夕食もとても素晴らしかったです。 4泊すべて夕食付きのプランで宿泊しましたが、毎晩お料理の内容が違い、今日はどんな料理が出てくるのだろうと楽しみになるほどでした。4日間それぞれに工夫があり、本当に驚きました。 今回は、出発前に自分が食べられないものや苦手な食材をホテルにお伝えしていなかったため、食事の際に食べられないものが出てくることもありました。 それでも、スタッフの方にお伝えすると、その都度とても親切に対応してくださり、別のお料理に変更していただきました。 急なお願いにもかかわらず、快く対応してくださったことに本当に感謝しています。 毎日の夕食も、今回の屋久島旅行で楽しみにしていた時間のひとつになりました。美味しいお料理と温かいおもてなしを、ありがとうございました。

Wir konnten die Waschmaschine benutzen, und das Waschmittel war kostenlos. Überbrick aus Zimmer und Restaurant war fantastich! Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Es gab viele verschiedene Gerichte, darunter auch ein japanisches Frühstück. Ich war begeistert, dass es sogar Sashimi zum Frühstück gab.

Die Tatami-Zimmer haben keinen Kaffee und keine Snacks. Zum Frühstuck wäre es für ausländische Gäste schön, wenn es auch etwas Kuchen oder Süßes geben würde.

Fantastic hotel, beautiful location, very comfortable Japanese-style room, if you like futons. Breakfast was excellent, the kaiseki dinner was the best I've had in Japan, a real treat for sashimi lovers. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly. A huge thank you to the lady who helped us find a rental car on July 25th.

A truly luxurious and relaxing experience. Everything exceeded our expectations. The dinner was exceptional, with delicious and well-prepared vegetarian options available. The onsen was perfect, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the hotel also offered rental equipment for hiking and outdoor activities. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it.

距離碼頭只係幾分鐘路程，落船唔需要搭車，拖住個篋行上去就OK。跟住行幾分鐘就有一間超級市場，可以喺嗰度買嘢for第二日行山嘅物資，同埋有兩間大型嘅手信舖，基本上所有手信都可以喺嗰度買，不過酒店都有手信鋪嘅，價錢差唔多。 間房夠大，乾淨，舒服，佢個溫泉雖然冇景，但都舒服，個池夠大。 同埋員工非常之盡責同埋樂意幫助，我有參加一個夜晚睇海龜產卵嘅活動，但因為我無車去唔到參觀地點，佢哋都即刻幫我安排咗交通，同埋經酒店報名屋久島一日巴士遊，直接喺酒店門口上車，完咗直接車你返酒店門口，雖然個團全程講日文，但其實影響不大。酒店有得租行山設施，佢朝頭早六點就可以俾人租，亦可以訂登山便當，非常方便。 早餐非常之豐富同埋好食，有魚生同埋醃漬魚生，可以自製魚生飯，亦都有好多屋久島嘅土產食物，佢哋間Cafe啲麵包係非常好食，早餐都可以食到。一泊二食嘅晚餐都好好食，絕對會食得飽，同埋都可以食到當地嘅土產。

The food is phenomenal. We had a few bad food allergies and the chef was able to accommodate them without affecting the dishes. The local fish is extremely fresh and tasty. The hotel facilities are very modern and beautiful. Views of the mountains were beautiful to wake up to every morning. Location is handy for most things on the island, the bus stop right outside gets you to most places easily.

The rooms are a little older, at least on the mountain view side, but this is a very minor issue.

飯店就在宮之浦港，下高速船對面上坡就到了，很方便，我們住波音日和海景房，陽台看出去海景很棒，還可一面泡澡一面看海，房間非常乾淨舒適，服務員的服務態度都很好，早餐很棒，各種手作麵包和生魚片，晚餐也很棒，很有特色，整體CP值很高

屋久島の縄文杉ツアーのために宿泊しました。 トレッキング用品もホテルでレンタルできることや、登山に必要な朝食や昼食もオーダーできます。 朝食もとても美味しく、屋久島の食材をふんだんに使ったお料理の数々が新鮮で楽しくいただけました。 ツアーのバスもホテルの玄関前に来てくれる点や空港までの送迎もある事、宮之浦港まで徒歩で行ける事もポイントです。 お部屋に靴を乾かす機会があることや、温泉やサウナ、ラウンドリーもあり快適に過ごせました。 ぜひまた屋久島に行く機会があれば利用させていただきたいです。素敵なステイを本当にありがとうございました！

Стильный современный отель, я бы поставила ему 4* по уровню обслуживания. Красивый дизайн в экологическом стиле. Мы взяли номер в японском стиле с видом на горы - прекрасный вид из окна, было приятно сидеть и любоваться горами и окрестностями. Номер чистый, все удобства, футоны мягкие, есть юкаты. В отеле имеется свой онсен с видом на садик, было приятно снять в нем усталость после долгой прогулки. Завтрак выше всяких похвал - очень большой выбор, ассорти свежайших сашими, японские и европейские блюда, напитки. Кайсеки вечером очень вкусное и разнообразное, из местных свежих продуктов, красивая сервировка, было разным оба вечера. В отеле есть свой магазин с множеством интересных локальных сувениров острова Якусима, набрали много подарков родным и друзьям. Внизу работает пекарня со свежей выпечкой, можно выпить кофе. Якусима славится своими лесами и в отеле можно заказать экскурсии по многим маршрутам, бронирование на сайте отеля. Мы взяли индивидуальную экскурсию с гидом, нам очень понравилось - огромные тысячелетние кедры, зеленые старые леса со мхом и красивыми камнями, горные ручейки и водопады, красивейший вид со скалы на окрестности. Кроме того, в отеле есть прокат туристического снаряжения для экскурсии, мы взяли комплект одежды, рюкзак, трекинговые ботинки, можно взять палки - это очень удобно для похода по лесам. Отель предоставляет бесплатный трансфер из аэропорта, которым мы воспользовались. Прекрасный отель, рекомендую к посещению!

朝食バイキングが食事の種類が多く、新鮮なお刺身も食べれて、またご当地の鶏飯も美味しく頂けました。 チェックアウトしたあとでもお風呂に無料で入らせてもらえたのは良かった

ホテルを通じて、縄文杉、雲水峡のガイドを予約したが、雨でコースが省略される等記載がなかったため、がっかりした。 またガイドを予約すれば靴やリュックなどレンタルが可能という表記はあったが別途料金が必要とは書かれていないため、困惑した。 それをホテルの従業員に言うと明らかに態度が悪くなり、責め立てるような言い方でとても不快な気分になった。 ツアーから帰宅後翌日の朝ごはんをお弁当に変更する等、ホテル入口の従業員に聞かれたため、変更以来をお願いするとフロントに言うように言われたちめ、フロントの従業員に変更以来するが、何の話か？と言われてしまった。それも、態度が悪い従業員にあたっただけかもしれないが、相当気分を害した。

Our stay at The Hotel Yakushima Ocean & Forest was beyond exceptional. We stayed 2 nights in the Deluxe Double Room with Sea View - NAMIOTO, and 5 nights in the Standard Japanese-Style Room with Mountain View. The NAMIOTO was spacious and modern with an incredible view. The Japanese-Style room was smaller, but very charming, reminding me of ryokans I’ve visited in the past. And the Japanese room came with a tea set complete with sencha loose-leaf. Heaven. We contacted the hotel in advance to request vegan meal options. We would have settled for something simple, but were delighted to receive gourmet multi-course meals—similar to kaiseki—with service to match. And every night was a different feast—nothing repeated. Just be aware that the menu is (thoughtfully) determined by the head chef. Drinks are available for a separate fee, and are reasonably priced. I recommend trying one of the local craft beers. The facilities impressed us. The sento was spacious and peaceful. Just the right temperature for a good soak after a long hike. Best of all was the addition of a cold bath and sauna. The laundry room was clean and perfectly adequate, with complimentary soap. The gift shop had a lot of great things on offer. I especially enjoy our hand-crafted chopsticks made from Yakushima cedar. We didn’t need to rent or buy any equipment, but we did purchase day passes for the bus at the front desk (cash only), and had them prepare a small bento box of onigiri on one occasion. Our entire stay was wonderful, and will remain a special memory in our hearts. As will the forests, ocean, deer and monkeys of Yakushima. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making us feel welcome and appreciated. We truly hope to return.

Excellent meals and comfortable room; self service coin laundry

When dinner room reservation was made for a party of 14, it wasn’t made clear that it was going to be in a conference room setup along with others. Their unwillingness to change to main dining room without management intervention was unnecessarily stressful as the dining room was not busy. Also they have a strict rule about charging for cost of new room key if lost.

It's a real 5-star hotel - everything was simply amazing. Worth the money 1000%

The location is excellent, being a 5-minute walk from Miyanoura's ferry port and a 15-minute drive from Yakushima airport. The food was excellent. Great connections for hiking and turtle touring, and hiking gear rentals are available on site. The onsen was spotless.

The wifi is spotty. Not something I didn't like, but something to be aware of: most staff members don't speak English.

It’s actually only a stone away from Miyanoura Port. Its interior is much newer and modern than its outlook. And staff, especially Suzuki-san at front desk, were very helpful, going above and beyond. Onsen facility was much bigger and newer, as well as more modern than expected.

While it’s only a stone away from the main port on Yakushima (Miyanoura), you still need to walk a fair bit in open air and go up quite a steep slope upwards in order to reach the property. It rains a lot in Yakushima, so you will have a major issue if it were raining when you arrive or depart. Too close to get a taxi, and the property doesn’t provide any shuttle bus service. Lastly, I trust they can do better with dinner arrangements. We opted for special dinner for 3 of us. The way all dishes were arranged made it rather difficult some of us to just reach out for some of the dishes due to how they were laid out on the big table. I think the property can learn a thing or two from other Ryokan-style properties to improve on this.

숙소 위치는 환상입니다. 이틀 등산에 피곤한 저희에게 완벽한 숙소였습니다. 아침 식사도 훌륭하고 기념품샵 직원도 매우 친절하게 응대해 주셔서 지인에게 보내는 선물을 택배로 이용할 수 있었습니다.

The staff were attentive, bento boxes great. Vegetarian food was really appreciated and consistently good, but preferred the Japanese menu to western style.

Die Lage: Das Hotel liegt 3 Minuten neben dem Miyanoura Port, von dem auch alle Busse abfahren, egal wo man hin möchte! Das Zimmer : Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon, die Aussicht direkt aufs Meer. Auch beim Duschen und Baden hatte man Meerblick. Es war super sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Essen : Reichhaltiges, vor allem traditionell japanisches Frühstücksbuffet. Das Abendessen war auch traditionell japanisch und super lecker! Das Personal war sehr freundlich!

夕食は屋久島の食材をふんだんに使った料理で、全てが美味しかった。朝食も同様で、季節の刺身は新鮮そのもの、パンは焼きたて。「屋久島の味をゲストに伝えたい」という愛情がひしひしと伝わってくる食事だった。サービス・食事・建物全てを考慮しても、非常にリーズナブルだと思う。 港へのアクセスが非常に良く、レンタカーなし・一人旅にもおすすめ。最新アウトドアギアのレンタルもあり、道具が準備不足でも安心。売店ではエナジードリンクなどハイキング用品も購入できた。 海の景色が楽しめるモダンなカフェ、敷地内にはウィルソンの石碑もあり高台からの散策も気持ちいい。お風呂は温泉ではないが清潔でゆっくりできた。プールは時期外で利用できなかったが、そこからの景色だけでも十分楽しめた。 前泊の宿のサービスがひどかったぶん、このホテルのスタッフの親切さに涙が出そうになった。屋久島に再訪することがあれば必ずまた泊まりたい。家族・友人、世界中の人に自信を持っておすすめできるホテル。

Beautiful location and beautiful hotel! The onsen was private and gorgeous, the hotel rooms in the new modern wing were spacious with a lovely ocean view. We greatly enjoyed our stay! The restaurant was also delicious! We had a delightful breakfast and dinner. We also greatly enjoyed the gift shop, which we think is by far the best gift shop on Yakushuma.

The location is gorgeous, we chose a sea view room and it didn't disappoint. The buffet breakfast is delicious and varied and was a great way to fill ourselves up on food before a long hike. We really appreciated the facilities onsite, in particular the laundry and cafe, which we used to stock up on coffee and snacks to take on hikes. The staff are so lovely and helped us to book a hire car (thank you again!). As well as being a beautiful location, it's well situated - it's easy to walk to local restaurants, there's a supermarket right nearby that's open until 9pm, and it's a short walk to/from the ferry terminal if your transport is via sea.

No complaints! It's a lovely place that seeks to make your stay a welcome and comfortable one.

Hotel Yakushima is in a fantastic location. We were able to walk there from the ferry and they offered a shuttle to the airport. The staff was extremely nice and attentive. Also, we had an incredible view from our room.

We preferred to eat vegetarian food and that was a little challenging for them to understand at first. However, by our third night they figured out our needs.

The location is perfect for arriving with the ferry and the views are wonderful. The staff was attentive and friendly and made sure our stay was perfect.

Location is absolutely beautiful right at the edge of the largest town on Yukushima facing both ocean and mountain. The breakfast and dinner were fabulous food. The public bath was clean and the right temperatures.

Absolutely best experience on Yakushima (I stayed in 3 hotels here)! The room has minimalistic design, although overlooking the ocean made my stay at the hotel so pleasant Food is amazing, staff is helpful, they have gear rental at the spot! Location is just 3 mins walk from port, otherwise they provide free shuttle bus from airport God, it was the best experience in my lately travels

房間裏有上一個住宿的所有髒毛巾一打開籃子差點嚇到了！但是又沒辦法跟清潔人員用英文溝通！晚餐的食物真的不如預期，如果可以增加費用讓食物更加美味，一定會選擇。不知道為什麼外籍的服務人員服務態度跟專業知識都有帶加強。不過每一餐餐廳提供的甜點都非常美味。

We had a ocean view room, very special and beautiful. Good food, nice onsen. Really a good place to stay during your Yakushima visit.

You can see what this hotel is attempting but the meal experience falls short: - Food was a huge miss. Dinner hor d'voures were excellent but the chicken balls were dry, the simmered sweet fish was too sweet & burdock not treated correctly (made the dish bitter), dessert was pretty flavourless. - Also serving staff were too eager or completely absent. Had 2 people ask if I wanted dessert within 3min. And then nothing for 20. Views of the ocean are largely walled off from the restaurant & onsen. Sadly Minor point: umisora rooms requires going through lobby to use bath.

The dinner every night was exceptional. Each dish was followed by another amazing dish. The textures and flavours were unique allowing each to stand out. The breakfast buffet was good and had many tasty options. The Onsen and sauna were restful and needed after days of hiking. The staff was very attentive and remembered who you were and what room.
