Reviewed Jul 4, 2022Bathtub was so narrow that I could not stand in it with comfort. Water temperature while taking a shower was constantly boiling and freezing every 15 seconds that I could not take a shower in my room. To have wifi in room, you should pay 2 Euro/n!!!!! To use safe in room, you should pay too.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2018All inclusive holiday should be ALL INCLUSIVE. I shouldn’t really be paying for towel exchange, Safe in room, jacuzzi, snooker table, orange juice, ice cream. If it’s all inclusive, it should be all included. A 5 star hotel should have more air conditioning in there lobby area and in there restaurant area.
