Konukzade OldTown Apart

The location was excellent, right in the heart of Antalya's Old Town. The host went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. He was kind, attentive, and quick to help whenever we needed anything. The apartment itself was spotless and worked really well for our family of three with a toddler. We would absolutely stay here again next time we're in town.

This wasn't my first time booking this property, and I will book it again in the future. The location is great; it is within walking distance from the beach, as it is inside the old town. It is within walking distance of the main market. The host was very helpful and friendly; we felt like family.

Die Wohnung ist gut für die Familie aus 3-5 Personen sehr gut geeignet. Preis-Leistunge-Verhältnis ist super! Wir hatten die Wohnung im UG, mit dem Zugang zum kleinen Garten. Obwohl die Wohnung in der Altstadt sehr zentral liegt, war es dort angenehm ruhig. Supermärkten, Bars und Restaurants sind in weniger Gehminuten entfernt. Wir wurden sehr freundlich im Empfang genommen.

Familienhaus mit einigen wenigen Ferienwohnungen, sehr ruhig, da ich fast die ganze Zeit alleine im Haus war. Eigene kleine Wohnung mit separatem Ausgang zum kleinen Garten, wo man auf einer Picknickbank oder Hollywoodschaukel im Schatten sitzen kann. In der Kellerwohnung hört man kaum die Musik der umliegenden Restaurants. Sehr sehr sauber und gepflegt, geeignet für tägliches Yoga auf dem sauberen Fußboden. Der Gastgeber ist unglaublich nett und engagiert und hilft bei allen möglichen Anliegen und reagiert auf jede Anfrage innerhalb von 5 Minuten! Ganz klasse!

The host was incredibly kind and helpful in every way possible, which we really appreciated. I especially loved the apartment in the morning when the streets were quiet. The beds were also very comfortable. Apartment was very clean.

This apartment was really not for us. I booked it for the weekend, and there was a lot of noise coming from the restaurants, with loud music playing until midnight. The house is definitely not soundproof. If you don't mind the noise, you will be fine, but we didn't enjoy it.

Ubicación, limpieza y el jardín

Tout était parfait. L’hôte était aux petits soins. Nous nous y sommes senties comme à la maison. Le logement est idéalement situé, près d’une rue animée. De plus, le jardin est un vrai plus, nous avons adoré y déjeuner. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et nous reviendrons. Merci encore pour tout !

位置绝佳👍 位于安塔利亚老城里，却又闹中取静。出门往右即老街，往左走路2分钟即安塔利亚海滨公园。早上坐阳台上，享受花园大树笼罩下的宁静惬意的早餐，开始美好的一天。房东Dogen很热心，乐于帮助解决一切问题。

Emplacement idéal en plein centre de la vieille ville. Nous avons été bien accueillis et facilement guidé par l'hôte à notre arrivée pour rejoindre l'appartement. Une zone de parking nous a été indiquée à quelques pas de l'appartement. Appartement parfait pour notre famille de 4. Nous avons facilement circulé à pied ou en voiture pour visiter la ville et ses environs.

It's like a home. My friends and I were really comfortable. It's spacious and have a garden. A really nice place. In the old town per se. Very good location.

The apartment it's ok but needs some improvement

I didn't like that the beach is 5 minutes away but you have to pay to go and the nearest beach you have to take a taxi or public transport

Kényelmes, barátságos volt, saját kerttel. Minden szobában volt klíma és a konyha is felszerelt volt.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Konukzad Old Town Appart. L’emplacement est parfait : à seulement 4 minutes à pied de la plage et en plein cœur de la vieille ville, idéal pour tout faire à pied. L’appartement est charmant, propre et bien équipé. Un grand merci à notre hôte Dogan, toujours présent, très sympathique et à l’écoute : il a vraiment rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

The stay was very wonderful, the hotel is very clean. The furniture is new and there are no insects. The hotel owners are very wonderful. Mr. Dogan was very helpful and respectful. Noisy at night. Extremely hard to drive your car.

Location is really good, in the center of old town but little bit aside. There’re a lot of restaurants, cafes and souvenir shops nearby. The Mermerly beach is really close. There’s everything we needed: fridge, wash machine, kitchen stove, coffee pot. Two balconies, garden view.

The toilet wobbles it needs to be fixed

I like how the onwer, Doghan, was pleasant, kind and welcoming. The apartment was quiet and peaceful. It was a great value for our stay. I did not bother myself to find another hotel. I requested to extend 3 more nights and he agreed. He was kind to offer me a fresh lemon juice and 3 cups of Turkish tea.

Although the hotel is within the castle and the old town and the streets are narrow, it is not a big issue. A short walk to the street to get a taxi.

We had a great time in this beautiful apartment. Comfortable and big size bed, nice and spacious living room, kitchen and good bathroom. Absolutely in the center, not even 20 seconds walking from the restaurants and pubs and 5 minutes to the beach. Everything perfect. Thanks for the help to Doğan that take care of us for all.

I was told that the Booking reservation did not include breakfast, but there were plenty of places close by to have a splendid Turkish breakfast. The hosts were helpful and friendly. The room was quite small, but comfortable. The location, in old town, was great!

I was initially booking for one, but my partner arrived early. The room was quite small, especially for two people, and there were no horizontal surfaces for my things.

We stay here for the second time, very cozy atmosphere, original, not at all like a hotel. Attentive and friendly owner, will help with everything. On the ground floor there is a delicious cafe, completely shrouded in natural plants and flowers. When it's hot, the cafe is always cool. The interior has a lot of homemade decorations and details. Good place for a photo shoot. The location is excellent, in the old streets, next to the observation deck. There is parking behind the hotel building, which is very important in the old town.

Amazing location in old city. Hotel is nice, home-sweet-home type. It may be charming, compared to big international hotels.

Kettle was broken, i got light steam burn while trying to lift it.

The breakfast was plenty and very good. The sraff were friendly and very helpful. The place is very nice especially the caffe and the guestgarden.

The music in the evening coming from the street might be a litle loud if your room is on that side and you are sensitive.
