange Juice (not fresh, just box Juice), and a dessert ( fruit, banana bread and something else). Motorbikes cost 200000 which is 50000 more than on the streets. There are free bicycles but the tires are flat. We asked to pump them, but they didnt have a pump. The pool seemed a little dirty, the water was a bit murky. There were some kind of fish marinating in jars right next to the pool. The sand on the "Beach" is very old and full of little ants. There are only 4 sunbeds and no umbrellas. The Beach is not suitable for children. The hotel has a lot of potential but it feels like the owner doesnt really care and nobody really wants to work. So I wouldnt recommend it. We changed the hotel and moved to a different coast and the difference is very noticable.
