Shenzhen Marriott Hotel Nanshan

Hotel was great, but the language barrier is too big. When I tried to call the prior to arrival, staff used a translation app on the phone to translate my conversation and vice versa.

Great service and facilities

waitress and chef ate not as professonal as 5 start, A waitress failed to collect the empty used dishes on my table even seeing me carrying back a new dish of food. Chef at egg station gove me a cold

The hotel is very modern and comfortable. There is a large variety of food choice for the hotel. The hotel room is very cozy and I can see the beautify sunny view from it (at 60th floor). Excellent experience!

五一假期旺季，前臺服務人員不是很足夠，入住手續辦了很久，寄存行理，又要走到另一層，不是很方便。 入住後，隔壁房間門鎖懷了，員工修到晚上。11：30，延嘈吵的，而且沒有人入住的，其實可以早上再修理。但地理位置方便購物

I stay in Room 5915, the view is very good and ao comfortable but The water pressure of shower is very weak.

Modern and luxurious lobby, room space is good, bathroom is clean, a big variety of breakfast buffet, the front desk staff is very friendly and helpful, the only thing not match is that, they couldn’t find my reservation at the beginning, and when a more senior member came to help, he offered a welcome fruit platter but it never arrived in my room.

Everything here is clean and new.

The top class hotel in Shenzhen. Very trendy design and very spatial.

Air condition is not enough, and could not be adjustable

In general the staff are polite and the food of the room service and especially the Chinese restaurant are of the highest quality. However, there are a few things that have room for improvement. Firstly, at the 43rd floor lobby, there is no clear line up for check in, and the quests are not received in sequence. Moreover, as with many hotels in China, other quests often budge in while you are being served and are very rude. There were children running around at the lobby, one of them was even on a Segway. In my opinion these events really down graded the hotel’s image. But C’est la vie au Chinois I guess.

The view was great, and the room size and cleanliness were also excellent. The breakfast had many delicious options, making it highly recommendable. If I have another business trip to this city, I would like to visit again.There are malls and commercial facilities nearby, making it convenient for dining out or shopping.

Wonderful experience at a very convenient zone.

The hotel is super clean and modern. Staffs were super helpful and friendly. The location is perfect and close to shopping and Shenzhen Bay. There are tons of restaurants nearby. Will definitely stay here next time.

Unfortunately the WiFi in this hotel is terrible, both in the hotel room as well as in the bar / restaurant area. During my stay there was also a power outage in the whole hotel for multiple hours; this was announced in advance, but it shows that this hotel doesn’t live up to its price.

這是一間非常爛的酒店。備註吸菸房，卻接單，然後說全飯店禁菸，不提供住宿，卻堅持要跟客人收錢。只因為我們用信用卡擔保。入住時前台說可以換酒店部收費，預定部的徐經理卻一直怪我們說吸菸房是選擇性提供，本來就要收費。Hotels.com說是酒店堅持收費。我們還要重新預定別家酒店，萬豪沒有提供任何服務，卻堅持要收費，很差勁的飯店。

자주 이용하는 호텔인데 이번 숙박을 통해 특급호텔이 맞는지 의아했습니다. 아침 조식 유제품들의 유통기한 관리가 형편 없었고 사후조치 또한실망했습니다.

it's the second time i stayed at this hotel and i am happy with the stay. very convenient location, the room is very comfortable and the buffet breakfast is good. however, i don't know why i can't activate the new membership with the no. on the card i received at the counter.

Very convenient to get to when traveling into China. Probably the best hotel in Nanshan Shenzhen China.

Overall is not bad. But it's so bad that they gave me a smoking room. I mentioned that I don't want to have a smoking room.....

1) wrong location on map : location of hotel is 88 haide ye road, but map on hotel website was pin on nantou. I checked on both baidu and googled a few times to confirm that haide ye road and nantou is different location. called expedite to help to confirm the location, but expedite staff has issues communicating with them as hotel staff cant really speak English. 2) 1 or 2 breakfast: i booked a deluxe room with breakfast and was surprised when upon check in, service staff informed me that it was only 1 breakfast. i asked her to check with manager and the manager came over , took a glance at my voucher and pointed at the word breakfast. He mentioned that it is 1 pax as the breakfast is without "s" . There was a moment of silence and the manager walked off. I couldn't accept that answer as during the point of booking , there isn't any indication that states 1 pax breakfast and I had booked for a double bed . i requested to see the manager again or the next level of manager and the service staff mentioned she will feedback to her manager. 3) upon checking into room, i received a call from the same manager again. i explained to him that i was not trying to be demanding nor was i bringing in extra guest but at the point of booking, nothing was stated. i doubt he understand what i was trying to say and just keep apologies and say will give me free breakfast. That's not the point.

Very nice experience

Did not like the high floor lobby but overall room condition is good. However, the service in executive lounge needs improvement. I stayed in many Marriott and always had access to lounges, but the staff in this location needs training to give the best service or comparable to other Marriott chain.

This hotel is very new and pretty nice. Keep in mind that it is a 4 star hotel, not a 5 star hotel, even given the current 5 star pricing and the high rank on the ranking websites. So don't go there expecting Ritz Carlton levels of service, you will be disappointed. The building itself is new, 63 stories tall with the hotel on the top 20 floors or so. We were on the 59F, which has great views. Lounge is also on 59, pool is on 62/63 I forget which. In my opinion, this hotel is great for the view and the new building, but the service and the rooms themselves are 4 star, not worthy of 200+ usd per night. So keep that in mind when booking

Hotel is clean, convenient location. Room is spacious with nice design. Staff are nice. However when I arrived it was already 4pm, room was not yet ready. Hope they improve this.
