Estado al recibir el departamento, pisos de madera muy deteriorado, falta de una cortina y tierra acumulada de mucho tiempo en las persianas. Ofrece la opción de desayuno, pero no aclaran que es en otro lugar a l50 metros.

Los ascensores En el Edifico del departamento solo funcionaba 1 solo ascensor y era muy difícil lograr subir porque siempre había mucha gente que se acumulaba en todos los pisos . Y en el Edificio gran vía 42 también ocurrió lo mismo algunos días, realmente eso me pareció muy poco confortable. Por otro lado, sugerimos que se pueda entregar 2 llaves , siendo 4 personas se dificulta moverse de manera independiente.

Unica difficoltà è che la camera si trovava in una struttura diversa rispetto a quella dove era presente la reception, e che quindi era necessario uscire per fare tutto (colazione, richiesta di coperte aggiuntive per la camera, etc...) Colazione stupenda.
Abbiamo richiesto due coperte in più perchè avevamo freddo e siamo dovuti andare noi fisicamente a prenderle nella struttura dove si trovava la reception e le abbiamo portate noi in camera.

Reviewed Feb 24, 2026La atención del personal fue excelente desde el primer momento: amables, cercanos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar, con explicaciones claras y una atención muy correcta en todo momento. El apartamento coincidía al 100 % con las fotografías y la descripción, algo que se agradece mucho. Destacar especialmente la limpieza, y la ubicación, inmejorable, en pleno centro de Madrid. Ideal para hacer turismo. Además, tienen consigna que facilita todo mucho si quieres aprovechar aún más los días de entrada y salida.
Como punto a mejorar, el horario de entrada y salida, cada vez más habitual en muchos alojamientos: entrada a partir de las 15:00 y salida a las 11:00, cobrando el día completo. Sería un detalle a tener en cuenta para mejorar aún más la experiencia.

Reviewed Dec 25, 2025La ubicación es perfecta, en plena Gran Vía de Madrid, junto a Callao. Apartamento ordenador y limpio. Tanto la cama como el sofá cama eran cómodos y se dormía muy bien. El personal muy amable. Se sentía acogedor, repetiría sin duda. :)
Lo único el secador que no funcionaba, lo que ya avisamos al personal y sin problema. Y la puerta al entrar al apartamento se atascaba. Pero aún así no es ninguna pega, solo pequeños detalles a mejorar.

We were very surprised to find that the hotel has different buildings, and our room was located in a building with no reception. We had to go by ourselves to check in and pick up the key, which was very inconvenient. Additionally, no one came to clean the room or even take out the garbage during our stay. This lack of basic service was extremely disappointing and does not meet the standards we expected.

Reviewed Oct 20, 2025Excelente ubicación junto a la Gran Vía. Apartamento suficientemente amplio para tres personas. Detalle de bandeja de quesos en la llegada. Camas cómodas, incluso el sofá cama, bastante decente para dormir.
Cero insonorización, por lo que se oye absolutamente todo el ruido de esas calles (gente, tráfico etc.) y es complicado descansar. El apartamento es bonito, estéticamente hablando, pero los materiales y los muebles son de una calidad muy básica y ya está todo bastante destartalado por el uso. Sería de agradecer algún espejo más en el apartamento, además del del lavabo en el baño (que, como es habitual, tiene una luz horrible para arreglarse). En todo caso, lo peor es pagar 350€ por la reserva de alojamientos de los que, cada vez, se puede disfrutar menos tiempo, ya que el check in es a las 15:00 de la tarde y el check out a las 11:00 de la mañana.

Reviewed Oct 11, 2025Locație foarte bună, pe una dintre străzile principale ale orașului, cu mic dejun excelent, cu posibilitatea de a alege meniuri diferite în plus față de ce se oferă în mod obișnuit, cu un personal eficient. Parcarea este situată sub clădire, automată, etajată. Multiple posibilități de deplasare.
Apartamentul este vechi, nemodernizat, situat într-o lacație diferită de cea a recepției. (Toate apartamentele locației aveau card de intrare, al nostru cheie clasică, fizică...) Același lucru se întâmplă cu micul dejun, care se servește la etajul 10 al recepției (apartamentul era la nr. 48 al străzii, iar recepția și micul dejun la nr. 42!). Parcarea era 39 euro dacă nu aveai ștampila hotelului pe cardul de intrare. Cu ștampila, 30 euro pe zi!

Reviewed May 9, 2025The flat was clean. They left us a nice bottle of wine and wine glasses. Check-out was easy and the location was great! They also held all our luggage on the first and last day so we didn't have to lug it around.
Checking in took forever!! We didn't get our room key until closer to 4:30. The flat is 48 Gran Via, but you check in at 42. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable. The flat was cold. The beds only have a sheet - no comforter or duvet. Since it's on Gran Via, it's very noisy and construction starts at 6 am.

However, due to the location in a very busy area of town, some sound still managed to come inside. This is a price you pay for the great location. Overall, a decent hotel at a great location.

Pool was closed as of 16th September when we clearly asked previously and were told it was open until October. Also there appears to be some conflict between agencies as when we booked it is handled by other parties and not the actual reception at the property. So any issues they did not want to know and just kept referring us back to were we picked the keys up from. Our safe was not working,a number of lights not working and the kitchen extractor hood had been disconnected. Also quite hard beds. A very noisy location.

The location was excellent, right outside a metro stop, and very central. The apartment was great - well équipes and a pretty high end finish. The double bedroom sofa bed worked well for us. The roof top pool although small had incredible views and the roof top lounge area was a great place to chill out.

Had a problem at check in with the room that I had reserved not being available, but this was resolved the following day. Staff was pleasant and professional. Room was modern and very clean, bed comfortable. Sofa in bad shape and needs to be updated immediately, but the rest of the apartment was excellent. Construction in the hallway during the last day of my stay was somewhat bothersome but completed in a timely fashion. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Gran Via is a busy shopping street; convenient. The apartment is very clean and spacious - very helpful staff, booking Flamingo dance for us and lend the travel card for us.

Reviewed Feb 17, 2020Fantastic location! Almost everything was within walking distance. The rooms were impeccable for a four star rental. We did run into some problems here and there at Gran Via but luckily their friendly staff were kind enough to attend to our needs almost immediately. That's the great thing about this service apartment, it's almost hotel-like in the sense that they have a 24 hour front desk with staff ever--ready to help. Big thank you to Reydel and Alberto for so kindly looking into our needs. Will definitely stay here again!

Reviewed Dec 15, 2019Our stay was for a small vacation. The staff where pleasant but very busy and unable to give affective personal attention. We arrived early and where unable to check in. So we left our luggage to be stored and our phone number, to be contacted if we could check in early. We went back at check in time to find our luggage in the middle of the hallway unattended. Fortunately nothing was stolen. One elevator was broke. The apartment was clean but very hot. Service was called and where unable to fix the problem. The front desk was able to regulate the temperature manually but the apartment stayed very warm. The hotel was very noisy. Also the noise from outside was very loud the entire night. At check out we told the front staff that we ordered a taxi to the airport. When the driver arrived they told him they had no idea who ordered a taxi. I was fortunate to see him arrive and stop him before he left. Other wise we would have missed our flight. So over all nice clean place but don't look for A plus service.
