Located near the Dragon beach, walking distance to alot of famous restaurants. A spa/massage parlour located at the same building itself, very convenient. Full amenities. Friendly housekeeping staffs.

Window room but no view. Be sure to check with the staff first if you are expecting to watch the dragon bridge from the room. Flipped the blanket, saw stains and hairs on the bed, need to improve on cleanliness.

Die Lage ist hervorragend, man kann zu Fuß alles Wichtige erreichen und vom Balkon genießt man die Sicht auf die "Drachenbrücke".

Das Personal spricht kaum Englisch und ist nicht sehr serviceorientiert. Die WC-Brille war nicht richtig befestigt und wackelig.

I loved the location of the hotel. Facilities I did not use them all for example I did not go to the spa or having a massage so I can’t say how the service was. But overall for the price the room was fine for us. Our AC leaked and we reported it immediately, the staff was really helpful and fixed the leaked AC immediately.

I wanted to upload pictures but Booking gave me error messages when uploading pictures. Now you only see one picture from a dish I’ve ordered from the restaurant next to the hotel.

Great clean stay with a nice view! ⭐️⭐️⭐️ The room was clean and comfortable, and the balcony facing Dragon Bridge was definitely a highlight. We really enjoyed the view, especially at night. Overall, a pleasant stay and a nice place to come home to after exploring the city.

Location was great, staff friendly and older gentleman helping with our bags was always smiling.

Bed was very hard for my liking, hubby was fine. They did add an extra topper on but this did not help.

Good location to the Dragon bridge and market. Lots of eateries close by. Staff at reception were not that friendly until they asked me to rate them a 10. Rooms were tired and some of the furniture was grubby

Location, river view specially on the night, quiet and away from noise and parties (my room was on 6th floor),.

My only takes is the curtains are small and they don't block the sunlight in the morning, whenever sun rise you will wake up automatically.

Nhân viên ngơ ngáo từ lễ tân tới buồng phòng. Buồng phòng mở cửa vào dọn vệ sinh trong khi trong phòng có người. Bấm chuông xong không bao nhiêu lâu là vào luôn, khách không có thời gian mặc quần áo. Rất bực mình, đây là vấn đề nhạy cảm. Khách sạn không có tấm biển không làm phiền để treo trước cửa. Dưới sảnh chờ của khách sạn thì ly nước trà bẩn, hằn dấu son của khách trước, ly không rửa hoặc rửa ẩu nên mới vậy. Không quay lại vào lần sau.

The location is steps from the best restaurant in town, the view of the dragon bridge from balcony was incredible. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and quiet

Location was great and good views of river and dragon bridge

Shower was small and you could barely fit and close the shower door. Shower rose was nearly falling off wall.

Everything is great. The service at the front desk is very considerate.

This was our second stay and we were okay. We were informed ahead that we will be staying in a room without a window, which is fine because it was just a one night stay.

Unlike our first 2 nights where we were given a room on the 8th floor, this time it was on the second floor which has more rooms. What we didn't like was the noise. We don't mind not having a window but our rest and sleep were disrupted by very noisy guests from other rooms. They were mindlessly slamming their doors, talking loudly and moving along the corridors as if they were the only guests. Not to mention the cleaning staff were noisy as well because unfortunately our room was near the storage room. We spent the next day having a slight headache from disrupted sleep. I hope the management can do something about this by posting signage or notice for all guests to keep quiet and be mindful of others.

Superb location and one of the most comforting beds. Nice view of the bridge and the city.

There was no drain on the separate toilet area.

Le rapport qualité/prix, le calme d'une chambre sans fenêtre - eh oui, ça peut avoir aussi des avantage- le personnel sympathique.

Location, staff and spa services

Bedroom was of very poor quality. No windows, shower water was barely warm. Shower head didn't swivel so it hung horizontal upright.

Great location.

Old property that needs some TLC and/or updates. The shower especially is falling apart in room 301. Shower hose does not work properly and there is black mould in the tub. Could be loud and noise if you are a light sleeper and your room faces the Main Street.

Die Lage ist super, direkt in der Nähe von der Dragon Bridge und am Wasser. Das Zimmer ist okay, insbesondere, wenn man den niedrigen Preis beachtet.

Die Zimmer sind relativ hellhörig. Als ich in das Zimmer gekommen bin hat es leider extrem unangenehm gerochen. Jedoch hat das Zimmer ein Fenster was man öffnen kann und somit konnte ich die Räumlichkeit etwas durchlüften. Insgesamt würde ich jedoch nicht noch mal in diesem Hotel übernachten.

Very helpful staff! Right in the heart of Da Nang!

Nothing really. It was a creepy, old hotel and looks nothing like the photo. Albeit, I got the windowless room but there is a window and the crack between the curtain peers into the hallway as pictured. If you don’t tuck the curtain in, people could technically peer in and watch you sleeping. There were literal hairs and a red stain on the bedding and hairs in the sink, so gross. They also offer complimentary water, but it’s not bottled so I have no idea where the water is actually from - could be fresh, could be from the sink. There is also mold in the sink. The only thing good is the location bc it’s right by the market, but would NEVER stay here again.

Everything. Bedding was uncomfortable too. Overall, NOT a place to feel relaxed from the buzzing streets of Da Nang.

The room was comfortable and the location is really good.

The in room storage is very limited, it was ok for us as we were only there for 1 night but if staying longer it might get annoying. The wi-fi is very bad and often disconnects. Also the balcony door did not lock, not too much of an issue but something to be aware of.

River view was amazing, staff was friendly.

hot water came for a limited time after 3 minute of shower water turned cold. rest I love the place.

A small problem that isn’t enough hot water to take a bath

Le personnel était très gentil. Les employés sont réactifs sur WhatsApp et ils ont accepté de garder notre valise après le check out. Des équipements étaient proposés dans la salle de bain (brosses à dents, peigne, savons,...). L'emplacement était bien !

Le lit/matelas était vraiment très dur. Le matelas était aussi dur que du bois. Les chambres sont très mal insonorisées, nous avons été réveillées à de nombreuses reprises par des voisins, des personnes passant dans le couloir, des travaux (qui commencent à 6h parfois). Pour un hôtel, on cherche à pouvoir dormir correctement, ce qui n'a pas été le cas ici ... Le linge de lits et les serviettes étaient sales, avec des grosses tâches et des cheveux. Il y a un coussin jaune sur chaque lit, plein de poussières et sûrement jamais lavé. La salle de bain était pleine d'humidité, les rideaux de douche avaient du moisi. La chambre devrait être remise à niveau. Cela ne ressemblait plus beaucoup aux photos. Il y avait des fenêtres mais celles-ci donnaient sur des chantiers.

The service was actually good. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. One big plus was that we were allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel after checking out, which was really convenient and appreciated.

Unfortunately, the room was not clean at all. There were visible black hairs on the floor and even on the bed, which was very unpleasant. The bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned either the shower and especially the drain were dirty. The air conditioning did work eventually, but it took a long time to cool the room and never really got very cold. Also, the photos online don’t reflect the actual room it looked much better in the pictures than in real life.
