The location of the hotel was good. The breakfast was also good, and the staff in the breakfast area were friendly and provided good service. However, the friendliness and helpfulness of the rest of the staff were not up to standard one would expect. On our first evening, a waiter brought a complimentary bowl of fruit to our room at 9;30 pm. While the gesture was appreciated, the timing was inappropriate, paticularly at that time of the evening.

The room itself felt tired and dated, and the shower head was not functioning properly and was rusty. Overall, the room was certainly not up to the standard we expected from a “Junior Suite”. When paying more for a Junior Suite than for a standard room, one naturally expects a higher level of quality, comfort and service. There were also dirty marks on the floor, which I reported to reception the following day.

Rapport qualité-prix. 650 Euros/nuit (sans déjeuner) n'est pas justifié pour cet hôtel. L'hôtel est très bien, le personnel sympa, mais ne devrait pas être au-dessus de 200-250 Euros/nuit. Infrastructure de charge de voitures en panne (bien que nous ayons envoyé trois mails préalablement pour les avertir que nous avions vraiment besoin de charger en arrivant). Ce n'est pas acceptable à ce niveau de prix.

Well located to major attractions yet away from tourist hoards. I requested a fruit platter for breakfast rather than à la carte or buffet. They prepared a great fruit platter.

Lighting in room slightly poor. Lack of storage .Roof bar booking system not clear and staff up there told us different things relating to booking. Also they were not clear about the drinks packages , yes we booked the Aperivo package - but it was not totally clear re drinks, we will told 2 different things by 2 different staff,and one keep talking about happy hour ? Not mentioned on menu. We did feel that as hotel guests we should have been given an opportunity to use without necessarily booking everything. It definitely seems geared up for the general public rather than hotel guests.could be improved.

I loved the location; it was easy to get to Milan's main sights, and the restaurant/bar had an amazing view. The rooms were spacious and well kept. The ability to get a private car to the airport was a plus.

1. 밀라노 모두가 그런지는 모르겠는데 도시세가 인당, 박당 10유로 정도 함 (다른 도시는 이정도는 아니였음) 2. 저는 나쁘지 않은 가격에 예약했지만, 요새 찾아보니 박당 80만원도 종종 보이는데, 이 가격주고 갈정도는 아니라고 생각합니다.

Perfect location! Main attractions all within walking distance. The view from the roof top bar was incredible! The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The bed was very comfortable, room was clean and quiet. And the breakfast buffet was delicious offering so many choices- one of the best I've had. I would highly recommend and will definitely book again the next time I'm in Milan.

Locatia, destul de aproape de Dom, intr-o zona linistita dar in reconstructie! Personalul foarte amabil. Temperatura in hotel, foarte racoroasa, perfecta pentru caldura de afara. Camera mare si confortabila!

Parcarea foarte ingusta nu era la hotel, era undeva in apropiere, dar stiam asta! Daca vrei sa pleci zilnic cu masina e un inconvenient! Am stat la restaurantul de pe acoperis 15 min in care nu ne-a bagat nimeni in seama, desi am foat condusi la masa pentru a comanda un desert si ceva de baut, dupa care am plecat nervosi si dezamagiti!!!

Great value - amazing location. Decent sized room. Enjoyed the hotel and wonderful breakfast selection.

The female maître d'/greeter at the roof top bar/restaurant was arrogant and rude. I had booked a table 2 months in advance to ensure a table with a view but when we arrived, there was no system for bookings. A couple with no reservation who just happened to get out of the lift ahead of us were shown to a table with a view. We were just dumped on a tiny table and ignored. Would definitely not recommend the rooftop bar, it is nothing special although the maître d' seems to think she is.

The Roof top restaurant was very nice but the don’t know how to make a Wienerschnitzel,what I got was half a something so big with a big bone plus it was so chewy to bite not good o did not eat mine very disappointed the man in charge was very accommodating,very nice and patient.

bathroom had mould . also water pressure was very low made it difficulut for a simple shower.Also lots of noise due to next room tradies work and drilling.

The view from the window was beautiful, which was definitely a positive aspect of the stay However, the lack of cleanliness took away from the overall experience

We stayed at Casa Giulia for two nights during my birthday trip. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the apartment was disappointing. When we arrived, the bedding appeared to have been changed, but there were black hairs in the bed. The floors had not been properly cleaned or vacuumed, and there were food crumbs on the table and on the floor. I had to vacuum the apartment myself, which was very disappointing, especially as we were only staying for two nights and I expected the apartment to be clean and ready for our arrival.

This was one of the largest and most luxurious rooms we stayed in during our week in Italy for a four star hotel. Wonderful, spacious, clean, and the bathroom was luxurious! The air conditioning was excellent even by US standards, for a 95 degree week! The staff was courteous and professional.

Muito bem localizado, perto da praça do Duomo. Staff todo solicito e instalaçoes boas. Possui um ATM para uso dentro do hotel. Quarto era maior do que eu esperava. Ótimo custo-benefício, voltaria com certeza. Não tomei o café na manha para opinar sobre isto.

Very well located and close to everything which was very convenient. Room very spacious and clean and beds were very comfortable.

The shower door was very squeaky when opening. Also, it had an awkward position because it opened outwards. This meant we had to put the mat on the side, and the towels or bathrobes were out of reach when coming out of the shower."

אין אוכל בגג אחרי 23:00 למרות שבקבלה אומרים שהגג פתוח עד 1 בלילה אז אם רעבים ניתן להשתמש בזה. לכן סמכנו על מה שאמרו לנו וכשעשינו סיבוב והכל נסגר מוקדם הרשינו לעצמנו לא לאכול כי ידענו שיש לנו אופציה בחלון שבסוף לא קרתה . הלכנו לישון רעבים וחבל שהמלון הציג את השירות הזה בצורה שגויה.

Room was spotless, Breakfast we had a full range to choose from just a great variety, Location was excellent we were just far enough away from the Cathedral which was chaotic. Staff were excellent very friendly and professional in every way. The Roof Top Restaurant simply wonderful.

O hotel fica bem próximo de lugares de interesse, fica no centro histórico. É possível conhecer tudo caminhando. O restaurante, no roof top, tem uma visão muito bonita de toda a cidade, a comida é boa mas o atendimento é priorizado na parte externa, quem optar pelo ambiente com ar refrigerado, vai ficar horas sem ser atendido.

Este hotel está classificado como 4 estrelas, mas... Estávamos viajando de carro, escolhemos este hotel porque dizia ter estacionamento, só que não falavam que o prédio ficava a duas quadras do hotel e que não tinha valet, ou seja, é o próprio hóspede que tem que guardar ou buscar o seu carro faça chuva ou faça sol. O hotel fica no centro, e em uma rua movimentada, quando o hospede chega, ou vai embora, não encontra lugar para parar o carro e descer, ou subir as malas, também não tem um valet para ajudar. Sobre o quarto, é amplo e confortável, mas não tem armário ou gavetas, as roupas precisam ficar nas malas ou em um varão no meio do quarto. O banheiro é grande, bonito, moderno, só que não tem bancada, só uma pia, para colocar uma necessaire precisei levar uma mesa do quarto para dentro do banheiro.

Just how the staff cooperate

Very disappointing. The hotel is nothing like what was advertised and is definitely not worth the high price. The room was old and not very clean, the bathroom had a sewage smell, and the air conditioning barely worked despite reporting it several times. The only positive was the friendly and helpful staff. The location is also farther than expected and requires a lot of walking. I would not recommend this hotel, especially considering the price.

Excellent petit-déjeuner buffet, avec des fruits et des jus de fruits frais, ainsi que des gâteaux faits maisons et un choix multiple pour bien commencer la journée avant la visite de la ville. La chambre avait un très grand lit, ainsi qu'un petit balcon qui donnait sur la rue principale, où transitent de nombreux trams. Lors de notre séjour il faisait si chaud, que nous avons surtout apprécié la terrasse avec ses zones à l'abri du soleil, en haut de l'hôtel dans le restaurant principal, avec une vue magnifique sur la ville. Les menus sont excellents, avec un service très attentionné et une ambiance vraiment très agréable, à ne pas manquer lors de votre séjour. La réservation des tables est possible seulement une semaine avant votre arrivée. A savoir, afin de vous garantir une belle place sur la terrasse, surtout durant la période estivale.

Vérifiez que la porte fenêtre sur le balcon ferme correctement, car cela avait engendré un peu plus de bruit venant de la rue principale lors de notre séjour.

Les oreillers très bof. Ma compagne a eu mal au cou. Le parfum beaucoup trop fort du gel douche et du savon. La bouilloire en chambre qu'il a fallu déplacer pour trouver une prise où la brancher. La qualité des produits du petit déjeuner pas suffisamment qualitative pour un 4 étoiles.

This was a great hotel choice for us and a lovely air-conditioned refuge for us during a heat wave. It's only a few blocks from the Duomo and within easy walking distance of other attractions. It has a lovely rooftop bar and restaurant. We also enjoyed the lobby bar and it's pleasant bartender, Francesco. The rooms were clean and very well-appointed. Reception staff was very helpful.

Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Gut gefallen hat uns auch das grosse Badezimmer. Das Frühstücksbuffet war äusserst vielfältig.

The Square Duomo is centrally located in Milan with many of Milan's key attractions within walking distance. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms are spacious and well appointed. It was surrounded by some great cafes and restaurants. We loved our stay at The Square Milano Duomo!
