Break fast need to be improve no bacon no sausage in breakfast menus that’s boring

Our stay at the lodge was wonderful. Access to the property is such that we feel safe together with our belongings. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately for three days I was without air conditioning due to power failure

Request for early check in was met with kindness as had just arrived on a flight from JNB and exhausted from the heat ... guest service

It was disappointing more especially with the fact that we intended to have a dinner in the lodge but the circumstances didn't allow us. We were told that the food was prepared for the group that was booked there...for us, this implied that we were less important than the group that was booked-in that same day. Then we opted to order from the Menu by contacting the reception, we were then told that we must come to the reception to order...for me this defeat ed the purpose of being in a Hotel/Lodge environment where you want to rest and relax. We ended up going somewhere else to get something to eat... Please forgive me for my ignorance if this is how your lodge operates...maybe we should have done a bit of a research...but it was a very disappointing night for us. we ended up leaving the Lodge at around 23h00 and went back home because we didn't see the need to remain there.

My stay was wonderful

We are very happy with the road lodge except the sheets were not clearly not washed or changed. We were itching the whole night and had dust mites type of bites. You could smell the previous person that stayed there on the pillow case. The rest of of the stay was very good as usual.

The Lodge was good , room was clean, the staff not so friendly, did not advise that while i was waiting for check In, to sit in the foyer , the coffee machine was not pointed out , the vendor machine did not accept certain notes, had to buy coke from the reception desk. The noise from the other guests was terrible, doors making noises, people talking loud till early hours of the ,morning,It was a Thursday night so i dont understand why this could not be controlled by your staff, we did not have a peaceful night at all...No Laundry bag was issued , had to request..

the rooms are small and the bedding was worse it just crashed my night, the hotel room was nothing compared to pictures i saw on the website so i can safely say i was lied to otherwise i was going to book with another hotel, breakfast was not so tasty

We had cold water to shower during our stay.

The tv reception was bad on SABC channels but DSTV Chanel were great

The staff were amazing and very attentive to all needs. The rooms are basic and comfortable. Only downfall is the extractor fans in the restaurant don’t work so well so the rooms on the left hand side of the hotel gets all of the smelly food from the extractor fans in the rooms. That was unpleasant cause you can’t open the windows pool facing for those reasons.

Good day.we were coming from Joburg to Pmb for a wedding .we arrived

There was no Duvet cover just an old blanket which was a bit torn by the ends.

The stay was great, however when enquiring about our next stay - we enquired that we wanted to book a stay in April but for my husband, myself and my 15 year old son. We wanted to know if it is possible to have a room that would sleep the 3 of us but was told that unfortunately the sleeper couch is only available for children under 12. So disappointing that we have to look elsewhere for accomodation

Cleanliness was good.

I was actually out of the hotel for the entire day. I only came back to retire to bed.

We had a great stay. Friendly staff and the place looks well kept. It's a pity that the breakfast was not included in the package. The web mentioned different pricing not the same as we got on our arrival. The amount of breakfast was a bit steep to what was offered. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay and we will call back.

My stay was very comfortable. Staff are courteous and helpful. The room was clean and met my requirements. Will recommend highly.

The COVID-19 compliance was absolutely brilliant and I felt safe. Highlight was the ability to scan in your directory on my phone and read it from there. This is brilliant

We loved the stay at Road Lodge Pmb, the place was very clean and neat. The staff were pleasant and helpful. We did book breakfast but the spread was very disappointing for the price, so I wouldn't recommend it.

The stay was amazing but the attitude of receptionists is not welcoming at all, kindly train them on how to talk to clients, wear a smile, their tone and welcoming language.

The room was ok but very tiny. 8 guess maybe it was because it was my first rime staying in a Rodge Lodge, hence i am not used to such rooms

Place was good overall and rooms very neat. Around 3:30am in the morning there was a slight disturbance, i guess from guests that partied abit too much, but never last long. Breakfast was excellent and had a wide variety. A big thank you to the staff at the kitchen for making us the chicken sausages as we don't eat pork or beef. Just a suggestion to put a sign board to turn right into the road lodge from the road access past the traffic circle, most people might drive right pass it. Most enjoyable stay :)

had to move rooms cause of rebooking , luggage was stored , when I retrieved my luggage my clothes with my suitcase was damp

Only complaint is that the pillows were too soft - a personal preference so not a train smash.

When I checked in reception asked for my ID. I asked to first go to my room and will bring my ID soon thereafter. Reception insisted I first get my ID which was in my car. After a 7 hour trip I needed to go to the toilet urgently. When I had to go back to my car it unfortunately was too late and very embarrassing.

Road Lodge is conveniently located near the center of where Uber will be available. The hotel is clean and the staff friendly. The rooms are small with only outlet to charge devices.

one night stay with simple breakfast being served. although advertised on Hotels.com as bed and breakfast, the rate paid through the website doesn't include breakfast. hotel is clean, with security and quiet.

2 nights with other guests having a parking lot party untill early hours of the morning. It would have been nice if the security or hotel staff asked guests to refrain from drinking and socializing in the parking at night.
