Hacia mucho frio ,no se podia quitar el aire acondicionado, tuve que abrir las ventanas con el ruido que había en la calle, no pude dormir.

Зручне розташування, близько центральта вклиця Рамбла, Готичний квартал, пляж. Досить чисто, привітний персонал.

У номері не працював кондиціонер, холодильник, вирішити це питання персонал намагався, але не вирішив. В таку жарку погоду це досить некомфортно. Але готель зробив через це знижку на проживання.

Pas de climatisation. Les deux premières nuits la climatisation fonctionnait normalement, mais la dernière nuit ne fonctionnait pas, j'ai prévenu le personnel du jour elle n'as meme pas vérifier elle a juste dit qu'il fonctionnait alors que non ! Les deux premières nuits la climatisation fesait du bruit et donnait de l'air, la dernière nuit rien ! Il fesait super chaud dans la chambre je n'ai pas pu dormir ça a gâché et ruiné mon séjour. J'ai tout essayer pour la rallumer, rien ! Je ne sais pas si c'est eux qui l'ont éteint pour économiser, reste à savoir, de toute façon je n'ai pas eu de clim. La photo à été prise à mon entrée dans la la chambre pour cette nuit donc la nuit il fesait beaucoup plus chaud que ça ! Salle de bain : Baignoire vide l’eau trop lentement, très difficile de se doucher. Taille : Chambre très petite Lit très petit je ne suis pas grand mais je ne rentrais pas dans le lit. Cartier : Cartier très dangereux et super sale, les odeurs... Rapport qualité / prix : à cette qualité la nuit ne doit pas dépasser les 50€ ~ 60€ meme pendant la période estivale. J'ai payé presque 120€ la nuit ! Ça ne vaut pas le coup.

Ik heb 3 x aangegeven dat m’n airco niet werkte omdat het bedieningspaneel stuk was. Ze hebben t niet kunnen maken gedurende mijn verblijf - dat was een beetje jammer.

Aucun parking disponible , système climatiseur fonctionne presque pas dans la chambre j’ai demandé à l’accueil la dame elle est monté pour vérifier mais elle à pas compris on est dormi avec ventilateur,je ne recommande pas du tout.

No es moderno, estamos en verano en europa y el aire acondicinado de la habitacion no funcionaba, estaba mas frio los pasillos del hotel que mi habitacion, solicite que me cambiaran de habitacion o me dieran una compensacion por la noche y apenas se me acredito 10 euros lo cual me parece bastante incomprensible para dormir muy mal debido a esto y mal servicio al cliente, la muchacha llego con un ventilador y riendose me dijo que usara em ventilador. Creo que las descripciones deben ser reales de los hoteles y si tienen un problema aclararlo antes de que uno llegue al hotel e instalarse o comunicarlo en la recepcion lo cual tampoco lo hicieron

V hotelu Alba smo bivali od 24. do 28. junija 2026 in na žalost je bila naša izkušnja na več ravneh zelo razočarajoča. Prvič, rezervirali smo prek Booking.com, Na recepciji so nam dodatno zaračunali mestno takso 42 Eur. Ta strošek ni bil predhodno razkrit in se je zdel zavajajoč in nepregleden. Drugič, razmere v sobi so bile daleč pod tistim, kar smatramo za osnovni standard udobja. Dobili smo sobo 403,, kjer ni bilo zraka, klima NI DELOVALA, temperatura v sobi 30 °C stopinj in več. To smo se prijavili recepciji, vendar zadeve niso hoteli ali želeli rešiti, Celotno bivanje v sobi ni bilo mogoče. tako da smo morali imeti odprta vrata sobe, da je prihajal zrak iz skupnih prostorov hotela. Sobe nimajo nastavljive klimatske naprave, zato sem se zbujal poten v sobi, kjer je bilo preko 28 °C ponoči !! Na recepciji smo večkrat vprašali, ali jo je mogoče popraviti klimo, in dali so nam ventilator iz 80-ih, ki je zvenel, kot da bo vsak čas eksplodiral, nisem mogel spati z njim. Tudi hladilnik v sobi ni deloval. Nenazadnje je bila čistoča sobe nesprejemljiva. V hladilniku, na cevi tuša in na delih stene v prostoru za tuširanje je bila vidna plesen, kar je očitna higienska težava in nam je med bivanjem povzročalo veliko nelagodje pri uporabi kopalnice in hladilnika. Lokacija hotela je tako nevarna in celotno območje smrdi po urinu/odpadkih. Tudi kopalnice smrdijo po urinu. Čeprav je območje v središču mesta, so ulice ob hotelu očitno rdeča četrt in povsod so smeti. Tukaj se nisem počutil varno. Glede na ceno bi pričakoval boljše udobje. Tega hotela ne moremo priporočiti in se tukaj ne bi več odločili za bivanje. BOOKING z navedenim hotelom zavaja potrošnike.

Perfect and professional staff during my stay from 16–18 June 2026.

However, the Wi-Fi signal did not reach my room properly on the 4th floor, and whenever it connected, the internet speed was very weak.

- The service from the morning receptionist was especially bad. He was unfriendly and unwelcoming. - The rooms are loud, you can hear everything your neighbours do, you can hear the steps, the conversations, and even the toilet flushing. There was a very loud constant banging noise from the upstairs neighbours until about 1am. We woke up the next day exhausted. I wouldn’t recommend it

El servicio, los comentarios de hace 3 años que dicen “no funciona el aire” ellos siguen sin arreglarlo, el baño huele mal y hay bichos, zona muy insegura

The bed was decently comfy.

There were hairs all over the floor, no bin in the room, the bathroom fan stayed on for ages after the light was turn off.

Hotel liegt parallel zum Rotlichtmilieu. Unangenehme Nachbarschaft. Auf gesammtfläche von Rambla werden Baumaßnahmen geführt: Staub, Lärm... Darüber hinaus, gab es im Hotelzimmer einen Vorfall: Ammoniak Flüssigkeit im Kühlschrank, was zum extremen Geruch, Augenreiz und Atemnot führte. Hotel Mitarbeiter hatte jedoch sofort ein anderes Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt jedoch war es Unangenehme Situation. Darauf hin folgte seine Bemerkung: ihn treffe es keine Schuld. Ich möchte hiermit Rückerstattung für 4 Nächte bekommen! Fazit: treffen Sie eine andere Wahl des Hotels.

Somente a internet não funcionava.

Exceptional staff: Genuinely one of the best hotel teams I've come across. Responsive, multilingual, and incredibly accommodating. They allowed an early check-in when we arrived exhausted, and held our bags after checkout without hesitation. Reception is staffed 24/7, which makes a real difference. Unbeatable location: Right next to Las Ramblas, surrounded by restaurants and plenty to explore on foot. Comfortable and well-equipped room: Spacious, with everything you'd need: comfortable beds, mini fridge, TV, and toiletries provided.

AC controls unclear: We couldn't figure out how to operate the air conditioning properly, it kept changing from the temperature we were trying to set. Bathroom accessibility: The toilet area has a raised tub, which could be an issue for guests with mobility difficulties. Noise at night: You're in the heart of Barcelona's nightlife, so expect some street noise after dark. Not the hotel's fault, just worth knowing before you book.

The Hotel is close to the city center, however it is located in an area which does not make you feel very comfortable and safe if you’re going out during the night. The staff was polite and respectful.

The room looks totally different from the posted pictures. It might be necessary for some renovations, considering that are other hotels within the area, on the same budget, which are looking far superior.

Ich konnte nicht in die Unterkunft, da man die Unterkunft storniert hat und mein Geld habe ich auch nicht zurück bekommen. Es waren bei nahe 400.- Euro. Ich musste eine neue Unterkunft suchen. Nie wieder dieses Hotel!!

We stayed at this hotel from February 24 to 28. According to a local taxi driver, the hotel is located on one of the worst streets in Barcelona, where there are many homeless people and drug addicts, so it is not safe to walk there in the evening. The next day was my birthday and my friend’s birthday. We hoped for at least a small compliment from the hotel, but the staff simply said that they do not provide anything like that. This was very disappointing. What upset us the most was that when we booked the hotel through Booking, it was stated that an airport taxi transfer was included. However, on the day of our arrival the hotel informed us that there would be no taxi. We also had to pay the tourist tax twice. In addition, there were problems with the water. We were very disappointed and would not recommend this hotel.
