Hôtel agréable , bien situé dans la partie haute de la ville, qui bénéficie de nombreux funiculaires pour y accéder ; nous avons apprécié de pouvoir se garer juste devant.

Muy buena localización

Et rigtig godt hotel. Vort værelse havde en dejlig altan, hvor man kunne nyde den smukke udsigt over bugten. Den mandlige receptionist anbefalede 4 restauranter og vi besøgte de 3 - fremragende. Den ene var en fiske restaurant med plads til 20 gæster, den havde vi aldrig fundet. Lækkert. Gratis parkering - receptionens arbejde lignede et tetris-spil for at få plads til alle bilerne. Hotellet ligger højt, men der er rulletrapper næsten hele vejen retur, så ingen sved på panden

Der var ikke noget at klage over :-)

La posizione lontana dal lungomare e soprattutto scomodissima perché in cima alla collina; per fortuna in città ci sono scale mobili e ascensori ma era comunque molto scomodo. Colazione pessima qualitativamente: uova immangiabili, prodotti dolci e salati di qualità scadente. E nelle camere c’era sempre cattivo odore.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, Betten durchgelegen, man läuft 20 Minuten zum Strand, das Frühstück ist mittelmäßig, wir würden es nicht mehr buchen!

Wir hatten sicherlich die beiden schlechtesten Zimmer. Zimmer dunkel und nur ein Fenster zum Lichtschacht. Klimaanlage lässt sich nicht regulieren und ist laut. Frühstück eher kärglich.

Mooie kamer, goede locatie, leuke inrichting, vriendelijk personeel

Zeer schamel ontbijt. TV werkte niet.

Sehr freundliches Personal und gratis Parkplatz. Der Parkplatz muss unbedingt im Voraus reserviert werden.

Die Milchglasfenster, die man nicht öffnen konnte sonst hätte man den Griff abgerissen.

Das Frühstück bietet keine große Auswahl. Der Kaffee schmeckt mäßig (aus dem Automaten), an frischem Gemüse gab es entweder Tomaten oder Melone aber nie zwei Dinge gleichzeitig

It was like walking into an art gallery. The hotel’s name says it all, Hotel Art… Very modern, well thought of interiors. The reception staff was amazing, kudos to Alba and Wally who are both charming and professional. It’s a no-fuss hotel that provides comfort and relaxation.

La habitación en la primera planta era oscura y con poca luz. Daba a un patio interior. El acceso es subiendo cuestas. De día hay pasillo mecánico combinado con ascensor pero de noche no hay nada. No hay doble cortina para que la luz no entre de mañana.

El hotel está muy bien en general, muy nuevo, las habitaciones amplias y las camas muy cómodas. Tiene parking gratuito.

Nos gustó mucho el trato recibido por el personal del hotel,habitación muy cómoda y moderna.

Lo único malo por así decirlo es el parking, hay dos cocheras, nos tocó en una en la que había que hacer muchas maniobras ya que era un poco estrecha.

Wir hatten ein Comfort-Doppelzimmer mit Terrasse im 3. Stock. Das bot eine tolle Aussicht über die Stadt und die Möglichkeit zu einer gemütlichen Pause von anstrengenden Entdeckungstouren. Toll ist die Möglichkeit, dass ein Auto kostenlos geparkt werden kann. Wir hatten einen Parkplatz draußen direkt vor dem Eingang. Super. Die Lage könnte besser nicht sein. Es sind nur einige hundert Meter bis in die Altstadt mit Kathedrale und dem pulsierenden Leben sowie der Promenade und dem neuen Kulturzentrum/Museum "Botin".

Das Frühstück ist maximal basic. Es war aber auch sehr preiswert.

Het hotel lag vlak bij het centrum. Personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hygiëne was erg goed.

Badkamer was matig niet veel druk. Ontbijt was prima. Garage was doodeng. Goed hotel maar erg aan de prijs.

El desayuno. Mal atendido y escaso y el mal olor del baño. No nos guardaron la plaza de parking que había reservado y el armario, diminuto, en el que no entraba un abrigo.

El desayuno muy bien, muy variado y en un ambiente muy tranquilo. La persona encargada muy amable.

Tener un mini frigo en la habitación. A la llegada nos ofrecieron agua y durante la estancia unos refrescos.

Place de parking disponible pour garder la moto en sécurité. Mise à disposition de boisson (eau et pepsi zéro) gratuitement. Accueil de l’hotesse à l’arrivée qui fait toute la différence après 8 heures de route. Le personnel est sympathique et serviable.

La literie pas suffisamment ferme à mon goût. La Clim à l’ancienne (- x degrés par rapport à la température). Mais le tout fonctionnait correctement.

Even though it was up the hill, those outdoor escalators and elevator made walking to/from the beach area simple. And I absolutely loved the car lift! You must have a tiny (by USA standards) or just plain small car by european standards, and it helps if your mirrors can retract. But if you like a parking challenge (I'm one of those strange ones who enjoys parallel parking) you will love this unique experience. And the room itself was clean comfortable and quiet, and the staff friendly - what more could you ask for?

I would have been nicer if it wasn't raining so much, but we packed umbrellas. Otherwise loved our stay!

La ubicación, cerca del centro y aunque está muy alto hay rampas mecánicas y ascensor para llegar lo cual es un lujo en santander. El personal muy atento y cordial

La habitación daba a un patio interior muy oscuro en la planta inferior pero entiendo q era acorde a lo q pagué

La amabilidad del personal de Recepción informándonos sobre qué ver en la ciudad (aunque sólo les quedara un plano, ya marcado para otros huéspedes), guiándonos para meter el coche en el montacargas que lleva al garage y recibiéndonos con una sonrisa cada noche. Me encantó que la fachada de mi habitación fuera toda de cristal y así poder disfrutar de las vistas de la bahía.

Aunque la ubicación era buena en cuanto a su distancia del centro, no era un barrio donde apetezca pasear, tomar una copa, o comer algo. Pero seamos optimistas, sólo hay que andar 10-12 minutos para que mejore el entorno. Y, por el precio que pagué, me esperaba un pequeño frigorífico en la habitación.

Il punto forte della struttura é sicuramente il fatto di poter prenotare gratuitamente il parcheggio , che per chi viaggia in macchina fa la differenza in una zona dove sarebbe altrimenti impossibile parcheggiare. Buona vicinanza al centro. Buona la colazione e anche varia.

Purtroppo la struttura a mio avviso necessita di una rinfrescata, almeno nella camera dove stavamo noi che è davvero bella vecchiotta e datata e con un forte odore di aria viziata super fastidiosa e umidità probabilmente dovuta al condizionatore. Un po’ soffocanti gli arredi che sono un po’ malconci in una camera già piccola. Insomma darei una rinnovata al tutto.

Muy caro. Relación calidad precio muy mala. Desayuno poco cuidado con escasa calidad de los productos. Habitación aunque muy espaciosa, una ventana que daba a un patio interior estrecho y con muy poca luz.

Good location above the town centre. It is on a hill but there are escalators to help the climb. We also got to park right outside the hotel.

The breakfast was very poor. Imitation orange juice and no fresh milk combined with dreadful coffee wasn't good.

Mit 2 Motorräder unterwegs, garage inbegriffen TOP! Lage hervorragend, zu Fuss alles erreichbar was man im Urlaub braucht. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und alles ist top Sauber. Personal extrem freundlich.

Leider, sehr starken Geruch nach Feuchtigkeit im Zimmer 108, das hat uns ein wenig den Spaß genommen. Ansonsten alles TOP...

El desayuno estaba un poco lejos del nivel del resto del hotel

Très bon accueil par une personne très aimable parlant français. On nous a offert de l'eau et du coca. Possibilité de se garer gratuitement dans le parking de l'hôtel, un peu compliqué car les places sont petites. Nous avions un C5 Aircross. La personne de l'accueil nous a proposé un emplacement correct pour la taille de la voiture. La chambre était spacieuse et équipée d'une cafetière pour capsule Nespresso dommage que la fenêtre donne sur le mur d'en face occultant la lumière. La literie était confortable. L'emplacement de l'hôtel permet d'accéder rapidement à la vieille ville et au front de mer. L'installation de tapis roulants et d'au moins un ascenseur dans la ville permet de s'y rendre sans trop de fatigue, très pratique pour les personnes se déplaçant difficilement.

La salle de bain est petite et veillotte. L'absence de jus d'orange pressé comme dans les hôtels précédents au petit déjeuner. Le petit déjeuner est correct, sans plus.

Lovely room with a wonderful terrace and sea view. Staff were very friendly.

We were happy to walk up the hill from the town centre. We enjoyed the exercise. Others may want to use the escalators on the Calle Lope de Vega.

Well, this hotel is a one-off. Very quirky. Very nice, helpful staff and free parking a big plus. Quite close to the beach, but located on a steep hill (escalators and elevators available for part of the walk).

Strange decor and tired furnishings, Well used rooms needing attention and much more attention to cleaning. We had ants in the room. We felt the breakfast was overpriced, so didn't take it, but did visit the gloomy breakfast room and are glad we ate out.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel was very close to all the restaurants and cafes. We reserved a parking space, which turned out to be a space in a garage. Very secure space. We had a balcony which was a nice outside space to get some fresh air. Offered cold drinks water or pepsi, nice touch.

Hotel con buona potenzialità ma, necessita di una rinfrescata. Posizione buona a 15 minuti dal lungomare, anche se il quartiere non è bellissimo. Colazione buona. Personale disponibile e cordiale.Parcheggio adiacente alla struttura che necessita di prenotazione perché piccolo.

Aspiratore del bagno e aria condizionata rumorosa, tanto da richiedere il cambio della camera. Peccato perché era bella e spaziosa con vista sull'oceano. Ci è stata prontamente cambiata ma era un po più piccola con vista leggermente differente. Pulizia essenziale. Su richiesta mancanza di bottiglie d'acqua alla sera per il rientro in camera. La sala colazione senza finestre.

Locatie van hotel ligt mooi en je bent snel in het centrum met (rol)trappen. Parkeren was prima, maar wel een beetje krap in de garage, maar goed we hadden plek 😉. Personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam en spraken goed engels. Kamer was knus en warm en airco werkte maar maakt veel lawaai (ook in de laagste stand). Klein raam op de kamer met uitzicht op niks.

Airco werkte niet goed. Hadden een kamer naast de lift, en deze hoor je erg goed als je het raam vd kamer open hebt.

Nada, fue todo magnífico

Favoloso! la stanza era enorme, estremamente comoda e con una vista pazzesca su Santander. Il letto era molto comodo e la colazione molto buona con scelta di prodotti dolci e salati. Il parcheggio per l'auto per noi è stato fondamentale. Il personale è super gentile e accogliente, ti forniscono una mappa della zona con tutte le indicazioni su dove mangiare e le distanze dei principali posti da visitare. La zona era tranquilla molto vicina al centro. Sebbene sia in salita, ci sono una scala mobile e un ascensore (proprio di fronte all'hotel). Super consigliatissimo, ci è dispiaciuto poter stare solo una notte!

Auf den Bildern wird suggeriert, dass man ein großes Fenster mit Stadt- und Meerblick hat. Tatsächlich hatten wir ein Zimmer, das einem Kellerraum ähnlich war mit einem Fenster zu einem Schacht mit Klimaanlagen. Die Dusche war kaum nutzbar. Kein Safe/ kein Kühlschrank/ Minibar

The breakfast was not too good. Little choice. The bed was comfortable and the room pleasant. Staff were polite and helpful. The cost of the room had tripled from our last visit a few months ago.

Room was massive (502) and very quiet. Had a fantastic view of the whole bay, from its high vantage point. Location was okay but this part of Santander is very hilly and there are a lot of steps down to the main restaurant/bar area. There is an outside lift (clearly often used as a urinal) to get you up or down by two road levels, a couple of minutes from the hotel.

Breakfast room/cafeteria need decorating and the furniture needs updating. Breakfast itself was disappointing although there was some very nice apple pie. Could not fit our car in the car lift, to the underground parking, so had to park outside the main entrance. Upon viewing the underground parking it was incredibly tight and only suitable for small cars.

La amabilidad y limpieza

La zona no es la mejor de Santander pero desde el centro se llega en 7 m con unos cómodos ascensores

The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is one employee, who spoke perfect English with a British accent. He was very friendly, professional, and helpful, especially with the parking and lift during check in. When we entered Room 108, we immediately noticed the strong perfume smell. The room looked reasonably clean, but the air conditioning was full of dust, and my pillow smelled of sweat. It was replaced immediately after I reported it. When we returned later that day, it became obvious why the room had been so heavily perfumed. It smelled strongly of mould. At first, we were told that nothing could be done, but after insisting that it was impossible to sleep in that room, we were finally moved to another one. The second room was slightly better, but it smelled of fresh paint, had no window, and the bathroom still contained a bundle of hair behind the door from a previous guest. The bed, wardrobe, and furniture all felt old, cheap, and worn out. I honestly don’t understand why this hotel calls itself an Art Hotel or why it has so many positive reviews. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it.

Leider hatten wir kein Fenster im Zimmer, nur eine Lüftung und es war sehr hellhörig

The room was quiet, as was the neighborhood. The room was also quite spacious and AC worked fine.

The shower had barely any water pressure, and one of the shower cabin doors was missing. The beds were so soft as to be quite uncomfortable - at one point I found it preferable to sleep on the floor. The room smelled strongly of damp before we switched on the AC.

El calor a la hora de desayunar , el aire no funcionaba bien. El ruido del aire en la habitación. Que no hubiese minibar. El garaje tan incómodo y eso que el,personal lo facilitaba. Un día que llovía al intentar dirigír a mi marido para que aparcase , con el suelo de la entrada al hotel tan resbaladizo, me caí y aún tengo dolores. Las imágenes quedaron grabadas con sus cámaras.

Parkeergarage. Smalle lift, maar super veilige stalling.prachtig uitzicht van een groot balkon. Centrum is heel dichtbij. Prachtige barren en restaurants in de buurt. Een gin tonic op de terugweg in Little Bobby is een aanrader.

Airco in de ontbijt zaal heeft monteur nodig. Was een beetje warm.
