Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Piccolo hotel abbastanza vicino al centro città (15 minuti a piedi dal lungomare), recentemente ristrutturato e anche con ottimo gusto. La camera non era grandissima ma neanche piccola, e disponeva anche di pissolo tavolino con poltroncine. Oltre a ciò, un piccolissimo guardaroba aperto e un mini frigo. Il bagno era ampio e pulito, così come la doccia (estremamente comoda). La colazione era di buona qualità e varietà. Nota di merito per il caffè: il primo veramente buono di tutta la vacanza!
Nessuna nota negativa da segnalare. Forse, cosa incredibilmente molto comune in quasi tutti gli hotel, manca qualche spazio dove appoggiare oggetti e indumenti in bagno.

Si tuviese PK en el mismo edificio mucho mejor. El PK esta a 100 mts del hotel en un edificio antiguo, aunque la movilidad interior es correcta y la mayoria de las plazas permiten vehiculos actuales.

Tal vegada, per als que viatjam sols, es podria tenir una consideració i abaixar el preu de l’estada. De fet, això no es te en compte i l’habitació te el mateix preu per un tot sol que el que apliquen a l’ocupació de dues perdones

Buena ubicación: habitaciones dan a calle peatonal y al salir del hotel estás en la avenida principal con cafeterías y locales para elegir donde desayunar o comprar cualquier cosa. A 10 minutos de la zona de ocio y restauración
El aparcamiento 🅿️ está complicado. Es zona de pago de 10 a 20h y los 🅿️ cercanos NO son baratos

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Piccolo hotel molto raffinato. Posizione ottima. Si trova a pochi passi dalla zona pedonale (ricca di bar e ristoranti). Non lontano ci sono la cattedrale, il centro Botin e il lungomare. Le spiagge principali sono raggiungibili con una bella passeggiata. Un po' più distante (circa 4 km) rimane il Palazzo della Magdalena. Stanza spaziosa e ben curata. Acqua a disposizione degli ospiti sia in reception che in camera. Piccolo angolo dedicato alla colazione, ma ben fornito e con prodotti di qualità. Staff gentilissimo. Parcheggio (con pagamento di un supplemento) riservato agli ospiti dell'hotel e non molto distante.

Pese a que el aislamiento de fuera es bueno, nos despertaron de madrugada los huéspedes de al lado con el portazo de la puerta.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Basically a perfect stay. Can’t fault anything major and would 100% stay again, which is all you can say. Location, room standard and staff were 10/10. The breakfast is excellent and extremely affordable.
Some towel hooks in the room, or anywhere to dry your towels easily (room 505). It’s also a bit annoying that the room air con is centrally controlled by reception but they were super helpful getting it turned on for us to then use at the temp we wanted :)

Designer bedroom is all very fine but impractical. Not enough horizontal surfaces. I had to put my suitcase on the floor. Hanging space inadequate and above fridge so not enough space vertically to hang coat. A wardrobe would be better than impractical bath in bedroom. Also very expensive.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026La primera impresión es muy importante; y, al entrar en la habitación, nos encontramos un espacio amplio y bien organizado. Por otra parte, aunque no viajamos a Santander para ver el eclipse solar, tuvieron el detalle de dejarnos un par de gafas para verlo.

Spacious and well designed room, and very helpful staff. Liked having a discount if you pre book breakfast. Breakfast is a cold buffet but with a good selection and for a pre booked €10 pp good value.
Think the hotel is on the pricey side for what it offers.

Aucun bruit la nuit et le matin, très bonne localisation pour aller et venir dans Santander (plages, centre, port) Personnel très accessible et aux petits soins ! Le petit déjeuner est d’une bonne variété et très bon (gâteau au chocolat, tortilla, croissants). Merci aux équipes !
Nous n’avons pas réussi à faire marcher le jacuzzi (chambre 405) mais comme il faisait partie du surclassement nous n’y aurions pas eu accès de base et en plus les journées ont été assez occupés pour que nous n’en ayons pas besoin. Aussi, nous étions étonné de devoir payer le parking, nous avions compris que se garer au parking de la ville était gratuit quand nous résidions à l’hôtel… mauvaise compréhension de notre part

Man kann die Altstadt zu Fuß erkunden, ebenso kommt man in wenigen Minuten zum Centro Botín und der Promenade an der Bucht und auch zum Busbahnhof geht man leicht zu Fuß. Trotz zentraler Lage war es ruhig. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet, sehr stylish und sehr sauber. Hell und Fenster lassen sich ganz öffnen. Man wird herzlich empfangen und bekommt immer wieder tolle Tipps an der Rezeption - vor allem Alejandra war mir eine große Hilfe.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026Breakfast buffet was very good. Room was spacious, with excellent air-conditioning. A nice bathroom, shower was decent. The hotel is located very close to the main shopping street in central santander.
When it came to pay, the staff member said my card didnt work. This meant a short trip to a nearby bank to get cash out, which incurred a small fee. I queried with my bank, who said there was no issue whatsoever with my card (evidenced by the fact that my card worked in a cash machine), and that the bank record indicated thehotel staff member had processed it wrongly. However when i tried to email the hotel to tell them this, they rejected this out of hand and said there was no error on their part. A dosappointing end to a lovely stay.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026Very friendly welcome. We arrived early (hot and tired) and were able to check in which was really appreciated. Staff spoke good English which compensated for my poor Spanish. Great location near bars, cafes and main shopping street with supermarkets. The hotel is small and stylish so it seemed quiet, even though we were told it was busy. We had two twin/doubles and they were slightly different in layout and decor. Both had aircon, fridges and rainfall showers and were very clean. My daughter and I had a big wet room style shower and bathroom with wooden door. My husband and son had a bigger room but the bathroom had an opaque glass door and shower cubicle. They were pleased with the big TV to watch the World Cup on in the middle of the night and we were pleased we didn't have to! Windows opened if fresh air is required but blackout curtains meant a good night's sleep. Water was provided in the room and in reception. My son uses a wheelchair and was able to access the room and all areas of the hotel via the lift. We didn't choose a disabled room but I believe there are some. The hotel itself is up a slight hill but there is a moving walkway to assist, which was a great feature.
We had no issues really. In our room the layout seemed a bit 'quirky' with the clothes rail over the fridge and kettle (which was not near a plug) and the fridge wasn't very cold but, overall, no complaints. The 'city view' was the side of another building but you don't have to walk far to get great views of Santander and we didn't choose the hotel for that.
