I DEMAND A REFUND. I WENT THERE AND I WASN'T ACCOMODATED BECAUSE THERE'S NO ROOM LEFT BUT IN THE BOOKING APP THERE'S STILL A ROOM LEFT. I ALREADY TOLD THE ACCOMODATION ABOUT THIS CONCERN AND ALSO EMAILED BOOKING.COM BUT NOTHING. I HOPE YOU COULD FIX THIS.

I ended up staying here about 5 nights in Iloilo City. The staff were fantastic, the room was great and fairly clean. The wifi quick! Also I really liked the hot and cold water for drinking and making tea and coffee! Location is great and safe area.

We stayed 3 days and 2 nights. If you want to try an old house this is the place to be. Very affortable price, walking distance to robinson Jaro. 5mins via taxi in Lapaz Market. 10mins port going to bacolod and guimaras.

It was a different experience, as I have not stayed in a heritage house before. I appreciated its unique interior, it reminded me of Intramuros and how pretty the houses looked back in the day. The bathroom was clean, and the staff were friendly. It is a few minutes walk to Jaro Cathedral, and Robinson's. If I had more time, I guess there are other places to see around the area. I could rate it 5 stars, but the road was noisy from the jeepneys. However, this is beyond their control. If we were assigned to a room farther away from the road, I'm sure this isn't going to be a problem. I liked it here, I wish I stayed longer. And I hope next time, they'll be serving breakfast. If you want an experience of living in a heritage house, try staying at Casa Tentay. It's in the perfect spot to be, especially if you plan to go around and check out other old houses in the area.

It was indeed an amazing experience. Feeling ur in the era of Spaniards. Super clean! Complete facility, with soap and towel.The staffs are very accommodating and so very friendly. Sulit and The Best!!!

I got a discounted rate from Traveloka P1331.75 good for 4-pax room. It has its own bathroom and what I really like was the hangers and rack that's so useful because we had to dry our clothes from previous swimming.

Looking for the not so usual, a bed and breakfast place in a heritage house set up. Enjoy your experience in Iloilo by staying in one of the old houses, one of the things you can do in this bustling city with a touch of heritage. This Bed and Breakfast place is highly recommended for the adventure seekers and non conservative travelers.

Casa Tentay is a one hundred year old house in Colonial American style that has been in the Tentay family's possession for years. We are suckers for 'romantic' hotels and this was perfect. Air conditioning, hot and cold water and a security person and a front desk that were still helpful even after hours. There is plenty of transport available on the road outside the hotel, front desk will be happy to help with directions. We were accompanied by our 15 year old granddaughter and we all loved it.

Staying in Casa Tentay made us feel like home. It was a pleasant stay. The staff are accommodating and will be glad to assist if you have concerns and questions. Aside from the friendly staffs, the accommodation has good Wi-Fi connection, television, hot and cold shower, clean & comfortable bed, and water heater. Casa Tentay would be a good recommendation for travelers as it is near malls, Church, restaurants, banks, some attractions in Iloilo, souvenir shops, market, port area going to Guimaras, and bus terminals going to other parts of iloilo and visayas. Commuting around is not a problem as you can ride a jeepney or tricycle just outside Casa Tentay. Finding this place at night for the first time is a bit hard as the facade is not well lit. Despite this, I still love how this place maintains its ambiance as an old heritage house & makes me feel that the past is in the present.

My co-workers and I stayed at Casa Tentay for a full week. Throughout our stay, we felt really at home and welcome, despite having to leave and arrive at wee hours. The owner and the entire staff were very accommodating and flexible from the time we booked, until the time we left. It was a very nice experience staying at a remodelled 1920's home, but with the amenities of a modern B&B. Would definitely stay here again in our future trips to Iloilo.

Casa Tentay felt like a friend's home. The owner and her staff were very welcoming and accommodating to all our needs. We were a group of 17 and the owner, Dr. Marovi, ensured that we were all comfortable. Built in the 1920's and restored with modern amenities in every room such as air conditioner, cable television, refrigerator, toilet with hot/cold shower, and internet wifi. As a tourist, I find Casa Tentay the perfect place to experience Ilonggo hospitality that will fit within any budget.

The charming house was the former home of Dr. Marovi's grandmother, lola Tentay. The place was built in the 1920s. Casa Tentay is one of the best places to experience Ilonggo culture and hospitality. It is located near Jaro park and is a short walk/drive away from heritage mansions and American colonial period structures of Iloilo city. The casa's staff and Dr. Marovi were very accommodating. The rooms are simple but very comfortable. We stayed for three days and we hope to return soon to explore the rest of Iloilo.

We had a wonderful weekend at Casa Tentay. The owner/manager of the place, Dr. Marovi and her staff, Mai-Mai and Regina, were all very helpful and accommodating. They know how to anticipate your needs. The transportation they recommended (Mr. Evidente and Mr. Juli) were also excellent. Truly a hidden gem in Iloilo City!

Perfect location in Jaro district. Public transport 24 hours in front of hotel, many eateries in the surroundings. Super friendly staff, clean rooms, good internet and nice hot shower. Security staff during night time would be good.

We flew home to visit family and stayed 4 nights at Casa Tentay at the Rita Andrea room. We are a family of 7 but felt very comfortable in this room. It had a loft where us siblings stayed and our parents stayed in the room below. They were even concerned when they thought we didn't come home one night when in fact The management was very friendly, accomodating and helpful - especially with the room requirements.. She even offered to connect us to a massage therapist for home service if we needed one. Although, there's a great Filipino massage place only 4 doors down the street. The Jaro plaza and Jaro Cathedral and many eating places are also within walking distance. There is no shortage of jeepneys that pass along the road and there is a tricycle waiting station nearby. The only problem was that the room's water heater wasn't working. Otherwise, overall had an amazing experience and will definitely be coming back when I come home to Iloilo. Family friendly and beautiful structure!
