平日なのか混雑感なく、ゆったりと過ごせました。 朝食だけ付けましたが、満足感あり食べ過ぎました！ 空港から近くて便利、次の機会にもお世話になりたいです。

トイレのタンクのレバーの不具合有り。 初めてでしたが、チェックイン時より素足で歩くことを事前に聞いていたら良かった。

静かで落ち着いた雰囲気。 スタッフがとても親切。 食事も美味しい。

部屋のWi-Fiが弱すぎて、繋がらず。テレビも電波の品質が悪すぎて映らないチャンネルがあった。さらにテレビが壁から外れかけていて斜めになっていて危険。

改装した様子も伺えるが空調施設が古すぎるのと脱衣所にエアコンが無くせっかく湯船から上がっても汗だくでどうにもならない。

食事が美味しく、ベッドも快適でよく眠れました。食事は個室になっていて、川に面していたので景色も楽しめました。お風呂も良かったですが、朝は露天風呂どちらも清掃中とあり、お湯が抜かれていたので入れなかったのが残念ではありました。

It feels like staying at your beloved grandma’s house. Putting on samue, soakung in onsen and eating local food. Staff is very friendly and always there to help you.

ご飯がとにかく美味しい！これだけで泊まる価値あります。 お部屋は少し古いけど、温泉とかパウダーエリアは綺麗にされててドライヤーも熱いだけの古いやつとかじゃなく、古さを残しつつ必要なところは新しくされてる、とても素敵な宿でした。 また売店も品揃え多くてとてもよかったです。

この宿のおかげで史上最悪の思い出ができた。予約後、友人の食事制限（豚肉・貝が不可）についてチャットで連絡。返答なし。宿泊直前に再度確認。返答なし。当日、チェックイン時間変更のため電話をし、そこで「予約が1名しか入っていない」と告げられる——2名での食事について問い合わせしていたにもかかわらず、だ。 料金についても電話口で「確認する」と言われたまま、19時の到着時に目の前で初めて告げられた「追加料金7万円」。オンライン決済済みの7.4万円と合わせると14万円超。素泊まり予約で、部屋はベッド2台・布団2セット完備の状態。長時間の移動で疲弊した客にチェックイン時それを初めて提示するのは、意図的な情報隠蔽以外の何ものでもない。「ここはビジネスホテルじゃない」と客に吐き捨てる態度もホテルマンとして違和感を感じた。 翌日の夕食は「返信のないチャットに記載がある」を理由に断られ、フロントから案内された近隣レストランは全店閉店。10時間のハイキング後、徒歩往復40分かけて食事を探す羽目に。チャット無視の理由として繰り返された「バタバタしていた」という言葉が、今も耳に残っている。（対応したスタッフは日本語を話す外国人だったが英語は話せないとのこと）なお水は有料（200円）、2連泊２名にもかかわらず替えのタオルセットは1組のみの支給。 チャットへの無返答、不透明な追加料金、誤った情報案内等——複数の問題が重なった。せめて昼の電話で追加費用について伝えていれば、友人は他の宿泊先を探すこともできたはずだ。この宿は、疲れた旅人の足元を見て7万円を手にした。二度と利用しないし、誰にも勧めない。

温泉がトレッキング後の疲れを癒してくれました。また、お料理がどれも美味しかったです。朝の部屋へ持ち帰れるコーヒーも有り難かった。フェリーのトラブルで延拍しなければならなくなった際もアドバイスまで頂けて心強かったです。感謝❗対応も丁寧でした。今度来る時も利用したいと思います。

The onsen is lovely and the location across from the airport is very convenient if you arrive on an afternoon or evening flight.

It should be clearer in the room description that there are no showers or bathtubs in each room. There is only a sink and toilet plus the beds and a small tatami room.

空港の目の前で立地はとても良かった

The proximity to the airport and the the start/finish line to the Yakushima Eco Ultramarathon.

The strict “no visitors allowed in room” policy as we had friends staying at other locations and wanted to visit with them in the comfort of our room. Also - having to get dinner reservations for the restaurant a day in advance. I don’t eat breakfast, but others in my room did go down for the pre-booked breakfast and I wanted to sit with them and drink coffee but wasn’t allowed in the restaurant at all. None of us were able to use the onsen until after 10pm due to tattoos, so none of did. Still got charged per day, per person a bath charge. Maybe a cultural thing. My apologies is that is the case.

飛行場のすぐ近くで、施設的に大人数対応出来そう。スタッフは気持ちの良い方達でした。

全体的に綺麗にされてますが、一部古さも見られて、部屋はあまり使われていなかったのか小さい虫が出てくるのが嫌でした。

Une nuit dans une chambre standard a été passée. Nous avons dîné et pris le petit déjeuner. Nous avons été surpris par la qualité de l'ensemble : hôtellerie, restauration, onsen. Nous n'avons aucune ombre au tableau. Les repas étaient typiquement Japonais, et nous n'avons pas été déçu, mais au contraire, totalement séduit. Le personnel est d'une grande délicatesse.

Aucune idée ne nous viens, alors s'il faut mettre un commentaire ici, je dirai que les baguettes à table mériteraient d'être de meilleure qualité, au lieu d'utiliser des baguettes que l'on trouve dans les combini.

屋久島空港からも近く、朝食変更やタオル交換などへのホテルスタッフの対応が迅速で良かった

ペアや家族の場合、入浴時間がずれたりするので、ルームキーが複数あると便利

Das Hotel liegt direkt gegenüber vom Flughafen und ist daher sehr gut erreichbar. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit zwei Betten und einem Tatami Bereich das sehr viel Platz bietet.

Das Zimmer lag im hinteren Teil des Hotels und wirkte wie schlecht renoviert. Die Tapete war an vielen Stellen dunkel verfärbt und es wirkte feucht.

フロントの外国人の方がとても親切で丁寧でした。 日本の和の心を理解した接客だと感じました。 食事の配膳の方々も明るくて親切でとても良かったです。 お風呂も食事も最高でした！

コインランドリーをお借りしましたが、砂や埃で少し汚れていました。

Onsen facility is good. Ingredients and contents for Dinner and Breakfast are considered overprice. There is no lift access which is Inconvenient. Staff did not offer to send the luggage to the room.

Lovely helpful staff. Great Onsen. Great location right opposite the airport (no flights at night so I never heard any planes) and next to Toyota rent a car. Price was a bit steep but I booked last minute during golden week and got a huge hut all to myself

The hut smelled of mould when I first checked in and there is mould on the ceiling. However the smell went after airing it during the day and using the air purifier. It was also a little cold at night so I didn’t sleep too well.

Good ryokan, with an excellent location, in front of the airport and with a good onsen. However, the food could be more special given that it is a ryokan. Not bad, but it was not up to my expectations

All the staff is very friendly, and the amenities are also very good. Very cozy environment, excellent food and very good onsen. Even when we left at 4 am for an early hike, the hotel provided a morning meal for pick up. They really focus on omotenashi, that is welcoming the customers! Amazing stay!

The ryokan is just across the road from the airport; it is very convenient to get to. The food is awesome! The staff are very friendly. Also there is a large convenient store 5-10 minutes walk away.

An authentic onsen, at least it felt authentic to me, being no expert of Japanese culture. Traditional rooms, make sure to book one with the bath in the room. It’s not a fancy place, but really enjoyable. It reminded me of school trips, but in a weirdly positive way. The proximity to the airport was not an issue, didn’t hear the planes and there was no irritating traffic. The food was good and supposedly he’s as well. The massage provided on site was excellent as well, especially the gentleman masseuse was very skilled. The onsen is supposed to make you younger three years at every dip. Now I am not sure that actually perspired, but I did feel well rested, much better than when I arrived. I had an excellent experience and really cannot think of any negatives.

The staff were helpful. Most of them didn't speak much English, but we still managed to communicate. I stayed for 5 nights, the last two nights I moved to another room with tatami but no hot spring. The tatami room without hot spring was a lot more noisier. But the room with the hot spring was wonderful. And I appreciate their help with breakfast as I have some diet restrictions and they manage to cooperate with that.

The noise in the tatami room without bathroom was a bit much.

Very nice and helpful staff, very good food, nice onsen and nice rooms. As I am a vegetarian, I also appreciated the care and effort for providing a meal for me.

It was peaceful and calm with really good vibe despite being very close to main road and airport. Staff was exceptionally friendly. We loved dinner on three nights. Each night was different menu of local ingredients beautifully served. The facilities were very clean and it was so relaxing to walk around wearing samue.

Die Unterkunft entspricht einem japanischen Guesthouse und verfügt nur über ein Gemeinschaftsbad. (auf der Expediaseite stand, dass unser Zimmer über eine eigene Dusche verfügt). Die Luft war im Komplex sehr stickig und es roch schimmelig. Wir hatten im Zimmer auch viele dunkle Flecken an den Wänden. Dazu ist es extrem hellhörig. Über uns haben wahrscheinlich Elefanten gewohnt. Ansonsten ist die Anlage gut erreichbar und schön angelegt. Wer abends allerdings außerhalb des Hotels essen möchte, braucht eigentlich ein Auto. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt stimmte für uns das Preisleistungsverhältnis aber nicht.

The location couldn't be better, it is literally across the street from the airport. Bus stops are very plentiful nearby and the hotel staff is very well versed in showing you exactly which buses you need to get to your destination on the island. They are able to call taxis for you if necessary as well. All around wonderful location and very helpful staff!

No ATM was available at the property, or even at the airport. It was difficult to get around because all buses and taxis were cash only. This was not the fault of the hotel at all, but they might consider getting an ATM!

The location is good, the Japanese style room is very nice and we enjoyed the option for Japanese futon. Their futon were very comfortable. Onsen is clean and sauna available too as well as a cold pool. Outdoor onsen had 2 pools to choose from.

Fridge in the room is old and loud. The only hotel during our Japan trip I had to unplug the fridge due to the noise. Onsen opening hours is very limited in the morning - only 6-8am. But check out is 11am. We slept in a little and missed our chance for a morning onsen. Breakfast was average. The rice was yummy. Pickles seemed over processed/coloured/salty. Miso soup is just using dehydrated tofu. Egg seemed to be some reconstituted powder turned into egg. Generally doesn’t feel freshly made except the rice

hotel staffs are very kind and the location was so convenient. Especially one of the staff was so kind that he always open to suggest local spots to visit and these were all so beautiful. (My recommendation was crystal-misaki which was close from the hotel by car). I am just so thankful to the staff all the time (I am so sorry about I didn’t ask him name…,)

I didn’t feel uncomfortable about anything. As a personal opinion, this hotel is just for staying nights, not for hotel stay vacation:) the room is very clean and comfortable but not super luxury.

In general good and fast check-in, just to reminded that their usual practice is collect payment when you check-out, may be it is better to pay in full by card through booking.com to avoid carrying large amount of cash. There were staff at front desk till very late, and they are very helpful, we forgot to turn off the light inside our car once and they informed us about that. To be fair, the price is not cheap but you get what you pay for. We stayed in the room included hot spring inside which located at the end of the long corridor, with a maximum capacity of 5 person. The room is spacious and comfortable, with both Japanese mattress and western style bed in the room. Some Japanese snacks and teas also placed in room for us to enjoy. The housekeeping is just impeccable, not a drop of water or a single hair left behind, and they will replace the hot spring clothes and towel pack everyday. For the hot spring, they have a public bath open till 11pm, and there were both indoor and outdoor areas. There were also a lot of lockers available so I guess their capacity is huge. A washing machine and drying machine (coin machine) also available inside the women public bath area, just perfect that I could do my laundry while enjoying the hot spring. Although the hotel itself is not close to the two town centre and there were not much shops nearby, it is just next to the airport so it still has its advantage. We mainly drive so that the location doesn't matter indeed, the hotel also offers free parking. To conclude, this is an excellent experience. Wish to come back in the future!

it was very conveniently located near the airport and car rentals. The hotel had a nice onsen facility. The room was spacious, we fell asleep with the sound of river behind our window. it was nice to move ariund the hotel barefoot

Nice hotel. Friendly staff, nicely presented dinner. There is a big supermarket 5minutes distance by walking.

We spent 2 nights here at the beginning of March and absolutely loved it. We had two Japanese style rooms (one per person), with Tatami mats on the floor and Futons as a bed. We had a toilet, but a bit strangely no shower, which was not a problem, because in the indoor and outdoor baths, there are good shower facilities. The rooms are a bit small, but totally okay for one person (for two persons it would be a bit crowded). The indoor and outdoor baths are lovely and as usual, separated by gender. We had halfboard included, which was amazing. Dinner is a several courses Kaiseki dinner, and really tasty and diverse. If you dont eat meat, seafood and fish, you will not be happy however. Breakfast is a japanese bento box, and a small buffet. For lunch, you can order a bento box, which we did, and which was very tasty and the best bento box I had so far in 3 trips to Japan. Staff is very friendly, and even if they dont speak much englisch, they really go out of their way to help. The Ryokan is just opposite the small airport, where there is also a bus stop. In easy walking distance there are two supermarkets, and a very good italian restaurants (Il Mare), which make excellent pizza and pasta, using local ingredients like shitake mushrooms and boar meat. The buses run very unfrequently, so you are better off with a rental car. Its excellent value for money, especially if you love japanese food.

5 stars for location at just a minute's walk from the airport.

No shower in the rooms. As we walk barefoot inside the facility, I wish the rooms were at least equipped with a way to wash your feet.

屋久島らしく木を基調とした造りです。大浴場も広く露天風呂もあり快適でした。 次も泊まりたい宿でした。

We stayed 4 nights, and enjoyed Onsen everyday, bento box lunch for our days trips and dinner on 3 nights. Staff were very helpful with ideas to explore the island.

雨が降り出し、空港まで送って頂き、助かりました。
