Room size is not correct. bedroom area is not more than 15 sq.m. bathroom area is not more 4 sq.m . Areas are not as mention in Booking.com. I think this is cheating and the management should be honest. Also Booking.com should check this also.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and we had everything we needed. The location is very convenient, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and many places in Istanbul. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, with a good variety of options. What we appreciated most was the warm atmosphere and the kindness of the staff. Everyone made us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. Thank you to the whole team for the wonderful hospitality!

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026The location was excellent, the room surface was great , air condition excellent , bathroom very good, i got free airport shuttle as a compensation of giving my reserved room to another person.
The reception was missy and don’t have control up on reservations, so you will get room other than that you reserve on booking (they dont commit to what you had reserve) and you will hear multiple causes and lies from differnt reception employees, bad lightening of rooms, very basic breakfast.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Located in front of tram station. Shops and restaurants nearby. Good breakfast with daily mild variation in breakfast items to be served. Good house keeping. Rooms (for a 3 star hotel standard) are very clean and no bad smell. Well ventilated and well lighted rooms.
Since it is located on a main busy road.. traffic noise may irritate some guests if windows are little open. Some cigarette smell in lobby area.

We asked for the missing blankets several times, but despite our repeated requests, we had to wait 3 days before the remaining 3 blankets were finally provided. This caused us significant inconvenience and discomfort during our stay. What was even more disappointing was that one of the staff members became upset when we asked again, even though our request was completely reasonable since the reservation was clearly for 6 people. We expected better service and a more professional response. We hope you will take this feedback seriously to improve the experience for future guests. Kind regards,

Reviewed May 10, 2026Η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική! Γύρω απο το ξενοδοχείο,υπάρχουν σουπερ μαρκετ, ρεστοράν και οτι χρειάζεται, αλλα και συγκοινωνια ακριβως από έξω. Το εμφιαλωμένο νερο που επινες στο δωματιο παρεχονταν δωρεαν και οι παντοφλες επισης. Τα ντους ηταν ευρύχωρα και ανετα.
Ειχαμε ενοικιασει 2 δωματια και αλλο ενα που μετα απο παραπονα μας αλλαξαν, επειδη ηταν προβληματικό. Σε ολες τις τουαλετες, τα καπακια ηταν μικροτερα και δεν μπορουσες να καθισεις άνετα, χωρις να ακουμπας το κατω μέρος της τουαλέτας . Επίσης στο ενα δωματιο ηταν και βρωμικη και το καζανάκι έτρεχε όλη μέρα. Ώσπου να στειλουν καποιον να το φτιαξουν, μια ολόκληρη μερα δεν μπορουσαμε να την χρησιμοποιήσουμε! Στο ίδιο δωμάτιο, στο ντους οταν το ανοιγαμε, το νερό ετρεχε πανω σου από μια τρυπα που ειχε στο ταβανι! Η επικοινωνία ηταν γενικως δύσκολη καθώς άλλη γλώσσα δεν μιλούσε κάνεις. Οταν ζητησαμε, λόγω ταλαιπωρίας, τα χρηματα πισω για την ημέρα μόνο που χάσαμε, ωσπου να φτιαχτει η τουαλέτα και για να αλλαξουμε δωμάτιο, ενας απο τους υπευθυνους αχισε να φωναζει και σηκωθηκε και εφυγε!

Lo peor de todo fue el olor humo de cigarro que se colaba al cuarto a pesar de haber especificado que queria un area libre de humo. Parecia que la gente de recepcion y vecinos fumaban. La tapa de la poceta estaba un poco manchada, o decolorizada. Me habría gustado la opcion de una iluminación blanca en el centro del cuarto aparte de la amarilla que tenia.

Reviewed Nov 13, 2025J’ai beaucoup apprécié le personnel qui étaient très gentils avec nous, le lieu de l’hôtel aussi est très bien, proche des transports en commun. C’est un hôtel très propre rien à dire !! Un tapis de prière est dans l’armoire c’est très mignon comme attention.
Peut être que la chambre était un peu petite quand même avec nos valises..
