Some of the food was too salty. There was mildew patches in room 604 on the wall behind the t.v. Hair dryer did not work

Property was very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast had enough variety and the Sri Lankan dishes were well cooked. The staff are very helpful and obliging. It is also well located to all the tourist attractions. there is a supermarket next door where you can pick up supplies. Located close to the railway station.

Location of the hotel is fine. Rooms are comfortable and relatively clean. Most staff are friendly. Bathroom is clean as well. Very conveniently located just beside a mall where you can get everything you want. It is less than a minute walking distance (literally neighbor to the mall). Given that this is the only reasonably clean hotel in the area, no complaints.

The hotel is a little run down. The rooms are run down as well and the doors use keys literal key to open and close (like old times). One of the staff (can't remember her name) was not very friendly when I was checking out.

The facilities advertised not available, such as swimming pool, rooms are small, hardly any space to move in toilets, no common area for seating, except for the rooftop, restaurant limited space

Throughout the night, construction activities in front of the hotel created a disturbance that affected our sleep. The noise ceased only after we contacted the management to express our concerns.

We had a wonderful stay. The location was excellent, the facilities were well maintained, and everything was very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the warm welcome we received made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Their hospitality truly stood out and made our visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Me hospedé allí para poder ver la final de la Champions. Y no abrieron el bar, ni la TV por cable tenía suficientes canales nadie del personal pudo ayudarme y el internet iba sencillamente fatal

強風という土地柄仕方ないのですが、ドアが夜通しガタガタ音を立てていました。しかしこれは仕方ありません。ジャフナの特徴を体験したということです。

Nice small chain hotel in the center of Jaffna. Easy walk to most things. Accommodating staff. Very relaxing rooftop bar with views over the city. Very strong a/c and comfortable bed.

Long desk but no chair in the room...perhaps the baggage rack was meant to be seating? My room at least needed a good sprucing.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating, and the food is delicious. The rooms are clean and quiet.

The pillows and pillows cases were clean but smelled stale. The pillows need to be replaced regularly, or dry cleaned, and the pillows cases need to smell fresh.

They had made a mistake with our booking and we were asked to move to the Jetwing Mahesa Bhawan which is more of a small boutique villa. Staff at the villa were incredible otherwise we would not have been so comfortable.

food was generally excellent and we enjoyed our meals. The Kool in the night buffet menu was again excellent. The jaffna buffet menu was quite outstanding. Every dish except the rasam worked well. The staff were excellent throughout our stay, patient and accommodating. we felt very supported and comfortable and were grateful for their kindness and professionalism

only issues was with undercooked rice, and the soups. The rice was a bit too gritty. and unpleasant to eat. I think they were trying to make it suitable for the fried rice, but it was still a little under. The rasam was very hard to drink. A drop and it was just peppery. not at all rasam like and impossible to drink. Similar the mutton soup was full of sediments which weren't ground enough or strained at least. The Kool in the night menu was again excellent so its not a lack of ability but maybe about concept and unfamiliarity. coffee varieties would be a great boost.

Smelly beds, bed cover got ripped. No tissues in bathroom. Pillow condition is very bad. Reported to receptionist and nothing happened. Only the answer which we had is they are very busy . Charged for 3 adult single bed room but in normal double bed room they put a third bed and charged £600+ for 4 nights

The room size and the facilities will not be worth the price. I have asked for 3 person room and received 2 person room with an extra bed. No space to move.

Hotel com decoração muito bonita e estacionamento. Possui um rooftop com serviço de bar, foi pena estar a chover aquando da nossa estadia. O quarto é confortável e limpo. Pequeno-almoço completo. O staff foi extremamente simpático e disponível. Recomendo!

Zimmer hat keine Ausblick, nur Wand von einer Gebäude (siehe das Bild)wie Hotel auf Fotos präsentiert, irreführende, auf die Nachfrage ein Zimmer mit Stadt oder Meerblick zu erhalten, wurde mitgeteilt, dass die Zimmer renoviert werden. Ich wollte stornieren, selbst das hat Hotel nicht akzeptiert gegen Buchungsbedingung!

The staff were very helpful. The location is right in the middle of town so everything is walking distance. The restaurant area was beautiful as well.

There is no area to sit and relax outside the room. We also booked a triple room but they just put a folding bed in a double room which made the space a little tight.

Too many light switches in my bedroom. And backless seats in the restaurant made it hard to sit back and relax, but they were very beautiful, and I enjoyed every meal

I stayed three nights at the Jaffna JetWing in early September 2025 and the stay was very pleasant, everyone was friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable.

Not spacious, staff are not trained well, no welcome when we enter the hotel no gym or sports center no laundry service no dry cleaning

The rooms were spacious, clean and I slept well on the bed. The bathroom was clean but a bit of a tight squeeze - especially getting in and out of the bathroom. But that is a minor detail as the bathroom was well equipped with towells and soaps. One of most enjoyable features was its rooftop bar they call Sky lounge. There is a constant warm breeze that goes through that lounge is so relaxing and cooling. Hghly recommend this hotel and would definitely return.
