We were thankful me and my son had a place to sleep. The staff help carried our luggages to the room.

There's no toiletries inside the bathroom to use. The breakfast I thought I paid for it, but an egg and a half of the fried fish and a scoop of rice, and coffee ☕️. I just a little disappointed.

The staff are very friendly.

The staff are friendly but the room is not that clean. We found cockroch during our stayed. The breakfast is fine but always the same, not much of choices.

I booked for 2 adults and 1 child .. they still charge them for the food for the child and the ac is not working.. rooms are old and ac was not updated. Staff are not friendly. I booked this for my guest and they never allow my guest to check in so good thing I'm in the Philippines , in addition I was in the same province so I have to go personally in the hotel to check in for my guest.

Personell in dining room require training on how to set tables for guests. Had to ask several times for milk, sugar, teaspoon, knife, salt and pepper. Supervisors should be aware of short-comings and they were not. B'fast menu needs bringing upto date, same choices for many years now, requires more thought.

Quick and easy.

The Room was spacious comfy, clean, and with a great view of the river and bridge. The toilet and bath is also clean and well ventilated. The Restaurant is superb with a variety of food choices to choose from. The staffs from the front desk and most especially the room boys and the restaurant waiters and waitress are all very helpful and very courteous. Thank you so much everyone! It was a superb stay. As always (it was my third time as a frequent guest), Star Plaza is Highly Recommended!

I am surprised that they don't have an electric kettle. Instead, just a thermos that you have to ask for a hot water. It's absolutely a let down especially if your a coffee holic or you need some hot beverage to unwind in the evening. I hope in the future, they can add the coffee and Tea as a complimentary aside from the two mineral water bottles and ofcourse, electric kettle please.

The international breakfast was ok but the syrup was not very nice on the pancakes, tasted like sugar water. Also was surprised that you had to pay for orange juice if you had more than one.

We tried something different each of the seven days that we stayed at the star plaza. The food was excellent except when the chef prepares the eggs he needs a little practice on over easy. The weight staff was extremely friendly and very helpful to us.

When two people are ordering breakfast they should be served at the same time not individually as i am a custom to in the united states. Out of 14 breakfast to with a times the food was a little to cool. Overall our stay was very satisfying and i would love to come back because of your friendly staff

Nice location. In walking distance to several malls. Had hot running showers. Nice sized balcony. Working television. Staff was friendly and quick to respond to any of our needs. Nice venue for parties and weddings. The area reserved was nice and fit the needs of the event. The food at the wedding was very good and the workers were courteous and professional.

No pool, gym. Charged money for small bucket of ice. The complimentary breakfast was very limited. Had to order from regular menu to get a decent fulfilling breakfast. Rooms and windows are not soundproof. Can hear all the outside traffic with their horns blowing and hear whoever was walking through the hallways. Bathroom was not clean. Mold and hair was found on the bath mat. Top of the mini fridge looked like it hadn’t been dusted or wiped clean in months. No outside furniture to sit on the balcony.

The facilities were okay, the cleanness and hotel staff are very welcoming and accommodating. Big shout out to the guys from the security at the parking area, going at length to facilitate guests in locating the already congested parking lot. Truly pleasant stay overall

I wouldn’t recommend the overpriced videoke booths if you wanna have a night out with your friends, go someplace else.

We liked the ambience and staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good with decent choices. Room was big and bathroom was neat and comfortable.

TV was not good.

My wife and I visit every two months or so and are always impressed with our stay. We even extended for an extra night.

Accessible to restaurants and stores. The staffs were amicable, courteous and accommodating.

Parking space is very limited. Workers are still working until midnight. The noise was loud and inconvenient.

My car had a slow puncture due to a nail that had embedded itself on the drive to Dagupan. The hotel staff went above and beyond to help me get it all fixed in under an hour.

Multiple stays at the Star Plaza by choice and self paid - not block or conference paid. Always an enjoyable time and will return again in two months.

The presidential room that I booked was roomy and updated the bathroom was huge I gave it 10 out of 10. Room service was excellent I gave them 10 of 10. The breakfast dining room I gave it 3 out of 10. They get low scores because they can’t handle the pressure of huge crowds. We ended up with a rude waitress that she spills my food when she served it. She puts her finger inside my glass when she grab it to put water that my husband and I refuse to drink the water it’s grossed, she needs to learn how to hold your glass. And we keep asking her for another cup of coffee she keeps ignoring us it took me 3 times to ask her to give us a simple cup of coffee.

The friendly staff, comfy beds, and location is great! In summary; it's a decent hotel if you want a good location in Dagupan.

A bit pricer than other hotels. The dislikes we had was that the more expensive rooms didn't have a smart TV but the cheaper ones did for some reason, and the WiFi connection was very unstable or slow. Overall it's the price for us that we didn't like.

I like the food, didn’t disappoint me and my husband.

(1) The water is a brownish like rust color, and (2) the time of breakfast should be atleast an hour earlier especially for us who has earlier business to attend to, and kaya siguro ganun na rin kacrowded tapos tumatagal na yung waiting time to serve the food. (3) Dapat per guest room may meal plan each day na sila (to call nalang yung guest kung papaprepare na) para maserve nalang din agad yung food.

We stayed in the hotel for 2 days and availed the KTV as well for family gatherings on our first day of our stay and at first they offered the cheapest KTV room which only good for 8-10 persons they said which I am looking for the biggest one but they said it’s all fully booked already.But as soon as my family started coming they’re waiting for our order and of our I limit what I invited because of the capacity limit they said for our reservation.As I started ordering foods they said they could move us to the biggest area and I started wondering as they said it’s already fully booked.Went to our room for a bit and when I came back my sibling was already transferred to a bigger place.I said to the staff

BREAKFAST WAS GOOD, SOME SERVERS LACKED PROPER TRAINING IN SERVICE FOR CUSTOMERS REQUIREMENTS. I would order tea and a teapot was brought to the table....but no cream or sugar.

service at breakfast, servers very young and would congregate in one spot and discuss the previous nights happenings...loudly. Not the best scenario...also a few of the tables were unstable, small factors like this need addressing otherwise a very pleasant stay.

Star plaza is an older hotel that is located right on a busy and noisy street. It is also next to a river that has gotten worst since my last stay there 20 years ago. It was hard to stay on the balcony because of the smell. The water coming out of the bathroom faucet smelled and is definitely not suitable to drinking. The water pressure is low on the shower. Breakfast menu needs to be revised to give more options to pick from and not have the same exact things every morning. The AC was not strong enough that I had to borrow a fan for the whole stay. Sometimes the front desk would answer and sometimes they don't. Honestly if not for convenience of where the wedding would be, I would never stay in this hotel again.

The hotel is outdated. The elevators are not well ventilated.

Very old facilities that felt dirty in areas like the bathroom. Breakfast was mediocre and the air conditioning was very noisy.

This was our 6th stay and we intend to make it a more regular place to visit as we have retired. Previously we found that we had to drive out to find good eateries but recent developments have led to multiple options close by.

Went to the resto on 2nd floor and sat on one of the tables. Been there for 5 mins but no one asked me on my orders. Staff just passed by me. So I left and just bought balut downstairs (no nearby eateries or 7-11.)

Will not book again.

Professional and courteous staff. Really good restaurant on property. Cleanliness of the room and common areas and accessibility to commercial areas. Will definitely be coming back. 5 Star!
